Tag 1: Die Reise beginnt – Einführung in die Keto-Welt
Willkommen zu meinem 10-tägigen Keto-Abenteuer! Vielleicht fragst du dich, warum Keto? Die Antwort ist einfach: Ich suche nach einem Weg, mich gesünder zu ernähren, mehr Energie zu haben und vielleicht ein paar Pfunde zu verlieren. Keto, mit seinem Fokus auf fettreiche, kohlenhydratarme Ernährung, scheint der perfekte Weg zu sein, um diese Ziele zu erreichen.
Heute ist Tag 1, und es geht darum, die Grundlagen zu verstehen. Keto basiert auf dem Prinzip der Ketose, einem Zustand, in dem unser Körper beginnt, Fett statt Kohlenhydrate zur Energiegewinnung zu nutzen. Die Umstellung klingt herausfordernd, aber die Versprechen von verbessertem Stoffwechsel und gesteigerter Fettverbrennung sind zu verlockend, um sie zu ignorieren.
Mein Frühstück bestand aus einem einfachen Rührei, verfeinert mit Avocado und ein paar Scheiben Speck – ein fettreicher, sättigender Start in den Tag. Zum Mittag gab es einen Salat mit Lachs, der reich an Omega-3-Fettsäuren ist, und zum Abendessen zoodles (Zucchini-Nudeln) mit einer cremigen Avocado-Sauce. Ein perfekter Tag, um in die Keto-Welt einzutauchen!

I love when I’m not sick of eggs. #ketokife Started my morning off with Coffee because ... Coffee. Almost 1 pm and I felt hungry so I decided to scramble 3 eggs in a Tbs of Kerrygold butter. Pink salt and a tiny bit of pepper. Hit the spot! I’m still trying to recover from leg day and ended up taking a rest day because I could hardly walk by the end of the day.
