Needing all of the mantras, positive vibes, wishes, prayers etc today. I’m leaving to head to Manchester after the school run. Leaving my family behind for 5 days. It’s the longest I’ve ever been away other than when I was in hospital. I dunno maybe that’s why I feel so anxious. Coupled the the emotions of the past couple of weeks. That on top of getting up there in front of all those people 😬 I’m doing this for my kids though, I’m doing this for your kids too and you. I have something to say that people need to hear. I have to make everything I went through worthwhile not just for me and my family but for others. Being an only child I have been pretty selfish in the past. But when I had kids and then when I had the birth trauma it changed me. I want to share everything with the world. I want to help heal the world make it that but better for everyone. To do that I have to send ripples out. So I’m going to remember I’m braver than I believe.
