This is your local Tech Theatre person letting you know that a lot of us really really appreciate when you come see shows we’re working on! Lots of us have friends and family brush it off since they won’t see us onstage performing, but we work hard to make the shows what they are! Ask us about our shows!! Come see them if you’re able! Maybe give us flowers if you would do the same for a friend onstage! We don’t ever get flowers or anything but I just think it would be So Cute if someone brought a techie something like that

Convincing Musa to fill in for Beatrix was an experience to say the least. “I’m a techie. Not an actor!” She had told him as he started shoving her out of costumeland and into the main hallway towards the theatre, and honestly Riven hadn’t really been listening to her.

No, instead he was trying to push her into the rehearsal space, so that Mr. Silva wouldn’t turn him into a shish kebab for being late and also for essentially being the reason Beatrix quit. Despite it very much not being Riven’s fault.

“C’mon Muse. Help me out this one time and I swear I’ll never bug you again.” He said as his fingers grabbed her wrist. Musa rolled her eyes before looking up at him. “No! Are you insane? I don’t even know anything about Pride and Prejudice! I know nothing about the show or the characters and-”

Acting on an impulse, Riven did the one thing he knew would shut her up, the one thing any self respecting person probably would have slapped the shit out of him for.

He grabbed her face and kissed her, long and slow, one hand sliding into her back pocket, the other drawing circles on the tiny sliver of skin between her jeans and her Alfea High Tech Theatre shirt.

Musa hummed softly before pushing him away, out of breath as she glared at him. “Riven.” She started and he gave her his best innocent look.

“Love you?” He said and Musa flushed, fiddling with the string of his jumper - still caught between her fingers. “Love you too.” She mumbled as she tugged on the left string, purposely making the two of them uneven like she knew he hated them to be, before sighing.

“Fine. I’ll do it. But you kiss me like that during rehearsal and we’ll have massive problems you tosser.”
