How I imagine the Undercroft conversation went
(Ominis storms into the Undercroft after talking with MC) Ominis: Sebastian, you rat! Sebastian: * playing dumb* What did I do this time? Ominis: Stop! I know you brought MC here. Sebastian: Damn MC, can't keep a secret to save their life. Ominis: Don't blame MC. They're not the one that made a solemn vow to me to keep the Undercroft a secret only to break it five years later. Sebastain: * dismissively* You know, Ominis we really need to widen our circle. Ominis: Widen my circle? Widen my circle? Ok, we might as well invite Leander Prewett (Sebastian tries to intervene but is promptly shut down.) Ominis: Garreth or, or dare I say it... Duncan Hobbhouse. (After mentioning his name Ominis forgets what he was talking about and proceeds to go on a rant about Duncan.) Ominis: Can you believe that--that spineless, weak excuse of a Wizard actually had the audacity to take advantage of MC's generosity… and for what? To prove he's not a coward when he is. How dare he? How dare he use (MC's full name) like that?

Who Do You Smell? (Sebastian Sallow x Reader)
Tumblr media
Summary: Sebastian Sallow has had a crush on Y/N for a while now, this isn't news to him but when a strong batch of amortentia is made for potions class it is hard to keep his mind clear of anything that isn't about you and what he wants to do to you.
Warning: contains mild smut as this is about Sebastian's fantasies while in class.
Rushed footsteps trekked along the cobblestone hallways of Hogwarts, echoing into excessive sounds of pitter-patter and endless conversations.
“We have an exam…TODAY?!”
“Did you hear about what happened in Hogsmeade yesterday?”
“You’ll never guess who I saw Poppy Sweeting with!”
Countless students made almost a sea of cloaks as they tried to make it to their next class on time without any pestering ghosts or moving stairs to slow them down. It was almost daunting to try and part the waves of children and teens, Sebastian thought. It was so daunting that he couldn’t help but at least acknowledge the nagging pit of a feeling that told him he would be better off droning away in the undercroft for an hour or two. Alas, Headmaster Black had already warned him that if he missed one more lesson there would be worse things than detention waiting for him.
How dramatic.
The Slytherin made his way to class nonetheless, not due to the threats of expulsion but rather the company that awaited him. If he had ditched, Ominis would give him a terrible earful no doubt, which would be a shame as that would get in the way of all the other trouble their little group could find themselves in. There was also the issue of leaving his potion’s partner, Y/N alone. How could he leave her all by her lonesome? After all, who would give her quippy one-liners to help pass the time in that dreary class? Gareth Weasley? The thought alone almost made him laugh.
His feet paused, finding himself now in front of the open door to the potions classroom. He always needed a moment before trudging into the smoke-filled haze of a room. It was always hotter than the other classes, almost on par with the humidity that suffocated him in herbology. Deep in the classroom, he could already spot his partner despite the slight fog between them. She was talking to Ominis, who sat at the desks in front of them. Her cloak was off, he noted, thrown to the opposite side of their table like a forgotten rag. He took in the sight of her leaning against the table to whisper something into his friend's ear. Her long sleeves rolled up to help combat against the heat that radiated from the cauldron centered on their table.
This is why I come to this class.
“Sebastian! There you are!” Y/N said as she looked up to see him still standing in the hallway. She waved him over with a warm smile still plastered on her lips, a smile she always had reserved for him…at least he’d like to think so.
“Just in time too.” Ominis commented, his tone comparable to a mother.
“Yes, yes, hold your applause.” Sebastian playfully replied as he took his seat next to Y/N, his tower of books hitting the hardwood of the table with a thud. She rolled her eyes at him but the smile didn’t fade away from her lips. It was a look he knew all too well, in fact, he looked forward to it. What could he say to make her roll her eyes in the back of her head? What comment could his mind come up with to make her so facetious? It was a fun game of his, one where he had to carefully walk the line if he wanted to keep her beautiful smile in his sight.
“Sit down, class is about to start.” Professor Sharp announced with a deadpan. He walked in front of his desk, leaning on the stable wood as he stared into the classroom, noting who was present or not. To his surprise Sebastian sat with a smug grin next to Y/N, even giving the professor a little wave, as if he knew he was shocked to see him. He wasn’t amused by the notion, but kept on with the class, not wanting to give him any more attention to his childish antics.
“Would anyone like to explain to me why they might think this month might be one of the most dangerous months of the year?” Sharp asked as he studied the fifth-year’s expressions of puzzlement.
Sebastian raised his eyebrow at the question. Dangerous? What could make February more dangerous than any other month of the year?
He looked over at Y/N, confusion all over his face, hoping to get insight from her. She’s only faced more danger than anyone else in the room besides perhaps the professor himself. If anyone would know, surely it would be her.
She simply met his expression with a quizzical look of her own, shrugging her shoulders stiff, not a single thought to the question. He quickly looked in front to see Ominis, hopefully, he might know instead then. His best friend had his eyes closed and arms crossed as if he was in deep thought….or in a deep sleep. Whatever the case was it was obvious he too was left in the dark like the rest of the class.
Being so deep in thought Sebastian hadn’t realized the sweat that started to form on his brow. The heat in this room got to him a little earlier than he expedited it to. It was almost suffocating and he had only been here for a couple of minutes.
“Nobody? Not a single soul has one idea as to why,” Sharp continued to ask, hoping for someone to at least try and spit out a wrong answer. However, only the sound of bubbling cauldrons and burning crackles from the flames answered him back.
“Amortentia,” the professor simply let out a heavy sigh that oozed with disappointment as he pushed himself off his desk to make his way around the class. Sebastian mentally facepalmed
Of course, February! Valentine's Day was in this blasted month.
“I only teach this potion with its antidote. So don’t get funny ideas for next week,” Sharp warned his students, pointing at every student in his room. “Every year a handful of you try to use a love potion on some sorry soul and every year they get in trouble. So you will know what's good for you if you have any sense.” He added before going into more detail about the potion itself.
He talked about how it was formed…the ingredients they would need…the order to brew. Sebastian heard the words.
Truly.
But as Sharp’s lecture rang on in the background Sebastian’s eyes wandered to his left. Y/N sat there looking up at their professor with half-closed eyelids, her long lashes hanging over her beautiful eyes. She rested her head on her closed fist, her body slightly turned to face Sebastian though her attention still faced Sharp. She thoughtlessly played with her hair, her expression almost dreamy as if she was openly lost in her mind. The air started to feel heavier with the murky haze that filled the room the longer he looked at her. He pulled at his collar as he noticed a dollop of sweat sliding down from Y/N’s collarbone into her blouse. Her cleavage taunting him.
The heat of the room practically boiling in him now with such an image of her.
“I’m bloody hot, are you?” Y/N asked in a hushed whisper as she attempted to fan herself, she glanced at Sebastion when she noted his stare.
“I always am..” He responded without hesitation.
Y/N rolled her eyes again as she had before class started, playful and casual. He wondered what she would look like if he was able to roll her eyes for a different reason. He imagined her leaning over their shared desk looking more disheveled than appropriate. Her pretty eyes rolling in the back of her head as she lets out a deep moan, her lips still forming a devious smile. The thought makes him feel a twitch below his belt as he realizes a small ache had been forming the instant he saw her today.
Sebastian had always had a crush on Y/N, this wasn’t exactly something new to him. There had been plenty of times he worked himself over just by looking at you. Though he would like to think that he would build himself over the entire day… definitely not in just 5 minutes.
“As you line up to smell the Amortentia in the cauldron on my desk you may notice the…. effects…of the potion. Once you leave the classroom they will subside since you haven’t drank the potion. This stuff is so strong, the smell alone can affect you.” Sharp informed the class.
Of course, the potion.
Sebastian awkwardly coughed as he stood up, thankful for his cloak. He was sure every boy in the class must be praising the heavy fabric if the potion was as strong as the professor said. Y/N, Sebastian, and Ominis made their way in line to smell the concoction, waiting their turn. Sebastian noticed that while a couple of people mentioned what they smelled, there were a few who kept that information to themselves. He wondered what it was that made them so quiet. Either way, the damned thing smelt different to each person for some reason. Wasn’t it just meant to make you fall in love with someone? If only he would have been able to pay attention to what Sharp had been saying but he had been a tad distracted by his partner.
Speaking of which, Y/N was the first of the little trio to stand in front of the rather old-looking cauldron. She closed her eyes as she let her hands help waft the smoke toward her. As she took a deep breath in, her eyes shot open as if she had recognized the smell almost instantly.
“What is it? What do you smell?” Sebastian asked with curiosity oozing from his voice.
“I smell…old books, burning candles, and butterbeer.” She said softly as she glanced at the two boys, a blush creeping up her ears as her eyes met Sebastian.
“How quaint.” Ominis commented through a grin as if he knew precisely who smelt like such a strange combination.
Sebastian didn’t think that could be the smell of love though he didn’t exactly know what he would say the scent of love would be like but definitely not old books. Perhaps floral like roses or sweet like cherries? Love in a bottle had to be stereotypical, it made the most sense to him.
Sebastian stepped up, pulling the lid up and letting the fumes wash over him. The mist of the potion overcame him as if he had just walked into a sauna. He felt an urge tingle from the tips of his toes to the very ends of his hair. A rush so strong in his body he could practically count his pulse from the zealous beats his heart made, throbbing in what felt like his throat.
Her.
He could only smell her.
He gulped trying to breathe in anything that wasn’t this potion's musk. The smell was sweet and heavy just like how he thought but it was more than he could handle. He could sink in the delight of it all as if he could be happily drowned in it. He imagined that this would be the very smell that could suffocate him while he was on his knees between your legs.
“Heaven” he blurted out carelessly as the thought of eating you out filled his mind.
“Very descriptive,” Ominis replied, helping Sebastian to get out of his head and back into reality.
“My thoughts exactly. What does heaven even smell like? That could be anything” Y/N asked with a furrowed brow.
Sebastian paused, trying to put into words what the woman in front of him smelt like. It was hard to put into words. The smell was more like flashes of constant memories that reminded him of Y/N rather than what she smelt like every day.
He could smell the rain, the petrichor that radiates from the grass; the image of you running in the storm with him, white blouse drenched and clinging to your chest, raindrops dripping from your hair, the sound of your laughter. What a day that had been, so carefree, so full of joy for just being in the mommet. He kept that memory close to him; a loop he would play when his thoughts went to dark and dreary places.
In the next instant, he could smell the scorch marks from flames nipping at the cobblestone in the undercroft. The heavy smoke poisoned his lungs and filled his mind with such intoxication over the past. The day he had taught you confringo lingering in the back of his mind.
It had been one of the first times he had gotten close to you.
The memory of being pressed against your back, Sebastian’s face mere inches from your soft hair-your locks tickling the tip of his nose. His hand had been wrapped around your wrist as he helped with your wand movements. You had looked at him so innocently then, putting all your faith in him even though you had barely known each other. He could still see the small smudge of soot smudged on your cheek and the way you looked up at him with such big eyes for guidance.
The memory had only gotten sweeter like wine after seeing you master his spell. Seeing you cast it with ease, power, and confidence; that alone would always send shivers down his spine amid battle. He would always be a part of you when you cast that spell…forever.
The smell warped into something else entirely, putting him off guard until he was able to realize the mystery aroma was incense: warm, woody, and thick. It was the same kind that Professor Onai used in her classroom the day she taught palmistry. He had held your hands that day, his large hands engulfing yours in warmth. It had been the perfect excuse to touch you then, so freely and openly with everyone watching. His fingers brushed against your skin softly, his touch could barely be described as a graze but the tension was more than palpable. He had read your palm that day, hoping he could see himself in your loveline. He believes that he did. Even if he didn’t he would find a way to change it to make it so.
“Well, it's certainly not butterbeer,” Sebastian finally responded, putting himself back in the present.
Y/N blushed, flustered by the comment before whacking him on his shoulder. “I should have never told you,” she responded in a huff, making her way back to their desk.
Sebastian followed, chuckling at her reaction but also thankful he was able to avoid having to explain what heaven smells like.
“Does anyone want to know what it smells like to me?” Ominis asked himself as he stood in front of the cauldron alone; the sarcasm and annoyance drowning his words as he found his way back to his desk. Professor Sharp stood before the classroom, waiting for everyone to get their bearings again.
“It seems like some of you are rather open to telling everyone what you find most attractive…that or just the smell of the person you seem to find yourself in a new entanglement in with this week..how brave of you,” Sharp commented with what must be his attempt at an amused grin before going back to his solemn state.
Sebastian glanced at Y/N, wondering who it was for her. Who smelt like old books and could still have her head over heels for them? She had never even brought up liking a person before. His hands formed into fists on the desk, images flashing of someone else being with her the way he daydreamed. He couldn’t even bear the thought and had to quickly stop before he lost himself.
He heard Professor Sharp go into further detail about the potion before teaching how to make the antidote for amortentia. At least that was as much as Sebastian could recall, he knows that was the subject but simply couldn’t tell you how to make the damned thing. His attention was more on you than the class itself. He needed to get out of this classroom and fast before he reached his limits. Even with the cauldron covered the smell seeped and filled the classroom, working its magic on everyone in it. He couldn’t even imagine how he would be if he actually drank it. He understands why people who had been under its effects would practically throw themselves at the person in question now.
You sat there a complete tease and were none the wiser. The way you grabbed onto your skirt from your thigh, hiking up the fabric higher than it was before. He wanted nothing more than to put his hand under the hem and pull it up high until he got a good view of you bent over this very desk. He wanted to push you against the hardwood and pull your hair. He wanted to devour you in front of everyone, to lose himself in you and all that was good. Sebastian loosened his tie, the small material barely knotted as he tried to control his breath.
“That’s all there is to teach. By the end of class, I expect two adequate potions…the Amortentia and the cure from each table. You may begin.” Sharp directed as he made his way to his desk in the back of the room.
There was a wave of silence that crashed over the classroom as the students side-eyed each other. It would seem that no one had paid attention to Sharp’s well-planned and eloquent lecture on brewing love potions. The professor didn’t seem to give it any mind though, he was too involved with whatever he was writing. Sebastian couldn’t imagine that the man was clueless about the tension in the room though. Perhaps he was secretly amused that this situation of all things was the only way he was able to make the classroom stunned with silence.
“Would you be upset with me if I told you, I have no idea how to brew this potion,” Sebastian decided to tell Y/N outright. There was no point in pretending; she would see through him anyways if he tried.
She suppressed a chuckle in response as she stood up and pointed him in the direction of the board. “Not at all. Luckily for us, the instructions are on the board. Come on, let's get the ingredients.” She explained as she stood up and waved him over to follow her. He leaped out of his seat, quick and careless, almost like he was a dog who was taunted by the prospect of a treat. Thoughts of being alone with Y/N in the supply closet made his heart race to deadly rhythms and his palms slightly sweaty. He couldn’t help but let his imagination run wild with fantasies of what could transpire in such a small enclosed space.
The thought of your soft thighs wrapped around his waist while he got to have handfuls of your ass to keep you steady. Messy, hungry kisses that vibrated with moans. Your hands tussled in his hair or roaming up and down his chest. He could feel himself twitch every time he imagined you bouncing up and down against him, grinding him into pure bliss.
Merlin. Could he handle himself with such a temptation of being with you in such a place?
Each step he took across the classroom felt like an eternity, his body growing with anticipation that coursed through his veins like wildfire. His eyes were glued to the sway of your hips as you led the way.
When they finally reached the door, Sebastian fumbled with the handle, hands almost shaking as his mind was still lost in the realm of his fantasies. He could practically hear you screaming his name at this moment. The sound looped over and over again in his head, short-circuiting his brain until he was able to hear a click. The door creaked open, revealing a small, dimly lit space filled with shelves of potions ingredients, and other various supplies.
Sebastian stepped in behind you, trying to contain his desires while his body betrayed him, buzzing in hopeful anticipation of even just being grazed by you. A single touch would be enough to end his suffering at this point. The air felt heavy with scents of herbs that mixed in wonderfully with the smell of you, further fueling his senses.
“So…heaven you said.” Y/N awkwardly commented as she began to gather the required ingredients. Pulled out of his wicked daydreams Sebastian glanced at you with a raised eyebrow. “That is indeed what I said.”
“Are you ever going to elaborate on that?”
Sebastian stared at the shelves, trying to look lost. Shifting his weight back and forth as his hands skimmed the ingredients that were laid out in front of him. “Why so curious?”
“Well, I told you mine… it's only fair.”
“Have I ever been known to be fair?” Sebastian asked as he paused and looked down at you. You looked up at him sweetly, eyes big and bright, cheeks flushed, lips slightly apart. A tempting beautiful picture. He gulped down the need to jump you right then and there. A sad excuse for keeping his gentlemanly composure.
“Are you going to make me beg?” she asked softly.
Sebastian almost fainted. You? Begging him? Suddenly the thought of you on your knees in front of him flashed through his mind. He wondered just how he could make you beg. What filthy pleas could be heard from your lips? How desperate could you be for him? Was it anything like how he was for you now? He got lost in your beautiful eyes as he wondered.
“Would you beg for me?” his voice barely above a whisper as he asked her.
Y/N’s eyes grew wide, her cheeks turning into a deep shade of crimson. Sebastian watched as she stood there a mixture of what looked like mortification and vulnerability washing over her. As Sebastian took a step closer to her he saw how her blush intensified. Spreading like a delicate watercolor painting, the color seeped from her cheeks and extended to the tips of her ears…even down below under her blouse. He wondered how far her blush went.
“D-Don’t play with me, Sebastian,” Y/N replied as she tried to regain her composure. She faced the shelves once more, letting her hands touch anything that was in front of her.
“I would never.” He tried to follow her actions, hoping she didn’t notice how the last minute of their interaction would be the start of his dreams for the next month.
She scoffed at his response. “I know you’re just trying to deflect from the question. Why so secretive? Do you have a crush on someone and are just too embarrassed by it? You know I wouldn’t tell a soul.” she rambled as she picked up a mysterious vial. She looked at it as if she was more interested in the contents inside of it than the conversation but Sebastian could see through her act.
“Crush? I’m afraid it's gotten far past that.” Sebastian replied, freezing Y/N in her tracts if only for a moment. She placed the vial back in its rightful spot before reaching for another random object, much like Sebastian did in hopes of keeping him grounded in the situation. How far should he push this? Should he let the smell of this damned potion, the bottled intoxication of the girl in front of him, break down any walls he had built up in hopes that she would never know he was madly in love with her?
Their hands brushed against each other, sending a shock down to his toes that made the hair on the back of his neck stand up. The innocent act that was nothing but a soft caress, fanned the flames that were in him to dangerous heights, his yearning for her unbearable
“She’s bewitched me. Hexed me even…I’m sure of it.” He continued to say as he looked down at her. His hand frozen in his place against hers. If he moved now, there would be no grace in his actions. It was his last attempt at trying to keep himself composed.
He heard Y/N’s breath hitch in her throat.
“Do you really want to know?” He asked, giving her an escape but hoping she wouldn’t take it. She only nodded her head in response, unable to speak from the tension that’s now bubbled over in the small closet they were in.
“I smell the rain,” He began to say as he turned to face her.
“I smell fire” He took a step towards Y/N, closing the small gap.
“I smell incense.” His hands intertangled in yours, as he took a step forward, forcing you against the door, making sure no one could interrupt them. Your hands were well above you now as his fists pinned you in place.
“I smell you,” it barely came out as a whisper against the nape of your neck. “It’s all I can smell, even now. It suffocates me. Taunting me with ideas,” he continued, his voice low and dark. “Would you let me do those things to you?” He asked, moving his gaze so he could look at Y/N.
She looked like every fantasy he ever had of her. Under him, panting, wide-eyed, and flushed. He would keep this memory close to him, he knew instantly. Keep this image of her as nothing more than a self-indulgent treat for every night before he went to sleep.
“Is this when I should beg Seb?” Y/N let out in a single heavy breath.
He let out a groan at the sound of her nickname for him, his head falling to her shoulder so he could melt into her.
Fuck
Just hearing her say his name like that made his situation feel painful, making him harder than he ever had been in his entire life. He was scared to find out what would come of himself if he didn’t find a release soon.
“Do I have to beg to get my ingredients?” Ominis could be heard as he pounded on the door causing both Sebastian and Y/N to jump to the opposite side of the closet. Their friend walked into the small room, happy to be blind for once so that he didn’t have to see the sorry state the two were in.
“Congratulations on finding out you two are in fact in love with each other. The rest of the school has been waiting.” Ominis stated with annoyance. “Now can you grab me the things I need?”

The reader is very playful and likes to cause mischief like pulling pranks and teasing.
The reader (female) takes Sebastian's wand and runs off with it, wanting him to chase her. They end up in the Undercroft and Sebastian has to borrow Ominis's wand as they duel (without hurting one another) so Sebastian can get his wand back.
Just a Joke!

Boriiiing. The day was boring. Morning, breakfast, studying, class. Since the start of the day, everything was boring. You wanted to have some fun. What a shame you didn't have potions class today, you definitely would've joined Garreth in making explosions instead of potions, but at least you aren't in the risk of detention. So all you could do was wait until you got an idea on how to make this day better.
Now was time for Defense Against the Dark Arts class. Maybe you would have some duelling lessons? You sure had hoped you would. Professor Hecat entered the room and greeted you all.
"Good day students," She waved her wand in the air, "Today we'll be revising."
You put your head into your hands and groaned quietly. Damn it. Today was just not your day, you were not going to have fun at all, huh? Usually you would have done something fun by now but it's like you have gotten some case of bad luck.
"Some of you have forgotten how to use expelliarmus," oh? "So, would 2 students like to duel? One could, perhaps show the others on how to cast expelliarmus properly."
"I volunteer!" You raised your hand happily, it was not much but it was something.
"Me too." You saw Sebastian pick up his hand as well. Fun! You knew you'd be able to make fun of him now.
"Perform well and I'll let you all go for today, I've some business to attend to after class." The entire class was full of delighted yells. "Quiet now! I won't be letting you go if you're so loud." Small awes were let out by the class but this was perfect.
A chance for you to do something fun for today. Both you and Sebastian climbed the table and decided to go all out for once, it was time for you to show off.
"Expelliarmus!" He wasted no time in throwing his first spell.
“Protego!” You defended yourself first and decided to first play some. “Accio!” He didn’t defend himself quick enough and he was brought to you, floating. You grinned.
“Expelliarmus!” His wand fell onto the table and you crouched down to grab it, successful.
“Alright, at least some of you remembered, you can go now.” Professor Hecat announced and everyone quickly grabbed their books and went outside, free for the day. At least from classes.
You helped Sebastian get up and were about to hand him his wand back before you got an idea. Of course! How didn’t you think of it sooner? His hand was about to grab the wand before your hand quickly moved away from him, leaving him with a straight face.
“Alright, yes you beat me, now hand it back.” He clearly wasn’t in the mood to fight for it but you were going to tease him just for a bit. It wasn’t going to hurt either of you. Except maybe Sebastian was gonna hurt you… Ha! With no wand you would have nothing to worry about. You slowly skipped away from him, humming a small tune.
“Not today, big boy,” You giggled at him before you saw him preparing himself to run at you, so you went ahead and ran first, afraid of him catching you, but also excited to see how this would go. You carefully ran through the hallway and down the stairs, occasionally catching glimpses of Sebastain, checking if he was closer than he was before, and well, he was.
“That won’t work with me, Sebby!” You mocked, but only playfully. You were not going full speed, making this all the more fun for yourself, so you went ahead and passed next to the staircases where the entrance for the Undercroft was, having just enough time to go in before Sebastian could catch up to you. The door had shut in front of his face and he now had to wait his turn, and he was NOT messing around.
You looked around and saw Ominis just minding his business there, reading his braille.
“Hi Ominis!” You greeted. Immediately he sighed in exasperation, just wanting peace and quiet. He couldn’t get that in his dormitory, his classes and now in the Undercroft. Could his day get any worse? Poor Ominis.
“Hello.” You were about to ask him what he was reading before you heard a yell. Oh right! Sebastian was still after you and you still had his wand. You looked back at him and grinned.
“Wait!” You kind of raised your voice, “I’ll give it back, just calm down, okay?”
He seemed to have calmed down immediately. You grabbed his wand from your pocket and were waiting for him to grab it. He reached his hand out and was about to grab it before you, again, pulled back.
“(Y/n)! Give it back!” He was mad now, whoops. He became quicker and you decided it would be best to dash off right now.
“Arresto momentum!” You quickly cast a spell on him before hearing a loud groan. It was Ominis.
“Could you guys take this elsewhere? I can’t get peace anywhere in this castle.” What’s up with him? You sighed and mumbled a quiet ‘fine’ under your breath and went ahead to the exit. “HEY!” You wished your hearing was better, because - well, while you were going towards the door, Sebastian had gotten back to his not-slowed self, and had a quick argument with Ominis.
“Give me your wand.” His voice was very quiet, so Ominis took it as a sigh to be quiet as well. “No, I’m not giving you my wand.” He fumed. “I need it for like, 1 minute, just give me your wand!” Sebastian practically begged. “I NEED my wand to go around you idi-” Sebastian had taken his wand from him and was about to give you a piece of his mind. “HEY!” Again, poor Ominis.
“Yes?” You asked. “We have unfinished business here,” Sebastian said, pointing his- Well, Ominis’ wand at you. “Wait, wait, wait, that’s cheating!” C’mon, it was getting fun.
“Sebastian, give me my wand back, please,” Ominous just grabbed at the air. Oh that was just so not cool. “(Y/n), give me my wand back and I’ll give Ominis HIS wand back.” He’s playing dirty, but that’s what you usually do so you know how to settle this.
“Okay, fine, but you’ll have to fight me for it.”
“Seriously guys, I want my wand back.”
“Deal.”
You and Sebastian positioned yourself in the middle of the Undercroft, bowed at each other and started the duel. You cast first.
“Accio!”
“Protego!”
♡ - ♡ ~ ♡ - ♡ ~ ♡ - ♡ ~ ♡ - ♡ ~ ♡ - ♡ ~ ♡ - ♡
The fight lasted for some time. But it ended with Sebastain successfully casting an expelliarmus on you. He got his wand back fair and square. (He had your wand and wouldn’t return it to you before you returned his back.) Ominis was just confused the entire time and wanted his wand back, which he did get after Sebastain got his. However, that did not end well for you and Sebastian, because he just froze both of you. Since then, you and Sebastian have been stuck in the Undercroft.
“Can you move your hands now or just your head?” You asked, clearly wanting to get out of this mess.
“Just. My. Head.” Sebastian was still mad, “This wouldn’t have happened if you just gave me my wand back.” You smiled at him. He was adorable when mad.
“It was just a joke.” You couldn't wait until you could mess with him again. After all, this was a daily occurrence for you both, and you just loved teasing him. You knew he wasn’t really mad. He had just wished you two were frozen next to each other. Oh, silly you.
“Next time, don’t take Ominis’ wand from him.”
“I WILL be free from this before you and I won’t set you free, just so you know.” He sighed, “But maybe I’ll warm you up.”
You sure had hoped that would mean cuddles and not his casting infringo on you…

If Things Were Different.
Sebastian x Female!Mc/reader
TW: ANGST, major spoilers for late game in Sebastian's story, swearing, Sebastian being an ass (but he feels bad), hints at death, violence, self hate, self doubt, the reader is pissed, you are MC
Dust and debris everywhere, you were sweating from all the fire spells cast to combat the inferi and from the running to doge spells from Solomon. You were kneeling on the ground, trying to catch your breath. Sebastian was to your left and winding up for a spell at Solomon, the lightning energy around his wand gave away his intentions. You cast a quick depulso on Solomon, and in your panic the spell was strong enough to knock him back and he crumpled to the floor, unconscious. Sebastian's spell hit the wall opposite of him, leaving a large crater in it. A few pebbles actually made it far enough to hit you.
"Sebastian what the hell was that?!" Your voice echoed in the cave. Your blood was boiling. He promised! He said no more! How could you have trusted him after he went back on his word before? You were too angry for tears, pure rage had you trembling as your glare met his.
"Why did you stop me? He attacked us! He was going to turn us in!" The look in his eyes made it seem like he was going to curse you next. His non-wand hand was clenching and unclenching. He didn't understand, how could you have stopped him? He was saving you BOTH. Soloman had to be stopped, there was no other way.
A quick glance at Solomon confirmed he was still breathing. You gripped your wand a bit tighter and looked back at him before answering, "I couldn't let you do that to one of your only family members left! You would've -"
"YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO!" His voice was so loud it had your ears ringing. He was blinded by anger over Solomon attacking you both, over the hatred of Soloman stopping his efforts to save Anne AGAIN. The end of his wand was crackling with sparks, his overflowing emotions seeping out through it in the form of pure magic.
"Sebastian please, if I hadn't done that you would've been haunted by your actions forever." You were trying to reason with him, but you should've learned there is no reasoning with him when he's angry. Let alone this angry.
"I thought you were just ignorant, running around with goblins and playing the hero! But now I know you're down right FUCKING STUPID! YOU THINK NOTHING CAN HARM YOU! THAT PEOPLE ARE INHERENTLY GOOD! HE WOULD HAVE GLADLY SEEN YOU DEAD, OR WORSE IN AZKABAN! YOU COMPLETELY DAFT WOMAN." His chest was puffed out, teeth bared and eyes wild.
That struck you. Hard. Playing the hero? Did he think you did what you did for some kind of praise? That you weren't a kind person but just some attention seeking girl wanting a bit of fame? He always praised you for how smart you are but now you were stupid for saving a life? Where the hell did he get off thinking that?! Tears full of anger and pain started filling your eyes.
His words seemed to hit him when he saw the tears gather in your eyes, the look of pure hatred on your face made him sick. "Wait-" but before he could finish Anne came hobbling in, she took out the rest of the inferi with one amazing and powerful fire spell before falling to her knees. Sebastian could only stand numbly as he watched you conjure up stretchers for Anne and Solomon. You got them situated before rushing out, floating the two of them alongside you.
He had done it again, and even worse this time. He allowed his anger to overpower his rational thoughts and he hurt you again. He didn't really think that of you, Soloman might have tried to get you sent to Azkaban but he wouldn't kill you. Another hit. He almost killed his Uncle. You stopped him from murder, and in return he insulted and screamed at you. Merlin, what has he done? He had to make it up to you. He had to apologize, but he had done that before, no he needed to really change. He had to do something big that would prove that he was done with dark magic, and that he never wanted to get this close to being a murderer again.
---------------------------------------------------------------
It had been weeks, you were avoiding him like the plague. You wouldn't even look at him. He didn't know how you would disappear so quickly or where you might be even going to. Ominis wouldn't tell him either, but Sebastian didn't know if that was to help you or out from really not knowing himself.
It seems that you told Ominis and Anne about the fight that broke out with Solomon. But you left out Sebastian's attempt at murder and skipped straight to you sending Solomon hurdling into the wall out of fear. Solomon seems to have forgotten about the whole incident and was told by Anne and Ominis that he was hit by a stray depulso on accident and hit his head on the side of his home causing a bad concussion. Sebastian sent a letter to Anne swearing that he would never delve into the dark arts again and that he would prove it. He just wasn't sure how. But the answer came to him through Ominis, bless him.
"Don't tell me you're reading that book again." The look of anger and disgust on Ominis' face was evident without Sebastian even looking up.
"I've never read this book before mate. What book are you talking about?" He was genuinely confused. He was looking at potion ingredients and writing down ones that might mix well together to cure Anne's different symptoms, he just needed the one thing to tie them together according to Golpalott's third law to making an antidote. Something new, something no one had tried.
"Don't play dumb Sebastian, the book of dark arts you've been obsessing over!" Ominis had walked over and ripped the book out of Sebastian's hands. But a brief pass over the page with his wand had his eyebrows raised. As if he didn't believe it, he closed the book while using his finger to keep track of the page and waved the wand over the front. "This is...just a regular potions book."
"Yes, I told you I was done with that other book. Look!" He swung himself out of bed and walked around to the foot of his bed. He knelt down and opened his truck before digging straight to the bottom before wrestling the damned thing out from it's hiding place. "I've had it at the bottom of my trunk. I haven't touched it since! I don't want to even look at it." It was true, ever since that day he didn't want to even think of that book. But he didn't know what to do with it so he just buried it in the trunk, hoping to find a permanent place later.
"If you don't want it, then why keep it then? Why not just rid the world of that accursed thing and burn it to ashes?" Ominis sneered at him. He was frustrated, he couldn't believe Sebastian didn't want the book. Not after everything. So if it was true, why was it allowed to continue to exist?
Sebastian blinked several times. Why *did* he not just burn it? Why hadn't he even thought of that? He wouldn't have to find a hiding place. He wouldn't have to worry about it being found. No one could ever be tempted by it like he had been. When he told Anne he had given up the dark arts she was so excited he doesn't think she even thought about destroying it. But now he had the perfect plan on how to prove to you and Ominis that he was no longer going to practice the dark arts! But he needed a bit of help, " Ominis, you're brilliant! I need your help!"
Ominis have him an amused look. "With setting something on fire? I'm sure your well practi-"
"Not with setting it on fire you prat! I need you to get her to meet me in the undercroft. All three of us together." The hope that was reignited in Sebastian fizzled a bit at the small frown that graced his friend's lips.
Of course Ominis knew who he was talking about, getting you to even look at him had become Sebastian's new obsession. Anytime Ominis spent more than 5 minutes with you, Sebastian was on him. Asking how you were, if you said anything about him, if you had forgiven him. It drove Ominis crazy. Yes, he wishes you two could be friends again. Yes, he wanted things to return to normal. But he stood firm on not rushing or pressuring you into forgiving Sebastian. You wouldn't even talk about him anymore, not since the night Ominis found you in the Room of Requirements crying your eyes out. It was then you had admitted to Ominis what really happened, and you had begged him to promise to never mention it to Sebastian, for him to please act like everything was normal. He held you for hours as you had talked through everything and continued to hold you until you had calmed down. He agreed to the promise and was true to his word. But that's when Ominis noticed how quiet Sebastian had become. How now it wasn't Sebastian staying up and Ominis finding him after having a nightmare. Instead it seemed like Sebastian was having them too.
"I don't think she would agree to that, and I will not lie to get her to meet you." His frown deepened, as he ruled out that idea before Sebastian could even pose it.
"You don't have to! Just tell her I have something very important to show you both, and that it will be a good thing. That I want to make amends and show you both how sincere I am about giving up the dark arts...please Ominis." Still on one knee, he pleaded with his best friend. His voice had become a whisper on the word please, in an almost heartbreaking way.
Ominis sighed, knowing it was no good arguing; and praying to Merlin that Sebastian was being honest. All he had to do was ask. Hopefully you wouldn't be angry at him for that if he didn't push you. "Fine. I will ask her. But I don't want you bothering me again if she says no." His tone let Sebastian know that his word was final, he would not waver on this choice.
Sebastian jumped to his feet and pulled Ominis into a hug. "Thank you Ominis! I won't let you down!" Sebastian threw the book into his bag and took off to the undercroft. Ominis sighed again. He guessed that means he had better go find you now.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Sebastian paced back and forth, opening his pocket watch every once in a while. His nerves only worsened as the minutes passed. What if Ominis couldn't convince you? What would he do then? Could he maybe surprise you when you're alone and burn it then? He was sure you'd tell Ominis you saw him do it. Maybe that would work. But he'd rather do it now and be able to express how sorry he was. His thoughts were cut off at the sound of the gates to the undercroft creaked open. His eyes flickered to the book, it was carelessly tossed on the floor a few feet away so when he burned it he wouldn't get burned as well
His eyes went back to the door way leading to the gate and they landed on you. Merlin you were so pretty to him, even with the prominent frown on your face he couldn't help but stare. How could he have been so stupid to have hurt someone who was so beautiful inside and out. How could he betray someone who did so much to help him? Remembering your smile he wondered how did it not pull him out of that book and steal all his attention.
You turned to him and your eyes finally met his. It had been so long he forgot how intense your gaze could be. His heart fluttered in both fear and attraction. You didn't even say anything, you just raised your eyebrows in a way that asked "well? Why am I here?" He gulped, he was ready to get rid of the book. But now he just had to hope this would be enough. He turned his head, raising his wand, and with a quick flick of his wrist and a shout of "confringo" the book was ablaze. It took only a few seconds for it to be fully turned to ash with how strong he cast the spell. Turning to you he gave a lopsided smile.
"I'm done with the dark arts. I've been researching normal ways to create new potions that might help Anne. Ones that haven't been thought of before! Ominis can tell you, he found me reading the book!" His smile faltered as you continued to glare him down. You turned your head to the blonde and leaned gently against him. Ominis nodded mutely. That stung. You both didn't even need to say anything to communicate.
You turned back to him, your lip curling with anger. "Wonderful. But do you really think that solves everything?" He started to apologize but you pressed on, raising your voice over his. "Do you think that changes or makes me feel better about all you put me through? What you put US through?!" You had gestured to Ominis when you used the word "us".
"Wait, please let me apolo-" Sebastian tried again. But you quickly cut him off.
"NO! YOU don't GET to apologize. You said horrible things at me. You did horrible things, even when we begged you to stop. You were horrible to me! To US! I was just a tool for you to get what you want! You were never my friend! I cared so much about you and I care about Anne. But I am a human too! I deserve kindness too!" Your voice raised loud enough to fill the undercroft, tears were streaming down your face.
He felt sick all over again. Of course this wasn't enough, he had done more than just read the book. He had put you two through so much. He just never realized how much it affected you until now. It never really dawned on him how much he asked of you, how little you asked of him. His eyes started to burn with tears as he sank to his knees. That put a dead stop to your rant, your face changed to shock and confusion. Turning his head down he began to beg. "Please. I'm so," his voice cracked, "sorry. I never meant for anyone to be hurt. I-I didn't mean to make you feel this way. I never knew it affected you so much. I just wanted to save Anne. I just wanted to put my life back together. I was horrible to you both because anytime either of you argued against my ideas... All I saw was Solomon telling me that nothing would work and to give up. That wasn't fair to you both. I can't apologize enough, I will spend my whole life trying to make it up to you, and to prove I've changed...even if you don't give me the chance to show you. You two are so important to me and I can't believe I let some book lead me to harm you two in the ways I have."
The silence was deafening. It seemed too quiet after all your yelling. It pressed in on him, but he never raised his head. Even if he could see through all the tears falling from his eyes, he wouldn't be able to look you in the eyes right now.
"I-" you cut yourself off. Should he dare to hope you'd give him a chance? Maybe even forgive him? Now instead of the crushing silence he heard the blood rushing in his ears, his heart pounding like it was going to jump out and present itself to you. His breath hitched, he was praying to anyone, anything that you would give him just one more chance. Anything, anything at all for him to possibly have you back in his life.
"I just don't know right now." Were the words you finally landed on. Merlin help him.

“Did your bag grow wings?”
Sebastian Sallow x Reader
Summary: Sebastian takes pity on a girl who’s bag has been stollen by bullies.
Warnings: angst kinda, hospital and chronic illness trigger

Tumblr media
Sebastian eyes the girl as she awkwardly tries to scramble up a tree to retrieve a bag caught in the branches. After a few failed attempts she stands hands on her hips staring up at the bag, a forlorn look darkening her brow.
“Did your bag grow wings?” He asks in his most serious voice, scrutinizing the bag. Turning to Sebastian the girl seems to only now notice him.
“Oh just leave me be!” She pleads before bending over to pick up a rock.
“As you wish.” Sebastian chuckles, throwing his hands up, backing away. The girl rolls her eyes, then begins to throw rocks at her bag.
“You will never get it down like that.” Sebastian laughs at her struggling. “Where is your wand?” Whipping her head around the girl catches Sebastian off guard with a tearful face. She looks as if she is going to say something then turns around, running away with all of her might.
“Hey wait up!” Sebastian calls, whipping out his wand, retrieving the bag. The girl does not stop for his call, instead running back to her house. Standing there dumbly Sebastian grasps the bag, feeling the shape of a wand inside.
“Dummy, you need your wand.” Sebastian shakes his head walking in the direction the girl ran. He does not make it far before he hears soft crying coming from the girls bathroom. Wavering before the door, Sebastian tries to decide the correct course of action, knowing he could just give her bag to a house elf and be done with it. They would return it to the rightful owner, however the sound of muffled cries tugs at him.
“Merlin's beard this better not backfire.” Sebastian sighs before pushing open the door and walking in. The crying stops the second the door opens.
“I have your bag.” Sebastian offers, hoping he has not just stumbled across another different unfortunate girl. Sniffles come from the stall furthest from the door.
“Do you want your bag or not?” More silence. As Sebastian turns to leave a small voice comes from the stall.
“Please leave my bag.”
“She speaks!” Sebastian laughs as he gently sets the bag down in front of the stall.
“Thank you.” Her voice is small and shaky.
“Anytime.” As he turns to leave a thought occurs to him. “Who threw your bag in that tree?” There is a long silence then the girl lets out a shaky breath.
“Doesn’t matter.”
“Yes it does.” Sebastian’s voice is firm.
“Then I did it.” She shoots back defiantly. Running his finger through chestnut hair Sebastian chuckles.
“You are a strange one.” Then makes his exit.
As Sebastian sits to dinner he watches with satisfaction as the girl's bullies shuffle over to where she sits. Sebastian easily tracked down the cuprates teaching them a lesson they would not soon forget. The group of thrashed malcontents cast fearful looks in Sebastian’s direction while they deliver their apology to the girl. She too keeps sending looks in Sebastian’s direction, and the looks do not stop after the dejected group of miscreants shuffled to their seats. Before Sebastian can finish half of his plate he notices the girl standing excusing herself from the table. Unable to contain his curiosity, Sebastian stands to follow the girl. At his friends sudden movements Ominis gives Sebastian a funny look.
“Going somewhere?”
“The toilet, I need some air.” Sebastian mumbles as he makes his escape ignoring Ominis objection,
“Oh yes, just the place I go for fresh air.” Sebastian follows the girl unnoticed as she leads him all the way up to the infirmary, then sits on a bed expectantly.
“Did those troglodytes hurt you?” Sebastian snaps. She whips her head around, surprised by his sudden appearance.
“I swear I’ll-“ Sebastian’s treats are cut off by a soft giggle from the girl.
“I thought I heard someone behind me.” Sebastian stuffs the floor with a shoe putting his hands in his pockets.
“I… Well, I was worried that maybe they had said something nasty to you. Never can count on a bully to give a good apology.”
“I don’t know what I have done to earn your protection.” She raises an eyebrow to the freckled face before her.
“I just can’t stand to see a pretty girl cry.” Again Sebastian is given an eyebrow. Before the girl can give her retort the nurse walks in. At the sight of Sebastian standing there the nurse pauses giving the girl a funny look, to which she just shrugs in response.
“And how are we feeling today?” The nurse asks, hovering her wand over the girl as a dim green light is emitted from the tip.
“Fine.” She replies dismissively.
“That bad?” Stopping her work the nurse study’s the girl's face. “How many fits did you have?”
“Five.”
“Goodness me child! You know you are supposed to come and see me the second you have more than three.” Thrusting a vile of a sweet smelling potion into the girl's hands the nurse hurries away.
“I’ll be back.” She calls. As she drinks the liquid, a chill causes her whole body to tense.
“Are you alright?” Sebastian’s worried voice brings her eyes back on him.
“That’s a broad question.” She teases.
“I guess it is.” He rubs the back of his head. The sight is so reminiscent of his own sister trying a slew of potions given to her by a nurse who always wore the same worried expression. At the thought Sebastian begins to feel queasy. He sits on the ground.
“Are you alright?” Now it’s the girls turn to look concerned.
“That’s a broad question.” He mocks her tone. Looking down at her hands the girl seems to say more to herself then Sebastian.
“My second year at Hogwarts. I was in an accident. Had to take a year off to recover.” Sebastian stands again feeling guilty, he knew she had not wanted to be followed here and by the way she is sitting now she still does not want him here.
“I’m sorry.” He stammers as he backs toward the door. “I will give you privacy now.” All of his usual suave demeanor gone, he fumbles with the handle.
“Thank you.” She calls after him. “For your help today. With those jerks and my bag. Thank you.” He nods before disappearing out the door. He needs to find Ominis.

Just give me a moment
Sebastian Sallow x reader
Part 1
Pov: second person
Characters are aged up but completely sfw
Not exactly proofread :/ and written on mobile (sorry) If you have any suggestions or tips, please tell me! I'm desperate.
Description: After not talking to Sebastian for over a year, you decide to change that and realize how different you both are now.
You had a few classes with Sebastian but never talked to him, not since the 5th year. You shared small comments like an “excuse me” to get by but never conversed. Occasionally you would find yourself staring at him, wondering if a year of silence and the distance would help him grow, but you had no idea. Sebastian was a hermit now. You never saw him engaging with anyone outside of class. He would wander the halls frequently but whenever he saw you or Ominis he walked away quickly.
“Ominis, he looks miserable.” You said as you watched Sebastian duck out of the great hall.
“I know, but... I can’t forgive him as you have. He hurt me.” Ominis knew who you were talking about immediately. He wasn’t a frequent topic, but you would mention him every so often.
“Who says I have forgiven him?”
You truly wanted to forgive Sebastian, but the things he did hurt. He cared so much for Anne that he hurt you and Ominis. From an outsider’s perspective, caring for someone so much they would do anything feels right, but being one of the people they damage to get that… hurt. There were some nights you felt angry looking at him and others where you just felt pity for him. There was an overwhelming sense of guilt whenever you saw Sebastian enter the great hall and look defeated. He would grab a small plate of things and leave while only sharing a few words with the surrounding people. He had lost weight from it but didn’t seem to be malnourished, which was a relief. If you saw him grab a particularly small plate, you would try to leave him something to snack on. Sometimes you would ask a friend or Deek to give it to him without saying who it was from.
Ominis sighed as he knew you were waiting for Sebastian to walk through those doors.
“I won’t beg you to stay away from him. However, I will warn you. He could do it again.”
You knew he was right, but could admit it out loud. Once you both finished eating, you separated to walk to your classes. You had shared a station next to Garreth all year and had no complaints besides the burnt smell that lingered until you took a shower. He was fun to be around and would help you if you struggled with something. You sat down next to Garreth, who immediately greeted you cheerfully.
“Good afternoon ma’am.” He greeted with a large smile. You smiled back and sat down next to him.
“Well hello. What have you so cheerful?” you asked as he handed you your textbook.
“I think I’m close to perfecting my experiment.” His eyes lit up as he gushed about the potion he’s been desperately trying to perfect. Before you could comment, Professor Sharp tapped on the chalkboard to gather all the student’s attention.
“I’ve planned a partner project this week. You will get a random potion written on parchment and you will brew it. Make sense? Good.” said the professor sharply. Garrett watched your eyes dart to Sebastian instantly.
“I think I have this under control. Wouldn’t want to do all the work,” he said, giving you an encouraging shove without exactly saying so.
As soon as Professor Sharp mentioned partners, Sebastian placed his head on the table. He didn’t do partner work unless it was mandatory and the professor would choose his partner. A voice in the back of your head told you this was a perfect time. Wordlessly, you grabbed your bag along with your books and placed it in the space next to him. Sebastian slowly lifted his head to see who he was partnered with and let out a shaky breath as he saw you. His expression was full of panic as he looked around the classroom as if it was a prank. His mouth hung open, and he blinked rapidly.
“Ah (Y/L/N) and Sallow, a duo I haven’t seen in a while. Here is your potion.” Professor Sharp said, placing a folded paper in front of them. He raised his eyebrows slightly at you and continued to pass out the papers to other students.
Sebastian mumbled incoherently for a few seconds before deciding to stay silent.
You had no idea what to say. Should you apologize or just pretend nothing happened? Anxiety started to seep through your thoughts, but you grabbed the parchment.
“Amortentia... he must’ve known he was giving us the most difficult one,” you mumbled, trying to break the tension.
“What are you doing?” he asked. There was a look of fear present in his eyes. You knew it was unusual to do this and he would’ve reacted as if the last year never happened, but there was a chance you had to take it you wouldn’t have taken it.
“I think I missed you, and this is my way of showing you,” you whispered back. His face flushed bright red, and he quickly looked at the cauldron in front of the both of you.

Ominis and Sebastian comforting you when your down
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A/N: I've felt so depressed all summer so here's some comfort for others who feel the same.
Written as established poly relationship, but may be read as platonic as well. Warnings: cheek/head kisses, pet names like love and baby
You were staying in Sebastian's home in Feldcroft for the summer. Ominis was staying as well.
Sebastian was lonely because Anne had moved away. You had no where to go after the loss of Fig and Ominis would take any excuse to spend some time away from home.
At first everything was great. There were absolutely no worries. You were happy to be living with the two people you love most.
But soon after you started getting flashbacks and nightmares. You blamed yourself for the deaths of Fig, Solomon, and many more.
Ominis and Sebastian knew something was wrong but they couldn't figure out what it was. "YN, really. We can't help if you don't tell us what's wrong!" Ominis pleas.
You roll your eyes before snapping back "nothing is wrong! Please just leave me alone...". Guilt immediately made it's way towards you after yelling at Ominis.
He dropped it, deciding to focus on something else instead. You walked to your bed, hoping for some privacy.
You felt horrible, your heart hurt so bad. You wanted to hurt yourself but knew it would only cause more problems. You wanted to bang your head on every wall but didn't want to pull attention to yourself.
So you just layed down, doing nothing. All day, every day. For weeks.
You knew you had summer work you were supposed to be doing. There was just one week of summer left and you hadn't even started. Both Ominis and Sebastian had finished theirs and it only made you feel worst.
They had tried talking to you, but you'd just tune them out whenever they talked to you. You could tell they were worried for you but deep down something told you they were annoyed.
Ominis walks to your bed, sitting next to where you layed. He rubbed your side and told you; "you know how much we love you. We just want to make you feel better... Tell me, love. What is wrong?".
You broke into sobs. Everything was wrong. Nothing was okay. "Shhh... Your okay, your okay" Ominis comforts. You know he's wrong but you try to convince yourself everything's alright.
Sebastian comes inside and immediately notices your quiet sobs. He runs to the opposite side of the bed and sits across from Ominis so that your layed in-between them.
"It's my fault, I've killed Fig! And I shouldn't have encouraged you to use unforgivables, Sebastian! Solomon's death is my fault too! And-and.... Everything is just my fault" you let out, causing you to cry louder.
"None of that is your fault, baby. None of it. You've done all you could. You did your best" Sebastian says, playing with your hair while Ominis hold your hands tightly. Sebastian kisses your head a few times before you continue.
"And I haven't even started all my summer work! I just can't do it! But I'll get into trouble"
"I'm just done... I'm done!" You cry out one last time. Sebastian sighs before picking you up and pulling you into a hug.
He holds you tightly and Ominis rubs your back. "We'll help you. With your school work. You'll get it done, I promise you" Ominis says, hoping to relax you.
"Come on, breathe with me. You can do it, sweetheart" Sebastian says as he takes slow, loud breaths in and out.
You follow his breaths, slowly relaxing into his arms. "We love you." Ominis says as he gently kisses your cheek.
Sebastian lays you back down and the two of them fall asleep on both sides of you. You rest your head on Ominis' chest while Sebastian spoons you.
For once you felt calm. You felt safe, and you fell asleep peacefully.
Ominis was right, you did finish your class work. They were there for you whenever you had nightmares, and were always there to comfort you when you had panic attacks.
They took care of you and helped you heal from all the stress from the year.
