Dumb little edit I did on Tumblr Live last night too make Spaghetti the Crow into Gandalf Stormcrow. I'd love to see more depictions of crows in a non-death/halloween/ominous setting.
If I were to have more LotR characters as birds/animals I'd go:
Dwarves are Burrowing Owls
Sarumon (of Many Colors) is a Rainbow Crow
Gandalf the Grey is a old grey crow who becomes pure white when he becomes Gandalf the White.
Sauron is a Raven (who's white in his pure Maiar form, then black when he became evil)
Balrog is a flaming velociraptor
Elves are Barn Owls
Orcs are deformed/ugly frogs
Humans are crows. This is because the wizards took on the appearance of man so it would make sense for them to be crows.

I have been told the Stormcrow's manipulators are too small to throw hands.
To that I counter with one of the 48 Killing Moves...
KINNIKU BUSTER!!!
Yes, that is a Stormcrow using a Kinniku/Muscle Buster on a Galahad/Glass Spider
Once again I have to thank @pencilbrony for being critical to taking my mind madness and turning it into fine art. I highly HIGHLY recommend their services.

Furry Mechs
2 more Battletech mechs painted up recently.
First up Mechwarrior Foxy's Stormcrow inspired by the recent Clan Spaniel sourcebook. Then we have a Cougar for my Jade Falcons I did in Cheetah print just because.

The base coat and highlights have been added - as what will be a Stormcrow part of the Hell's Horses Clan, Iota Galaxy. The Ninth Ring of Hell.
Painted in black with no other accents or highlights, "individual MechWarriors tend to paint their machines in outrageous colours."
Let's rock.

What's this 👀
I mean it's obviously a Ryoken stuck in a finger trap...
Speaking of fingers, all that detail cutting has my fingers and hand ready to riot. Wrist brace it is tonight that's what I forget for being a dipshit and forgetting my stretches.
Art by @hotkoin , commissioned by @kasperl-ruprecht!
(You can find more info and examples of my work on my commission blog, @lemniscate-graphics !)

Got my first game of the Tenth edition of 40k in yesterday with my friend Adric. He stepped me through a simplified scenario at 1000 points, my Space Marines versus his Imperial Guard.
In the end it was a draw. Although if kill count went towards the score he'd have won handily. In the end all I had on the field were six Terminators against somewhere north of 30 infantry, a Sentinel, and a Rogal Dorn tank.
I think I enjoyed it, certainly less bloat than I recall from Ninth.

I just wanted to share the Mario painted mechs I played against Sunday. I feel bad for the Waluigi mech as it had a terrible string of luck. Mario also had a bad run of it when a fall took out his gyro early on.

For anybody who hasn’t yet seen these - there are a few extra Great Library thing that Caine kindly published on Wattpad for her readers years ago. They are, in the order you’ll see them on her page:
Stormcrow: How Wolfe and Santi met, aged eighteen-ish, and also how Santi nearly died and Wolfe got his arrogance taken down a peg or three.
Paper and Fire: A Sneak Peek and a Missing Scene: A fascinating little alternate scene where Wolfe was the one to tell Jess and Glain about Thomas, not Jess. Also some overprotective Santi.
Ink and Bone: A Missing Scene: Despite its name, this isn’t a missing scene. It’s Wolfe telling us the story of his childhood. I love it a lot.
Paper and Fire: Deleted Scene: This is the best one, in my opinion. It makes parts of P&F in general make more sense. It’s yet another version of the scene where Wolfe tells Glain (and Jess) about Thomas and the printing press. Wolfe is incredibly not okay and very obviously under intense surveillance. I do often choose to pretend that this is canon.
The Great Library: Tigers in the Cage: My second favourite!! All about Keria Morning, Wolfe’s mother, and how she meets Eskander, Wolfe’s father. Also Annis. I fucking love Annis ok.
There are also some normal snippets from Paper and Fire.
