And this is when Gabriel gave Emilie the miraculous to make a sentimonster for the first time with (happens after they found it)
Why does Gabriel look so much older in the before??
Lol he looks like at least ten years younger in the bottom one. Are we just gonna say that the glasses age him like crazy? I guess maybe it just be like that sometimes. Here are some other pictures of him from the past.
Why does his age keep changing, lol.
And here's a picture of Gabriel from when Adrien is a teen.
I guess he just went gray early so in between dyes he starts to drastically look older. At the beginning of the series he looks blonde too. But then starts to look more gray as time goes on, prob got sick of dyeing it, especially since he's in his house all the time and gotta be akuma ready 🤣.
(some pics of Gabriel with blonde hair and gray eyebrows.)
I have to admit, I am genuinely loving and enjoying these episodes. They have been informing me on things I've wanted, the dynamics, the characters...
What was really interesting in the recent episode of Passion has been more understanding of the Cat Miraculous.
We know that Adrien is a deeply emotional person, the beginning of this episode shows how hard he falls, and it seems almost more prominent his new-found feelings for Marinette than how he was with Ladybug. Maybe because they have been stewing, this could also be applied to Marinette and her new-found feelings for Chat Noir.
Anyways, what I found especially intriguing was the Cat Vision Marinette experienced. It seemed like tunnel vision. There was a heightened sense of something awry and it mixed deeply with her feelings and so she acted on impulse.
This explains so much about all the times before with Chat Noir acting extremely impulsively- especially regarding Jubilation
Marinette had expressed just before what was going on with herself, but then she suddenly has this intuition.
There are countless times that we have seen this happen with Chat Noir, just without seeing through his eyes.
I also just find it kind of sweet that, like him, she felt the need to compliment him at any given point. She did this whilst still as Ladybug as well. I just find that so sweet. I think of that conversation that they had way back in Puppeteer 2 when she asks him how is it so easy for him to say how he feels. Her confidence recently has been better, but with the Black Cat miraculous it is amplified. Similarly to how Adrien was extremely focused on the task at hand, and was also hiding things (except the combination of the miraculous which I may talk about at some point) from Lady Noire because the weight of knowledge...
Very interesting episode that delivered, I felt. It has explored more of what I hoped from a miraculous swap.
nathalie and adrien drive me insane. she's his father's employee. she's kind of like his stepmother. she is not married to either of his parents. they have no legal familial relation at all. she's the closest thing to a parental figure he has. they love each other. they know nothing about each other. she has emotionally adopted him. she likely never wanted kids. one time all of his ribs were broken and she roundhouse kicked him in the chest. she was the only one in the house worried for him when he felt too bad to go to school.
Nah bc she’s literally the last thing he thinks about when he goes to bed and the first thing he thinks about when he wakes up! No one touch me I’m sOBBING
