Kinks (American Horror Story Preference)
Tumblr media
Constance Langdon: Get down on your knees and beg for her. It’s her absolute favorite thing. Treat her like a goddess and worship her body and she’s in heaven.
Countess Elizabeth: Try to name something she hasn’t tried or enjoyed. She doesn’t have a favorite. Different things work better with some people, and you’ll just have to find the one that works best for the both of you.
Dandy Mott: Dandy could be into some age play. He loves having a caretaker and being called your good boy, so expect to indulge him in that from time to time and expect a huge tantrum if you don’t.
Elsa Mars: Elsa loves a bit of dirty talk. She’ll incorporate some German phrases and words that you learn over time and it actually makes it even hotter.
Fiona Goode: Fiona likes total control. Let her pin you against the wall with just her magic. Allow her total control over your body so that you can please her just the way she likes.
James Patrick March: James is a big proponent of knife play. The way he can be so gentle with a blade against skin, delivering pleasure with a little bit of pain is exquisite for him.
Jude Martin: We all know Jude has a thing for punishment and spanking, but her lesser known kink would be choking. She loves to have a hand around your throat just hard enough that you don’t dare speak for fear she squeezes harder.
Vivien Harmon: Vivien is your tantric play sort of girl. She’s all about sensations and loving touches, giving just the right amount of pleasure to last for hours in a hazy sort of bliss.
Wilhemina Venable: Venable loves to dish out some loving degradation. She’ll call you sweet little pet names and mix them with how you’re so pathetic for being so desperate for her.

No matter how this show/season ends can we take a moment to appreciate the cast of Obi-Wan Kenobi?
Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christensen and James Earl Jones returned to their iconic roles and gave it their all. The show gave us some of their best performances in SW.

Newcomer, Vivien Lyra Blair as Leia would have made Carrie Fisher proud.
Tumblr media
Moses Ingram as Reva/Third Sister did a phenomenal job especially in episode 5. She deserves more praise.

Obi-Wan Kenobi - Season 1 (2022) Review
Tumblr media
Apologies in advance, but this review features a lot of love for Darth Vader. I mean, can you blame me?
Plot: The Jedi Master contends with the consequences of his greatest defeat - the downfall and corruption of his one-time friend and apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.
Say what you will about the Star Wars prequels, although lets not sugar coat it - they are bombastically crappy; but regardless the universal agreement on one of the good aspects of that trilogy is the casting of Ewan McGregor as Obi-Wan Kenobi. McGregor back then was brought the challenge of interpreting a younger version of a character that was made so signature by actor Alec Guinness in the original films. And he did great! Showcasing the inner self determination and his passion and love for his student, and seeing his sheer sadness upon seeing his friend fall to the Dark Side, it was one of the only truly emotional aspects of the prequels. Then again, the most emotional aspect was obviously the audience’s united pain in not getting to see Jar Jar Binks get killed in the most brutal fashion. Mesa not happy about that! Anyway, now with Disney churning out endless Marvel and Star Wars content, there’s evident precedent in seeing the overall quality dipping. So I was sceptical about the Obi-Wan Kenobi show, as the concept of seeing a rematch between the titular character and his former padawan was one I found interesting, but I didn’t think they could deliver.
I am happy to report that Obi-Wan Kenobi is the closest Disney has gotten to recapturing the original magic of Star Wars. Cause the sequel trilogy, there’s nothing to boast about those. The Mandalorian is great but it always felt detached from Star Wars in some ways. And Book of Boba Fett, well, that ended up just being Mando 2.5, so my point stands. However Obi-Wan brings us back to old school Star Wars, from seeing stormtroopers and lightsabre battles, to the various fan service cameos, and then there is Vader. Yep, we need to talk about Darth Vader in this show. We got a little tease in Rogue One how much Vader can be a badass, but we ain’t seen nothin’ yet!! With the combination of James Earl Jones’ voice and Hayden Christensen coming back in physical form and thankfully not talking about coarse sand, they manage to make Darth Vader such a menacing presence and someone who is filled to his core with the lust for revenge. He’s a predator that is out to seek its prey and won’t stop at nothing. Anakin wants some of that Kenobi butt, as in he wants to penetrate the fella deeply to death with his lightsabre. Am I purposefully trying to make this sound sexual for no reason whatsoever? You decide, but the matter stands that Vader steals this show and his stand off with Kenobi was nothing short of amazing!!
But its not all about Vader. Even though it is all about Vader. Look, it’s difficult to talk about this show and not get excited like the lousy nerd that I am, and honestly whenever Vader was on screen I was just in awe. Gahhh, maybe I should go marry him, shouldn’t I?! I’m messing, I am lucky enough to already be engaged to a wonderful fiancée, so I shouldn’t joke about marrying others, as she’s reading this and may cry afterwards. Anyway, the show itself works finely too. The actual narrative of Obi-Wan having to protect a young Leia, and having to deal with Inquisitors who are out murdering all the leftover Jedi after Order 66, that’s all really befit in the Star Wars universe, so again I cannot emphasise how much this felt like classic Star Wars. And the dashing Ewan is a perfect companion to carry us through it, even getting to quip his famous “Hello there” line which was naturally a cheer worthy moment.
With a strong start and super satisfying closing chapters (episodes 5 and 6 are my favourite), Obi-Wan Kenobi manages to bridge the gap between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope to strong effect. I have heard that some users on IMDb have been bashing this show for apparently poor writing and being pointless, and of course everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I personally really really dug it. Even the controversial character of Reva, with the actress playing her (Moses Ingram) being bullied on Twitter for her performance, she wasn't bad. Look, was she the best Star Wars character ever? Of course not, but she was perfectly okay for what she needed to do. People forget that being a villain in a show that happens to also have Darth Vader, I mean naturally the latter outshines the others, I mean c’mon! Did I already mention that Vader is in this show? And that he is f****** awesome!!?? Guess I’m going to have to get a Hasbro helmet of Vader. I have no choice. Is it in my budget? Probably not. But in the name of Vader, I will open my wallet!
Overall score: 8/10

How They React To You Getting Hurt (American Horror Story Preference)
Tumblr media
Constance Langdon: Constance’s immediate reaction is to start mothering you. She’ll check you over for injuries and tend to them, softly soothing you and then swearing she’ll give whoever hurt you a stern talking to.
Countess Elizabeth: She’ll dote on you, ask you if you’re okay and then ask what you want her to do about it. She’s perfectly okay with using violence. All you have to do is say the word.
Dandy Mott: Dandy will go full rage mode. He’ll snap and immediately want to kill the person who hurt you. There’s no way they’re getting away with that.
Elsa Mars: Elsa will demand to know who did this to you and set out to make an example of them to anyone else that dares even entertain the idea of causing harm to you.
Fiona Goode: Fiona won’t dote. She knows you’re perfectly capable of taking care of yourself and settling your own problems, but she will offer her help if you really want to make them pay.
James Patrick March: There will be hell to pay if James catches the person who hurt you. He’s no stranger to torture and murder, so they better not cross paths with him.
Jude Martin: A punishment is in store for the person who dared to lay a finger on you. She’ll make sure that they don’t consider repeating their mistake.
Vivien Harmon: Comfort, that’s Vivien’s only concern. She needs to be sure you’re okay before anything else. She won’t let that person near you again.
Wilhemina Venable: After you’ve been hurt, expect Mina’s very watchful eye over you from then on. She’ll be your protector and hate herself for not having better fulfilled that role before you were injured.
