Bartylus?

i'm not much of a jegulus or bartylus shipper. it's not that i don't ship them it's just i'm not deep into these ships, just on the suface level currently. i've read some jegulus and a few bartylus fics and headcannons.

but one thing i find myself thinking about (?) - barty's reaction about jegulus, sirius getting close to regulus again.

as i think he might feel/react: (barty pov?)

regulus is his; platonic, romantic whatever. regulus has been his. regulus is his to tease, his to annoy, his to make smile, his to make laugh. he cannot when sirius teases him, he cannot when james makes him smile, even kind of. cause he wants to be the only one to see regulus smile like that. he cannot when regulus playfully rolls his eyes at james'/sirius' comments cause that was only for him. he cannot when sirius/james says something stupid and regulus playfully threatens to hex them cause that used to be only for him. he cannot with the thought that regulus might have someone else to let in the walls he has built, be vulnerable with. he really really wants regulus to be happy like he deserves but he cannot with thought of someone else other than him giving him that happiness. he knows he's stupid(?) having these thoughts but... all this is, has been, his!; he wants all this to be his, only his.

okay idk man what i wrote haha. i really hc barty as being this sensitive mf. well i am really not a good writer haha but had to let this out. and now i think i need a angsty bartylus fic as such T-T.

hm..and now that i really wrote this, whatever this is haha i really think bartylus has so much potential bruh!. where are the angst lovers? have you guys not discovered this ship or what?? where are the marauders writer?? why don't we have more content on this beautiful ship!??.
