Hmm … bet I shouldn’t be posting images right out of my phone. But! I’ve been super busy. This weekend, damn near half the artists in the state are going to converge in NE Minneapolis for Art-A-Whirl.

This year will have over 1,000 artists involved, and that's just the people who signed up for official membership. Twice that many will filter into every gallery willing to share space. But I'm both lucky, and hard at work with a small group random people to set up and develop a print studio over 10 years ago...

We came up from another building of loose artists sharing the cost of rent on a working print studio, sharing equipment and so on. It wasn't too much work, more like, sporadic HARD work for a week at random over years. We've switched owners, took over the group, managed 20+ members, filed grants, replaced equipment, lost members in the Pandemic, went to a five-person crew in a new building, and have been pulling great work out from it despite being some of the most mis-matched people. It's as much a work in progress as any art I've made, and it's going into effect this weekend.

So ... yeah ... haven't been making art. I've just been pulling in on a massive art event. Fingers crossed the sales make it worth it.
