whenever you guys go out, either on dates or just small outings, both of you agreed to always have matching outfits or jewellery on. its just small things like wearing the same coloured tops ,the same necklaces or similar sneakers but it brings joy to both of you. bonus points when this happens without you guys checking in with each other, you both just walk out the door in a hurry and notice you have matching hoodies on.

jongseob is the type of boyfriend that is constantly looking to be near you. to satisfy his cute clingy behaviour he always makes sure you guys are holding hands. walking around on the street? holding hands. sitting down taking a break at a p1h photo shoot? hands interlocked. he just can't stay away from you for too long. always fidgeting with your hands in his, almost idly, while having a conversation with his members.

seobie has this thing he started doing ever since your relationship began, whenever you hair is in your face he will take the strands and tuck them behind your ear, its a habit at this point, he does it without thinking sometimes and you just look up at him without resisting cause why would you? he looks so cute doing it with a small smile on his face.

whenever you're on your phone not really paying attention to what he's saying, jongseob will make you look at him by grabbing your chin in a gentle manner, you get all flustered and always make fun of him by comparing him to a kdrama oppa.

ever since you started dating jongseob you haven't lifted a finger, this man is obsessed with carrying things for you. oh you just got a delivery in the mail? he'll carry it up to your apartment. oh your purse is too heavy tonight? he'll carry it on his shoulder, no shame. oh you opted to take your leftovers home? he'll take the bag from you in no time. he's just such a gentleman when it comes to things like these.

one of the main reasons you even started dating him was because you noticed something in jongseob you don't usually see in most people his age. he's just so emotionally mature. setting and respecting boundaries, emotional control in any situation, always so empathetic towards everyone around him, never afraid to embrace his emotions and feelings, he's so responsible and hardworking always striving to be the best version of himself. you still are so grateful and proud of him for all of it.

seobie is just such a sweetheart his favourite thing to do when you don't expect it is to hug you from behind, he leans his head on your shoulder and just stays there, enjoying your warm body against his. you absolutely love when he does this, you can feel his love for you radiating through his chest. its always a small surprise but such a meaningful one.

jongseob might just be your biggest fan. always supporting you in everything you do, always ready to help in any way possible. sometimes it's emotional support you need most and he's the absolute best at it, accidentally pouring his heart out about his feelings and thoughts about you whenever he feels like you need to hear it.

he is so focused on you when you're together, he must make sure you're always comfy. from giving you his hoodie so you're not cold anymore to sharing the last sandwich he brought on set with you just because you mentioned you were a bit hungry. always making sure to take care of you, this is his favourite way of showing affection.

late night walks! his favourite activity to do with you especially when he brings his camera and snaps pictures of you and everything around. you both enjoy the quiet streets, crisp air and dim lighting, makes both of you feel so at peace. its a perfect way to wind down before going to sleep.

talking about rest, seob loves cuddling you before falling asleep, usually he starts off as the big spoon but eventually turns you around, facing you so he can scratch little circles on your back and you can play with his hair (which he loves soo much), he hugs you so tight but as he slowly drifts away and his breathing slows down his grip on you loosens.

usually in more casual situations jongseob will make you sit on his lap. he just loves putting his arms around you and holding onto you. it makes him feel like he is offering you the most comfortable spot to sit, which you really enjoy, it really make you feel secure and you've almost gotten used to just sitting on him whenever you have the chance (and it's appropriate ofc).

whenever you accompany p1h to schedules that consist of a lot of waiting around, you typically find jongseob braiding and playing with your hair. its really entertaining to him and you always appreciate how gentle he is to not pull on it.

it was gifted to you on christmas about two years ago. you’ve always dwelled on wanting one of your own, but never had the balls to go out of your way to purchase one because they could get pretty pricey. a lot of your extensive research and effort you spent scouring the internet to find the perfect vinyl record you’d like pointed to signs of something completely out of your budget. well, not completely, but unrealistically obtainable with the numbers you’ve been receiving paycheck-to-paycheck from your job.

so, each time that the holidays were around the corner, and whenever your mother would ask for your christmas wishlist, you’d throw in several other items you’d like but never included the idea of wanting a vinyl record. that secret desire of yours was something you kept to yourself, something you never brought up in conversation, nor was it something you’d expect to receive unless it was coming out of your pockets.

lo and behold, on the morning of a wintery cold december 25, when you were gathered around the christmas tree with your siblings and parents to open your presents, there sat a box with a fragile sticker stuck to the wrapping.

since then your prized possession has followed you to college and your off-campus apartment whom you share with your three other close friends.

intak, especially, took a liking to your music player and never misses an opportunity to use it. whenever he visits your place (which is almost every day) he makes it his unrelenting mission to flip through your vinyls and place his pick of the day on to the turntable. his personal favorite is cigarettes after sex, a band you actually introduced him to.

while you don’t mind sharing things, especially with your partner, you’re pretty sure intak has used your vinyl record more often than you have. ultimately, you don’t mind. it’s rather endearing knowing that what’s yours also belongs to him.

shota doesn’t even need to ask for your approval. in fact, he already knows your answer will always allude to a ‘yes,’ but he does it anyway despite the electronic device already in his possession.

“of course,” you would say.

naturally you grew up owning multiple generations of nintendo ds’s. when nintendo came out with a new updated version you’d go to the game store to trade it in for store credit just to get the latest release. this routine continued up until middle school when your gaming hobby no longer prevailed itself in your interests.

as months passed and 2017 eventually rolled by, the internet buzzed with life after nintendo’s announcement about the upcoming hybrid console came to light. rest assured that you were one of millions who preordered the device and waited impatiently for it’s hard launch date to release in store.

but again, school started to pick up and extra curricula’s were time consuming, that playing video games became less and lesser of an option for you to indulge in.

leave it to shota to pick up your slack. because if it’s not super smash bros that he’s try-harding at, it’s either the suika game, animal crossing (if he really feels like it), or pokemon. an odd rotation but who were you to judge.

“wHat!” he yelps from the couch. “how did he dodge that!”

you giggle at his typical gamer-behavior, closely reminded of yourself.

the sony cyber-shot camera has been by your side since you were in the 5th grade.

it was a hand-me-down from your father’s box of electronic gadgets he owned back in the day; a lot of which were collecting dust in the garage for not being used in so long.

while tossing things away to relieve the clutter and deciding what to keep, you remember discovering the digicam at the bottom of the pile after laborious digging. your father briefly taught you how to turn it on and off, what button to press to take a picture, how to record a video, and the different settings you could play around with.

your digicam has followed you around the world to different countries for family trips, witnessed you graduate from high school, contained a lot of embarrassing photos of you and your friends, watched you grow since elementary to your first day of college, and captured numerous flicks featuring new faces.

when you started dating jongseob, your photo gallery has been nothing but candid pictures of you and him (mainly of you).

your boyfriend is constantly bringing it along with him to events or outings, because, in his defense, he just wants to create some memories for you both to look back on someday. sometimes he goes out of his way to point and direct you on how to pose.

once, over dinner, you asked jongseob if he’d rather upgrade to something better and not outdated, like a canon or even a proper film camera. however, he is not one to budge and refuses to give up the obsolete digicam he unintentionally took ownership of.

“it’s special,” he pouted. “and sentimental, too.”

HIS LOUD FOOTSTEPS hurried through the empty hallways of the school. Riki struggled to remember what class he had at the moment; his busy mind made it difficult for him to remember. It was only when he ran past the classroom that he realized he currently had math.

His pants were heavy when he burst through the door, resulting in his classmates and teacher snapping their heads in his direction. With a guilty smile, he rubbed his nape, “Sorry…”

“Nishimura, you’re thirty minutes late. I will have to give you detention after school,” the teacher scolded in front of the students.

He kept his head low, nodding in defeat. The students snickered and whispered amongst themselves making Riki’s cheeks and ears heat up in embarrassment. There was no way he was getting away from this, no excuse would be good enough for his tardiness. For the rest of the class, he kept his head low on his desk, not wanting to interact with anyone for the interruption he had caused.

He kept the same position the whole day through all the classes and finally detention. The bright classroom was occupied by only Riki and the teacher in charge — whose snores disturbed the silence of the classroom. His head rested on his palm as he tried to understand the homework on the desk, completely failing after a while of trying. It had only been fifteen minutes of the two-hour-long period, and Riki felt like it had been an eternity.

That quickly changed when a sudden presence appeared behind the door, “Holy shit, he snores loud as fuck.”

The profanities shocked Riki at first, but he realized who it was when he got a good look at you. Your sudden burst woke the teacher up. “Sato Y/N?” He asked as he got ahold of the clipboard with all the names of the students that are supposed to be present.

“Yes?”

“Well, Sato… You’re fifteen minutes late.” He slammed the clipboard down on his desk in frustration. “Again. You know you’ll keep getting detention if you keep it up.”

You simply shrugged in reply while you made your way to the back of the classroom. The seat next to Riki that was unoccupied was taken by you. He hesitantly turned his head to you to catch another glimpse at you, his heartbeat sped up as he did it. Your intimidating, yet comforting, aura invaded the boring space.

You were leaning back on your chair, and the chunky highlights on your hair stood out to Riki. Countless piercings on your ear can be seen shining through your hair. You kept your narrow eyes on the teacher in front of the classroom, observing him. Your short skirt rode up your thighs as you crossed your legs.

You felt the feeling of his eyes bore into the side of your head, so you tilted your head in his direction to look at him. This action immediately made the boy beside you snap his eyes back to his paper. Riki felt your gaze on him for a few more seconds before the snores from the older male interrupted. He heard you mutter a low “finally” before standing up, and heading towards the door.

“Hey,” you suddenly said making his head snap up. “Are you coming or not?”

“Uh- umm,” Riki struggled to find his words, he could start to feel the tip of his ears heating up.

“Hurry, come,” you whispered as you held the door open, waiting for him to follow you.

His body moved before he even had time to think about his actions. He gathered his papers and bag hurriedly before speed walking towards the door. You walked faster than him as he got distracted by the light from the sun shining through the window covered by the grey clouds. He sighed, walking faster to match your speed. I better hurry before it rains he thought.

“I’m Sato Y/N,” you quickly introduced yourself when you realized you never did so, but Riki was well aware of who you were.

“Hi… I’m Nishimura Riki.”

You two walked at a quick pace to your shoe lockers to get out of the school as soon as possible. He realized that your locker was next to his when you stopped abruptly in front of him. Both of you pulled out the same pair of Jordan 4 Retros, “Black cats… nice,” you smiled at him.

While walking towards the school doors, sudden raindrops started to fall from the sky causing you both to curse under your breaths. You two complained for two very different reasons: Riki would have to wait for the rain to stop for him to walk to the train station; you just didn’t want to get wet.

You noticed Riki’s stress levels being higher than normal, “You good?”

His eyebrows shot up in surprise at your sudden concern, “Oh- I… have to wait for the rain to stop.”

You tilted your head in confusion with your eyebrows furrowed, “Is your car far?” He shook his head in response, “I have to walk to the train station…”

“You don’t have a car?”

“I don’t,” he mumbled lowly, if you weren’t so close to him, you wouldn’t have heard him.

“I can give you a ride if you want,” you offered which lifted the weight off of his shoulders. He nodded desperately at your proposal, thanking you multiple times under his breath.

You receive a call from Keeho, a little surprising as the boys should be in practice right now. You answer it, bringing the phone to your ear.

“Hey Steph, what’s up?” “Hey… umm… Seob fell during practice, we think he sprained his ankle, but he’s saying it's not bad enough to go to the hospital. Would you be able to pick him up?” 

As you heard those words your heart dropped. The only thing you were focused on was if Seob was okay. “Of course, I’m on my way.” You rush out the door, grabbing the first pair of shoes you see, and speeding down the street, hoping you don’t get pulled over. 

You reach the practice room a little out of breath and you burst through the door, shocking everyone inside. Your eyes immediately fall on Jongseob, sitting in a chair at the side of the room. “Baby, are you okay?” you ask heading over to where he’s sitting. “I’m okay, just twisted my ankle a little.” 

He turns to the side facing Keeho, blocking his mouth with his hand in a futile attempt to prevent you from hearing what he says. “This is why I told you not to call her,” he sighs. “And risk her killing me once she did find out? No, thank you,” Keeho says putting his hands up. 

Once you reach him you cradle his face, scanning him for any signs of pain or injury. He grabs one of your wrists, pulling slightly, signaling to move your hands. “I’m alright, seriously, Keeho’s just being over dramatic,” he gives him a quick glare. “But we can go to urgent care or something if it’ll make you feel better.” “If you don’t think you need to, we don’t have to go.” 

He didn’t look like he was in pain and his ankle didn’t look bad, he just needed to rest for a few days, you knew you were being a little excessive, but you felt a lot better just seeing him. “Come on, I’ll take you to my place and wrap up your ankle.” 

He nods, and you help him up, swooping him into a princess carry, causing him to yelp and the others to either gasp or burst out laughing. He already fears looking at the group chat or the comments everyone will make the next time they meet, causing him to shrink in your arms and turn into your chest. 

You say bye to everyone, Theo’s mouth still agape in shock and Jiung still punching the floor laughing, while Keeho records with his hand over his mouth. But you ignore them and leave the room. 

As the door closes behind you Seob uncovers his face, which is now as red as the tips of his hair. “Why would you do that?” he groans. “I told you it’s not that bad, I can still walk.” 

You smile at his reaction, it was half of the reason why you’d picked him up like this in the first place. The other half being genuine concern, of course. “But what if your ankle gets worse,” you say pouty. “Your performance is at the end of the month, we need to make sure you’re back at 100% before then.” 

He sighs, accepting his defeat, just hoping no one else he knows sees him like this.

iii. SPIDER-CLUTZ?

“I still can’t believe that happened to you,” Jongseob laughed in shock, hitting replay on the video for what seemed like the tenth time.

You tried to swipe the phone out of his hands, but to no avail, you were unsuccessful. Jongseob moved the phone out of the way and hit replay again.

Moments later, Riki made his way over to your lunch table and sat next to you. He pulled out his brown bag lunch and simultaneously pulled out a notebook and a pencil. 

“Hey,” you offered, giving up on Jongseob and turning your attention to your best friend. He paid you little to no mind as he flipped through the notebook, seemingly trying to find an exact page. As soon as he found said page, he stuck his pencil in the notebook as a page holder and shut it promptly. Riki grabbed his lunch and opened it, quickly pulling out an orange to peel for himself.

“Hello?” You nudged Riki, “Is anyone in there?”

He kept his hands peeling at the orange and his gazed fixated down but hummed, “Yes?”

You rolled your eyes at him, grabbing your own lunch. You had packed a salad, but you weren’t even sure if you had the appetite to eat it right now. You were already full of stress.

Jongseob hit replay on the video again, and Haneul made her way over to him from her spot to watch the video with him. There was no doubt that she’d already seen it, but of course, as your best friends, they wouldn’t miss any chance they had to mess with you.

After hearing yourself say, “You ruined my shirt, thanks.” for what seemed like the one millionth time of the day, you loudly sighed.

“If I hear that video one more time, I’m actually going to blow my brains out,” you commented, “and I’ll write your name on the suicide note.” You glared at Jongseob and Haneul, who were watching the video and laughing.

You turned back to Riki, who now had his notebook open. From what you could tell, it looked like he was drawing someone. You didn’t really want to interrupt him, but it was either that, or listen to your own voice cuss out Spider-Man for what seemed like the billionth time that day.

You scooted closer to Riki, not missing how he quickly slammed the notebook shut and looked at you. He moved it away from the both of you, but he still kept taking glances at it when he thought you weren’t looking.

“Everything okay…?” You asked, looking at him as if he had a second head.

He quickly cleared his throat, “Uh, yeah, I guess so. Why?”

“You’re acting super weird,” you said, “I mean, you are weird, but this is a new level.”

He slightly nudged his notebook further away from you and returned to his orange, “I’m fine. Want a slice?” He offered you a slice of his orange.

You declined, “No, thanks. I don’t really have an appetite at all right now.”

He furrowed his eyebrows at you, “Why?”

“That damn video is giving me so much stress.”

“What video?” He asked.

You were taken aback. How had your best friend of all people not seen the video? You sighed, “The one Haneul and Jongseob are watching. It’s this stupid video of me getting mad that was uploaded and tons of people have seen it.”

“Is that one you texted me about? Am I allowed to watch it?”

“Yeah,” you said, “I’m not gonna stop you. It’s not like everyone else hasn’t already seen it, so…”

You snatched Jongseob’s phone out his hand just before he could hit replay again and handed the phone to Riki, the video still pulled up. Jongseob whined in protest but immediately shut up when you gave him a deadly look.

Riki said nothing while watching the video; he didn’t chuckle, didn’t cringe, didn’t furrow his eyebrows, didn’t do anything. When the video ended, he handed the phone back to Jongseob and still said nothing.

“So,” you started, “do you understand why I’m so stressed now?”

“Not really. The video isn’t that bad.”

You rolled your eyes at him, “Thanks for the sympathy, asshole.” You scooted away from him towards Haneul and Jongseob who had finally stopped watching the video.

“You know, I really liked that blouse.” Haneul commented.

“Same,” you sighed, “but when some random inconsiderate jerk decides that he doesn’t, I guess spilling coffee on it is definitely a way to get me to never wear it again. Now no one can like that blouse.”

Finally breaking his blank façade, Riki spoke up.

“Maybe it was an accident.”

Your head shot towards him, “What, so you’re defending him now?” You teased, slightly masking your passive-aggressive comment.

“No,” he said, grabbing his notebook, “I’m just saying, superhero aside, he’s just another person. He could just be clumsy.”

“I’d get that,” you replied, “but he didn’t even apologize. That’s what stuck with me.”

“Well, I’m sorry.”

“You don’t need to apologize,” you commented, “because I want him to.”

Like that, the bell rang, signifying that you had to transfer to your second-to-last bell of the day before you could leave.

You gave Riki a look before leaving, “Will you be able to Skype tonight like usual?”

“I should be, yeah.” He said.

“‘Kay. I’ll talk to you later.”

keeho always finds a way to be touching you—be it with his knee touching yours while sitting, his fingers lightly caressing your hand, etc. it doesn't come as a surprise when you find out he is a cuddler. even when the two of you aren't actually cuddling, he's still got his foot touching your leg, or his hand grasping yours. the time he craves your cuddles the most is when he's back from tour. he's so touch-deprived and cuddling with shota and intak isn't the same as you :(

『choi taeyang : theo』

a little shy about it. he doesn't want to admit that he likes being cuddled. it takes some time before taeyang's open about the idea, and even then it's a little awkward at first. one day you suggest cuddling him, and his knees go weak. poor baby was too embarrassed to ever ask you. tries to be sly about it, but he fails cause you see the redness of his face when you prompted him with the question. not to your surprise, it ends up being less awkward, and both of you love it. taeyang always locks the door before you cuddle, as he doesn't want the members to see, leaving jongseob and soul to sleep on the couches.

a literal koala. both in public and behind closed doors, he is all over you. he isn't too affectionate with his members, so it gave intak whiplash seeing jiung be so touchy with you. why isn't he like that with him?! jiung physically cannot sleep without having his head tucked into your neck—so tour is hard for him. he's quite literally addicted to you.

『hwang intak』

loves cuddling, but my god is he a sweat box. y'all fall asleep fully-clothed and cuddled beneath the blankets, and wake up with the blankets on the floor, intak without a shirt, you without pants, and the only thing in contact is your head on his arm. as hot as he is normally, when he's sick he craves more attention which means more cuddles which means more sweat! you just gotta deal with it at this point.

『haku shota : soul』

shota doesn't initiate it, but he doesn't mind if you ask. the most he'll ever do is rest his head on your shoulder when sitting next to you, or hold your hand when laying down. he isn't scared to do it, he just wants you to make the move so he knows you're comfortable with it. eventually, he'll rest his head on your shoulder when going to sleep, and when you turn and wrap your arms around him, he understands just how okay you are with it.

『kim jongseob』

the two of you have never slept in the same bed, but have had multiple naps together on the couch. taeyang and keeho (& sometimes intak) refuse to let you both be in a room by yourselves, much less share a bed. most times, jongseob is laying between your legs, with his chest on yours. by doing this so often, you've created a habit of playing with his hair, and he's not complaining. jongseob gets a little shy when the older members notice you two cuddling, but he gets at keeho and intak for not having partners to begin with.
