What I love about Rich Godmother Reader whenever I think about her, is that she’s always completely unobtainable. Y!Dad can’t get her no matter how much he wants. Let’s go over how:

-Financial coercion: Godmother is a rich women. She runs several businesses, inherited her parents wealth, and took her third husband’s 8 figures when they divorced. Y!Dad can’t hold financials over her b/c he’s not close to her wealth

-Children: Godmother is childless by choice. She never wants to get pregnant. Tubes tied. Does she love her godkids? Yes. But she’s not willing to give her independence for motherhood. If Y!Dad tried to hold godchildren over her head, she’d probably cut physical contact with them.

-Dead Friend: Y!Dad married Godmother’s dead best friend against her advice. She never trusted him and thought he was a gold digger. If Y!Dad tried to bond over memories of dead friend, she might actually get angrier.

-Kidnap: Could Y!Dad kidnap her. Maybe. But ever since the incident where he tried to put the moves on her in a room together, she has not since been alone with him. She has hired a badass security team to protect her 24/7. They might be obsessed with her cause she’s flawless. And even if he got her, Godmother is a prominent figure in the social scene with rich folk, celebrities, social media, and her charities. People will notice and look for her.

-Seduce: She does not like this man.

So what I love about Rich Godmother reader is that she is not able to be tied down. Yan Simps that can’t get their affection is my shit. Besides Y!Dad has competition due to the fact her security team love her. Cough head security miruko Cough. Not to mention that other famous people love her. Maybe her ex husbands/wives also still want her. Prt1.

In a perfect world, this might be true. But the thing is, nothing is unobtainable. Godmother Reader is rich? Yandere Dad will become richer. Reader has her tubes tied? No problem, Yandere Dad already has enough kids as is and he can always pretend you're fertile as he breeds you. Just play the role for him, hm?

Reader got a bad ass team to protect her? Great, Yandere Dad can have them all killed/manipulated in the blink of an eye because he's richer and smarter and more desperate for you that even divine powers will struggle to get you from his slimy, perverted clutches.

Yandere Dad could've been dirt poor but what you cant beat him in is simping. He's a desperate man, he'll cross all boundaries, he does not care what people will say so long as he can get to even grope you for even 1 second, to him, its all worth it. Him being rich is just him becoming an unstoppable force and a perverted menace.

The only way you can beat him (to an extent) is by preying upon his insecurities. But be careful, because if you make him realise just how unlovable and disgusting he is, he might sink his nails into you and never let go of the one person who is real enough to say that to him. Clearly, you must care about him to make him see his flaws?

Naturally, memes will be made but the public will also end up loving him more because omg how soft the no.1 hero is when he's putting his baby to sleep, gently rocking her back and forth, while wearing the tiny tiara you had given him.

Calling Miruko mom instead of Rei

She's going to be silent for some time, so unnervingly quiet with this blank look in her eyes before something finally snaps in her and she returns to her usual obsessive self, except 100x worse.

Anon, you're gonna get coddled to the max- even more than before! Rei will be taking you on mommy-daughter dates, to the spa, to the mall, etc. She might even take you to the fair, where she will force you into a photo booth and take pictures with her, and yes, she will choose all the filters and frames.

Then she will be cooking up all your favourites, makimg you sit on the kitchen island so that you see how your loving mother is making delicious food just for you. May also let you help her cook, passing the salt, or licking the frosting off the spoon, just being mama's little helper. She will be feeding you by hand, not hearing any excuse that you're full or not in the mood. A full stomach will lead to a happy nap!

More obsessed with picking put your outfits, making you match with her. Then she will spend even longer doing your hair, making you sit between her legs as she brushes each strand painfully slow.

She will passive aggressively make you call her "mom" or "mama", not responding to you until you're practically using the word in every sentence.

Make her a nice card and buy her the "World's best mom" mug, and she might lower the possessiveness by a notch.

Then at least for a month, she will make you sleep with her, pulling you close to her as she sings a supposedly soothing lullaby but it just ends up creeping you out. When she finally let's you sleep in your own bed, don't make the mistake of screaming when you find her hovering over you- she just wanted to check up on you. If you do end up rightfully screeching, Mama Rei will now be joining your bed because she knew it was too scary for you to sleep alone!

She has to instill in your mind that when you think of mom, it's her face that pops up in your mind, and not that slutty playboy bunny wannabe hero. So, if you feel your bones are cold, its because of her.

"Are u mad at me?"

"No."

"Are you sure?"

"Of course I am. Why do you ask?"

"You're squeezing me a bit too hard."

"Its called cuddling, honey."

Does each todoroki(+hawks/miruko) have a unique way of carrying baby y/n?

Like Rei always has y/n on her hip but Enji usually holds her on his shoulders. Why do I feel like Dabi, being the burnt gremlin, carries her like a sack of flour or sometimes just grabs the back of her shirts/overalls and just carries her like a bag.

How Todoroki Clan holds baby reader

Hehehheheh yesss

Enji: holds reader on his shoulders or lays the baby on one arm, close to his chest. The baby snuggles up to his warmth.

Rei: holds the reader on her hip while she works, but would keep the baby in high chair when she's cooking because its risky to be near the stove.

Shotou: holds the baby in his arms in a way that the baby's head is close to his neck, so that he can talk to you (and be fascinated by the faces you made) and kiss the top of your head.

Fuyumi: also holds you on her hip because she has to scold the brothers and stop them from doing stupid shit.

Natsuo: holds you in his lap mostly because you tend to settle down quickly when he holds you. Natsuo will also keep you inside his jacket and hide you from Fuyumi and Shotou because they keep on taking you away from him.

Hawks: holds you upright in one arm, both on land and in air, 100% sure he won't drop you, even if you have almost slipped out of his grip a few times (but you had good time during the 10 feet fall, so all's good.)

Miruko: likes to hold you like you're an a accessory in her arms, like you weigh nothing. Sometimes likes to put you in baby carrier because she may or may not have fought some villians while you were with her (but no harm came to you, and you weren't traumatised either since you were facing her; just don't tell Enji or Rei)

Dabi: does carry you like you're a sack of flour, or throws you over his shoulder. Almost gave Natsuo a heart attack when he saw Dabi holding you upside down by your feet. Needless to say, Dabi doesn't get to hold you much.

Yandere Todoroki Clan:

So, picture this: Dabi, being the asshole he is, loves messing with you. And this one time, he just takes it too far. So far that it actually ends up injuring your ear. Maybe he pulled it too hard, or one of his staples scratched up your ears pretty bad, or maybe he ties your bunny ears into a bow and damages a nerve in the process. Of course, you begin crying, way harder than before and Rei and Natsuo rush in to help you out, all while Dabi gets away with just a slap on the wrist. Rei ices your ears to numb them while Natsuo undos the bow and rubs them. But you're still sobbing even after Natsuo has put some soothing ointment on.

Alarms go off when a week later you're still complaining of pain and hearing loss and won't anyone touch your ears. It's only when Godfather Hawks visits you and sees you having trouble with balancing yourself. When you tell him what Dabi had done to you, his blood is boiling. He immediately calls Miruko, who comes over to help a fellow bunny hybrid.

And she's just all over you. I mean, the yandere tendencies slap her in the face with full force when she looks at your teary, red face. Like, she doesn't know what comes over her, but the in the next moment, she's in front of you, holding your chubby cheeks in her face. Hawks voice snaps her back to reality as he tells her about your ears. With a calm voice, she asks you to trust her and you do. She then gently touches your ears and examines them, before pulling out some heavy duty painkillers and giving you one. She tells Hawks she'll be back with some stuff for you. Just as she's leaving, Rei catches the sight of Miruko leaving, and immediately jumps to the worst conclusion.

Now you're sleeping with your head in Shotou's lap (the painkillers knocked you out), while Hawks answers on your behalf, denying all the accusations the family is throwing at you. Just as things are about to turn sour, Miruko comes back with like two bags of stuff.

As she begins talking, explaining the situation and how she's turning a blind eye to the *cough* yandere tendencies *cough*. She pulls out all the stuff from the bags, and begins showing them what each thing is for and how to use them. They're all the things that you need, that you should have as bunny hybrid. Bonnet for your bunny ears so that they don't get damaged when you're sleeping, special shampoo and conditioner as well as some small scissors for your tail so that its soft and puffy. Just a lot of stuff to make your life easier.

Now Rei kind of feels bad for jumping the gun, but in her defense, she's just protective of her baby. Miruko tells them about your injured ear and how they should take you to the doctor ASAP, and also to take your pains seriously instead of just brushing it off for being a whiny child.

They agree and when you do wake up, they take you to the doctor while Hawks thanks Miruko for all the help. But... Miruko's not done yet.

Oh no. She wants in and she expresses that to Hawks.

Now Hawks, he's not particularly fond of the idea and almost rejects it outright, but then he thinks about it and it clicks. On one hand, he knows that the family will resent the idea to let anyone else in the family as well and its not very hard to get rid of Miruko either but on the other hand... it might be a good idea to have someone to back him up, just like today. And it might be a good for you as well to have a women in your life who doesn't think you're made of glass, he knows how frustrated you get around Rei and Fuyumi.

And Enji doesn't mind the idea either. He knows Hawks and he knows Miruko, and he trusts them both. And he thinks that its a good idea for you as well because sure, Rei wants the best for you and is always looking out for you but having someone you can relate to wouldn't hurt anyone.

Just like Hawks, Miruko is now your self-proclaimed godmother and she will be the best one. So much so, certain member(s) of the family might feel threatened that you might look to her as a motherly more than your current one.

I’m with my niece (who’s 1) and she’s the cutest thing and gave me a thought for Baby!reader. How do the Todorokis + Hawks and Miruko react to her just gurgling or babbling? I held my niece and she looked me in the eye before having a whole conversation with me in her language and it was so adorable to me. Would they pretend to understand her or just be in awe of how precious she is? Cuz I was both

Okay okay, here's what I think:

Has a whole conversation back with you: Enji, Shotou and Dabi

Pretends to understand you: Hawks, Miruko and Rei

At complete awe at your babbling and how precious you are: Natsuo and Fuyumi

Dabi probably just shit talks about Enji to you. Gotta teach them young, y'know?

Honestly, you could be speaking fluently, and Rei will still not understand you. She only hears what she wants to💖

Bonus:

Enji does that experiment where u put 3 different things in front of the baby, like money, toy and books and whatever the baby chooses, will show what it's future will look like. But now Enji is near tears because you pushed past this stuff and chose him.

Enji, holding you in his arms: you- you don't know how happy you've made me. You didn't choose any of those things because you don't care what future you have as long as I'm in it, right?
