I CAN’T DO THIS ANYMORE!! If I see one more person compare solangelo to one of those bitchy black cat x sunshine golden retriever mlm ships, I will lose my mind. Will Solace has literally never ever come across as a golden retriever, not once. In fact, he’s literally compared to a cat. The only sunshiny thing about him are his powers and his face, they are misleading because his personality is basically the opposite.

Nico may present himself in a ‘black cat’ kinda way but deep down he’s a softie and the amount of times he thinks super cute, love sick things in tsats is WILD. He reminds me of a drenched rat who likes to curl up on someone’s chest and snooze.

Just saw some pics of the cast from GoT S7 and it got me thinking. It's funny how in the books Alys Karstark is described looking like Arya so much, that for a moment even Jon Snow thinks it's actually Arya. And then D&D decided make show!Alys red haired and blue eyed - so similar looking to that one character they tried so hard to prop up

D&D's method for writing was keyword searching Arya's name and then replacing her with Sansa, so that's not surprising. They weren't even trying to hide it either. I feel like that was more their attempt at making Sansa look less out of place though, considering she was the only one with red hair. They were trying for the whole "Sansa IS Winterfell" thing and her hair, visually, made her an outsider among the rest of the Northerners. It sucks that they didn't consider Alys important enough to adapt her story but they were willing to use her as a prop. I'm surprised they didn't portray Lyanna with red hair and blue eyes at that point. I've always thought that Arya and Jon being the only ones with the Stark look was significant though. I'm not saying that's the most important factor, but Sansa is southern in more than just looks.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but I thought I remembered seeing a screenshot of Wyll's stats in the epilogue (Blade of Avernus ending) where it said he was a level 22 ranger? Regardless of the logistics of going past level 20 in a DnD setting, but if that's true - if Wyll could go from having NO levels in Ranger to becoming a level 22 one in the 6 months between the end of the game and the epilogue, there is nothing to say that Tav/the PC couldn't similarly level up in that time (provided they are also adventuring about and grinding XP).

Which means if they're a spellcaster, they almost certainly have access to level 9 spells. And if they're the correct spellcasting class, they could have access to spells such as True Polymorph, True Resurrection, and Wish. All three of which could offer solutions to both Karlach's engine and an illithid!Tav.

EDIT: found out it was a mod that raises the level cap! but the point still stands!!! if you can get to level 12 in the few weeks that the game takes place over, getting to level 17 (the min level you need to start casting 9th level spells) in the span of 6 months while fighting your way through Avernus isn't that far-fetched a leap to make!

@ my chronically ill peeps: you don't owe anyone the extra effort it takes to pretend that you are ok. You don't need to pretend, even if it makes people upset, downright furious even.

You will have people who get upset at you for being chronically ill, because surprise!! your condition is chronic and no matter how many times they ask: no, it did not get better overnight. No, not even after trying -thing-

It's ok to be chronically ill, it's not a moral failing or your fault, you are NOT a burden. Sometimes shit just happens. And the people who do matter? They will stick around, even if you're having a particularly bad day or when you simply don't have the energy to put a fake smile on your face.

Chronically ill people do not need to try harder, to grow despite our illness and be a "success story".

You are not a failure for having to rely on people or for being dependent on medication.

If you're not chronically ill, be prepared for the answer to the question of "How are you?" or "Are you OK?" It will not always be what you want to hear.
