For so long his whole identity was about losing his mum and if he lets go of that he'll have nothing. And more importantly if he manages to work through his mum's death he won't have this cushion to fall back on whenever something happens to him. Well, this is another fine mess we've gotten into. The inmates took charge of the asylum last week in the U.S. House of Representatives and yes, the revolt was televised. As the old saw goes, you don't want to watch legislators making sausage or mud wrestling or whatever that was on CSPAN. Twenty idealogical buccaneers — many of whom are election deniers — dragooned would-be leader Kevin McCarthy into ceding much of the speaker's power to them, setting the stage for a Congress of chaos, blackmail, government shutdowns and god knows what. Put on the popcorn, we're in for two long years of treachery that'll make “Dangerous Liaisons” look like “Leave It To Beaver.” That this Shakespearean roller derby unfolded on the second anniversary of the Trump insurrection must be karma or the result of blind ultra-conservative damn-the-institutions ideology GOP leaders have stoked for decades. One of the rascals, the vainglorious Matt Gaetz of Florida, actually nominated Trump for speaker, raising the specter of Robespierre and guillotines on the floor of the House. McCarthy finally won the speaker's chair on the 15th ballot but came away looking like Capt. Bligh on the H.M.S. Bounty as mutineers lowered him in a little boat and cast him onto the high seas of no redemption.

BREAKING NEWS!! PRINCE HARRY SPILLS THE JEWELS!!!

Hey Wilson, have you and the guys in the band read Prince Harry's new tell-all memoir, “What Happens In The Palace Stays In The Palace.” OK, maybe you've had enough of Harry and Meghan, but here's a roundup for the rest of the world who just can't get enough of the soap called “What Up At Windsor.” Of course, we've known the Royals are a mess ever since then-Prince Charles two-timed Princess Di, who dies in a tragic car crash in 1997. Fast forward to 2018 and Prince Harry marries beautiful social climber Meghan Markle, who happens to be of mixed race. Behind the scenes the Royals fly into hysterics because centuries of inbreeding will be messed up with Meghan's DNA. In 2020, Prince Charming and his TV starlet wifey quit their Royal duties because Meghan is sick and tired of the endless bullshit. They are summarily cut off by the late Queen Elizabeth and go all in for celebrity to make bank on all things Windsor-esque, which means they must garner headlines by revealing embarrassing secrets about Prince William and Princess Kate. In turn, Willam and Kate have a public shit fit. Then Harry and Meghan bust their own public shit fit and get rich claiming their private lives are being invaded by British tabloids as they go on Oprah to reveal their oh-so special Royal-less private lives.

HERE “THEY” COME

Pronouns are driving the Christian-Right and Republicans bonkers. Yes, pronouns, like “he,” “she” and “they.” Gays and lesbians are one thing but the Supreme Court said same-sex marriage was legal under the Constitution. Even The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, aka the Mormons, came out in favor of the Defense of Marriage Act in language that cleverly gave the OK to gay marriage without actually putting the Moroni stamp-of-approval on it. So, that's that. But the transgender thing is another ball of wax altogether and is the kind of fodder right-wingers need to escalate their Culture Wars. When “he” becomes “she,” or when “she” becomes “he,” it's time to draw a line in the sands of Babylon. Red states are ginning up anti-trans legislation faster than Jimmy Dean can make sausage. Utah is among 11 states debating whether to restrict access to teens for transgender healthcare, including medical procedures. It's more than physical — many trans people identify on a binary scale: male or female. But some say they are non-binary and prefer the pronoun, “they.” That's unsettling for religious Republicans when trying to grasp how one person can be a “they.” It gives “here they come” a whole new meaning that leaves anxious conservatives twisted up like sticky cheese pretzels.

Post script — That's going to do it for another white-knuckle week here at Smart Bomb where we keep track of six-year-olds who shoot their teachers so you don't have to. For real: A pissed off first grader in Newport News, Va. pulled a handgun out of his backpack and shot his teacher. Stricter gun laws? Nah, that would interfere with the 2nd Amendment right to bear arms in first grade. What the hell — President Biden raised the price of eggs from $1.50 to over $5. OK, it was the bird flu, but if we're blaming Biden for inflation, why not. Overall, the price of groceries is up 13.5 percent over the past year. While we're on the subject of gastronomy, here's something from our “Hot Dog”-file: Oscar Mayer is recruiting drivers for it's 12 Wiener-mobiles that criss-cross the country shilling their famous health food. But it's a hard gig to get. Qualified applicants must have a bachelor's degree in public relations, advertising or marketing. Whoa, just to drive a Wiener-mobile? It's a mad, mad, mad world. And finally this: Sheldon's Wines is marketing it's "Royal Blush," a 2011 French rosé, with an artist's rendition of Prince Harry shooting pool bare-assed naked. Harry made headlines in 2012 when TMZ photographed him in the buff playing strip billiards in Vegas — and it did not stay in Vegas.

Well Wilson, strip billiards for cryin' out loud. It's actually kinda weird, but how are princes supposed to stay busy, anyway. The Queen, God rest her soul, probably didn't dig it at all. Alright Wilson, tell the guys to put down the beers and the bong and take us out with a little something for Prince Harry whose name is mud once again in the House of Windsor:

There’s a certain type of white woman that hates Meghan Markle on principle.

I said in the previous post that they hate that Meghan illustrates that white femininity is not the gold standard that they have been taught that it is. And this, in my opinion, is exactly what their problem is. And this is why I have no patience or sympathy or kindness for these women. It’s not a new phenomenon. I’ve seen it before in fandoms. The way a significant group of white fangirls hated and still hate Iris West on The Flash because she’s Black and is the love interest of the cute, white main character guy. They go out of their way to ship him with any white girl he knows, because they can’t wrap their head around him choosing a Black woman over them. They need to feel like their whiteness automatically makes them more desirable than any Black woman. Even when they are gorgeous and smart and wonderful like Meghan Markle or Candace Patton.

That’s all I see from these white women. I see obvious and transparent jealousy that, if they couldn’t have Prince Harry, it wasn’t another white girl they could project themselves onto. It was a Black girl (and in many of the British white women’s cases, an AMERICAN Black girl.) And yes, I know Meghan Markle is biracial, but that hardly seems to matter to white people. They don’t see someone who is white with them. They see tainted blood. The tragic mulatto stereotype. All they see is a Black girl who dared to sink her grubby paws into the Prince Charming they were told they were owed their entire lives. All they see is a street hoochie who saw dollar signs and isn’t good enough. An uppity n*gress who doesn’t know her place.

I see it in the venomous way they say she “wants attention” every time she does or says anything. If she touches her baby bump, or says “It’s a girl!” on TV. It doesn’t matter that it’s the daughter of a prince, one of the most famous princes in the world, and it would be huge news that he was having a daughter no matter who his wife was. To them, the tainted negro children might as well not even be Harry’s. They’re Meghan’s, and she’s somehow awful for daring to birth them or even be happy about it.

It’s in the way they call a millionaire actress a “gold digger”, or say nonsense things like “she was a washed up actress before she met him” (She was STARRING ON A CABLE TV SHOW, which is a good enough job for Jennifer Aniston, but when it’s Meghan Markle, it’s “washed up.”)

They say things like this, because they can get the benefit of the doubt and claim they don’t hate her because she’s Black. Because if they say that, they’d show their true colors. But they do.

Because all in all, she’s done nothing wrong. All in all, she’s just a woman who married a prince. ANY woman on Earth, including Beyonce and Taylor Swift, would get a profile and position boost from marrying into the British Royal Family. Again, it’s THE MOST FAMOUS ROYAL FAMILY ON EARTH. There are other royals, but most of the world doesn’t even know many of the other royals, unless they’re from those countries or just happen to be interested in royalty in general. EVERYONE knows Harry and Will.

Kate Middleton was a veritable nobody when she married Will.

Meghan Markle was at least a pretty successful actress with a following of her own. And SHE’S the gold digger? It’s thinly veiled racist language. It’s the image of the ghetto Black woman pumping out babies to trap a man. It’s the idea that a Black woman can’t be worth anything on her own so she chases a rich man.

I mean, I know Priyanka isn’t Black, but similar things were said about her when she married Nick, and she’s PRIYANKA CHOPRA. She was already a huge Bollywood star. And again, it was white women leading conversations like this, because again, they were faced with the reality that white femininity is not the gold standard. That a South Asian woman could get their favorite heartthrob and they couldn’t, nor did a cute white girl they could project themselves on.

DON’T GET ME STARTED ON THE “MEGHAN MADE KATE CRY” LIE! This is a prime example of the weaponization of white femininity to demonize Black people. Been going on for centuries and will continue to. Weaponizing tears is the white woman’s bread and butter, especially if it can be used to demonize a Black woman. “Oh, boo hoo, that brutish Black thing made sweet little fragile, porcelain white me cry!” And to find out it was the other way around and NOBODY in that family said anything and just let the “angry Black woman” take the heat? It’s sick. And it’s common. It happens all the time. Because white femininity is soft and fragile and innocent, and Black women are never afforded that.

Even light skinned, biracial Black women like Meghan Markle. White women still refuse to believe she even has feelings. Crazy old hags like Megyn Kelly straight up think she LIED in the interview about HOW SHE FELT, because white people can’t imagine a Black person having feelings! They think we all just make it up because we’re trying to make them look bad or something, or that we like pretending to be hurt by their racism simply to make them look bad. So they don’t have to feel remorse for the racist shit they do and say. For making a pregnant woman hate herself so much that she didn’t want to live.

Like, we all know how bad hormones make people feel during pregnancy anyway. They can’t even believe that a pregnant woman who was being disparaged DAILY by the British tabloids ... felt sadness or hopelessness because of it?

Like, it really seems like white people think Black people have no feelings.

IDK, I’m still angry and hurt for her. And like, I’m so sick of white women only being feminists when it benefits them. I’m so sick of the absolute vitriol they have for Black women all the time. I HATE how they see us as beneath them, in every situation.

I really think these racist hags thought Harry would pick one of them. And when he picked someone not white, they couldn’t take it.

We have to stop letting white women hide behind this “I’m a woman, so I’m oppressed” shit, when they know exactly how to weaponize white supremacy to benefit themselves. And I don’t think Black women should have to be nice about it. White women need to get it to-fucking-gether and cut this shit out. Because it’s PERVASIVE, and like, when it’s a fictional character it’s one thing, but they literally drove this REAL, HUMAN WOMAN TO THE BRINK and they STILL refuse to stop. Inhumane cretins.

Days like today remind me why I left this blog behind. There is a family MOURNING the loss of a baby. This energy was completely different when the Tindalls were mourning the exact same loss, and if you can't tell exactly why that is, then you're part of the problem that made them leave to begin with. You do not have to like someone to express sympathy for Meghan, Harry, and any other couple who has lost a child. You should not be equating your feelings about them to your feelings about their suffering. If you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all. And if you can't say anything nice or sympathetic, then keep Harry and Meghan and Archie's names out of your fucking mouth. Some of the reactions I have seen here today are outright disgusting. My heart is so, so broken for Harry and Meghan, and the drive to protect them is instinctual. Millions of other people and I have been in tears all day over this news, over a family we will never know - the most genuine outpouring of sympathy and support I can imagine - and you have the audacity to express anything other than the same sympathy? No. Fuck that. I hope they're protected from the vitriol that I've seen today. If they're not, then let us do the honors - if you have anything to say other than that you're sorry, then you don't deserve to have a platform, or frankly, an opinion. If you disagree - or if you ever expressed sympathy for Zara Tindall or Chrissy Teigan or someone in your own life who has experienced pregnancy loss but somehow Meghan's is different and unworthy of the same level and intensity of sympathy - then go fuck yourself. Full stop.

Does anyone think about the fact the in the UK working mothers get 39 weeks paid maternity leave!!!!

Her last engagement before Prince Louis was born was on March 22nd; therefore she is entitled to maternity leave until December 20th.

This of course isn’t even speaking of the fact that it is well known that she has hard pregnancies and certainly needs plentiful time to recover.

Also this time is vital f new mother and baby to bond!!!

To conclude: calling HRH lazy is completely uncalled for and untrue and I won’t stand for it. Particularly those of you who are always trying to pit Meghan and Catherine against each other. They are both strong, wonderful women doing amazing things for The Commonwealth.

This morning, I read an article titled “I went undercover in the sinister world of Meghan Markle hate accounts" posted to Refinery 29. The title gives the impression of a journalist disguising one’s self as a “Meghan Markle hater” for the sake of getting to the bottom of something. However, the content of the article is nothing like its title.

Before I go further, let me stress the importance of perspective. My post isn’t an attack on the article’s author. I’ve never even heard of the author before now, and I’ve no right or reason to attack a perfect stranger because I vehemently disagree with the content of their work. Making assumptions about someone solely on what they write is lazy and sloppy in my opinion. I may be lazy and sloppy, but a hypocrite I try not to be. Therefore, go forward remembering my issues are with content, not creator.

The article starts out explaining the origins of the term “Megxit”. It continues with other hashtags, conspiracy theories, and so on. The article even mentions various media platforms “attacking" the Duchess, as well as crude posts witnessed by the author.

Then the name dropping begins. First with Murky Meg, then Sue Blackhurst, then According2Taz, then Skippyv20 on Tumblr, then Yankee Wally. Eventually, names of Royal Rota journalists are dropped. Then people like Angela Levin and Omid Scobie get mentioned, with interviews from the latter. Instead of an undercover sting, we get a “Who’s Who" of Megxit, a few anonymous Sussex Squad quotations, and Omid trying his best to be fair.

What this article accomplishes is very little when it comes to objectivity. The title is a misconception, and the content essentially paints targets on the backs of the people the author carelessly considers “Meghan Markle Haters". The article reduces anyone who disagrees with Meghan’s behavior as racist, misogynist, conspiracy theorist nutters. So, not only is the content of the article sloppy and lazy, it also lacks originality. We’ve all heard this sad song-and-dance number a million times.

I guess at face value, it becomes very easy, effortless really, for outsiders looking in to reduce an entire group of people with similar views to the basic stereotypes as old as time. It takes very little thought, consideration, or critical analysis, to assume things because they seem to correlate. But correlation is not causation. Just because some people opposing of Meghan Markle’s behavior happen to be racist doesn’t mean every single opposing person is also racist. Again, lazy and sloppy.

Just like assuming every single Meghan Markle fan is also vegan, anti-monarchy, feminist, woke warriors is downright sloppy and lazy. This author has personally interacted with and found common ground with Sussex Squad people many times. Some even became social media friends. They believe what they do, and I believe what I do. We do not agree with most things regarding Harry and Meghan, but we do agree to disagree and be civil.

So, contrary to the article, not all people “hate" Meghan Markle just because they detest her behavior. It’s important to remember extremes exist for all spectrums. Every topic, especially those politicized or made popular by media platforms, have extremes. There is no denying the fact that there are people who hate Meghan Markle because of her ethnicity. Those extremists who hate Meghan for her ethnicity ironically do not discriminate, though. If they hate her for her ethnicity, they hate ALL people of that same ethnicity.

On the flip side of this coin, is the other extreme. The face is the same on each side because the face represents extremism. There is no denying the fact that there are extremists who see anyone opposing Meghan as racists. Extremists who, by default, view every issue in the world through the lens of racism. While racism is a serious problem that deserves no place in society, assuming racism is the root cause of every conflict is also lazy and sloppy. And the same could be said that these extremists do not discriminate, either. If they see race as the only issue for why people “hate" Meghan Markle, they see race as the only issue for most everything.

The problem with both extremes is when everything and everyone is reduced to racial identity, racism only continues to exist. A racist using skin color as a disqualifier perpetuates racism. Assuming racism is the only reason behind disdain for someone only perpetuates racism. Focusing on race or racism allows no room for content of character.

Especially when people defend Meghan Markle being the victim of racism with a racist rule. When opposing critics say “I didn’t even know she was Black" or suggest her physical features, her Hollywood CV, or past involvement with Black causes were nonexistent before she became a duchess or stepped down from being a working royal, the extremists on the other side often resort to the One Drop Rule.

Which means their defense for calling Meghan Markle “haters" racists, even though they might have never knew she was mixed race, is a form of racism. The One Drop Rule was borne from the Reconstruction Era post-Civil War. The “rule" essentially said anyone who appeared to have Black features were considered Black.

The One Drop Rule was the precursor and eventual backbone to Jim Crow Laws of the South. It was used to oppress and segregate Americans based on physical appearance. Considering most people who never heard of Meghan before Harry came along were ignorant to her mixed heritage, it seems grossly negligent to assume race is the real issue. How can one be racist toward Meghan when they didn’t know she was mixed race? This author wasn’t aware of Meghan’s ethnicity prior to it being pointed out (by her and Harry. Repeatedly.), mainly because this author didn’t care.

Like so many, when I first saw Meghan and Harry together for the engagement interview, I was more excited about a fellow American joining the Royal Family. After learning she was biracial, well it was even better. It represented change and progress. Does that mean I saw the Royal Family as racists beforehand? No. It means I saw them as exactly the opposite. Had they been racist, she’d not be a duchess. Her being American and divorced was more a shock to me than being mixed.

The point of all this is there are extremists on every spectrum. For a journalist to say they went undercover, when in fact they did not, to expose the true motives behind Meghan Markle “haters", only to find they did very little to really understand the other side was disappointing. Not surprising, just disappointing. This could’ve been an excellent opportunity for someone to take the reigns and make bridges between two very passionate factions. Instead it became nothing more than a hit piece.

The article fails to acknowledge the possibility – no, the probability – that most people who object to Meghan Markle do so because of how she behaves. The article only considers one possibility behind this “hate". And by calling the objections “hate", the article in turn defines all criticisms as hate speech. Again, unoriginal, sloppy, and lazy.

So here we have it, yet another article grouping and stereotyping anyone who disapproves of Meghan and Harry as racist haters. Yet again, another article name dropping people “deemed racist haters", essentially painting even bigger targets on the backs of those people. Like they didn’t already have enough hate mail. Yet again, another sloppy, lazy, article that never digs below the surface to understand why instead of assuming it.

This isn’t new, it’s just another slop drop from the sensationalism machine that has replaced fair, legitimate journalism. It would be different if there weren’t so many questions surrounding the births. It would be different if Meghan Markle actually lived by the example she so vehemently preaches. It would be different if Meghan Markle would make amends with her own family before telling the world how they should treat people. It would be different if Meghan Markle were a strong woman instead of claiming to be one.

But it’s not different. She hasn’t spoken to her father since two days before her wedding three years ago. She denies the family connections that existed before her fame. She ghosts people once they are no longer of benefit. She preaches equality and universal service while using her title every chance given. She and her husband criticize the “family she never had" while naming their second child after that family’s Matriarch. All of those are behaviors that incite strong emotional responses. Behaviors. And behavior has no racial identity.

A final note… hypocrisy is the main reason people have issues with anything. When one group of people tells another group to stop attacking a public figure, while using assumptions as their crusade call, it’s hypocrisy. One cannot say “if you can’t take the heat, then shut up!” to another without being a hypocrite. When that happens, don’t be surprised when the same exact thing is said back. If Meghan or her fans can’t take the criticism, they shouldn’t participate in it. We all have the right to choose. Just like if I couldn’t handle the criticism, I’d not be writing this.

Life is not fair. The world is a dark, cruel place. When we expect the world to bend to the will of a few, we are setting ourselves above the majority. A strong woman would know this. A strong woman fighting for others would also know that the only person responsible for how one feels is one’s self. External feedback isn’t responsible for internal turmoil. Internal feedback is. That is all.

I honestly saw more industry people like boy george calling her out than celebs defending her at this point especially during the last year. I doubt celebs will comment on the interview too. Everyone can see through her. An oprah gig talking about how much of a victim who seek privacy will create tons of articles pointing out her hypocrisy even in America because enough is enough..as you said, who goes on Oprah to talk about privacy, or a dead mother, or how much you struggle in a year of pandemic? I truly believe they'll get backlash because they will never be honest enough to say "we thought it could work but we felt a need for change and to not be restricted in protocols. LA is more us and we wanted something different" which ironically will gain them some respect. They will talk the same talk and cry some more and accuse everyone while pretending they are free now.

The celeb defense squad is no more.

My favorite detail is how the professional photographer they hired for their shoot (remotely though iPad??) is now a “long-time” friend. LOLOLOL.

Meghan Markle and I spent the better part of a decade working together on Suits. From day one she was an enthusiastic, kind, cooperative, giving, joyful and supportive member of our television family. She remained that person and colleague as fame, prestige and power accrued.

She has always been a powerful woman with a deep sense of morality and a fierce work ethic and has never been afraid to speak up, be heard and defend herself and those she holds dear. Like the rest of the world, I have watched her navigate the last few years in astonishment.

She fell in love, moved to a new country, became a household name across the entire globe and began the difficult work of trying to find her place in a family dynamic that can at best be described as complicated and at worst, seemingly archaic and toxic.

It sickened me to read the endless racist, slanderous, clickbaiting vitriol spewed in her direction from all manner of media across the UK and the world but I also knew that Meghan was stronger than people realized or understood and they would regret underestimating her.

And then they welcomed Archie. And on any sort of decent planet that would be a time to stop sharpening the knives and let these two people enjoy the magical early months and years of starting a family. But we don’t live on that planet and instead the hunt continued.

It’s OBSCENE that the Royal Family, who’s newest member is currently GROWING INSIDE OF HER, is promoting and amplifying accusations of “bullying” against a woman who herself was basically forced to flea the UK in order protect her family and her own mental health.

IMO, this newest chapter and it’s timing is just another stunning example of the shamelessness of a institution that has outlived its relevance, is way overdrawn on credibility and apparently bankrupt of decency.

Find someone else to admonish, berate and torment. My friend Meghan is way out of your league.

bang ji - eun and ryu tae - ho were students at the university of southern california when they met one another . tae - ho was a human rights student with intent on becoming a lawyer , and he encountered the beautiful romance language and literature major that was ji - eun when they both attended a peaceful protest . the two wound up next to one another and sparked a conversation from there , and once their protesting was over , they decided to go on a date that very same night . their relationship was something of a whirlwind , and within a year , the two were eloping at the courthouse .

their families thought they were crazy , especially since their rings consisted of little cheap ones from macy’s ( and tae - ho proposed with her favorite food ) but it was that shared weirdness that kept the couple together . as tae - ho worked his way through law school following their graduation from usc , ji - eun jumped right into working for a publishing firm . the couple didn’t come from a wealthy background by any means , but they were living comfortably . after a couple of years of marriage , tae - ho graduated from law school and went to work as a defense attorney . it wasn’t an easy job , but he loved what he did and made that evident in the work that he did .

fast forward a few more years , and ji - eun has moved up in her company as has tae - ho . they’re making more money , and they make their move to the beautiful suburbs of sherman oaks . they work hard for more years , and just as they enter into their mid - thirties , they’re welcoming their first and only baby girl into the world . they decide to name the big brown eyed baby do - hee , and she’s showered in their love . her parents began calling her lianne from the time she was a baby , often switching between korean ( where they called her do - hee ) and english ( where they called her lianne , but sometimes the lines blurred ) . as lianne grew older , her parents made even more money with her mom becoming the editor - in - chief of the publishing house and her father becoming one of the most sought after defense attorneys in the los angeles area .

for lianne , that meant growing up with whatever she wanted . however , her parents were still quite hands - on with her , so she was never left in the care of nannies . she grew up doing everything she could imagine , but that didn’t stop her parents from putting her in different week long camps over the summers . she tried her hand at tennis camp , basketball camp , ballet camp , and even a stem camp , but when she was in middle school she attended a volleyball camp right before her seventh grade year . she’s been hooked ever since . lianne always made sure to keep up her grades while playing because she never wanted to miss a game , so it was no surprise when she obtained a partial athletic scholarship to ucla !

during her high school years , though , it was no secret that lianne was at the top of the social ladder . she played a sport , was whip smart , and was student body president so it wasn’t all that shocking for her to be mean to the students around her . it wasn’t necessarily on purpose , but she can be quite domineering at times . she didn’t know how to take no for an answer despite not being ridiculously spoiled as she grew up , but she was also in the mentality of being an only child so she ultimately did get what she wanted . she definitely wasn’t the bully that got onto people about their lack of money , but she was definitely going to get in your face about voting for her for something she was running for until you stuffed the ballot with her name .

lianne is an international relations major at ucla and she joined delta zeta alpha during her sophomore year , and worked her way to becoming the treasurer of the srat . she’s super into her major and will probably go off to work in politics as a political analyst , or she might pull a meghan markle ( also an international relations major ) and dismantle a royal house . you know , icons only . that being said , she’s still relatively new so i’m still working out some kinks , but that’s the gist of my daughter !

she cruises around los angeles in a white volvo xc60 . we love a practical queen .

she’s been playing volleyball since she was in middle school , and has stuck with it ever since . she does club during the summers to remain in shape , but she’s sad that it’s coming to an end .

overall , lia is a girl who knows her worth and isn’t going to let you forget it . she’s really smart , but not in an annoying way , and she definitely won’t dumb herself down for anyone . she likes to have fun and when she’s out for the night she definitely won’t be thinking about school , but if she’s studying ... don’t even ASK her to go out . you gotta have a solid work / life balance , y’know ? very headstrong and it takes a lot to admit that she’s wrong , but she’s also the worst person to cross , so be careful ! she’s fun - loving and she isn’t an outright bitch for no reason , but she’s not gonna take that and just sit back with it . she barks back .

one time i had a really bad day at work (much like tonight) and i got home, exhausted (also much like tonight) and i could not sleep. i was wide wake and super pissed off and i was just, i t c h i n g for an internet fight with someone--anyone--about anything---and i made some dumbass comment on mutual’s reblog about meghan markle and this mutual must have known i was in crazy hour bc they were like ‘okay..’ *pats me on the head* ‘that’s not what i meant’ and then i calmed the fuck down bc i realized everything was dumb and i was taking my bad mood out on someone else for no reason, taking what they said out of proportion.

I don’t get it. Harry and Meghan got slated for using private planes but William and Kate used a Royal Air Force plane to land in Pakistan? Is it bc of Williams ties with the RAF or it’s bc he’s second in line? Has Harry ever used an Air Force jet?

Harry and Meghan used a private plane to go on a private holiday after Harry positioned himself as a new age eco-warrior. William and Kate used a military-grade plane - on which their entire staff and press pack also traveled - to go on tour in a highly politically charged area as part of an official visit requested by the FCO. You really can’t see the difference? That’s.... yikes.

I have no idea if Harry ever used an Air Force jet but if he did, I imagine he’d be entitled so long as it was determined to be necessary - i.e., if he was going on tour in a highly politically charged area as part of an official visit requested by the FCO.
