Magic spell to find lost items:
When searching fails carefully and as accurately as possible make a drawing of the item. Calm yourself as you draw and focus on the form and materials of the item. Label it. You should find it soon after. (IDK why this works but it *does*— should it fail you have made a poster that will help others to help you find it. )

I got my wallet back!!!
Weirdly, it appears that after I lost it, someone found it, but then they themselves lost it on the way to the police box.
And someone reorganized the insides, but every thing is still in there!

*K.J does a small cheer before running off
*A few minutes later, she returns, disappointed
She said no- mostly because her sister kept losing them somehow
*She mumbles
Still don't see how you can lose a huge freaking grenade launcher-

Flowey: Still, tell your friend’s sister she’s going to have to replace all the weapons she lost and give them back to your friend.
Flowey: So that I can take them.
Chara: You can borrow my knife.
Flowey: Eh, it’s small.
Chara: It’s not that small!!

My parents have been cleaning and their discarded candles have been “mysteriously disappearing”.
So I lit a lost item spell. The candle said it had Lemon, Pomello (which is apparently like a grapefruit), mint, and sugar cane in it. It’s also green. So I didn’t bother dressing it. I also didn’t want to run in and out of the kitchen to get herbs.
I also learned about timing! And completely forgot about it and lit the candle lol. But if I don’t find my item by tomorrow I’ll light it again, and if not by Wednesday I’ll light it again. Just repeating that and looking. I’ll also light it on the waxing moon once it comes around.
Cross your fingers!

I ran across this question on a Facebook page I follow and it made me stop for a moment and think. I read some of the answers and saw that there were quite a few interpretations of the question. I don’t know much about Backrooms lore, but there needs to be a level of all Bobby pins, hair ties, socks, and everything else that miraculously disappears when you need it most. This level is literally just a pile of all of that, and that is the room. No monsters, demons, or spookiness. Just a pile of socks, hair ties, Bobby pins, and various other lost things.

The Sorry Saga Of A Small Remote Revisited
I thought perhaps since this was in my drafts that it would be the original story of a lost remote that turned up two weeks later in the place I always kept it. I had taken everything out of the pocket of my recliner every day for two weeks without finding it and then one day there it was, right where it was supposed to be. I’m still not sure why it took two weeks and 14 times cleaning it all out…
