i reached my favorite milestone last year which is 127 (it’s also my angel number ♡⸜(˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝) but hardly had time to make this. i planned to post this by january 27 (which is 1/27) but didn’t finish it on time but ig today is fine (02/07). basically, these are the characters featured in my top 1, 2, and 7 most liked posts here on tumblr last year—seishu inui taking the 1st place, kokonoi hajime in 2nd place, and kakucho in 7th place. i really enjoyed making these, so i’ll do this every year except i’ll pick the top 1, 2, and 7 most liked posts across all my platforms instead of just tumblr. all of these reference nct 127’s albums (for those who aren’t familiar, nct 127 is a subunit of the kpop group nct), and i will continue to do so to uphold the 127 tradition (*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)ꕤ* thank u to my 127+ followers and thank u to everyone who showed these posts a lot of love ! the album reference for inupi is neozone (n ver.). i changed the yellow into a warmer tone that’s closer to toman’s golden yellow.

i switched the nct 127 emblem into a shape that resembles a basketball bc inupi’s special skill is ball games. i also changed it to the 1st album (instead of 2nd album) to reference his top spot as my most liked post last year.

the member i used for reference for inupi and koko is lee taeyong bc ‘yong’ in korean means ‘dragon’ and both inupi and koko are part of black dragons. inupi’s drip is taeyong’s drip in nct 127’s single ‘kick it’ from the neozone album.

the album reference for koko is sticker (sticker ver.). i also changed the album order from 3rd album to 2nd album to reference him being second to inupi as the most liked post here on tumblr. i picked sticker for koko bc bro rly stuck w inupi through thick and thin. like a stickaaa stickaaa *insert whistle tones* lmao

the numbers in the barcode are the number of likes he got from each platform—215 upvotes from reddit, 269 likes from tiktok, 577 likes on tumblr, 2.2k likes on twitter/x, a total of 3261 likes.

and finally, the album reference for kakucho is fact check (storage ver.). kakucho my beloved, the brawler, is canonically a prodigy who can even go up against the invisible mikey. don’t believe me? check the facts go check that!! (¬◾_◾) i also changed the album order from 5th album to 7th album in line with kakucho being featured in my top 7 most liked post here.

the reference for kakucho is jung jaehyun in ‘fact check’; his drip kinda resembles kaku’s tenjiku’s uniform, the pants specifically.

i switched the vault safe door into a metallic yin yang to reference tenjiku’s emblem and i also like that the storage version of fact check is grey, which is his image color! ⋆˙⟡♡

So yeah, Inui DOES NOT HAVE ANY SCAR; and here is some more info about Koko and Inui in the last time skip, so, It seems that the fire accident did not happen

Inupi always keeps Kokonoi's wallet in his care.

Dating Kokoinui Headcannons

part I / part II

Cuddling up between them at night, Kokonoi in your arms while Inui wraps his arms around you from behind.

Kokonoi tries to spoil you but all you really want is love from your two boys, or so you tell him so you can see his face warm up and turn a light red.

Kokonoi likes to show you photos of Inui as a kid, he was literally the most adorable thing and you can't stop yourself for pushing even more affection on the blonde because of the cute photos.

You get to watched the two of them argue and disagree then lay in bed together, scrolling on their phones while holding hands between each other.

Inui plays with your hair, sometimes even in public in front of other gang members. If they say anything, he will simply slit them open with his switch blade.

Inui can't drive both of you on his motorcycle at once so when the three of you need to travel together, Kokonoi will begrudgingly give up the space on the back of the bike for you, unless you insist he take it. Which you do a lot, since you know how much he likes riding with Inui. But then the two start arguing about how you driving alone isn't right. Its a mess and usually ends up with you and Koko in your car while Inui drives his motorcycle.

It's a unique dynamic that none of your friends really understand but it works perfectly for the three of you.

Inui buried his face in Koko’s neck,dreading having to leave him for another long week away, working on motorcycles. He was so tired, tired of working away from him, tired of waiting to see him every week, tired of hiding it. Smoke filled the air as Koko held a cigarette between his lips, the weight of Inui behind him with his face in his neck usually would feel like a feather but this morning it felt heavy.

It was always hard to speak on mornings like this, they had both silently thought of telling the other to run away with them, what if they could go somewhereelse. But they knew it was impossible. Inui knew Kokonoi would always have ties to Bonten and Kokonoi knew that Inui had worked so hard to have a normal life. He didn’t wanna ruin that for him. Yet they kept secretly meeting up in private, not being able to stay away from each other.

They both had work soon though and their fantasy was coming to an end, pretending none of these bad things were going on. That the string that attached them wasn’t causing pain to both of them.

Kokonoi reached forward and put the tiny bit of cigarette he had left out in his ashtray, staring out his window at the morning sky.

“What if I come back later tonight?” Inui spoke in quieted murmurs, tone reflecting his sadness and despair of once again having to depart from his beloved childhood friend.

“No. We can’t start that pattern.” Kokonoi said simply, knowing it was time to leave, time to tell Inui they both had to say goodbye . Inuis arms moved around Koko, limply hanging around his slightly undressed form. “It’s not fair…”. He whispered.

Kokonoi had always been so used to Inui being the tough one when they were younger, he hated to hear him so burnt out and miserable. He hated himself for doing this, for showing up at Inui’s work one day when he could no longer bare staying away from him. It was selfish and he regretted it, he should have allowed Inui to continue his life without dragging him back into a hopeless loop, the relationship they shared was empty and longing for something they couldn’t have.

Koko slowly pulled out of Inuis embrace, stepping onto the cold floor beside his bed. “We need to go.” He said, his voice lacking any emotion. Koko always got like this near the end of their weekends together and Inui couldn’t stand it, it hurt seeing him so cold. Inui removed himself from the warm blankets off the bed, the fabric tumbling off his naked form as he joined Kokonoi in getting dressed for the day. He picked up his wallet and keys, glancing at his ‘boyfriend’ as Koko pulled on some loose red fabric shirt, buttoning it up slowly.

“Come back next weekend.” Kokonoi said bluntly, looking up at Inui, despite his tone, his face was soft, showing just how desperate he was to cling onto Inui. Despite his regrets, he couldn’t let him go.

“Okay, I’ll see you later.” Inui said softly, walking past his boyfriend to the door of his bedroom, giving him one final glance before walking out the door.
