the worst part of this whole twitter rate limiting thing is that countless of artists and writers rely on the twitter algorithm and the possibility to be seen and thus have more people view your craft; be it painters, poets, comedians, astrologers, musicians, etc. let me not get started on how essential twitter is for artists, whether big or small ones, to connect with their supporters, as well as fans themselves connecting within the fanbases.
