Despite the need to conceal its munitions in an internal weapons bay for enhanced stealth capabilities, China's J-20 stealth fighter jet can still effectively launch missiles in extreme battlefield conditions, as revealed by the chief test pilot of the aircraft quoted by Liu Xuanzun in Global Times.

It took nearly seven years for the J-20 to be officially incorporated into the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force after its inaugural flight in 2011. Throughout this period, the aircraft underwent a series of combat-oriented test flights that pushed its boundaries and confirmed its operational safety in various extreme scenarios. Li Gang, the chief test pilot of the J-20, discussed these trials in an interview with China Central Television (CCTV) broadcast.

Among the significant challenges faced during these test flights was the simulation of emergency missile launches from the weapons bay in the midst of extreme battlefield conditions. This test involved opening the bay hatch and launching a missile while executing high-G rolling maneuvers, as described by Li. "It takes some time for the missile to launch after I press the launch button. If an enemy missile were to come for me during this period, I would have to execute emergency maneuvers at high speed and high G forces. In this scenario, my missile needs to be ejected from the weapons bay without impacting my own aircraft or posing any danger," Li explained.

The test flights also demonstrated that the J-20's weapons bay and weapons separation system have been validated through practical application. The J-20 publicly revealed its weapons bays and showcased its missile arsenal for the first time at Airshow China 2018 in Zhuhai, South China's Guangdong Province. The ‘’belly’’ bay can accommodate at least four PL-15 beyond-visual-range missiles, along with side bays on each side of the aircraft capable of holding at least one PL-10 short-range missile each.

when her mother finally found out about this, she wasted no time in taking ivy’s father’s side. what a good mom! instead, ya girl was already getting in touch with cps herself... but wow... it was gonna ruin his career in politics :\

ok. so. to distance themselves from the poor memories, but to save money, ivy and her mother moved to springhill, temporarily sharing ivy’s aunt’s apartment while her mother began collecting enough money to buy an apartment of their own and keep it.

during this time, ivy was seeing a lot of people and she didn’t know why! they asked questions about her mental health, but she didn’t know why! i mean, totally not traumatic, right?

yes. instead of managing communication well, she became very fascinated by the concept of death. she had many questions about it, she, a youth, had some extended conversations with clergymen about it –– she never killed any animals, god forbid, but she was absolutely fascinated when she ran across them.

SO CLEARLY THAT WAS ALSO TRYING TO BE DEALT WITH.

ok, i’m gonna skip ahead a little. now in teen years and still fascinated by death, but in a healthier way!, and no longer in therapy because... like... that costs a lot of money!

she dealt with it the best she could. became enamored with music... because why wouldn’t she? some covers here and there, some originals here and there, living that youtube lyf, but not expecting anything to come of it. just liked validation! mood!

she also dealt with it the worst she could! became enamored with drugs! naturally, it started out small. some weed, some lsd, some molly –– you know, just drugs that you don’t typically think of as addictive. although her grades suffered, it was harmless enough...

upon graduating high school, she figured... no college. instead, with barely any money to her name, she was like “i... will go to new york... and i will become famous.”

and she did! she did go to new york! she found a few sketchy places that didn’t charge much for a few nights as she began networking - both socially and “i would like to be known for music” (i literally just forgot the word for networking like..... employment wise.... y’all i’m so dumb). when she’d made some friends, she began crashing on couches that were not quite as sketchy! 

but :\ she did meet these friends in sketchy places :\ and they were like “ok here r some new and more addictive drugs for u to try!”

what she wound up abusing using the most was desoxyn. it kept her awake, it kept her focused, it even shed a few pounds to create an excellent figure! what wasn’t to love! 

i mean it’s literally a prescription methamphetamine,,, when abused,,, literally almost exact same effects as meth,,, but when meth mouth, skin lesions, acne, etc aren’t occurring as a side effect? who was she to care!

20, she released an actual ep with the help of a super cool friend who made everyone call him puppy mills! wow! things were excellent! it wasn’t necessarily seeing mainstream traction, but there was a decent enough following! enough to release an album at 22!

perfect timing, btw! desoxyn was starting to become too expensive for puppy to afford and trying to fake having such a severe form of adhd that desoxyn would be prescribed as opposed to something like ritalin or adderal when it’s literally illegal to prescribe in some countries now?? too hard :\ but the money from the album helped her and puppy!

*olaf vc* puppy died. *end vc*

she was there for it too. she thought it was just a freak-out, took a LITTLE too much, but not OVERDOSE worthy... then he l i t e r a l l y died. and it was a painful death!

“oh wow! maybe prescription meth isn’t super cool after all! shucks!” but that was also an opening?? to visit death herself?? like... she didn’t necessarily want to die (sort of), but she wanted... an answer to the question that had plagued her her entire life... so she was like “ok hope i die then someone revives me but if i die then :\ i guess i die!”

did not die. but also did not get a satisfying answer to her question. the only way it would’ve been truly satisfying? if she had been dead for longer than a minute - then it would’ve given a definite answer! because the answer she received was just nothingness which, while peaceful... is it true?

she tried to detox alone, what because rehab is a business, and it... only... sort of worked. she would be clean for a few weeks, then fall back in, then clean for a few weeks, then fall back in. whenever she wasn’t just naturally focused and awake, or whenever what she was focused on was the past, she would fall back in.

i mean, a side effect is memory loss, so win/win!

she made the semi-wise decision to move back to springhill. wisest would’ve been to just move to a town/city she had absolutely no memories in, but better than moving back to newark!

so... without much to show, and with an unreliable streak, she knew she wouldn’t be able to start looking for much of an occupation – but she still needed money! so she began working at don’t fret out of a love for music, then began working at the animal shelter after completing training.

the main training was, of course, for putting animals to sleep.

FULL CIRCLE.

ah yes. how she pretends it’s healthy... even tho there are studies and statistics relating suicide to veterinarians and shelter workers who euthanize animals... ah yes.

has been back for four months now. love that. do not know how to finish this.

We’re off to a good start! by which I mean the intro was great, ice spreading from the breach on the Wall, good job at saying ‘endgame’. Wish I could be this happy about the rest of the episode

Dany and Jon arrive:

-Dany arrives on horseback. Is she... trying to be down-to-earth, more or less literally? deliberately foregoing her most obvious symbols of power because she doesn’t think it would work on the Northerners? Or did they just want her in a scene side by side with Jon Snow?

-Arya sees Sandor and Gendry and is like ‘wtf are you doing here’, which, relatable. (actually that’s mostly directed at Sandor, cause they need to build up Gendrya)

-A panic very nearly out when the dragons overfly Winterfell, I sure hope someone planned for that eventuality...

-Lyanna Mormont is upset that Jon put down his crown. Valid. Jon did not figure out ahead of time what his title is now that he’s not King in the North any more and can’t be Lord of Winterfell, not valid (Protector of the Realm would’ve been good imo). Sansa has decided, once again, to poke holes into Jon’s plans in goddamn public rather than voice private complaints they can sort out ahead of time so they can present a united front. Sigh.

Tyrion and Sansa:

-Ah, yes, Sansa dryly remarking that Joffrey’s wedding ‘had it’s moments’, like that moment where someone died, the person talking to you was framed for the murder, and you were an unwitting tool in that plan by a guy who, uh, let’s say did not have your best interests at heart. I’m sure you look back on that fondly, because a bad person died.

-Tyrion says that most people who underestimated Sansa are dead. Afaict,  exactly one of those (Baelish) died because he underestimated Sansa.

Jon and Arya:

-'Sansa thinks she's smarter than everyone' ‘She’s the smartest person I’ve ever met’ pls stop trying to sell us on that. You do not know how to write smart Sansa. You’re just reminding me of the butchering of her character.

-Who the hell is that with Euron, are we supposed to have met him. Oh, he’s Homeless Harry Strickland. Or at least someone named Strickland who commands the Golden Company

-No ok it really pisses me off because to claim that Jon is the rightful king, or that Daenerys’ position is somehow worsened by not being Aerys II’s heir by primogeniture, rests on the idea that Robert’s Rebellion was unjust and we should still be on the Targaryen dynasty. They said as much last season, really, basing it on the notion that the rebellion was about Rhaegar and Lyanna and not, y’know, Aerys murdering his vassals.

The line of Aerys II was attainted. He was a tyrant, he lost the war, and nobody gets a claim on the crown through him. Not Jon, not Dany, and not Aegon the fucking Undead if he decides to pop up with the Golden Company.

The first comment of the first chapter of the first fic I, uh, ever wrote. The Layton, The Witch and The Top Hat. There’s a link if you want to laugh at my younger self’s writing.

‘I can tell this is going to be interesting, i honestly never thought someone would make a Layton fic based on that book (or movie, whatever). But still, this first chapter was just... Unnecesary, to say the least; as far as i know, this is your first story, and if you really feel the urge to introduce yourself to the community, then it's way more professional-looking that you did so in your profile or in an author note at the start or end of the chapter and not transforming a simple "hello" in a... "complete" chapter. Besides, you did a self-insert, you know, you talking and interacting with the official characters, and that stopped being so accepted in the reader community, being that it usually ends becoming stupid and all, and it's a fountain of Mary Sueish experience...

Don't take it personal, it's just some advice, and i'm looking forward the next chapter; i'm just hoping you consider my words.

Basically, a naive ‘authoress’ named MJ wanted to write a parody of C.S. Lewis’s masterpiece The Lion. The Witch and The Wardrobe. But she also wanted to insert herself into the story with fourth wall breaking author’s  “director’s” notes.  

I’m so thankful to this commenter for being critical and honest, but fair. It was an eye-opener. That prologue (if you can even call it that) was pretty pointless and the self-insert was a Mary Sue... who loved a poorly characterised Clive Dove. (She even has a Mary Sue trial at one point.) But maybe because it was a comedy, I can still read it now and cringe and laugh at the ridiculous writing, formatting and characterisation. (Some of the writing does seem inappropriate now, so I’m sorry for that. I’m not entirely proud of it.)

I gotta rant for a second cos I’m so fed up by now by Fans who think they own Kpop Idols, act like they’re the presidents of the Fandom/s or feel the need to protect the Fandom/s from fake Fans, like,,,,, no!!1!1!!! 

There are amazing Fans out there, who probably are the greatest representation of their Idols. They are respectful, mind their own business instead of their Idols one, they are out there creating things and give our Fandom a great atmosphere, but there are also Fans who don’t know when to stop. There are boundaries! Idols are not you personal entertainment. Give them love and respect. Don’t forget, we are the representation of our idols. 

There are a lot of things going on in the Kpop Fandom, but there is one specific thing I wanna talk about.

A few hours ago, Lena and Lisa, 2 German twin sisters, who are very well known for their musical.lys, posted a Video on their Instagram dancing to TT by Twice and the reactions are ridiculous and make me feel super embarrassed as a fellow Army/Kpop Fan. Here are some (partly translated from German and Korean to English) examples:

... what the fukc!? I really can’t understand what makes people think and act like this. No one ever asked you people to “protect” the Fandom like this. Nothing wrong with being a Fan, but please know your boundaries!
