Psychopathogen

There was a recent brutal murder-suicide, FBI had investigated and were shocked. James Baker was often in trouble with the law but never for any violent crimes., only misdemeanors. Struggled with his mental health often, in and out of jails and institutions but killing an innocent family in cold blood was a shock to everyone, even his closest friends.He was given an autopsy, died from a gunshot wound to the head which killed him instantly. Forensics had proof that he did it but there would be further research, finding a disturbing suicide note and why he did everything. His blood was tested, struggled with substance abuse, tested for commonly abused illicit and prescription drugs, everything came back negative. James' family, friends, acquaintances were all questioned, and they were in shock as well. Heard about his childhood growing up, got into a little trouble at school, saw a psychiatrist a couple times but stopped going to appointments suddenly. Was living with a roommate in an apartment, working a full-time job. Roommate mentioned his odd behavior, spent a short time in a psychiatric hospital. Said that he wasn't acting like himself and was taking psych meds that were prescribed which he believed is what changed his personality so much and drove him to committing a heinous crime. He mentioned the name of the drug in his suicide note as well, Triflexine which was completely unheard of. The chemical compound was odd and nearly impossible to pronounce. Something obscure but he explained in graphic details of what it did to him, he was used as a trial study, company wanted a new pill to get approved for to treat various mental disorders. It was a typical Friday night; James went out with his coworkers for drinks one night. There was a misunderstanding which led up to a fight, James almost killing the guy he got into it with. In court, pled not guilty and how it was in self-defense but there were other stories on how he had the intension to kill him.He was going to face some time in jail and would do anything to avoid it. Talked with his attorney and helped him find a way to avoid jail time, a convincing story on how he wasn't fit to stand trial. Yes, he wasn't telling the truth in court by neither was the prosecutor. Was court ordered to a psychiatric hospital to be evaluated, medicated and stabilized. After spending about a week there, was evaluated by a doctor. Prescribed a new, obscure drug that was believed to help improve symptoms such as aggression and anger by targeting certain chemicals in the brain. Was told that agreeing to take every day would get him out early, within a couple of weeks instead of several months. He signed the agreement, not realizing what he got himself into. After a few days of taking, started having odd and disturbing thoughts, like someone had been invading his body and mind. What he was worried about is that the thoughts in his head were no longer disturbing him but felt normal even though he knew in the back of his mind that it wasn't. He started showing more aggressive behavior, anger, rage. He spoke to his doctor about wanting to stop taking, worried that he'd seriously hurt someone. Only emotions he felt were anger, hatred of others, irritability. Was told that it was typical during the first couple weeks and symptoms usually go away, it's trying to balance the chemicals in his brain. James had vengeful fantasies about the guy who prosecuted him and had a plan on what he wanted to do. The longer he felt this way, it felt more and more normal that he didn't realize it any longer. When refusing to take it any longer, was given by injection against his will. James was discharged and completely altered mentally. He became more angry, unstable and out of control. Felt like he was holding in every negative emotion but was becoming harder to contain until one day, he finally acted on his thoughts about how his friend that pressed charges on him, his fault that got him in the psych ward and on a questionable drug that was slowly destroying his life. He held back for days, suffering and tormented by irrational and intrusive thoughts and suddenly headed out. Was in belief that it was the guy that pressed charges on him, the reason he no longer felt any enjoyment out of life and ending his will end his suffering. James lived in a small town and knew everyone, followed the guy home one night and planned it all out. He didn't want to do it but felt like it was out of his control, suddenly blacked out and realized what he did. Brutally stabbed a family of four including two children. Wife and children were murdered in cold blood, guy was stabbed but put up a fight. James had thrown gasoline on him, lighting him on fire but that didn't even kill him. When found, could tell that he wasn't dead for long and suffered for several hours. There was the suicide note explaining what he did and his motivation, "Committed a horrible, unforgivable act. Mass murder of an innocent family. Triflexine isn't a psychiatric drug, it opens your mind and soul to evil, far worse than you could ever dream of doing. Committed a heinous and unforgivable act, don't expect anyone to forgive me, not even God and fear eternal damnation and hell as I went through hell and suffering already. I'm not asking anyone for forgiveness but warning everyone against Triflexine, unleashes a truly powerful force of evil that'll overtake you and can't turn back."There was a further investigation on Triflexine but little information. News didn't even report it, media covered it up. Believed to be a government experiment to see what anyone is capable of, people like James who might have violent tendencies but never fully act on. Drug that could reduce empathy, reason and increase anti-social, psychopathic behavior. All major drug companies denied having any part in, denying that the drug ever existed. James was an experiment, to see how much one drug could alter someone, bring out their negative aspects tenfold
