yes, i’m aware that i added a scene in which they play ‘never have i ever’ in toapp but that was on a camping trip, w no wifi and no other entertainment to keep themselves busy so a silly game of never have i ever w some friends to pass the time doesnt sound bad to me because overall the circumstances are different compared to a party you specifically go to .. to party. not ask ppl overstepping questions in front of a whole group.

7. How do you choose which POV to write from?

I only ever write in third person, so theres no specific pov a lot of the time except for when the thoughts/feelings of like only one character are stated or like I'll put them first in paragraphs if that makes sense? So they're like the focus. Anyway in that case which is usually the case which i guess. Is pov. I think i just described pov. Idk when i think of pov i think of writing of a charater from first person which i never do. Anyway in those cases . Whats it called. Not third person omniscient which i guess would be knowing the inner thoughts of all the characters. Hang on let me google it. Oh third person subjective/limited thats it. Sorry i haven't been in an english class in a while lmao. ANYWAY the pov is generally whichever character I'm projecting onto most for that story 💀 which lately has been a lot of kobra kid and fun ghoul because they're my favorite little voodoo puppets to put through hell

20. Have you noticed any patterns in your fics? Words/expressions that appear a lot, themes, common settings, etc

Oh for sure, especially right now because i dont have wifi where I'm living so i cant look up synonyms for stuff or alternate phrases like I'm used to when i feel somethings repeating too much, so some of the patterns i usually try to cut out might be more prevalent in the next few things i post if i dont bother going through them in a cafe somewhere lol. Lots of things are on purpose though like uhh themes angst specifically, someone dying or being presumed dead or getting captured or leaving and being found or coming back etc. Tearful reunions in 90% of my stuff. Theres like fifteen of those in my drafts rn ranging from one shots to like 20+ chapter things ive yet to start posting. they're just so fun to write, sue me.

55. Of the characters you write for, which is your favorite? Has that choice been swayed at all by your followers/readers' reactions to certain ones?

Kobra Kid and Fun Ghoul are my favorites to write for sure, at least rn, closely followed followed by the girl and Cherri then not as closely followed by Pony then Poison I'd say. I wouldn't say these favorites have been swayed by anyones reactions, theyre just who i relate the most to/project on the most and find easiest/most fun to write. These'll swap around sometimes i guess too depending on who im hyperfixating the most on, like rn show pony might be higher actually bc of something i just started, and a couple weeks ago Korse was up there bc i was experimenting with their character

I hate premiere pro,

ive been working on this fucking project for half an hour and im already crying, all i had to do is rotate the clips and put them in the right order, but it keeps fucking crashing and none of the tutorials make any sense, my wifi has been dropping in and out of existence for seemingly no reason and i dont know what a project panel is, why am i so fucking useless, why cant i figure this one simple thing out, why do i always feel so fucking useless when i cant do something with premiere fucking pro, im trying to do something fun for my self but of course my fucking technology curse wont allow me, I wish i was better with computers, i wish it came easier to me, i wish i just fucking understood, why are there so many fucking buttons that do literally nothing, why did i drop out, why am i so useless, why am i so fucking useless. i was fine with two needles breaking. but the moment something is out of my control i completly lose it. why why why this isnt fair this isnt fucking fair i want to die. why wont things just go the way i planned, this isnt beneficial to anyone why do you hate me so fucking much.

at least now that ive had my dip i know that nothing major can go wrong for a while. luckily it was just this and not, idk, being rejected from a my dream school. this is alright. Ill figure it out. Ill just get a different software, there will be downsides to that, like there wont be as many tutorials, but if its more intutive than thats probably fine. i dont need all that fancy darken/lighten and different layers or whatever, i just need to rotate my clips, put in the proper order and than do a voiceover, i hope theres something simple like that thats free and doesnt have a watermark

and i found one, its a phone app, but honestly, i dont care anymore, its about making the video, not making a grammy award winning fucking cinematographic masterpiece worthy of an oscar, if i wanna be youtube famous i gotta start somewhere, and i also i promised myself that i didnt do this for fame but for fun. so the moment i started taking quality over enjoyment i should quit. (a rule that i have not been keeping very well) but from now on, hopefully, i will. just easy fun videos. I have a microphone so the sound will be nice. and then when i get famous ill buy a fancy camera and ill hire someone to edit everything and ill never have to hurt my fingies typing every again.

man i dont wanna be that guy, but the skyblock wars thing on the legundo community server is so just. incredibly frustrating to play rn

like, disregarding my own wifi issues entirely, bc theyre a seperate ongoing problem, lapis is mostly composed of younger players and people with actual jobs and stuff, and then redstone has. every moderator except 1, and two of the best pvpers who literally like never log off.

im not gonna accuse mods of using mod perms to cheat, because i gen dont think they are, but speraking as someone who has experience on several servers being mod/build staff, it is functionally impossible to be without bias as a mob in a competitive setting, especially when its, yknow, every single mod except one versus a team mostly composed of 12 year olds. hell, one of our players is literally 8.

and. i mean it sucks. its not enjoyable to play anymore when the other team is making fun of us for things out of our control and the mods arent really doing anything about it bc its their teammates doing it. and then theres stuff like the cobble challenge, where their entire island was basically already stone brick from the start. im not saying its cause the mods knew that was gonna be the challenge, but i am saying im not ruling it out. and then we know the mods fly around occasionally, and yeah they tell us that its for actual mod purposes, and i believe them, but i also believe that if they were to notice some new builds or farms or whatever while they were they theyd 100% mention it to their team.

and again, even disregarding that, even if im just off my rocker and everything ive noticed as unfair and upsetting is just in my own brain, theres the fact that the other team is gonna listen and respect the members of the mod staff more bc they have a real, tangible power over them, where as random children just arent gonna listen to syl even if they were the one voted in to be the leader. they gonna listen to a mod, but not another player. thats a real, tangible advantage they have.

i dont wanna say the mods cant also play the game and have fun, because they can! its totally possible to do smth like this and still let them play! but they need to be split up evenly between the teams or is gonna cause the issues we're currently having. no one on lapis is having fun or wants to play anymore really. poor syl has cried on call. i dont really care how many times people say its just a game. youre saying that because your team is winning, your team is tacked, your team has all the good pvpers and moderators. if lapis was in the lead youd be upset and i know it, because wth this new base quest that just finished you went and whined to ecr because hyper used an existing base on your island to win the quest. he asked ecr and got an explicit yes, and dino and justin ran to ecr about it and now we each got half a point, basically voiding the quest.

im glad yall are havin fun because no one else is. lmao

it is the second time but DONT WORRY !! my wifi is also terrible i'm supposed to be on vacation but i'm talking about gay people [best vacation ever really i rarely get to talk abt em]

AND THANK U SM its actually funny that i say fluffy things like those because usually i absolutely destroy their lives in hcs .. fluff usually isn't my forte but i love the idea of protective dragon teru idk it just matches him

[i say academy instead of nursery since that's more what it's like in my idea BARE WITH ME . ..]

the au itself is a handful different from the official one. the academy is more of a researcher building and akane's role has also changed into more of just like.. a normal researcher. he's spent most of his life there while teru has spent all his life there. akane was handed over to the academy when he was young [and since he was raised there, he was the youngest researcher they had for a long time] and teru was obviously born there. the place itself isn't as fun as how the original au portrays it, its more boring and routinely- which akane was perfectly fine with.

teru on the other hand was not. more because he was the one who was studied and it bothered him, he didn't really like it honestly.

so one day. he bursts into akane's room and akane tells him not to do that because he's working and could get them both in trouble. teru quietly closes the door with his tail and he's like 'okay well anyway so.. i wonder how cool the outside world is' and akane raises an eyebrow because none of them are really supposed to talk about it, especially not the monsters because they're more capable of causing disruption. akane tells him to get to the point since he's rambling about it and teru just says they should run off! akane says why would they even want to do that when they're safe at the academy and teru responds with "we'll have freedom." they argue back and forth before akane reluctantly agrees. they make an exit out the window and go straight to akane's car, congrats to them!

when akane turned 18, he was allowed to be in and out of the academy. he has an apartment of his own and thank god for that because they'd be doomed otherwise... but before they go, akane has a small breakdown in his car about how he doesn't know what he's doing since it's not part of their routine. teru tells him they'll be fine and will figure things out with time, which is exactly what akane hates.. but it's oh well at this point. there's also a confession in his car for some reason, but akane's worried since it's considered forbidden. they know they love each other but aren't dating yet

when they get to the end there's this cool little force field thing nd akane has to use his bat to open up a small hole in it. it's like an ID basically... but teru doesn't like the bat at all since it's specifically for dragons.

akane says not to worry about it though. he doesn't ever really open up about it but he was paired with aoi when he was younger [wolf monster thing. ..] and they got along pretty well. they tried running away at some point too but it didn't work. aoi decided researchers Suck since she couldn't be free and scratches akane [they're both still kids at the time, the monsters age normally since i'm not quite sure how it works. akane does research on them despite being young though] and so she's handed onto someone much more capable. akane wasn't sure why it happened so he couldn't really tell the adults much.. he wasn't paired with another monster [teru, who he already knew at the time.. so it was safer. he was given from mei and shijima to akane. most the monsters were around his age since he was a teenager already, meaning they saw him more as a friend than a researcher] until he fully healed. people thought he was incapable of defending himself or something and since teru was a dragon they gave him that bat. Woohoo ! but he never uses it since teru never made an actual attempt to hurt him

anyway they get to akane's apartment and akane's like "oh yeah my ex boyfriend lives next door he's annoying just ignore him" and teru is.. . easily jealous as a dragon. teru asks him to be his boyfriend instead and akane Shockingly agrees before teru picks him up and spins him around... he's the reason akane's glasses are so broken goddamn!

anyway they both head to bed soon after and their lives go pretty normally except akane Becomes nocturnal to match teru's horrid schedule . they go out at night since teru can't really hide his dragon like features

they go to empty places with like flowers and sometimes teru burns them. So oops

basically its pretty nice until they get caught. a monster isn't allowed to escape and a researcher assisting makes it worse. so congrats to them

aoi was the one sent to get them and bring them back so akane is so.. . awkward and teru doesn't understand

damn babes, life is really putting us through the wringer huh😭 post-covid effects are truly wild right?? i remember for my mom, the effects were similar to yours, but for me it made me more sensitive to tastes?? if it’s any consolation, it went away completely for me n my mom after a couple weeks!!

about summer plans though, i’m def not taking summer classes this time around💀 it sorta sunk in that i haven’t gotten a proper vacation ever since i started uni in 2020, so i really wanted to just take a break. had a conversation about it w my mom n she supported my decision to take a break this summer and i honestly don’t regret a thing🥳 anyways i’m just gonna take it easy!! planning to finish crocheting my tote bag (oh did you ever get the pic i sent of the lil hat i made for my cat or did tumblr eat it😵‍💫😵‍💫), and reading a lot of books!!! i read “the girl who fell beneath the sea” last week and i absolutely LOVED IT!! i blame you for starting my obsession with historical fiction/fantasy💀 it’s based off of a korean folktale with a couple of twists, and i think you’d really like it!! i also got the book that joon and yoongi read on in the soop s1 (almond!!), and it’s been an interesting read so far. i’ll update you hihihi. also finally started watching the red sleeves?? i already know the ending but it’s actually so fun to watch even though i know it’s going to hurt like a mf💀

hruugghh complaining inbound. im on my bus trip right now and. my god. i wasnt looking forward to this very much in the first place and yet i somehow still manage to be disappointed. heres my complaints in arranged into a list. apologies if this is repetitive, im not proofreading it. and sorry if its whiny. i am making this post specifically to whine

im rooming with three other people. two of them are cool. one of them is an underclassmen and. by god. this girl is annoying. shes always complaining about something, and majority of the time it doesnt even like. make sense? like one time she complaining that she felt like she was required to go to the pool, just in general, not with anyone or anything. why would we make you go to the pool? why?? i dont know. her logic is an enigma. i think if she stops having stuff to complain about she dies. also, she keeps following us around. this one is kind of petty but for some reason being followed has always made me irrationally nervous or irritated, even if its like. having a minecraft dog follow me. idk its just something that really bothers me for some innate reason. this chick just presses my buttons. not her fault, but still. ugh

i have virtually no privacy, no real alone time. i share a room, i share a bus, we all share everything at every waking moment. i am never not in the presence of at least one other person. and by god does it suck. and plus, being a part of such a huge crowd at almost all times makes me nervous. im at the whims of all these other people, i can only do what the majority wants to do. and i am historically bad at wanting what everyone else wants

most of these people are people i dont know very well. theyve spilt the rooms based on gender, which is to be expected, but still sucks ass because i get along better with most of my male peers than my female ones. most of the people that are on this trip are in the grade below me (its the juniors and the sophomores, im a junior) and i dont know or like them very much. i find myself wishing it was just my grade, or that i skipped this trip altogether

i came here entirely to learn about history. this trip IS a good portion history, but its also dumb touristy stuff idgaf about. the one museum weve went to already was out of my mind boring, it was a jfk museum, and i didnt think i knew very much about jfk going in, but now coming out i feel like i knew more than that entire museum. it felt like i was having all my old, vastly more interesting and fun history lessons be rehashed to me, it a significantly more drab and boring way.

this ones petty and dumb but. we are going to the ocean. i do not like the ocean. i am worried we are going to spend an entire at the ocean. i would rather do literally anything else

i have heard we are going on a dolphin watching cruise. i get seasick when im these kinds of boats. yayyyyyyyyy

the most i have had on this trip is when we are just driving around in the bus. im starting to think it is literally the only thing ive liked so hard. granted im the kind of person that enjoys long car rides (unless its a route a know well, then its just boring), but still

this is all taking place during the majority of my holiday break. i would really rather just be home, actually doing stuff i like and chillaxing. but nooooo i just had to go on this trip, effectively wasting my entire vacation. thinking about this one frankly just makes me feel miserable. i wanna go HOME this is so LAME

after fundraising, my parents spent absurd amounts of money to get me and my sister on this trip. and i just called my mom crying about how miserable i am here

all of my friends, excluding the one that is here, are back at home. i like my classmates, but we aren’t friends. i want to hangout with my friends, not my peers from school and... the younger ones

my book didnt fit in my bag. i really wish i had my book right now

these hotels are capitalist nightmares that wont let me use wifi despite being a paying customer w/o an account, which i am unwilling to make because. well because fuck that. why the fuck should i give you my personal info just for some wifi i should just get, because i am paying to be here. wth

what's always in my bag: w/ inspo + recs

section 1 will be essentials section 2 will be recommendations

section 1, the essentials:

your electronic of choice (if you have one). usually for me this is my phone, however sometimes it also includes one of my cameras, headphones, laptop, or iPad.

journal. this is an ESSENTIAL for me because I am too afraid to leave it in my room when I am not there due to the fear of someone reading it lol.

medicine pouch. its good to always keep pain meds/any meds you usually need incase of an emergency.

wallet. this is an obvious one, as someone who has not yet set up their Apple Pay (I know I'm very very late on that) I always need my wallet with me.

a book. this has come in handy so many times, as I find myself reaching for it when I need to wait in public or where there is no wifi.

a beauty pouch. this is my favourite part of my bag, it includes lip products, perfume, gum, hand cream etc.

hand sanitiser/sanitiser wipes. I ALWAYS need these with me as I am a huge germaphobe and need to clean my hands at all times.

section 2, the recommendations with links:

before I begin, if you're looking for a bag for university/school I do not recommend getting tote bags. it will KILL your shoulders by the end of the day and its not good for your back. there are many cute backpack options that would be much more comfortable for this use. however, tote style bags are my favourite just for casual, everyday use.

some bag recommendations are;

longchamp le pilage (i dont have this one yet but I really want the black one)

goyard tote in size medium

brandy melville canvas backpack

miscellaneous recommendations;

I got my journal as a gift, however I recommend any notebook you can find to be honest. I'm not too picky with my journals however the one I am using right now has been my favourite, it is beautiful and it feels very personal due to it being a gift.

my medicine pouch is a random one from years ago, however I recommend the cute small pouches from brandy melville.

I recommend getting card holder instead of a big wallet if you barely ever keep cash on you (like me). it is much smaller and more convenient.

the current book that I am reading is 'the virgin suicides', it's so good so far and I recommend everyone to read it. i am really excited to finish it because ive heard incredible things about the movie.

I use the glossier pouch as my beauty pouch, however literally any pouch would work just fine.

for lip products, I recommend the glossier balm dot coms for lip balms, and the fenty gloss bomb for lipgloss.

for perfume, I have a mini body spray in my bag just for emergencies (as it is not my favourite scent), however I recommend getting a small body spray with whichever scent you like best (I am planning on getting the vanilla mini body spray and hand cream from bbw).

for hand cream I recommend any from l'occitane, their quality is brilliant and the scents all smell wonderful.

Alsooo, as an unrelated fun fact... since I've been bitching nonstop today... maybe this entire week actually...

I canceled my Netflix subscription since I don't use it enough to justify $15 a month in general... (like if it was an added fee to add people, FINE. I get adding a fine if people are password sharing. If its reasonable people will still share the account but share the price, right? No problem. Hell, id pay and extra $5 a month if i could share my password with relatives in a different state. Like id pay $20 a month to look at my relatives and say "you dont have to pay for netflix, heres my sccount, we'll share) but having to log in to home wifi with 3 devices... while I could PROBABLY pass sounds annoying and frustrating. My wi-fi is through my housing. Idk what that is even going to do. Multiple apartments and buildings use the wifi... and while I like to THINK Netflix would be fine with multiple accounts on the same Wi-Fi, what if they decide that's a no go too? Or you can't log into your "home" wifi because it thinks your someone else on the wifi? What happens? I know how to pirate. Don't test me. I'm not playing this game, I'm working around it. Like, the point of paying dor a streaming service rather than orienting it is to share the passwords

And I don't use netflix enough to really justify it, particularly when they have ads on mobile (hilarious in the stupidest way btw. Like. I use my student spotify sub for hulu. But I'd pay $7 a month for it with ads all things considered but its cheap with ads for a reason. I actively like Hulu despite its flaws for now. No ads is another deal and understandable imo. Not ideal but if i was derpserate, hell yeah)... so.... I canceled my subscription and because a friend gives me his crunchyroll login and he wanted a dropout.tv account (dropout being way cheaper than crunchy or netflix. Like i shit you not) I just... was like "dude I canceled Netflix yesterday. I know you want an account but let me make one, pay for it, and I'll give you my password, because they allow sharing"

So despite me barely watching dropout, I now have an account. It's a fun site! I like their content! I've just... never been super determined to watch a lot... but their pricing is more than reasonable and if you're gonna give me access to 2-3 streaming services (cause it ain't just crunchyroll) I'll pay for a $6 a month service for us both to watch. Dropout is fun and I've watched it with other people and it helps with my depression. It's cheap and fun and like... while I'm sure it's not the best streaming service it provides a type of entertainment that is cathartic for me. Like, it's not a mainstream streaming service but it does help me and I know it. And I have a friend overjoyed to have it, and we cabln SHARE the account? HELL yeah. So if I have a GUNG-HO friend that really wants it? And it helps me? Of course I'll pay the monthly fee and share my account. It's worth more to pay $6 for a shared account than $15 for a single account. And yeah, you can settle for lower streaming quality from netflix for about $10 a month... but im still probably paying for the cheaper services. And the ones I can actively share. Because if I'm not watching it and someone else is it pays for itself, ya'know?

Like dude has been blowing through dimension 20 all week. Was about to make his account and I went "nah, you give me crunchyroll and I just canceled my most expensive streaming service, I gotchu" like, even amazon prime for students is cheaper. Netflix if you don't wanna join blockbuster, get it together cause you about to follow suit buddy
