Be Curious. Not Judgmental

I believe everyone is curious about people, things or places. Our levels of curiosity though vary from one another. There’s nothing wrong with being curious; it’s when we become judgmental that it crosses the path of being a positive trait.

We should never be judgmental especially with people we don’t know or we just met. As the saying goes, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.”. A person may look snobbish or intimidating but when you finally get to know him, you will realize that you’ve been wrong with your first impressions of him.

Also, certain situations in life sometimes alter a person’s personality for the time being. Situations like a failed relationship, death of a loved one, etc.. We should try to understand them as they are going through a difficult stage or stages in their lives.

Bottom line, learn to accept people for who they are. Empathize if needed. Never judge them as you may be wrong with your judgments.

This is just my opinion. Let me know yours.
