Sharing my #oneword for 2023. . Last year’s word CONQUER’ ended up meaning something entirely different than anticipated but what came of it was SO needed for my personal growth. I didn’t conquer special goals or a new level of fitness or financial status. Those things were easily accomplished compared to what was really at hand. . It was conquering/overcoming the idea I had long adopted and BELIEVED as a child: that I had to do, be, marry, work, act, agree and etc. in order to be loved and accepted. A little sad, right?
