Seeing a lot of people here on tumblr posting about how we should support Watcher and their dreams —
No.
They are a business, we are customers. We watched Ryan and Shane for Ryan and Shane. If they want to make absurdly expensive TV shows about other people, yes, that’s their right, and yes, good for them, but no, we’re not coming with them.
Good luck building up a whole new user base in a global economic crisis, fellas. 👍

here's what i plan on doing
I am going to subscribe to Watcher TV right now during the beta period, and I'll share with you the developments as they're made. puppet content will continue in due time.
I'm very disappointed with the community's response to this move. it's one thing to be upset you won't get your free content, but it's another to call the guys sellouts or fakes or imply they hate their young, broke audience who are So Invested in their videos. it's literally their means of survival, there is no way Your dedication to their videos outweighs Theirs.
i am a creative who is only above the poverty line because he lives alone and works full time. it's sad to see dedicated fans look at three guys living in one of the most expensive cities in the World, trying to make what They care about instead of letting youtube force them into ad-riddled content farm formats, and say 'you're just as bad as buzzfeed'. no, they really are not. please learn the difference between a group trying to support itself and maintain its mission statement and a media giant trying to turn a profit. shane literally said in the video you can share your account!!!! jfc!!!

Cellbit who holds his shit together, pieces together the clues, and solves the issue while walking on a tightrope, where if he cannot correct for the mistakes made, the fallout would be catastrophic. He cannot fail to solve the case, he cannot fail to cure his friends, it isn’t an option in how desperate the situation has gotten.
He’s relied upon by everyone as the leader of the order, shoulders heavy with the burden. He is intense when he needs to be, gentle when a soft touch is required, and keeps his head when the situation is so intense the others are speechless.
He gets through Forevers stubbornness, reassures Pac in his sorrow and indecisiveness. It’s a fucked up scene and he handles it well because he has no other choice.
He doesn’t cry until it’s all over. Just for a second, when the moment is over, and he can take a breath of air. And even then he leads the rest of them through clean up. He makes sure Pac gets home, gets Forever to a proper place to rest, ensures the rest of the group is okay after what they just witnessed.
Then the moment he leaves the others, he finds another critical clue that he can’t just ignore or put to the back burner.
Another mystery, another crisis, another billion clues he’ll have to organize and follow up on and solve, because he’s the investigation guy, the leader of the order, and the island is counting on him. The kids are counting on him. He doesn’t get a chance to truly breathe. To fully sit down and let himself crumble, let someone, anyone, else be the strong foundation, because if he can’t solve this, who will?
Even with his family returning to him, it’s no wonder he feels so alone. Out of the frying pan and into the fire, I guess.

People claim like Toriel is too old for Sans or whatever but like, Sans is canonically like 36 years old, Toriel stopped aging when Asriel died and assuming Monsters fully mature at age 25 like humans and Asriel is 8-11 this means Toriel is 33-36.
That's a maximum of 3 years age difference, with Sans actually being the one who is "older".
eh, i think you're making a lot of assumptions that don't really have a basis in canon undertale lore. starting from the fact that we have no indication that monsters age at the same pace as human beings.
sans isn't "canonically" anything, though i do personally see him in the 32-35 age range, which can comfortably fit 1) a life "before" that he had to leave, 2) some life experience in STEM and 3) a period afterwards for that "i gave up trying to go back a long time ago" he mentions.
same thing for toriel. who knows! maybe her parents lived a long life and she kept growing older past age 25, say, in her late 30s as well, before having a child of her own. which considering the war and all she might have had when she was chronologically a lot older, and would push her physical age closer to her 40s/50s (i think asriel is 11-13, but once again, this is all baseless speculation)
in the end it's not the physical age difference that is the issue for those people, it's the mental age: lived experience, which in real life makes big age gaps dangerous because they can give one half of the couple a lot of power and leverage over the other. the thing is, the "riskiness" of an age gap doesn't just increase exponentially forever depending on how older one person is compared to the other. a 25 year old that is acclimated and comfortable in their life as an adult can go on to date a 78 year old for all they care, and there won't be any inherent power imbalance compared to, say, that same 25 year old and a 16 year old, despite there only being 9 years of age difference. so sans could be in his 30s and toriel could be in her 60s physically and millenia old chronologically, and it still wouldn't give her any substantial power over him lmao. anyone who complains is milfphobic ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
