Okay this has been on my mind for soooooo long so I decided to do something about it.

Who made me a princess x Trash of the count's family

Cale is secretly a prince in Obelia not like claude had another child but Jour being a princess there because the previous Emperor took a liking to her and unoficially Adopted(??) her and the previous Empress didn't really care but acted as a Mother towards Jour. Basically Jour is known as the Rose Princess and is adored by the whole Empire. Claude, Anastasuis and Jour have sibling relationship and Cale being the older brother of Athy and Jeanette(Cale is 4 years older than the two of them). But ofc Jeanette and athy meets eachother later found out about cale being a prince. Athy never knew about this because when she was young Cale was only visiting athy randomly. And with Jeanette, Cale visited her secretly but the Duke knew.

But ofc No one from Roan and TCF knows this.

When cale was 16 and in Obelia he told Athy and Jeanette he will be gone for a couple of years and he will be back. After dealing with the war with the white star and other stuff.

Cale is 21 years old and tells alberu and the crew that he will be leaving for somewhere but he will be back and tells no one to follow him. He visits Obelia and meets Jeanette, Athy, Claude and Anastasuis in a Ball and formally greets them (Aeternitas has already been dealt with by Lucas, and Anastasius is now nuetral Though Claude still hates him just a little less) and he apologizes to Athy and Jeanette for being late and asks Jeanette for her first dance.

"Your Highness, May I have this dance" as Cale helds his hand out.

I made Cale but in Royal clothes.

“I feel entitled as Athanasia and Jeanette’s older brother, I do not like either of them in that way. I am in love with Princess Y/n,” He shot back

“I don’t want you dating Athanasia because you're 200 years old and she is only 16!! You're OLDER than her father and that's not right. I would like a gentleman to love Athanasia, not you!!” Ijekeil continued

Only now did he realize that he had confessed his feelings for Athanasia’s sister, his face flushing at the thought that Y/n’s sister and Jeanette ( 2 girls that LOVED to gossip ) knew about this.

Athanasia smirked and started to walk in an attempt to tell Y/n and Jeanette followed behind, while Lucas just sighed in relief that Ijekeil was not his competition.

“Wait! Please, you two come back!! Y/n is so beautiful and has so many suitors, I can’t embarrass myself in front of her,” Ijekeil screamed as the girls came back.

“Is that why you always avoid my sister?” She asked with curiosity

“Uhm…well she is an angel and i’m just another boy that likes her. I’m probably nothing new but I adore how caring and kind she always is!!”He felt his heart hurt as he realized there were many other boys that liked y/n

“She will like you, Iz y/n has a thing for nice boys~” Jeanette giggled

“Just ask her~~~ PLEASE,” Athanasia screamed

“Oh, I forgot I actually invited princess y/n to a tea party with all of us today!” Jeanatte spoke

“You WHAT???” Ijekeil screamed, his face flushed a maroon shade

Y/n came into view, she slowly closed her parasole as she took a seat at the table

“Nope, just in time,”Athanasia smiled admiring her beauty

“I’ll admit you're pretty but not as gorgeous as me,” Lucas saighed

Athanasia looked like she wanted to murder Lucas, Jeanette tried to glare at Lucas but she looked cute.

Y/n pinched Jeanette’s puffed out cheeks

“Now~now~ no need to get mad Athy, he is very pretty for a boy~” She laughed as Lucas gave everyone an ‘I told you so’ look.

“Uhm, Princess Y/n w-would you like tea,” Ijekeil said, his hands were shaking and his face flushed red

Y/n placed the back of her hand on his forehead

“My! Your burning up, are you alright,” She gave him a concerned look

If it was even possible his face reddened even more as he stuttered out

“I-i’m fine lady Y/n, d-don’t worry a-about me,” He stuttered

“I don’t believe you for a minute! I’ll go get the medicine, Lily must have some of it since Athy baby just had a cold a week ago~” She walked off

“I love Y/n but she always calls me ‘Athy baby’ i’m sixteen and frankly it's embarrassing,” she sighed

“Are we not going to talk about how Ijekeil totally made a fool out of himself in front of his crush pfft-,” Lucas laughed as Ijekeil glared

“I just can't seem to function around her,” He said his blush wearing off

While Athanasia and Jeanette laughed

Jeanette leaned over and whispered in Athy’s ears “They are perfect for each other!!! HOW ARE WE GOING TO GET THEM TOGETHER???”

“Hmm… Jeanette I think we need to work hard on this, we shall work very hard until they become a couple,” Athanasia sighed

Y/n walked over with a vial that contained greed liquid

“She gave me this, it's made of mint and basil leaves and relieves fevers,”Y/n said as she poured the liquid into the spoon and walked over to feed it to Ijekiel

Ijekiel’s palms got sweaty as he was being spoon fed the medicine by the woman he was in love with.

“Now's your chance, ask her for a walk,”Athanasia whispered in his ear

“A-ah right! Princess Y/n, the weather is very lovely today,” Ijekiel started

“Indeed it is,” She said

“W-would you care to join me for a walk?”Ijekiel inquired shyly

“Of course,” She picked up ijekiel’s hand and ran off with him tagging behind

MEANWHILE THE SHIPPERS WERE SCREAMING AND LUCAS WAS COVERING HIS EARS ANNOYED

As the pair ran, they reached a blossom tree.

“This is my favorite place, father told me that mother used to talk to him here all the time and whenever I come here I feel spiritually closer to her,” Y/n sighed as she closed her eyes feeling the soft wind on her

She pulled him down lightly and Ijekiel began to relax, the wind truly was lovely and he was starting to feel more comfortable around y/n

Suddenly he heard y/n gasp,

“What's the matter, princess?” He asked concerned

She pulled a box of chocolates out of the pocket in her long skirt with a thigh slit ( SHE DRESSES LIKE DIANA )

“I made this for the tea party but I forgot to give it to everyone,” Y/n sighed

“If you don’t feel like walking princess, you can give it to me and I could go give it to everyone,” He said, understandingly

“No no, you stay here with me~ You asked to come with me right~” Y/n said stubbornly

“Say AAH~,” Y/n giggled holding up a chocolate to Ijekeil’s mouth

“A-ah~,” he opened his mouth slightly and tasted the chocolate. It tasted delicious, the sweet cacao melting on his tongue.

“It's delicious! Could you teach me how to make those someday?” Ijekiel asked

“Of course, perhaps tomorrow, at 8 sharp~ Don’t keep me waiting!!” Y/n laughed as she got up to leave

“Are you leaving so soon?” Ijekeil asked, missing her presence

“Hmm~Yes, I promised father that I would help him with his work today,”She smiled

Ijekiel reached out to touch y/n’s soft hair and then reached for her hand, he planted a soft kiss on her fingertips making her heart beat faster

“Then I will see you tomorrow princess, at 8 sharp, I wouldn’t dream of keeping you waiting,” He smiled charmingly.

As she left, he picked up the box of chocolates and tasted one, perhaps Athanasia could help him get with her, perhaps he could still try winning her heart.

After all she was just so lovely, that he fell madly for her. Just in the span of an hour he felt butterflies in his stomach the entire day, recalling the memories and her scent~

He could only stay awake all night dreaming of being hers.

My First Who Made Me a Princess Post

This is my first "Who Made Me a Princess post (if the title wasn't already obvious enough).

And funnily enough, it's basically going to be about me ranting about how the series is over.

But first, a little backstory.

So, I read a lot of manhwas, but I stick to one particular genre of manwhas - isekai. Isekai for those of you who don't know is basically when a character is transported into another world or perhaps the past.

And because I read a lot of manwhas, I have a lot of things to keep track of. The way I do this is by having this journal which has the titles of every single manhwa that I've ever read and the chapter number which I last left on.

Basically, what that means is, say I read a manhwa and there's only 15 chapters so far. What I'll do is write down the manhwa's name, and then the chapter number so that I can revisit the manhwa some time later.

Now, I've been doing this for years now and I've found plenty of works that I truly love and are plenty invested in.

My good friend @underratedbitch-number13 is also a fellow manhwa lover and we talk about manwhas that we enjoyed reading.

Back to Who Made Me a Princess though.

I've reading the series for years now and today, when I did my routine reading of the manhwa, I came to the end.

Like the actual end of the series-

I was absolutely not ready for that-

I was overwhelmed with a lot of emotions as Who Made Me a Princess was one of the very first manhwas I ever read and it is one of the first ones that got me as hooked on the whole "isekai" trope as I am today.

What's more, this particular manhwa holds a special place in my heart. What started as a comfort read ended with me being quite attached to the manwha, and honestly? I wouldn't have it any other way.

Claude reminded me of my own father very much, and that in itself was a very big comfort.

And then of course, the story. MY GOODNESS was it a beautiful story.

It was wholesome and brought out emotions in me that had been buried for quite some time. I enjoyed Athanasia's journey throughout the series, and I was actually very satisfied with the ending.

So, a HUGE thanks to both Plutus (the original creator) and Spoon (the current creator) for working on this manhwa and for giving us such a beautiful read! I truly appreciate your work!

Now, I feel that it is important to mention (or remind for some of you) that Spoon has mentioned that they will take a break for a few months and then come back with some side stories for Who Made Me a Princess.

I'm particularly excited for these side stories because Spoon has also listed what kind of side stories are to be expected (such as Claude and Diana's personal lives, the maids' day to day lives, etc.)

The ending of the manhwa has been resting heavily in my mind for a while now, and I both wish that it would go away so that I could do my work but also wish that it would stay because this is something special to me.

What about you guys? I tried to make sure not to reveal anything for those of you who have not yet read the ending, but if I happened to miss anything, please do let me know!

-You were tired, angry and hurt. I mean, who wouldn't if anyone was in your place? Being a princess would be a dream to a lot of people, but becoming a princess in your next life with a possesive father and sister, no one even knew you neither the fact that the emperor had a child other than Athanasia

-Being confined in the palace without being able to go outside by your father, the emperor of the Obelian empire, can do harm to you, both physically and mentally

-You didn't even belong to this world, and somewhat neither did your "sister", too

-So, as the spoiled and beloved daughter of emperor Claude de alger Obelia who won't get married and doesn't have to go to any classes she doesn't like, you spent most of your days in the imperial library and taking magic classes, trying to find a way to be able to induce extremely strong amnesia or open up a portal to another world

-Day by day, your magic grew stronger and your knowledge on various kinds of magic increased, mastering all kinds of magic, until you found out about dark magic, a dangerous and forbidden form of magic made illegal by the Obelian law, so finding two entire bookshelves about dark magic in a hidden corner in the imperial library is shocking

-You decided to enchant a diary that had a lock and key to have more and more pages everytime you finish writing a page, but it never grows bigger, making it an infinite diary

-You wrote down everything there was in the books about black magic instead of taking the books, deciding that it was dangerous and risky if someone finds them in your bedroom, and so you studied holed up in youe room every second when you had free time from being with your family

-Claude and Athanasia were happy that you found something you loved, supporting you in every way they could, hell, Claude even offered to teach you things he knew! (you begrudingly accepted after realising he had more experience with using magic as a whole)

-When you found out it was impossible to go back to your world as your original body died in that world, you cried for twelve days and silently grieved for twenty days, hesitantly agreeing with yourself to keep yourself in this world instead of just ending your own life

-You put your anger and sadness into studying and mastering every single magic there was to get away from your current family, even being better at magic than Lucas, who was the magician of the Black Tower

-You learnt dark magic so efficiently and mastered it so well, that whenever you now used it, it never has any side effects!

-With your plan of mastering dark magic was completed and you casted magic to permanently change your appearance/eyes, it was now time to take your things and then cast magic on everyone in the palace which consisted of Claude, Athanasia, Lily, Lucas, Felix, Jeanette, Ijekiel, and the staff that worked there

-Although it took up some of your energy and mana, you had enough to run to a place outside that didn't have strong defense magic and made a portal to a village just meters away from the capital so you could sell your stuff

-As promised, your magic worked really well, and everyone forgot who you were and that you even existed! But it had one minor side effect, you appeared in their dreams. Well- your physical appearance wasn't shown, instead, it was a mass of black fog forming a teenage girl's body and whenever you talked, your voice was staticy and glitchy, but not too much as they were able to understand what you were saying, but not being able to describe your voice and match it to a human's

The dream, or, well, memory, Athanasia had right now was weird.

She looked at the door infront of her, two knights standing outside and guarding it, ignoring the person(?) that was loudly hitting it and desperately screaming to let them out while footsteps were nearing her in the hallway.

"Don't worry, Athanasia, your sister is just acting bratty because she broke a rule I enforced for her, just give her time." her father, Claude, calmly announced, holding the younger person's shoulder.

"But [censored] is going to be hurt if she'll continue banging the door so harshly.." she pouted, looking back at the door.

'Why is the person's name censored? and sister? I don't have a sister. Unless this is an alternate universe of this world or dark magic was used on me..' she thought with a inwardly confused expression.

-after that, she had magic voluntarily used on her to stop those kinds of dreams as they were ruining her sleep

-While claude sometimes also had dreams like those, most of them were nicer, more.. docile, if you will

-In his dreams you were always quiet and were almost doll-like in his dreams, always shaking or nodding your head instead of vocally answering his questions

-Was it because of how he wanted you to act? More like a doll than a human being that he could nurture, care for and dress up? He and neither did you know, only the deepest and most twisted parts of his brain knew

-When you sold all of your belongings and bought commoners clothing with sanitary products and a bag for travelling that you enchanted that had infinite space, you headed to a small and quaint medium-sized village near the borders of the Obelian empire, with multiple forests, lakes and rivers, it definitely was the best place to reside in for the rest of your life, and if for some reason your magic wore off, you could always run away to another stronger empire

-The villagers welcomed you warmly and even pitied you for your made-up backstory, being a runaway servant from an abusive low-titled noble family

-The house you bought was nice and big enough for you, a two story building with a big backyard for farming and gardening, your bedroom being on the second floor with a balcony and bathroom, and in the first floor a small living room and kitchen

-Your job was fairly simple, a humble seamstress that sold clothing for cheap

-But with your rising paranoia that your family will find you and forcefully take you back, you casted multiple defensive barriers from different kinds of magic

-Although you're not able to go back to your world, this is most likely the best case scenario for you, the true happy ending for someone who deserves it.

You died. But hey! You were lucky and some Goddess took pity on your soul and stuffed it into the body of the still unborn Athanasia de Alger Obelia. Oh and you have no Idea if this new world follows the book, the manwha, or some fanfiction.

How would you cope? Would you run away like Athy tried at the beginning? Would you crave your new dads attention and try to win his love? Would you start a revolution? Follow Aetherntrash? Give Jeanette the throne and be her shadow? Fall in Love with somebody? (Our Male Protagonist or even the reclusive wizard? Or find a new love not being known to you?) Would you even be able to see them as people? Not just characters you loved and liked to read about? How would you cope being an older soul in a younger body?

How would you rule if you tried the Empress Route and sit someday on your golden throne? How would you manage?

Just...general stuff I am really interested about because of what you write normally and what you would do personally would differ I guess.

Considering, I've never really thought about what it'd be like if I was actually Athy, cause well, hmm...idk really, I guess I just never really thought about me personally, so this will be interesting. Also, pls goddess, let it NOT be my fics because good god, that is hell on earth whew.

How would I cope?

Well, humans are by nature very adaptable(whether that's good or bad idk lol) so I'd probably get used to not having wifi and throw myself into studying for some validation and probably ways to get rid of black magic lmao

I wouldn't run away, but I'd probably try to kms when I'm able to walk after being born because hello, there are no phones, no laptops, no wifi!!! What do I do for entertainment when I run out of books!!?!?

Would you crave your new dads attention and try to win his love?

Considering I tried to kms when I was just a baby, maybe at some very early point Claude would get interested and keep me at his side just to keep watch over what I do and in turn, starts saving me from the brink of death?? Maybe around then, I'd start to get attached to him and try to attract his attention by acting older than a baby...maybe like those FLs who act like geniuses at a young age when they're actually reincarnated(wow that sounds awful when I write it out but hey, it's a solid idea)

Would you start a revolution? Follow Aetherntrash?

To the first, probably not? I'd make lots of alliances with foreign countries and within Obelia itself just in case but I'd want Claude to still rule cause I'd be legitimate that way. Plus, he IS the strongest emperor ever, so...as long as I can figure out how to get rid of the black magic, he's a safer bet than Aeternitas who would get rid of me in a heartbeat so he can sit on the throne himself. So in answer to the second, hell nah, he can go fuck himself or Roger lololol Athy will- I mean, I will find a way to intercept his plans, probably from the debutante.

Give Jeanette the throne and be her shadow?

WHAT- I mean, ok, that's a reasonable option, but in the world where I wouldn't know which plot the world is following, I wouldn't know for sure until I meet her, but even still, a very high probability of no. I wouldn't hate her if she's the WMMAP version but if she's the novel version, ugh. If she's a fanfic version...depends on who she's written by. If she's by me, except for very few, I wouldn't like that at all...if she's written by someone who loves her dearly(which means they hate me...) then I'd die, so I'd rather just keep my distance and send her and Roger packing.

Fall in Love with somebody? (Our Male Protagonist or even the reclusive wizard? Or find a new love not being known to you?

Oooh, I'd love to fall in love with somebody. The question is, would they fall in love with me? Or the version I present as my version of Athy? If I acted like the lovable and intelligent Athanasia, thousands would fall, but if I acted like me and the way I want to portray her as I wanted her to be: stronger, harsher, an heir with an iron fist just like her father- would they be able to fall in love? Anyways, leaving those existential questions for when I actually get isekai-d lmao I wouldn't fall in love with Lucas. Unfortunate ahaha but I'd love to have him as an ally. Ijekiel on the other hand...I was pushing for Athy to end up with him, so he'd be a strong contender. If someone else comes into the picture, I wouldn't mind as long as they have the qualities of: a high rank that is near or matches Athy's, appearance-wise doesn't look like a squid next to her, and is intelligent enough to keep up with her conversations.

Would you even be able to see them as people? Not just characters you loved and liked to read about?

That's a real question...I think for a long while, I wouldn't be able to see them as anything but words on a page. Descriptors that I used to write, strokes of a pen across a tablet screen, I would feel their warmth and even look in the mirror and think, this world feels amazingly real. Would it even register to me that it was, in fact, now my reality? That they were, in fact, tangible people that could laugh, cry, love and die? It would be inevitable that I would find them to be people, but I think it'd be a long road to get there.

How would you cope being an older soul in a younger body?

AHAHAHA depends~ am I an older soul in the first place?? But if we're going off that I was older when I died and got stuffed into Athy's body, I'd use it as well as I could- plus be happy at restarting life lmao. Using all the knowledge I had from my previous life to prepare for my later years instead of learning the basics from scratch. I'd probably go as Athy did, learning new languages and studying early on, I have to make sure I don't act like a useless pawn but a useful heir. I'd also, frankly be annoyed at having to act like a child in a child's body so I'd do away with that and just have people get creeped out by how adult-like I act. Tell them to deal with it, I've got no time for their feelings ahaha

How would you rule if you tried the Empress Route and sit someday on your golden throne? How would you manage?

If I really did go into Athy's body, there would be no other route other than the Empress route imo. I don't have the patience or the large heart to let anyone else take the throne other than Athy. In my eyes, she's always been the one who deserved it the most after Claude, so I'd do anything and everything in my power to make sure she sits on it. Well...that I sit on it. I'd rule with generosity to those who help the weak out of the goodness of their hearts, rule with bared fangs at those who dared to overstep. I'd hope to be a ruler that would go down as being great rather than a powerless coward, but not as a bloodthirsty tyrant. I'd keep Obelia the same size, maybe expand, just a little, being too greedy was the downfall of many Emperors. Increase the networks by sea to increase trade itself, travel to widen my horizons.

Managing though....eek. I hate the idea of managing all those territories and worrying about people coming to assassinate me in the middle of the night + all the political jargon I'll have to learn and assimilate into every meeting with the nobility + having to do so much work...I'll probably make Claude and Ijekiel pull their weight and help me out while I pick out at least one secretary to help me for a while. Maybe my obstinateness will never let me pass the work onto someone else, my pride will get in the way? There goes my lazy days 😭

All in all, I do hope this was alright in terms of an answer-! It was very hard knowing that I was the one doing this and not Athy- at least a version of Athy- but I stopped cringing halfway because I had forgotten how fun it was to imagine myself in situations instead of a character. So, thank you, lovely for the wonderful, wonderful, ask!!! 🥰

Y/n hugged the brunette tightly, despite not being her real sister, Jeantte had a place in her heart that no one except Athy could possibly have. She loved her two sisters dearly and constantly defended them from Claude. Y/n had helped Athanasia when she was being embarrassed by Claude at her birthday party after he lost his memories and she had just helped Jeanette spare her father’s life. She was the most perfect woman to ever exist in Jeanette’s eyes. If someone were to tell Jeanette that Y/n was a goddess she wouldn’t hesitate to believe it and in Y/n’s eyes Jeanette was an angel that could do no wrong, she was such a sweet girl who deserved all the love in the world. Athanasia watched with saddened eyes as she embraced the two girls that were already hugging

“We will miss you Jeanette, it won’t be the same without you,” Athanasia sighed as Jeanette got into the carriage with the black haired man who was her biological father.

“I don’t know why the both of you are getting so worked up over that Chimera,” Lucas shrugged

You felt your blood boil at the sight of some slacker making fun of your dear sister like that.

“Hush Lucas, if you value your life kindly shut up,” Y/n glared as she walked towards the boy,

Lucas immediately knew he was in danger when he saw Y/n’s sadistic smile. Y/n walked over to the boy and yanked on his hair,

“Ow ow ow, princess!! Your so mean *dramatic sniff*,” Lucas faked a cry

“Oh shut up, whatever Y/n did to you was well deserved,” Athy rolled her eyes

“You're both so mean! At least Ijekiel loves me!!” Lucas sneered

“ No I don’t,” Ijekeil said in a ‘matter of fact’ tone.

“Hmph, you're all just a bunch of bullies! I can’t believe i’m in love with such a mean princess,” Lucas sighed

Everyone knew he was talking about you. Claude was taking out a dagger from his pocket, ready to end that magician but Athy pushed it back into his pocket

“Oh stop it daddy, they are in love~~ don’t you seeeeee,” Athy screached

“They are not in love,” Claude coldly spat

Ijekeil swallowed up pain, he liked Y/n but unlike in Lucas’s case nobody knew of Ijekeil’s crush on Y/n.

“Eh, now that I confessed, can I get a kiss princess?” Lucas wiggled his eyebrows and leaned onto you, lips puffed out making a smooch

“Not today, I refuse to be seduced,” Y/n covered his lips with her hand and moved his face away from hers

“By the way you might want to run,” Y/n pointed at Claude

Claude had murder in his eyes, not only did he flirt with his daughter but he attempted to kiss her. Lucas knew he shouldn’t fight Y/n’s father, so he walked away pecking Y/n on the cheek, causing Claude’s fury to strengthen.

“Oh calm down father, even if I love him, I will always love my family more,” Y/n smiled gently hugging both Athy and Claude

“I will always love you both too,” Claude had now forgotten about Lucas, hearing those words from his daughters mouth made him happy and he smiled gently. Y/n and Athanasia were truly the best gifts he could have ever received from Diana.

Re-read this again because it is finally completed and I can binge read it without cliffhangers!

This is my first isekai webtoon and also my favorite so it holds a very special place in my heart!

Reading this again is pretty nostalgic! I remember those times where I am so excited when a new chapter comes out every few to several months. The wait is sometimes long but it is very worth it although sometimes it leaves you hanging.

It is completed now so I am able to enjoy this manhwa in its full glory! I will be reviewing the story, art, and give some opinions about the characters~

A little bit of recap:

The story starts with our main character being self aware that she had been isekai'd/reincarnated to a novel she read back in her previous life.

Her main dillema was that apparently, she has been reincarnated as the tragic Princess Athanasia in a novel called "Lovely Princess".

In the original novel, Athanasia or Athy is the daughter of an Emperor named Claude de Alger Obelia. Although she was his only child and daughter, he never acknowledged nor cared for her since her birth, making her seem like a forgotten princess.

At the age of 9, she met her father accidentally while wandering around the palace grounds. Being a neglected child who craved for love and affection from a parent, she decided to win her father's favor by doing her best to be a great princess. However, her efforts were always fruitless since she was shunned and ignored by her father everytime.

When she was 14 and attending her debutante ball, a girl named Jeanette, who also happens to be the main protagonist of the novel, was introduced to the emperor as his daughter. Jeanette was accepted as a princess and as the story progress, Jeanette slowly gained their father's affection and approval due to her bright, gentle, and cheerful personality. Athy on the other hand was still neglected (poor bby..)

Then Jeanette has this aunt who wanted her to be the next heir to the throne. Since Athy is Jeanette's competition, she devised a plan to get rid of her for good by poisoning Jeanette and framing Athy for it.

The plan of Jeanette's aunt was successful since Claude believed the accusations that Athy poisoned Jeanette. Despite being innocent, Athy was then sentenced to death and executed.

Now in order to avoid the same tragic fate as the original Athanasia, our main character made a plan to collect as much trinkets and jewelry as much as she can gather so that she can have money and run away from the palace when she comes of age. She also planned to avoid the emperor as much as possible for her survival since it seems like the emperor has some sort of Vendetta towards her.

However! Her plans were utterly destroyed when she met the emperor 4 years earlier than the original Athy. This made her come up with a new plan to try and charm the emperor like Jeanette did by being cute and charming in order not to be killed.

Thoughts! (contains spoilers!)

This manhwa is my favorite for a reason! It is a complete package and something that I will recommend!

It is a cute and heart warming coming of age story with many twists and turns. The story telling is great and compelling. It keeps you interested and makes you want to read more because you just HAVE to know what will happen next.

The characters are also very well-written! I like mostly everyone in the story. I wish some characters have side stories or spin offs because they are so lovable and likeable. The chemistry between the characters are so great that I was kinda sad when I learned that the series already ended. I wanted more character interactions!

The relationship between Athy and her father is very cute and sweet. It's very amusing to see a very stoic Claude be full of emotions when it comes to his daughter. I wanted more stories or scenes about a doting Claude especially now that Athy has suitors!

On the romance aspect, the love triangle between Athy, Ezekiel and Lucas makes my heart flutter so much. Ezekiel is nice and a textbook example of a prince/gentleman buuut I just ship Athy and Lucas so soooo much!

A little bit of spoiler but that scene where Athy kissed Lucas on the cheek will be forever etched in my memory!

They are so cute and lovely together! I can't express how much I adore them so much. I like how Athy can be herself around Lucas and I love how chill and supportive Lucas is around Athy. Even though he is a very powerful magician and can take away Athy's problems in a snap, he still respects her decisions and trusts her judgement to solve the difficulties she face. He is also protective of Athy (in a healthy way) which is a major plus point!

I also love the scenes where the two male leads clash! The way they try win Athy's affection is amusing and funny cuz they are both competitive.

I just wished to have more side stories about Felix and Lily, Jeanette and Anastacius, and also Claude and Diana's past! Not sure if the actual novel has stories about them but if there are, I hope they get illustrated too because the art is excellent!

The artsyle is just chef's kiss! I really love how the characters are drawn cuz all of them are drop dead gorgeous! I think what stands out the most with the artsyle are the eyes, hair, and detailed clothing. As a shoujo fan, I am in love with the way the eyes and hair are drawn since it is sparkly and full of life and character.

The costume design is superb and can I just say the people behind the manhwa have great taste in fashion? All characters are stylish but I love Athy's dresses the most.

The Alice themed dress, confrontation dress, and debutante ball dress are very iconic to me.

Overall, you can tell I really love this manhwa! Maybe the things I kind of see as lacking is the way Aeternitas' story was told and also, major spoiler alert, neither Ezekiel nor Lucas ends up with Athy. I really wanted that Lucas end game!

The ending was ok and a great ending for an arc. I heard there are more post-Aeternitas events that happened on the novel so I guess it is up to the creators of the manhwa to decide if they'll illustrate that in the future or not.

I just have a lot to say about this manhwa but this post is getting long! Maybe I'll make a part 2 for my character opinions but lets see~
