Interior and Backyard Revamp: Dock Den (the Bro flat)

New and improved (?) Bro Flat. Didn't touch the gardens, as they were much better than what I could do - or the bones of the house much. Mainly I just made it look a little more modern with a slight sustainability angle - because that's cool now, okay?

Warning - could just not get those top Home Chef Hustle cabinets to line up. I'm blaming my mouse.

Now with karaoke. If you hear Joaquin singing, you won't thank me. Not that I'm any better.

Maxine (who kindly helped me playtest the place) is actually pretty good though.

Maxine saving Joaquin from a possible Grim Reaper visit by upgrading the springs on the Murphy Bed. You can even use the dance floor when it's down, as poor Joaquin found out when she spontaneously started an one woman rave (sorry bro).

Sage Modern

I don't know if anyone remembers the Random Room Sizes & Colors house I built a while back, but it was one of the things that got lost when Win11 decided to corrupt my user profile. 🤡

After I got my game re-downloaded, I decided to rebuild it - but with less "randomness" because nobody needs weirdly shaped 15 tile bathrooms or an orange master suite c'mon now

It's also now CC-free. (Afraid I did use rather a lot of packs, though!)

Anyhoo, I did put this version on the Gallery if anyone wants it, EA user ID is MicratheneW. It's currently on a 30x20 lot, has 2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.

Warden Hill

My husband asked me for a really big house with rooms for everything and I think I got it lol. Warden Hill has a Master suite, an In-law suite, plus 5 bedrooms with attached baths! And that's not even all of it. This was designed to be a move-in ready shell, but I went a little farther at his request, so some basics are already added. 

I blew through this build so fast, it feels like! I did use a floorplan though; they always seem to go much faster that way. Side note, anyone else have that problem where you upload something, then find a tiny error that you missed? So you take it down, fix it, put it back up... and then find another small error? Yeah that was definitely this guy; I had to reupload twice in 10 minutes, and I was so excited/sad to see that there'd been 14 downloads by then! It always feels good to know you guys enjoy my work ^.^

The lot works, although it is very tiny (2 rooms) so not much space to work with hehe. People crowd at the front and that drives me nuts. ⭐Base Game Cottage⭐

I like to build but it takes me ages - I was going to upload this as a speed build but honestly it took me 2 days to build this house and I was a little embarrassed knowing I obsess about clutter placement and re-do things over and over.

Anyway, this is available now to download on the gallery, and it's been playtested.

It's a traditional style single level house with a kitchen/diner, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with a door out to the back garden.

In the garden there's a patio with grill, a small pond, and a chess set. There's a driveway with a car to the side of the house, and a small porch at the front.

There's a larder in the kitchen, and a closet in the bedroom.

While the house is technically single level, there's some stairs in the living room taking you up to the loft where there's space for two grandchildren to stay. (the light is a little funny up here because it's not considered a room by the game but it is completely usable).
