dez stirred under her sheets. the sun was warm but she burrowed deeper under the skimpy covers. one day at a time, just like she always did. but still, five more minutes.

she envisioned her self getting up and struggling to the bathroom, slogging into the shower, and brushing her teeth. she had actually programmed the coffee machine last night, maybe today wouldnt be all that bad.

she would condition her hair so it wouldnt tangle when she put it up, but then it would take ages to dry. a blaring alarm inturrupted her daydreams. her backup alarm. shit. no time for a shower. she flung off the covers and stifled a groan. fuck it. same dress as yesterday; it wasnt too crumpled yet and still had all her essentials in the pockets from when she chucked it off yesterday.

shuffling the dress over her sholders she did up the tie in the back and fished a scrunchie out of one of the many pockets.

the days saving grace waited in the thermos of coffee that waited in the machine by her door. shoving her feet, crooked socks and all, into her boots she slung her bag over her shoulder (dear god please let there be food somewhere in the depths of it) and ran out the door coffee in hand.

i kept thinking about 1980s trad goth cesare and who he would be trying to capture and then i made an oc. lindsey tricks people with fake products, news and advice and aims to become famous worldwide to influence the masses. like his themed truck, the only way cesare fits in in the 80's is by blending in with the punk crowd, convincing them to help him take down 'Big Media Propaganda' or whatever. he defeats lindsey by getting his show cancelled and knocking him into the underworld through a trashcan. classic deadbeat-tv-star-thrown-into-alley-and-he's-got-a-5-o-clock-shadow style you know what im talking about???

Twist catching strays for no reason

I did previously state (I think) that Desmond, as per company policy, has an arsenal of ghouls (that he doesn't use). Though, I do think his favorite slug would be the Fandango, bc energy slug. but I can see him liking floppers because no one uses them in combat and I imagine, not really ghouled either. He likes them because they're worthless If Madame Noire's favorite wants to keep a flopper slug in his arsenal, then what can she really do about it. (He's her favorite employee. She likes him a lot. Dr. Blakk however, not so much. Though Blakk is not the boss anymore, Noire is. And she says the scientist gets ONE flopper slug)

Veera doesn't have a favorite. She has a slight resentment towards slugs. At best she likes Infurnus slugs because they're associated with the protector of the caverns

Elizabeth Noire likes Hoverbugs/blades. she likes that they fly

side note. I didn't realize Slugterra actually uses the word "shoot". They never use gun, so I assumed shoot was also a word they didn't use Shoot gun = bad Shoot blaster = ok!!!
