Spirits want me to put this up, again. I assume someone’s talking shit again.
Also; last night creative depression played as I got to one of the damaged trees, which I’m guessing had to do with blond’s way of avoiding herself.

This Vietnam song has been playing a bit. Partially as a warning.
When I went back to the damaged tree with rose petals (I’ve always called him daddytree; he was the first tree psychic Jakk told me to sing to in ‘17, a mélange of fleet wood mac songs) I noticed that one of the carvings was made to look like a bunny.
I couldn’t believe it, and yet.
You may have noted that there have been a lot of references to bunnies.
I just talked to my mom & she said, “oh I thought it was a real bunny when you sent it, until I looked closer.”
Before going to the park with the petals I walked over to the church with the statue of the blessed virgin mary outside, and I said the memorari. I literally had just memorized it.
When I went to confession in 2016 for the abortion, the priest told me to say it. Special requests involving destruction of creation.
As I started to fumble my way through my memorization, that’s when I heard “she needs to be hospitalized”. And as I finished it, I heard “it won’t stop til you leave”. And then this played.

Comprender el significado de Mindfulness
Mindfulness tiene varios términos usados en español para definir esta palabra, tal vez el más usado es el de atención plena, que significa prestar atención a propósito, en el momento presente, con cualidades como la compasión, la curiosidad y la aceptación.
Según este concepto al ser consciente, se descubre cómo vivir el momento presente de una manera agradable en lugar de preocuparte por el pasado o futuro. El pasado ya se fue y no se puede cambiar. El futuro aún está por llegar y es completamente desconocido. El momento presente, es finalmente el único momento que se tiene. La atención plena o mindfulness tiene por objetivo mostrar cómo vivir en este momento de manera armoniosa. Intenta cómo hacer que el momento presente sea un momento más positivo para estar: el único lugar donde puede crear, decidir, escuchar, pensar, sonreír y actuar.
Una de las prácticas recomendadas para desarrollar y profundizar la atención plena es la meditación de atención plena diariamente, desde unos minutos hasta el tiempo que desee.
La idea de mindfulness se desarrolló originalmente en la antigüedad y se puede encontrar en las culturas orientales y occidentales. El término es una traducción de la antigua palabra india Sati que significa conciencia, atención y recuerdo:
Conciencia.Este es un aspecto de ser humano que te hace consciente de tus experiencias. Sin conciencia, nada existiría para ti.
Atención. La atención es una conciencia enfocada; El entrenamiento de atención plena desarrolla su capacidad de mantener su atención donde sea y como usted elija.
Recordar. Este aspecto de mindfulness consiste en recordar prestar atención a su experiencia de momento a momento. Ser consciente es fácil de olvidar. La palabra recordar originalmente proviene del latín re ‘otra vez’ y memorari ‘tener en cuenta’.
Un ejemplo de practicar la atención plena para ayudarle a sobrellevar el estrés en el trabajo, podría ser cuando piensa en su próxima presentación y comienza a sentirse estresado y nervioso. Al darse cuenta de esto, recuerda centrar su atención consciente en su propia respiración en lugar de preocuparse constantemente. Sentir la respiración con una sensación de calor y gentileza ayuda lentamente a calmarle según los principios de esta práctica.
 El Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, quien desarrolló por primera vez la atención plena en un entorno terapéutico, dice: `` La atención plena se puede cultivar prestando atención de una manera específica, es decir, en el momento presente y de manera no reactiva, sin prejuicios y de corazón abierto tanto como sea posible'.
 Es posible desglosar el significado aún más:
Prestar atención.Para ser consciente, debe prestar atención, sea lo que sea que elija atender.
Momento presente. La realidad de estar aquí y ahora significa que solo debe ser consciente de cómo son las cosas, y como son ahora. Su experiencia es válida y correcta tal como es.
No actuar reactivamente.  Normalmente, cuando experimenta algo, reacciona automáticamente a esa experiencia de acuerdo con su condicionamiento pasado. Por ejemplo, si piensa: "Todavía no he terminado mi trabajo", reacciona con pensamientos, palabras y acciones de alguna forma. La atención plena lo alienta a responder a su experiencia en lugar de reaccionar a los pensamientos. Una reacción es automática y no le da opción; Una respuesta es una acción deliberada y considerada.
No juzgar. La tentación es juzgar la experiencia como buena o mala, algo que le gusta o no le gusta. Quiero sentir felicidad; No me gusta sentir miedo. Dejar ir los juicios le ayuda a ver las cosas como son en lugar de a través del filtro de sus juicios personales basados en condicionamientos pasados.
De corazón abierto. La atención plena no es solo un aspecto de la mente. La atención plena también es del corazón. Ser abierto es aportar una calidad de amabilidad, compasión, calidez y simpatía a su experiencia. Por ejemplo, si e das cuenta de que está pensando "Soy muy malo en la meditación", descubre cómo dejar de lado este pensamiento crítico y tranquilamente vuelves su atención al foco de su meditación, sea lo que sea.
Usando Mindfulness para ayudarse
Es común que la mayor parte del día, mientras realiza sus actividades diarias, su mente suele ser libre para pensar en lo que quiera.  Está operando en "modo piloto automático". Pero algunos de sus pensamientos automáticos pueden ser inútiles, o tal vez esté tan atrapado en esos pensamientos que en realidad no experimente realmente el mundo que lo rodea. Por ejemplo, va a caminar por el parque para relajarse, pero su mente está perdida en pensamientos sobre su próximo proyecto. Primero, realmente no está viviendo en el momento presente, y segundo, se está poniendo más estresado, ansioso o deprimido si sus pensamientos no le ayudan. El concepto de Mindfulness no se centra en solucionar problemas, enfatiza la aceptación primero, y el cambio puede o no venir después. Entonces, si padece ansiedad, la atención plena le muestra cómo aceptar el sentimiento de ansiedad en lugar de negarlo o combatirlo, y a través de este enfoque, el cambio se produce naturalmente. Como dice un viejo dicho: "Lo que se resiste, persiste". Mientras que la premisa de la atención plena dice: "Lo que aceptas, se transforma".
En la práctica de mindfulness, la aceptación significa reconocer su experiencia en el momento presente. La aceptación no significa renuncia o rendición.

recently i began to open up about how i feel a bit to people im my life and it feels nice like a big weight lifted off my shoulder not to the full extent i’d want to but its progress i think i always tend to have a sort of voice in my head telling me things i dont want to hear that consist of telling me im wasting space or that im just being annoying even when im enjoying my time somewhere it’ll come it’s been a thing for awhile now since around 4th grade and its starting to start to take a toll on my academic life which i use to have a lot of control over and now i cant concentrate i have found these voices start when im left alone for an extensive time period or when i need to concentrate on something important or semi important i also think it may be affecting my memorary as my memorary has started to get foggier and foggier overtime which began in middle school at times it gets so bad i just want to kill myself i just it to stop thinking these things i want to have a normal sleeping schedule again and not start crying or looking at my phone because i start to wander off and think such horrible things its now becoming a big interference with my life
