Again, the door swung open, revealing the two blonds. God. Rebecca eyed their matching stony faces and was torn between laughing and feeling horrified. Those two looked like two peas in a pod within that moment.

Absolutely wanted to capture this moment from Full of Mettle by @th0rnback I am not lying when I say this fic has me in a chokehold. I have read through the entire thing no less than four times now and it is long. And it's so good.

I've also been out of practice for coloring and rendering and doing full pieces so this is just from a sketch that I posted last month haha

"What are you thinking?" The sorceress had asked, a hint of amusement in her eyes. Watching from the far corner of the ruins, observing the Goddess drawing symbols on the decrepit marble with chalk.

Artemis did not answer for a moment. She had been thinking about many things. That she would have brought no one else to this place, so well-preserved and reminiscent of her past life. Indeed the roof was missing, but the pavilion and the columns and even the aqueducts still remained of the temple. Her temple.

Yes, that impenetrable feeling filled her once more. The one that had spilled from her lips once—forced upon Zahrosa while she had been captured—and battered at the gates now again.

The witch certainly could feel it. Hells, could probably hear from her mind.

Artemis climbs upon the altar and stands there like a perfect marble statue surrounded by symbols and sigils.

"You know what I am thinking," Artemis replies, levelling a stare at Zahrosa. Her lips twist into a sardonic smile, one that spoke of words that the sorceress did not want to hear.

Like she predicted, Zahrosa bristles. There would never be a time when she did not, the Goddess thought. "I should not have asked."
