Tumblr media
FEATURING : L365 Men (EITM, MLFK, SITS, KBTBB, SCM, KOP, BUM, MFW, LLFTX) + CoD Men
GENRE : CRACK FLUFF
C/W : FEM!MC AND MENTION OF THE WORD K!LL
LIBRARIAN'S NOTE/S : an entry for the Voltage Fandom Content Creation Challenge hosted by @voltagefandomproject. I sincerely apologize for posting very late. this is written in 2nd pov and I apologize in advance for grammatical errors and if some characterizations are off since all insights are based on ms1 stories, snippets, and other fanfics/thoughts from others. if other LIs are not here then that means I am too uncertain about their personality. other than that, enjoyy~~
NOTES & REBLOGS ARE ALWAYS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED ^^
Tumblr media
SCENARIO
Wherein MC impulsively sings “Miss me, miss me, now you gotta ki—” once he returned home after a long trip but you stop yourself from finishing it upon realizing what the next words were. Your face flushed red from the embarrassment. (This can also apply if you just start singing it out in the blue).
Tumblr media
HIS REACTION!
1. He will tease you and say "Now I gotta what?" He knows full well what the next words are, and he will not stop teasing you about it, not until you say the next words
Miyabi, KYOGA, Ayato Hidaka, Ichiya Misono, KYOHEI RIKUDOH, Nagito Aoshima, Eisuke Ichinomiya, Ota Kisaki, MITSUNARI BABA, Leon, Teorus, ICHYTHYS, Tauxolouve, Yosuke Sagara, SHUN RANDOH, Yuma Akagi, TAKAMASA SAEKI, FENN LUXURE, Roy Invidia, and Jasper Lane
No doubt that they would tease you to death, you missed him and he knows it
It is an ego boost for them
I put Leon in both 1 and 2 knowing that he would possibly do it in that order, like you say it > he kisses you > he says number 2
Saeki might even go "Awww, my honey missed meee~~"
I personally think that Fenn would be the biggest tease among everyone. He finds it so amusing that he'll laugh and he won't even try to hide it.
Roy and Jasper will feign cluelessness while teasing you into saying it
Tumblr media
2. Much like number one but instead of waiting for you to say it, he will just kiss you and then say "If you wanted a kiss, all you had to do was ask" bro will be smirking at you
Shinra, HIROKI ENIWA, IORI ENJO, Kota Igarashi, EISUKE ICHINOMIYA, Mamoru Kishi, Leon, Scorpio, PARTHENO, Kiyohito Shirakami, Yamato Kougami, and GUY AVARI
I put Eisuke in both numbers knowing that it is possible because I feel like he would do 1 and 2 in that order
Shinra, Kota, and Kiyohito might even blush about it, especially Shinra who would act cocky about it all the while he is blushing
You know Hiroki's princely-like pose where he raises his head with a subtle smirk, that's what he would look like while saying it
Okay, Kota is not the type to smirk but like do his expression where he puts his hand over his face and blush
Tumblr media
3. He knows what the next words are, he is amused. He found it cute and kissed you
Chikage, SAMON, MAKOTO MORIMACHI, Ryo Chibana, Soryu Oh, HUEDHAUT, Dui, KARNO, Zyglavis, Taki Kozaki, Takao Maruyama, Kenshi Inagaki, Toa Qelsum, TINO VALENTINE, and Lou
Samon, Makoto, and Karno would probably even pat your head after giving you the kiss
You know the soft doting look that Makoto has, yes that's what he would look like
Tino might even blush about it and I think that he probably chose to stay quiet so as to not embarrass you any further because he is considerate like that
Huedhaut and Lou would definitely chuckle at your behavior
Tumblr media
4. "Yeah? Now I gotta what?" He is genuinely clueless, so you gotta tell him and finish the sentence if you really want that kiss
Chikage, Yukinojo, Takamune Kitami, RIKU MORIMACHI, Takashi Ninagawa, Soryu Oh, Rhion Hatter, AIGONORUS, Yonghua, REN SHIBASAKI, LYNT AKEDIA, Toa Qelsum, and Grayson Hotz
Chikage, Soryu, and Toa are literally so similar because of how cool and distant they are. Moreover, knowing these three, I feel like they are in between 3 and 4 because those three are also like so smart, no shot, they are unaware, but they're quite dense sometimes so-
Riku, Aigonorus, and Lynt are quite the airheads so you literally have to spell it out to them, but I wouldn't put it past Riku to feign cluelessness just to tease you
In the case, that Soryu is in a good and he knows what the next words are but you aren't saying them then he will probably say, "You might wanna say it unless you want me to misunderstand and think I want to kill you." but we all know that he wouldn't do that because he even refuses to point a gun at a woman. He is respectful and principled like that
Nah cause even though half of these men are smart-asses, you sometimes just have to spell it out because of how absorbed they can get from their passions; like Takamune with soccer, Takashi with music, etc.
Tumblr media
5. Another one who is genuinely clueless but will still kiss you nonetheless because they missed you too
Yukinojo, Rhion Hatter, KRIOFF, and RIO VOLERI
Okay, so I put Yukinojo here as well cause I really feel like he might be clueless but whether he'd push you to say it or not is something I'm not sure cause he does not seem to be the forceful type either and would be the type to think/reason "If you wanted to tell me, you would, but if you didn't then you must have your reasons".
For Rhion, same reason as Yukinojo, but I think he also leans more toward the curious type. Depending on the topic, he might press for answers, but he doesn't seem that pushy either.
Krioff is a gentleman, and I don't think he would push you to say it either unless he senses something amiss or bad about it.
Rio would definitely let out a hearty laugh since he sees you lightly blushing. He'll say, "Hahaha! Whatever that is, you're right, I missed you." or somewhere along those lines before kissing you.
Tumblr media
6. "Ha? You're only saying that because you're the one who misses me." He missed you but won't admit it
RIN YAKUMO, TAKUTO HIRUKAWA, AND KNIGHT
Okay, hear me out, I put this specifically for them because of how Tsundere they can get. (Again, this is all according to what I've observed from them, and I haven't read Knight's route yet, but he literally gives me Tsun-Tsun vibes).
There is no way that those two are not blushing while or after saying that
Mention that he is blushing, and he will blush twice as much

Omg Yosuke that's so thoughtful of you, organizing the "we ain't got dates" conciliatory orgy event for the holiday! I mean, we all know it's his in with Reverie but I am not gonna rat him out, let him shoot his shot! Literally! Or, figuratively, but-- you know what I mean.
ALSO THIS IS A WONDERFUL FUCKING DETAIL BUT this game is set in the era of flip phones, not smartphones, and the specific way that Yosuke types is emblematic of the way you would use a shitty ten-keypad for typing, and it's SUCH a specific touch.
oh my god now i'm curious how Japanese text messaging worked in that era. if i remember, I wanna look into that later.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
yeah you know what that's fair you all can stay here forever. i grew up in florida is palmetto bugs, aka The Big Roaches That Can Fly. my fear is intense and well-founded.
Tumblr media
Yosuke you lie like a fucking rug, you literally texted everyone and picked the folks. It would have been JUST as easy to invite EVERYONE to Aiya or something. You cannot fool me, Hanamura, I'm a higher level gay than you are.
Tumblr media
TROY BAKER SING TO ME /slams hands on table
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I see u blushu, Kanji. /bats eyelashes at Kanji
also the sad hilarity of Teddie knowing the social script more than Yosuke does occur to me, yep.
Tumblr media
YURI LOWENTHAL, SING FOR MY AMUSEMENT
gdi no one fucking sings in this scene, what a fucking rip off! booo! zero out of five, worst game i ever played.
anyway, for Christmas proper, NANAKO AND DOJIMA ARE HOME AND I COULD FUCKING CRY ABOUT IT. nanako i am gonna squish ur lil round face i love you mwah mwah
anyway
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
GOT MY INSURANCE CARD MIGHT LITERALLY BE THE FUNNIEST LINE IN THIS FUCKING GAME, I'M WHEEZING. god the line read is so fucking good on it too, I love Kanji. I would kill for Kanji. He's the best fucking character in Persona and it's not even close.
anyway, shock of shocks, the cake is not poisonous this time and everyone gets to enjoy it (tho Naoto reveals it was their third attempt at making one, lol)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Teddie made Nanako a teddie doll and I want a fucking teddie doll, goddammit
Tumblr media
don't even fucking worry about it, dojima, it's fine
Tumblr media
Dojima accidentally brings up the fact that Reverie is leaving soon, which Fucking Sucks. but! it sucks less than being a human sacrifice to fuel a seal to prevent the fall of Nyx, The God Of The Dark Hour, so really, can't complain!
I am pretty sure Reverie is gonna live through all this. I think getting his ass shot by Adachi was the only chance of for real dying, so we should be good.
god, I would sacrifice Reverie for, uh, P3P Reverie in a heartbeat.
(I remembered in literally the middle of that sentence that all of my characters are named Reverie Vantas lol)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
NANAKO I LOVE YOU can we finally finish your fucking slink tho, is that now allowed again?????
anyway the game is wrapping up and I am anticipating another P3P-style time skip to when Reverie leaves but
one, I am still sort of... not actively sour on but ambivalent about the entire Midnight Channel thing. I feel like the final explanation had a lot of plot holes and didn't really make sense if you thought about it.
two, this is not a game about dying like P3P was so there is a lack of finality to everything honestly, which has less bombast than i anticipated
three, I STILL WISH I FUCKING KNEW WHY NAMATAME, ADACHI, AND REVERIE HAD THIS POWER. like, the big eyeball mentioned it granted powers to those with the fortitude to traverse the hollow forest but WHY SPECIFICALLY THESE THREE DUDES ugh whatever
four, i hope the bonus dungeon boss has some fucking Shenanigans bc Ameno-sagiri just does not compare to Ryoji-Nyx and the multiphase shit that was so fun.
sigh! sigh!!!!!
I did max out Marie tho so I will see about that at some point I guess?

[ I love You...] -Yu Narukami x Yosuke Hanamura- ( /!\ spoil ) [ Part 1/2 ]
Tumblr media
( P.O.V Yosuke )
«Yu.. Yu Narukami.. he keeps haunting my thoughts, there isn't a single night where I don't dream of him...
I consider him a hero, it is thanks to him that we were able to stop the murderer and who would have thought that the killer would be Adachi? I mean, he seemed so nice when I saw him in Junes...
But as they said, every human being hides a facade and our shadows showed us that we had to be accepted as we were, even if we have a bad side we had to accept it because it's part of us...
But hey, I don't have to think about that anymore, it's ancient history, I have to refocus on my future, well it's almost time to go to class!
I will surely see Yu! I can't wait to see him even if we already saw each other yesterday. »
(-In class-)
"Hello Yosuke! How is it going?" Say Yu putting his arm behind my neck
"Oh!Hello Yu! By the way, I wanted to tell you something before class starts."
"So tell me!"
"Would you like to come to the-"
« Before I even finished my sentence, the bell had rung and our French teacher walked into the classroom. Why are you so cruel to me universe! I just wanted to date Yu! Why is it so complicated! »
"Ah, the bell has rung, well you will tell me after class, okay?"
"O-Okay"
(-After school-)
"Uhh... Yu?"
"Oh,Hi Yosuke!"
"I wanted to tell you something…"
"Yes?"
"Would you like to go to the cinema, you and me..?"
<I can't believe I said that, imagine if he rejects me, but hey I have to hope! >
"Of course, what time do I pick you up?"
"Uhh...Tomorrow after class!"
"Alright, see you tomorrow Yosuke!"
"Yeah...see you tomorrow Yu.."
<He left, my heart is beating very strong! This is the first time that it happens to me…I love him… I love him very much...>
-To be continued-

Mirror Image (Yosuke x MC FLUFF)
Hi all. Life has been tough lately but one of the things that helps me escape reality is just writing a marshmallow fluff! While I haven’t written much for Yosuke, this idea came to mind and I realized it was PERFECT for him (the irony that it’s fluff though...). Hope you all enjoy!
The sounds of little wails echoed in the baby monitor, instantly waking up the new parents. No matter how tired they were, they were ultimately a slave to their daughter’s cries.
“Is it her feeding time?” MC rubbed her eyes and looked at the clock at the nightstand. 3 am...that’s a little too early considering the feeding schedule they had in place.
As if reading her mind, Yosuke practically frog leaped out of bed with the energy who had a full night’s rest and more.
“Not to worry, baby!” He cooed towards the baby monitor. “Daddy is coming to save the day!”
“Yosuke, are you sure you-” Before she could finish her sentence, her husband had already bounded down to the nursery. With a sigh, she leaned back into the pillows and allowed her eyes to close. Well, if he insists. A small smile spread across her face as she allowed sleep to overtake her. I have a feeling he’ll be alright.
Entering the nursery, Yosuke made a beeline to their daughter’s crib. Kicking and screaming, Minako caught her breathe the moment she saw her father’s concerned face come into view.
“Oh, sweet angel,” Yosuke soothed, lifting her up from the crib and rubbing her back. “My little princess, did someone hurt you in your dreams? Daddy will erase them for you, that’s for sure.” He made his way over to the rocking chair and held her to his chest so he could see her little face.
As her father rocked her, Minako’s wails slowly quieted and her tiny hands gripped onto his thumb he was using to wipe her tears.  When her calm eyes met his, Yosuke felt his heart pound with love. She’s never going to feel like no one is there for her. I’m never going to let anything hurt her.
“Ah...ah...” His daughter babbled and he laughed.
“You clearly don’t want to sleep right now, huh?” Yosuke brushed away the wisps of hair from her forehead. “That’s alright. We just won’t let mommy know.” When he caught sight of her eyes again, he was reminded of something Taki had told him when the Paradiso men first saw the baby.
“She has your eyes,” Taki had remarked, peering over the crib. The tycoon smirked. “Hopefully that’s it.”
A scowl crossed his face as he recalled that memory.
“Just what did he mean by ‘hopefully that’s it’? Lots of people would kill to have my face,” Yosuke grumbled. Regardless, he felt his heart soften when he caught sight of Minako’s still wide awake eyes.
“People said I had my mother’s eyes, Mina,” He whispered and she cooed. “Your grandmother would have adored you. And mommy, of course.” He gently stroked the bridge of her nose. “This is definitely your mother’s nose.” As if somewhat offended, Minako pressed her lips into a pout. Yosuke chuckled. “THAT is absolutely from your mother.”
She squirmed a bit more and Yosuke continued rocking to calm her.
“This impatience is mine. And this attention seeking too.” He affectionately nuzzled her nose with his own. “And making bad decisions like not sleeping when you should.”
Yosuke leaned back with a sigh. Hopefully these are the only bad decisions you make in your lifetime. I don’t even want to think of what will happen to the poor sap you bring home to meet me someday... Minako gurgled as if to get his attention and he smiled softly at her.
“You absolutely have more than my eyes, Mina,” He laughed. “No one can say I’m not your father...” She calmly nuzzled her head in his chest and he stroked her nose repeatedly like MC had shown him.
“She’s still awake, huh?” Standing in the doorway, MC was shaking a bottle of just-heated milk and had a gentle smile on her tired face.
“I did try,” Yosuke sighed, handing the bundle over to his wife. As if sensing she would be away from her father’s warmth, Minako started fussing once more.
“Oh, you’re already such a daddy’s girl,” MC laughed as she adjusted their baby to a feeding position. “Let’s see if you’ll sleep with some food, my love.” Settling herself on the now-vacant rocking chair, MC gently inserted the tip of the bottle in Minako’s mouth. Minako grimaced at the intrusion but comfortably started to suck down the milk. No matter how many times she does this, no matter how mundane it may seem, I can’t get over how she’s the mother to my child.
“You’re burning a hole in my body, Yosuke,” MC said. “And don’t take that the dirty way in front of a six month old.”
“You’re no fun.” Yosuke pouted. “How about I burn one in you when she’s asl-”
“Yosuke.” She glowered at him and he chuckled in defeat.
“I was just thinking about which parts of us she takes after,” He admitted.
“Hmmm, really?” MC cocked her head in amusement. “And what did conclusion did you come to?”
“That she’s my mirror image!” Yosuke proudly proclaimed. “Look at how good looking she is after all.”
“Genes take a fifty-fifty split...”MC muttered, rolling her eyes. The parents watched Minako finish a long gulp of her milk and MC patted her back to burp her. “She’s drifting off...”
“Oooh let me hold her for this part!” Yosuke eagerly held his arms out.
I swear I have two kids...
Regardless, MC deposited their daughter in Yosuke’s arms and observed the scene. Turning into a mature adult before her very eyes, Yosuke rocked her in his warm embrace, singing a soft lullaby to lull her into dreamland. Minako’s eyes never left her father’s as her eyelids slowly began to close down as sleep descended upon her. It’s almost as if she wants the last thing she sees to be Yosuke. MC felt her heart fill with warmth.
One thing is for certain: She really does have his eyes.

sfw "just close your eyes and kiss me" for the prompt if u like!! (dont worry abt it if ur overflowed with asks!)
i took so long to respond to this ask that your blog moved to archive, @yosukeh. i deserve to be blocked.
but in case you are interested in the resulting fic, here it is below! adorable boys kissing adorably. thank you.
and here is the chapter on AO3, in case you want to be kinder to yourself.
(Easy)
Crap, not again.
Yosuke’s eyes worriedly scanned Yu’s face for clues, even as his expression remained tense and anticipatory and his pulse continued to race. Yu’s mouth was so close to his — so close that Yosuke could feel his own breath beat light and hot against his partner’s lips — yet Yu was sitting still, wide-eyed and completely frozen in place, like a sentence someone couldn’t quite get themselves to finish.
Yosuke didn’t get it. So far, the day had been perfect. They’d made plans for a Sunday picnic and were sitting sprawled over a large blanket in the park. The weather forecast cleared its plans for a chance of spotty storms and had gifted the duo the most pristine sunny skies of early summer to indulge in together. The park wasn’t crowded, since the busiest Tokyo weekend events happened to be taking place elsewhere. They’d spent the time laughing and eating snacks and the boxed lunches Yu had prepared. Yu had worn a light and bright t-shirt, something that showed off his remarkable arms, and there had even been a breeze around to catch his bangs and expose even more of his devastating eyes to Yosuke’s poor, captivated heart.
Yosuke didn’t think there would have been a single thing stopping a kiss now, certainly not like last time. Yosuke had chalked that up to sheer first-date nerves on Yu’s part, maybe on both their parts. But this was their second date. A day-date in the middle of a beautiful park beneath a lonely tree.
What could be stopping Yu now, he thought, forcing down the swell of insecure thoughts that would have plagued him just short of a year ago.
“What’s wrong?” Yosuke whispered into the stillness, staring longingly at Yu’s mouth. If Yu had been any farther away from him, he may not have heard Yosuke at all.
Yu blinked, finally, and eased back some. Only then, did Yosuke catch the faint trembling in his chin as he swallowed. “S-sorry.”
The words, “for what,” slipped out of Yosuke’s mouth, as he continued to search Yu’s face for answers.
Despite everything, the bundle of horrible thoughts continued to expand inside of Yosuke’s chest, clenching his heart painfully. And because he couldn’t stop them, a series of unwelcome and repressed fears began surging through his mind, unrelenting in their cruelty and in total disregard of Yosuke’s usual logic. The vast majority of his thoughts in this surging river were cluttered bundles of debris — objects that would bruise and scrape upon impact, but would pass as quickly as they came: we’re out in public; my breath stinks; I said something stupid; he’s not attracted to me; my face looks weird; I’m repulsive; my lips are chapped; I’m making him uncomfortable; he doesn’t think I’m ready.
The most damaging thought, however, was like the water itself, and the brutal force driving its path: this thing between us is all a mistake, and Yu has no idea how to tell me.
“You’re . . .” Yu mumbled, his mouth small and nervous.
Yosuke swallowed, and waited for the pit inside of his stomach to open up and devour the rest of him.
“. . . cute.”
Yosuke blinked.
Yu had furrowed his eyes as he said it. “Cute.” As if the word itself was strange to say.
“I’m what,” Yosuke said, meaning to ask it but failing to.
“Sorry . . . that’s weird to say, huh?” Yu leaned away from Yosuke, directing his gaze down to a section of lush grass their blanket didn’t cover, off to the right.
“No,” Yosuke said, a bit confused but considerably less afraid. “I mean, yeah, because it’s me, but . . . I don’t mind. That you feel that way. And that you say it. L-like just now.” Yosuke could feel his face heat up as he finally put a lid on his rambling.
Yu glanced up into Yosuke’s eyes, the corner of his mouth tipped up into a cautious little smile. Yosuke had rarely seen Yu look so . . . vulnerable before. For once, Yosuke didn’t mind it.
With the river of negative thoughts finally starting to run dry, Yosuke felt his courage begin to return. “What I do mind, though, is why you keep looking like you’re about to kiss me and then not going through with it.”
Yu grumbled a bit and brought a hand up to rub the back of his neck. They were in the shade, so the dusty pink color rising into Yu’s cheeks couldn’t be because of the sun.
“Um . . . that’s why,” Yu answered, quietly.
Yosuke raised his eyebrows. “Come again?”
“Because you’re cute,” Yu pressed, meeting Yosuke’s eyes. Yu was fiddling with a piece of grass. Yu never fiddled. “I try to kiss you, but I get caught up in the way you look at me, and then I start noticing your eyes and how nice they are, and then I realize that I’ve just been staring at you and . . . and then I . . . I chicken out.”
Yosuke stared at him in awe.
“That’s weird, too, huh?”
Yu’s plaintive smile looked so defeated, so heartbreaking, that Yosuke, as stunned as he was, leapt into action.
“N-no, no it’s not weird.” He sat up from where he was leaning back on his hands and turned his body to face Yu. “That’s not weird, that’s . . .”
But Yu’s worried eyes looked so fair in the bright, dappled lighting above them, looked so imploring and sincere, that Yosuke forgot entirely what he was about to say. The small flush on Yu’s cheeks was the same flush he’d sported the night they’d confessed to each other, and the sight touched a place inside Yosuke’s heart that he hadn’t realized was so parched. That sort of described all of Yosuke’s feelings for his partner, though, when he thought about it. He hadn’t known that he needed Yu until he met him.
“I . . . can kinda see what you mean, actually.”
Yu looked comforted by that, although his blush still stained his cheeks.
Yosuke looked down and bit his lips before he opened his mouth again, already embarrassed about what he was going to say. “I still want you to kiss me, though,” he mumbled, glancing shyly into Yu’s eyes.
Yu broke out into a real smile after that, even though it looked downright bashful. “Alright, I promise I won’t chicken out next time.”
“Next time,” Yosuke huffed. “What about now?”
Yu blinked, glancing around them confusedly. “But the moment passed.”
“No it hasn’t!” he argued, incredulous.
Somehow, that didn’t seem to convince Yu.
Yosuke sighed and laughed nervously. “Look,” he started, adjusting his angle on the blanket so that his back was straighter and his face was properly presented to that of his partner’s — and Yu, still looking a bit stunned, rushed to mirror him. “See? I’m ready. Just close your eyes and kiss me.”
Yu stared at Yosuke’s face and rubbed his palms over his bent knees, his fingers catching Yosuke’s since they were practically touching. He then looked down and threaded one of their hands together. Yosuke could see his chest rise and fall heavily. He wondered how fast his partner’s heart was going right now, thinking briefly of placing a hand over it so that he could count the beats.
“Y-you sur-”
“Yu.”
Yu nodded and took a deep breath.
“Don’t be nervous,” Yosuke said, gently, with a smile. “It’s just us. You want to . . . right?”
Yu’s face smoothed into a confident smile. “Yeah,” he said, and Yosuke could tell that he meant it.
“Okay, then.” Yosuke took a deep breath and let it out slowly. “Close your eyes.”
Yu obeyed. His face was so open and trusting that Yosuke didn’t know how he refrained from rushing forward and kissing him on the spot.
“Kiss me,” Yosuke whispered. The wind rustling the tree branches above them nearly drowned out his voice, but Yu heard him. He gave a tiny nod and began leaning forward. Yosuke, viewing his partner finally leaning in towards him, took the chance to study his pale eyelashes and smooth skin, his straight nose and small, pink mouth. Yosuke could smell his cologne, rich and intoxicating, pulling him in as their noses brushed until finally, their lips met.
Neither one of them moved much, at first. Yu’s lips felt incredibly soft and pleasantly warm against his, and the only thought Yosuke had was how much he wanted to keep them there forever. He pressed in a little more a few seconds later, just so that he could expand the sensation of their connecting skin, so that he could feel the give in Yu’s lips and how they pulled against his.
It was extremely chaste, the equivalent of taste-testing something new and strange. Still, a distinct tingle and warmth raced up Yosuke’s spine and washed over his skin. Yu’s fingers entwined within his own tightened.
When they finally broke apart, Yosuke attempted another kiss right away, bumping their noses and trying to find Yu’s mouth again. Yu beat him to it, and they continued for a long while, softly pulling their mouths apart and tasting, feeling, until the once innocent warmth grew and threatened to overwhelm them.
“See,” Yosuke panted, as they separated for the last time. He rested their foreheads together. Yu’s blush had darkened and his lips were deep red and alluring. “That was easy.”
“Yeah,” Yu agreed, smiling.
“Good job, partner.”
Yu laughed and squeezed Yosuke’s hand. “Thanks.”

D is for Decryphilia
Genre- Smut
Words- 775
Ship- Narukami Yu/Adachi Tohru(I
Letter-  D is for Decryphilia
Warning- It’s Yu X Adachi, so...it’s kinda fucked up...
Note- It’s out of order but I just got the guts to post this one and E. And don’t even try to tell me I’m going to hell, only my grandma is allowed to tell me that
”A-Adachi!” the boy underneath him yelled. Adachi smiled and dug his gun further against Yu’s skull, causing more tears to spring out of the boy’s eyes.
”Why are you acting like this, you're the one who asked for this in the first place, ” Adachi gripped the boy’s hip harder, Yu released a whimper.
“You’re be-ing too r-“ his words cut off by a choke as Adachi gave him a hard thrust, that almost caused him to hit his head on the headboard. “-Rough,” he finished his sentence.
Adachi took his hand off of the boy’s hip, to reach up and grasp the boy’s chin in a tight grip. “Are you forgetting that you're the one who came to me?” The man asked the boy’s tears started slipping down his face. “Don’t you remember you were practically begging me to take you?” Adachi sighed, slowing his pace to a stop.
“A-Adac-“
“Admit it.”
“W-what?” Yu whimpered out. Moving his hips a bit trying to get some sort of feeling.
“Admit that you’re the one who came to me and that the only reason you’re here is because-“ a smile spread across the man’s face, “-even someone as slutty as you couldn’t get in that Junes Kid’s pants.”
Tears continued to fall down the boy’s face, Adachi wanted to keep on being mean to the kid just to see those tears run down his face. The boy shook his head no.
Adachi sighed, and tightened his grip on the boy’s chin, “Why?”
Yu attempted to jerk his chin out of the man’s grip but it just caused the gun to dig deeper into his scalp. He stared at the man’s cross expression when the grip got too tight is finally when Yu spoke up, not wanting bruises on his face for Dojima and Yosuke to question him about. “Too embarrassing,” he whimpers.
Adachi sighed and pushed the gun further against the boy's head. The boy didn’t seem to react...considering Adachi had assured there weren’t actually any bullets in it...looks like he has to do this the hard way. He drops the gun, ”Its no fun when you know there's no risk, right?” Yu is only given only a few seconds before Adachi grabbed a fist full of grey hair.
”Ah, ” tears stung in the boy’s eyes, as Adachi tugged his head back painfully, his hands shot up, wrapping around the detective’s upper arms. He sunk his nails into Adachi flesh.
The man growled as the hand on Yu’s chin slipped down to the boy's neck, tightening his hand enough to make it hard for the boy to breathe. ”Come on, Narukami, this will be easier for both of us if you just admit it!” More tears cascaded from the boy’s eyes, they only seemed to spur the man on more. But the boy still refused to say it, Adachi leaned down close to the boy’s ear, ”You know I could kill you right now?” Yu’s body froze, he thought Adachi’s false threat was a little far. Either the man was bad at dirty talk or he meant it, Yu assumed it was former but in the back of his mind, he knew the latter was probably true. The man tightened his hand around the boy’s neck causing him to cough and sputter.
”Adachi!” the boy finally rasped out.
The man smiled, he had to admit that throughout this whole the boy’s voice sounded so adorable, all sobby and Whinny. ”You finally want to admit it?” Adachi asked, tightening his grip in the boy’s hair. The boy tried his best to nod, well as best as you can nod when it feels like your head is being tugged in both directions.
The man finally released the boy’s hair and neck, the boy gasped and wiggled around, well as much as you can wiggle around with a guy is balls deep in your ass. He looked up at the man when he finally caught his breath, the man’s expression was unreadable.
“I-I’m the one who came to you,” Yu sucked in a big breath, “A-and I’m only here because even someone as s-“ the boy let out a hiccup, “-lutty as I couldn’t get into-“ the boy paused knowing the words were true, “-Yosuke’s pants.” The man smiled down at him, as the man finally started thrusting again.
”There you go, kid, that wasn’t that hard was it?” The man asked.
The teary-eyed boy broke out into a full out cry, Adachi wasn’t sure if it was from enduring too much pain or from finally noticing what kind of situation he got himself into. He would assume the latter.

Thank You
Persona 4 | Souyo | Rated G
---
The Investigation Team sat around a small rectangular table picking at their last bits of food and sipping at their drinks. They had gone to Okina to see a movie and eat out together, taking a break from studying before what was sure to be a grueling week of exams.
“Oh hey,” Rise said, looking at her phone. “Did you guys know today is Thanksgiving in the U.S.?”
Kanji asked, “Ain’t that the holiday where they stuff themselves ‘til they can’t fit in their pants anymore?”
“A day just for eating a ton of food?” Chie asked. “Now that’s a holiday I can get behind!”
“I believe it is also a day for giving thanks,” Yukiko said. “Hence the name.”
“Oh, I get it!” Teddie declared. “Thanks-giving! Giving thanks! I think all holidays should be named like that. Like, Christmas is for couples, right? So it should be called Smooch-giving!”
“Teddie, no…” Yosuke started, but it was too late; Teddie was already skipping off into Fantasy Land.
Directing his attention to the nearest girl, who just so happened to be Naoto, Teddie proposed, “What do ya say, Nao-cakes? Would you like to celebrate Smooch-giving with me?”
He batted his eyelashes at her and pursed his lips, and while Kanji was about to throw a fit on the other side of the table, Naoto barely reacted at all.
“No, I would not. It is not currently Christmas, and I would not like to participate in such a way with you now, on that day, or ever.”
“Gragh!” Teddie wailed, somehow falling out of his seat and into a bawling heap on the floor. “You’re so mean, Nao-cakes! Wahhhh!”
“C’mon, Ted, stop that,” Yosuke said gently, nudging Teddie’s quivering form with the toe of his sneaker. Teddie was being inappropriate, of course, but Yosuke couldn’t help feeling a little bad for the guy. “Get up. People are starting to stare.”
While Teddie sniveled and picked himself up off the ground, Souji seemed to be off in his own world, staring into the distance.
“Thanksgiving, huh?” he mused quietly before abruptly looking at everyone and stating, “I’m thankful for all of you.”
“Awww, Senpai!”
“We’re thankful for you too!”
“I love you, Sensei!”
Not finished yet, Souji folded his hands in his lap and stared at them as he said, “It’s hard to believe that this time last year, you were all strangers. Everything is so different now. I never would have imagined I would find even one person I cared about so much, let alone a whole group of people. You’re all so special to me. Honestly, sometimes you all can be really annoying…”
“Eep!” Teddie cried, not having been prepared for his Sensei’s bluntness.
“I think he’s talking about you,” Chie whispered to Kanji, elbowing him.
“Me?! You’re the annoyin’ one!” Kanji yelled back.
“Pfft,” Yukiko chuckled, barely holding it in.
Completely unfazed, Souji continued, “…but then I worry that you might think I’m annoying, like too annoying to even deal with, and I wonder why you even want to be around me. But underneath all that, I know that you’re good people, and we’re friends, and we love each other, at our worst and at our best. I’m… I’m just…”
Everyone else went silent, waiting with bated breath for their leader to finish his sentence.
Looking up with a small smile and glistening eyes, Souji said, “I’m just so happy. Thank you.”
---
On the walk home, Yosuke shyly reached out for Souji’s hand, and Souji immediately latched onto him.
They had started dating shortly after rescuing Naoto from her dungeon, which was a good thing since Souji didn’t know if he would have been able to get through the Nanako ordeal without Yosuke by his side. They hadn’t had much time for romantic things though, so holding hands like this was still a new thing—warm and surprising and exciting.
“So, Partner…” Yosuke said awkwardly before trying to laugh it off. “Hey, that speech you gave back there, you made pretty much everyone cry except like, me and Naoto. Was that what you were going for?”
“Hm? No…”
“You sure you didn’t draft all of that beforehand?”
“I was just saying what I felt.”
“Haha, I’m just kidding. Of course you didn’t plan it out beforehand, otherwise I’m sure you would have thrown in a bigger, more personal shoutout to your Partner,” Yosuke said with a wink.
With a blank expression, Souji immediately replied, “I’m sorry.”
“What? No, don’t apologize! I’m still kidding, man!”
“I’m so thankful for you, Yosuke.”
“Wh-whoa, you don’t have to say it!” Yosuke sputtered, blushing. “I mean, I’m glad and all, but—”
“You’re wrong; I do have to say it,” Souji said, having learned his lesson about sharing his true feelings with the people he cared about. “My life is so much better with you in it. You’re my Partner, and I’m yours; I can’t exist without you now. I’m more thankful for you than anything.”
“Than… anything?” Yosuke asked thinly, his voice catching with emotion. “Um, heh, I’ve, uh… I’ve always wanted to be that to someone,” he admitted, gripping Souji’s hand as he looked away and sniffled. “I’m glad it’s you.”
Souji beamed, wishing Yosuke was looking so he could see how happy he made him.
“I’m glad I said it,” Souji said, feeling lighter somehow now that he had expressed what had been in his heart for Yosuke all along.
“Me too. Thanks, Partner.”
Souji briefly considered telling Yosuke he loved him (and even more briefly considered kissing him right there on the spot), but he figured he could save that for later. He didn’t want to short out Yosuke’s brain right before exams, after all.
After exams was fair game though, Souji thought to himself excitedly as he swung their joined hands between them.

As promised, here’s a little large compilation sort of thing of little moments and memories from SBFP that you folks have submitted. I really appreciate everything that you’ve all submitted, it’s pretty clear that SBFP helped and entertained a whole lot of people - in equal amounts.
Here’s some SBFP moments:

“Yeyeyeye!”
Woolie’s atomic purple Gameboy
“Eyy, what’s goin’ on, man? You ready to play?”
And some SBFP memories. Some of these may be a bit emotionally heavy so feel free to skip this part:
the sbfp lp of yakuza 0 got me and my best friend into the yakuza series. we watched it together and we still laugh about matt falling to pieces over "never-before-seen results" - Anon
the best friends have had such an influence on my speech patterns that i've infected people who've never watched them before. half of my friend group says super big [x] and porked up now - Anon
SBFP introduced me to so many games that ended up becoming personal favorites of mine, like Deadly Premonition and the Silent Hill series. Their videos became a way for me to spend time with some of my own best friends as well! -  captainofthestars
theres one particular moment that will always resonate with me - in their devil may cry lets play, i cant remember if it was 1 or 3, they talk about someone in the comments who mentioned that they had to beat devil may cry with items due to having a physical disability of some kind, i cant remember which. they talked about how it was awesome that he managed to even beat the game like that, and, personally, as someone who struggles with motorskills issues this made me very happy, as a devil may cry fan. theres a lot of other great moments from the tbfp, both funny and genuine that made me happy, but this one in particular stuck with me a lot. -  krillfingers
I'll never stop making "pull out king" jokes thanks to sbfp - venerabledreadnought
I remember the first Shitstorm that made me actually have to get up and sit in a brightly lit room with other people in it, Anatomy. It's become a Halloween tradition to watch it every year since, though watching a whole bunch of Shitstorm also became one. As someone who started watching at their second machinma ep, it's not a lie to say that they made up the entirety of my teenage years. I will miss the channel dearly, but I look forward to the future. -  duke-nitro
My friends and I have been watching The Zaibatsu for so long that we have accidentally adopted a bunch of their phrases like going “yeahyeahyeahyeahyeah” or saying someone “go down.” Also, despite us not knowing each other when we became fans, we all somehow began with their Man vs Wild let’s play and I even made friends with one of them because I quoted something from it at work. Favorite moment probably has to be the entire Omikron playthrough, I can’t pick a single moment. It was a beautiful trainwreck start to finish and I still put on the playlist from time to time while I’m doing other things. I swear I could gently fall asleep to the sounds of Pat screaming about the shooter segments. shogun-ceanataur
Persona 4 and Kenpachi Ramasama were my favourite. I found the name itself hilarious, but how they kept on referring to him as the full name in different little bits and tones never failed to make me laugh. That “See you later, fuckers!” part from when you see Yosuke was also hilarious. I’m not sure if that video is the oeigin, but it’s why I’ve integrated that phrase into my everyday life. Goddamn what a fun, memorable episode. - whatthehellisthisevenfor
tbfp got me through being homeless in my car twice. every time that I wanted to give up, to just stop trying, i'd turn on whatever new video they had out and it brightened up my life. my mom, who was with me, came to love them to, she used to wait to hear them to relax. i have so many memories of that time, and i don't fully relax or even eat on long days until I've turned their videos on. my favorite quote is still "mistakes into miracles". its a rly motivating quote imo. -  c0l0c4k3s
I always loved the Silent Hill 2 LP. I never played it when it came out - all I knew was that it was a horror game, and I hated horror at the time. But when the LP came around, I knew a bit more about the game and I was intrigued. Seeing the game, meeting the characters, hearing Pat disect the story and themes for Matt, I loved it all. I was fascinated, and still am. I will still watch the LP every few months, and I call SH2 one of my favorite games, even though I still haven’t played it.Thanks, SBFP, for all the great moments and the great memories. I wish you all well. - iamthewanderingbard
The best friends are what got me so invested in the Dark souls games, and what motivated me to get through DS2. Even if I say 'You see what i mean' unironically a lot, and go 'You. Did it.' -  awkwardmuses
I got into Super Best Friends from a post on the Twin Perfect forum, that linked to the Silent Hill Downpour lp, and never looked back. Their let's plays brought me so much joy back when I wasn't in the best living or health situation, and continue to do so. My favourite let's plays have to be Eternal Darkness and the Shitstorms; I always go back to those when depression hits, or for any reasons. I'll miss them together, but I'll always have those delicious delicious memories. -  mrjaffesxeldritchtwin
The Best Friends Play are the reason I end so many sentences with "though". I first found them when a friend recommended the Best Sisters Play MLP animations, and I've loved them ever since. I know it's used as a joke, but I really believe they've earned the title of HYPEST GAMEPLAY ON YOUTUBE. I love all of their David Cage playthroughs, and I adore how many plot-points they guess during Beyond: Two Souls. I love how, when they play a game they really love, they show so much knowledge and care. -  mads-in-zero
It was incredibly amusing and oddly touching that the Zaibatsu created this hate circle of David Cage and his godawful games. Even before Detroit’s release, the best friends AND the fanbase were ready to hate it because as a collective, we just latched onto that one thing to hate/make fun of. And we go all out on it together like some fucked up family, and I love it. -  missinghmmingbird
I can’t help but shrug off every minor inconvenience and major issue in my life with “it’s fine” thanks to Gun Jumper Liam. Thanks to Matt and Woolie supporting Skullgirls like no one else on the internet, I really got into it and fighting games as a whole. I’m not good at them, but oh boy do I love them. And if it wasn’t for Pat, I don’t think I’d ever have touched a Yakuza or Persona game. These guys affected my life more than any other individual or group on the internet ever really has. -  dklordg
The first Best Friends video I ever watched was Portal 2. That short LP had me in stitches. I'd never laughed so hard. I've been a huge fan since then. These guys where the ones that introduced me to LPs and made me realize that you can have fun watching other people bumble through games. TheSw1tcher has been one of my favorite channels on YouTube since I began watching. It gave me something to look forward to. I got through high school, and essentially grew up, watching these videos. There are so many catchphrases and memes I will never forget and will always make me smile. I absolutely say stuff like “whah happun?” and “shit-kids” all the time. The Deadly Premonition and Detroit: Become Human playthroughs are wonderful gems in my eyes. It’s amazing how a group of guys can get so many people to collectively love and bash certain games. We’re all on the same page, having a blast like a huge group of friends at a slumber party. Matt, Pat, Woolie, Liam, Billy, and everyone who involved themselves with the Super Best Friends are the absolute best. They gave me a chance to relax and laugh along with some familiar voices. Although it's sad they are going their separate ways, I totally respect that fact. They have my love and support. I wish them nothing but success and happiness moving forward. I'll be watching! And a note to my fellow fans: This has been a wild ride. I'm glad I got to enjoy it with you. You are all fantastic people. -  fablesamongus

Well if you’re gonna be spending the night with Hana and your shadow it’d be an excuse to get a threeway off your bucket list XD
“H-H-HELL NO! At least not with my shadow! That like fucking myself! I ain’t into that shit!”
“Wouldn’t that be like technically masturbation? and we happen to be dating an alternate you know.” Shadow raised an eyebrow at his host.
“The hell would I know!? A-And so what!? That is not the same thing here! he may be an alternate but he’s not me. He didn’t come from me! You are-” Yosuke stopped himself before finished that sentence.
Shadow sighed. “Damn and that almost worked.”
Yosuke just glared at his shadow.

1 and 13 for the writer asks!!
1: Describe the plot of your current WIPs with a single sentence each.  Boy do I have a lot of multi-chapters I’m juggling right now, so hold on…
Astral Wars: Episode 1: The first of a three part series FFXV Promptis AU based on Star Wars that melds FFXV’s world with the Star Wars universe.
P4 Pride and Prejudice: A P&P Souyo AU with P4 characters that plays with the gender norms in the original based on which character from the book I choose to model a P4 character after.
Ensemble à Paris: A Souyo Anastasia (the animated movie) AU I am writing with @romeo-and-antoinette that swaps POVs between Yosuke, Yuri (Yu) and Adachi.
Tainted Love: A Souyo Vampire AU I started for the Souyo Halloween event last year that focuses on Yosuke who is a vampire hunter and Yu who is a vampire.
Final Fantasy XV Week 2019: A series of one shots based on the daily prompt - I only completed the first prompt and plan on finishing the rest of the days.
What it Means to be Partners 2: The stories I was writing for Souyo Week 2019 - I only wrote through day 4 and plan on finishing the rest of the days.
Hellions in the Fog: A Sormik AU set in the P4 universe with Zestiria characters that I will eventually get back to.
(This doesn’t include several ask prompts I still have to write but are also coming over the next several weeks now that I’m out of Peak at work).
13. Do you prefer writing with small casts of characters or large ones?
Honestly for this answer it depends on the story.  Stories where I’m exploring specific aspects of a character tend to have smaller casts - usually only one to two characters - because it’s focused inward.  A lot of one shots by nature tend to have smaller casts because it’s either relationship driven or based on the topic of the story is set in a singular setting so it lends itself to a small cast.  Any of my multi-chapters are going to have a larger cast of characters which can both be fun because you get differences of perspective but also difficult because you want to make sure they all get their own development and voice in the story and any little plot they’re involved in gets tied up at the end.
So it’s not really a preference for cast size, but what I am in the mood to write.  If I want to write something really exploring a specific character I’ll have a smaller cast size and if I have an idea for an AU then I have fun thinking about how each character in the series will fit into the overarching story :)

Pandora - Perfection
"Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence"
-Vince Lombardi
Perfection.
Eisuke was never a believer of the word 'perfection'.
There was little to nothing that deserved to be pinned as perfect. If something could be improved and better, then it was never perfect to begin with. That was what Eisuke believed until the appearance of a certain secretary; Matsuoka Haruka. It irritated Eisuke to know that perfection existed in that tiny body. It irritated him because she was the last person Eisuke ever imagined being perfect. She was the last person Eisuke ever imagined having to rely on. Yet here he was, eight years later, pampered by his personal wake-up call with everything set and ready for him every morning.
As Haruka went to put a tie around his neck, he stopped her. He never liked wearing a tie with his suit; it was suffocating. Not to mention the fact that nobody in this world could ever do a perfect tie knot for him. Haruka never could either before. Eisuke could still clearly remember the day during her first year of employment when he had to attend a formal event. That meant he had to wear a tie. He ended up as a no show that night because it took Haruka two hours to figure out how to put on a tie for him and still somehow messed it up. He had been wary about formal events since then but as with everything she did, the next time he had to wear a tie, Haruka did it perfectly.
"It's a formal event, Mr. Ichinomiya, you have to wear a tie." Holding both ends of the tie firmly in her hands, Haruka did not budge until Eisuke reluctantly gave up. Watching as her fingers were skillfully working on the knot, Eisuke was reminded of her very first day at work. The quiet and timid girl who would be startled every time Eisuke spoke was no longer. Standing before him was a confident, snarky woman. "Perfection."
"There's no such thing as perfection," Eisuke stated, putting on the dress vest. "You work towards perfection and you achieve excellence."
"Thank you for your compliment, sir. I do think I did an excellent job with your tie."
Leaving Eisuke to finish dressing after a cheeky comment, Haruka headed straight for the coffee machine in the living room. Her hands moved on their own; from setting up the machine to grinding the coffee beans to finally brewing that one cup of coffee was all automatic for Haruka now. Dropping three cubes of sugar with lots of milk as the finishing touch, the cup of coffee was now simply waiting for Eisuke.
Emerging from his bedroom, Eisuke sat on the sofa as Haruka handed him the cup of coffee. Every morning, despite the wake-up call, the only time when Eisuke would truly wake up was when the smell of coffee would fill the entire suite. Waiting until he took the first sip, Haruka handed the tablet to him next and went through their usual morning routine of double checking the schedule while highlighting the important emails and documents. Eisuke never really bothered looking at the tablet, though he would never admit it out loud. Eight years ago, he would have everything triple-checked by a third party but now, he placed complete trust in Haruka's ability. Mistake was not a part of her dictionary. Or well...it had been removed.
Finishing the cup of coffee, Eisuke handed the tablet back and got up when Haruka let out a soft gasp like she had made a mistake. "Good morning, Mr. Ichinomiya." Tilting his head slightly with one eyebrow raised, Eisuke was rightfully confused. They had already started their morning, was it not a little late to greet him now? That was when Eisuke realised what that gasp was for. "I'm sorry for greeting late."
"Just don't forget tomorrow morning."
"I won't, sir."
"I didn't expect to see you here, Yosuke."
"I didn't expect to see you here, Yonghua."
Meeting the man halfway, Yosuke held his hand out for a shake with a smile. He had to admit that such an event was not usually to his taste but Yosuke had to make an appearance for a client of his. He was only planning to stay for a short while out of courtesy though somehow, he ended up overstaying the original intended period. He was glad, however, because he would never have met Yonghua; a good friend but an even better business opportunity. It was never a bad idea to be on Yonghua's good side, especially if Yosuke wanted to enter the exclusive Chinese market.
"Are you here to meet the wonder woman?" Yonghua's question caught Yosuke a little off guard though the confused expression lingered for merely a second before he smiled, waiting for Yonghua's explanation. "I heard that she will be here at the event today. I've only met her once but she truly is a remarkable woman."
"Who are you talking about?"
For Yonghua to speak so highly of her, this woman must truly be something.
"She's nothing but a secretary of the famous Ichinomiya Eisuke. Though, I've heard so many men in this room singing high praises for her. I'm surprised you have yet to meet her, Yosuke, considering your line of work. If you ever manage to get your hands on her, you will never be short of offers, that's for sure. She was offered a sky high salary just to work for Mr. Zhao of Mana Electrics, imagine the numbers for proposals. You'll never miss her, she'll definitely be turning heads. You'll never be able to resist her either, she has a certain...charm."
Suddenly, Yosuke was eager to stay on for the event.
Although an investor by day, his other line of work was not necessarily agreed upon by others. Men like Yonghua, however, put their trust in Yosuke to find them the perfect bride and girls who desperately wished for a better life put their trust in Yosuke to find them men like Yonghua. Most of the times, these girls would come to Yosuke themselves. All he had to do was train them, match them with potential husbands, and hope that one of the matches would click. Not once did Yosuke actively seek out a woman. He was intrigued from what Yonghua told him; it was unbelievable that such a woman existed and Yosuke never knew about her.
"The guest of honour, Mr. Southwell, is the owner of several PR firms in Japan. It would be a good idea to make friends with him. If I'm not wrong, the creative director of Addison and Rhodes will be there too, perhaps we could-"
As she looked over to Eisuke, Haruka stopped mid-sentence. He was not paying attention to her, though he did have a frown deeply knitted in his brows. There were many things her boss did not like, and social events like the one they were heading to were one of those things. The fake smiles and conversations, all so they would like him enough to consider a business opportunity, that was what Eisuke hated the most. If he was not the owner of Tres Spades, he would never entertain those people. Knowing that it was the event itself bothering Eisuke, Haruka decided to keep her mouth shut for the rest of the way. The last thing she needed was Eisuke having another mood while having a mood.
Staring out the window, Eisuke subconsciously loosened the tie around his neck. He could still remember the days when Tres Spades was still a work in progress and although he knew from the beginning it would be a huge success, he still had to attend events like so and please people like so. He had to be liked in order for his hotel to be liked. Those times were insufferable. From a certain time onward, however, those events did not seem half bad. Sure, he still hated the socialising part of it but in general, it did not feel suffocating to be at the venue.
Realising that he could no longer hear Haruka's voice, Eisuke glanced over in her direction.
It was from the time when Haruka started working for him; that was when Eisuke did not mind the events and parties as much. The first time he brought her along, she did not have any accessories, nor a dress appropriate enough so he took her shopping. Then, it was the amusement of watching her at the refreshment tables looking so helpless because everything looked so flawless and she did not want to ruin the aesthetics. She had blossomed since then, winning the hearts of many clients with a simple smile. She was always the only person Eisuke could have a conversation with, without feeling like he was about to sock it to her.
Arriving at the venue, Eisuke put on his most professional business smile and started working his charms the moment he stepped into the event hall. Haruka stood by his side with an equally professional smile of her own, chiming in every now and then in the conversations. It was only when Eisuke asked for a glass of wine did she finally get to have a break. Her jaws were starting to lock in from all the smiling.
"Here you go, sir."
"Mr. Southwell and I have some business to discuss but he'd like to do it privately," Eisuke informed her. "I won't be gone for too long. Mingle around, but do not cause me any trouble."
"When have I ever, Mr. Ichinomiya?"
"December 15th, seven years ago."
"That was one time, sir. One time."
Left alone, Haruka suddenly felt lonely and out of place. She would never find herself in events like this if she never worked for Eisuke. Perhaps she would be one of the servers, but she never would have dreamt herself to be one of the beautifully dressed guests. Now that she was by herself, however, she could feel just how different this world was to her own despite immersing in such lifestyle for the past eight years. It was definitely not enough time for her to get used to all the extravaganza.
A light tap on her shoulder startled her slightly though she soon had a smile on her face to see who the attention seeker was.
"Mr. Lee, it is a pleasure to see you again."
"It's nice to see you again too, Miss Matsuoka. There's a friend I'd like to introduce you to. This is-"
"Mr. Sagara Yosuke, nice to meet you."
Holding her hand out for a shake, Haruka managed to catch that microsecond of confusion on the man's face as he shook her hand. It came with her line of work naturally, for her to find out anything and almost everything about every guest at every event they were attending. She made the mistake once of forgetting a client's name; a mistake she would never make again. It had become quite a bad habit of hers to see the confusion and/or the amusement on people's face whenever she could name them.
She knew Yonghua from a previous event. It was not one quite as formal as this but she could still remember how she thought he looked impeccable. He carried himself with such grace and backed it up with real gentleman actions. While it was just the one meeting they had, it was one of the most memorable and enjoyable for Haruka. The man with him, however, Haruka was meeting for the first time.
His was a name she had come across quite often. In Eisuke's line of work, it was no surprise that they would run into many people in different professions. Sagara Yosuke was a name that came up several times in a list of investors though Eisuke never requested a meeting for reasons unknown. Since he was never a potential client nor partner, Haruka never learnt much about the man other than the fact that he was associated with several others that Eisuke might have an interest working with. Still, she greeted him with the perfect business smile because one would never know, perhaps Eisuke would like to work with him one day.
"Well isn't that interesting, a woman who knows my name yet I don't know hers," Yosuke smiled, shaking her hand.
"That is because you are an important man whereas I am no one important."
"You are pretty important to Ichinomiya Eisuke," Yonghua commented. "I see that no one has succeeded in prying you away from his claws."
"I enjoy working for Mr. Ichinomiya," Haruka said. "He's...an interesting man. Not a perfect boss but an excellent one."
Watching as the woman interacted with Yonghua, Yosuke could not help but smile. She was indeed, remarkable. There was no doubt she was beautiful; just the number of eyes on her, men and women alike, was more than proof enough. She was perfectly poised too; every little movement of hers was spewed with elegance. Yosuke was starting to understand what Yonghua meant by her charm too. The way she looked straight into Yonghua's eyes as she spoke, and how perfectly sculpted her smile was. How she would show off her intelligence yet held back so as not to come across too strong.
This woman was perfect.
Because this woman was trained to be perfect.
"I never got your name," Yosuke smiled.
"I am so sorry, how rude of me. Matsuoka Haruka, it's a pleasure to meet you sir."
"From experience, when a woman stays with a man, it's usually because she has feelings for him. Or, he has feelings for her because he cannot let her go. I wonder which is it for you and Ichinomiya Eisuke."
"Neither. Mr. Ichinomiya is simply my boss, and I am nothing but his secretary. I stay on with Mr. Ichinomiya, no matter the offers I get, only because of one word. Loyalty."
"I never quite believed in a hetero-relationship that is purely platonic without even a hint of romance."
"There's always a first in everything, Mr. Sagara. Like how I never thought I'd meet you because Mr. Ichinomiya was never interested in working with you. If you'll excuse you, I have to get back to Mr. Ichinomiya. It was truly a pleasure meeting you, Mr. Sagara. And it had been so nice to see you again, Mr. Lee. Hopefully our paths will cross again one day."
With one last business smile and a small bow, Haruka turned on her heels and disappeared into the crowd. Yosuke's words lingered in her mind, however. Whenever she was asked why she insisted on staying with Eisuke when she had been given much better offers elsewhere, better opportunities, Haruka always gave the standard answer of loyalty. Eisuke hired her during her most desperate times, when she thought no one would ever hire just a high school graduate, and she always felt that she owed everything she had now to him. But there was something about what Yosuke said that irked her though she could not quite put her finger on it.
The moment she saw her boss parting with another man, Haruka went up to him. She put the wine glass she had in her hand down and instinctively went for the loosened tie. Just before she could fix it, however, Eisuke caught her hands with an irritated expression plastered on his face. Whatever it was that he was talking about with that man, it did not go well and it put her boss in a bad mood.
"We're leaving."
"I'll have the driver bring the car around." Once they were in the car, Eisuke pulled his tie off, throwing it in the middle seat. Haruka picked the tie up and neatly folded it before putting it into her bag. "I assume it did not go well with Mr. Southwell?" The British man was rumoured to be quite a handful; always demanding a lot from his business partner, expecting to receive lots in rewards with minimum effort on his side. "We could always find another partner."
"Contact Emmett Lawson."
"Mr. Lawson? But he's Mr. Southwell's long time part- Ah...I will be getting in contact with him immediately."
Leaning back in her seat, Haruka set a reminder on her phone with a small smile. She used to find it despicable, the way Eisuke would deal business, yet now she was so used to it that she was actually starting to enjoy the ways in which he would get back at those who crossed him. It's a dog eat dog world, Eisuke once said, It's either me or him, and the only option is always him going down. Just as she was about to lock her phone, a reminder popped up.
"Oh yes, I would like to remind you that my replacement will be starting tomorrow."
"Hm..." Without much thought, Eisuke responded. When her words finally registered, he frowned as he turned to face her. "Replacement? What replacement?" He tried to comb through his memories, looking for a particular one where Haruka mentioned a replacement, or the fact that she needed to be replaced though his memory failed him. Or perhaps, it never existed to begin with.
"I'm taking a six months leave in a month's time," Haruka said, surprised to see Eisuke surprised. He was the one who signed off on it, after all. "You signed my leave form, sir, three months ago? I asked about my replacement a month ago and you told me to deal with it. I purposely asked for her to start a month early so I could train her. Did you...forget?"
Six months leave? This was the first he had ever heard of it. Every day, Haruka would bring him so many documents that sometimes, he had no idea what he signed. She could have handed him a document to sign over his company and entire fortune, and still Eisuke would have signed without checking. But surely he would have an impression, at the very least, of her asking for a six months leave. A month was understandable, but six months seemed to be too long a time to be taking off.
What could she possible do with all that time? How could she guarantee that the replacement would be good? What if Eisuke needed her? Would she even be back after six months? Question after question flooded his mind as Eisuke glared intensively at Haruka. How could she abandon him when she had been by his side for the last eight years?
“Forget? Of course not. It’s just not important enough for me to care.”

(Thieves In Inaba) Kou and Daisuke are out cold! And what the hey did minato see?
Thieves In Inaba Part 37
The group is all packed into the Mona bus, which has taken a much larger shape due to the amount of people. It’s now a huge target for Shadows but they didn’t have the time to find a better means of transport. While Ren drives, Mishima and Akihiko watch over the two passed out Strength holders.
Yu sighs. “Out of everyone…why did it have to be them…”
Youske nods “Yeah…they were in Okina right?”
“They were in the city when the shadows attacked earlier, they must have stayed in the area afterwards…” Ryuji sounds slightly frustrated. “But damn…shadows in our world…this one being screwed up…what’s going on?”
Akechi looks up from polishing his gun. “Well…you all filled me in on the Yaladaboth problem, perhaps this one is of the same nature?”
Naoto nods. “That seems like the only possible answer..but we haven’t seen the master mind since it tried to kill Ren…”
“Uh..guys?” Mishima sudden;y sounds worried. “There’s a huge ghost figure following us!”
“Damnit!” Ren mutters. “I’m gonna pick up speed, make sure those two don’t go bumping around!”
The Mona bus accelerates, causing everyone in the car to hang on to dear life. The Death Bringer gives chase.
“What’re we gonna do Sensei?!” Teddie flails.
“We need to ward him off some how…” Yu sighs.
Suddenly, Minato rises and starts to mess with the sun roof.
“Dude! What the hell are you doin’?” Kanji yells. “You tryin’ to get us killed?!”
“He said we need to ward him off right? I can do it.” Minato smiles, full confidence written all over his face.
Ren grumbles a bit. “We have about ten more minutes before we reach the safe zone, can you hold him off for that long?”
“Yeah.” With that, Minato climbs to the roof, keeping a firm grip on the door to stay on as he summons his Persona.
“He’s actually doing it…is he always like this Mitsuru-san?” Yosuke asks.
“Headstrong? Risk taking? Yes.” She looks up at the roof as Minato sends out attack after attack at their pursuer. “He used to be so closed off, only doing things because he was told to. But, then he found out that he actually cared for us…the rest is history..”
The ghostly figure wails as it’s attacked.
“Two minutes! We’re almost there!” Ren calls out.
“Minato! You need to do something big! If we’re lucky, it’ll give up!” Akechi calls out.
“Right…” With that, he summons Messiah and delivers a God’s Hand right to the death bringer,  just in time for Ren to come to a screeching stop at the training area.
Everyone hurries in, carrying Kou and Daisuke in and laying them on the carpeted ground of the lobby area.
“Is he gone?” Mishima asks, looking out a window.
“Seems like it…” Ren responds.
Everyone gives a sigh of relief.
“You know..we could have fought him outright right then?” Adachi points out.
“We’re aware, but there’s still more hostages and we already have these two with us.” Yu points to Kou and Daisuke, who are still out cold.
“Hey, wasn’t Kou studying abroad?” Chie points out.
Yu and Youske nod. Looking him over, Kou was definitely wearing some more western styled clothing.
“And these two are hanging out together, still as close as always.” Yukiko adds.
“Hey…you don’t think they’re…” But before Yosuke can finish his sentence, the two wake up slowly.
“Ngh…where are we now?” Kou holds his head, looking around seeing everyone standing around him. “You guys…”
Daisuke looks around. “Where is this…? Are we back in the city?”
Ryuji shakes his head. “Nope, but this place is shadow free. You’re both safe here.”
As the others start to fill in Kou and Daisuke on what’s going on, Minato leans up against a wall…holding his chest.
“Damnit…what’s going on?”

Souyo: “I’m never going to leave you.” ^_______^
[Annnnd finished! Thanks so much to @livefreeordie13 for requesting such a fantastic prompt (and for also being really patient and waiting for me to finish it, haha!) This is a longer one, and it’s a little angsty, but I hope it’s enjoyable!]
[AO3 Link is here.]
Yosuke was getting too old for this.
Seriously, he had been out of college for almost five years and was still working at Junes. Even worse, he still worked regular shifts on the sales floor despite a recent promotion to a manager position. He thought he’d climbed the ladder enough to not have to don an apron and work the sales floor, and by proxy, dealing with customers that often ranged from rude to extremely concerning levels of…weird.
Sometimes the people he dealt with were pleasant, but even when customers were perfect angels, he was still obliged to serve them and assist with favors unconditionally. Some days, he was lucky if those favors were even the technical confines of his job description.
He’d thought he’d hated working at Junes in high school while living at Inaba. At the time, the back-breaking workloads and excessive night shifts, sometimes forcing him to miss homework deadlines and sometimes even forego studying altogether, had been bad enough. He never would have thought in a million years, after studying hard in college and even majoring in business, that he’d be right back where he started. Well, almost back where he started.
Although Yosuke had always had a passion for music, he’d ultimately decided to major in business in college.
Yu, his boyfriend turned husband, had pointed out that Yosuke had a knack for critical thinking and decision-making. Hell, it was because of Yosuke’s tenacity that the Investigation Team had been created in the first place. He’d also been the one to first connect the murders in Inaba to the strange visions on the Midnight Channel. Once more, when it came to his position at work, the so-called Prince of Junes was well-known for his surprising professionalism and level head, at least in a business sense. Even during the legendarily hellish Golden Week sales events, Yosuke kept his composure.
Even when Teddie has first crawled out of the television and was attracting the attention of various Junes shoppers after abducting a massage chair in his brightly-colored mascot costume, Yosuke had easily managed to lie to the other employees about Teddie’s identity. He’d even persuaded his parents to take the blond into their home.
The decision to pursue business had made his father happy for obvious reasons. It made the aging man happy to see his son climbing up the corporate, business ladder.
At least one person was happy.
Upon arriving at his apartment’s front door after a grueling ten-hour shift, he barely had the energy to slip the key into the lock. It took him another handful of seconds to actually find the strength to turn it.
“I’m home,” he called.
He was greeted first by a soft meow.
A small cat named ‘Mici’ hopped off the couch in the living area and trotted to the door. Yosuke clicked the door shut behind him and scooped the ball of fluff into his arms.
“Hey, you little rascal,” Yosuke said, rubbing the kitten’s fat belly before plopping him back into the hardwood floor. “Where’s your dad, huh?”
Then, a human voice bid him hello from further in the complex.
“Welcome back,” Yu said with a smile, leaning out from behind the corner.
There he was.
He was standing in the kitchen and donned in loose, casual clothes. He also wore a soft pink apron and was standing over a large pot of curry that was filling the entire apartment with the appealing aroma of mixed spices.
“Another long day at work?” Yu asked, smile falling as he noted the plum-colored circles under his husband’s eyes.
“Yeah, just a bit,” Yosuke said, laughing humorlessly as Yosuke meandered close and bumped his head against Yu’s shoulder. He mumbled something against Yu’s arm, but the thicker material of his sweatshirt muffled the words. Concerned, Yu sat stopped stirring the pot and averted his attention to Yosuke.
“Are you okay?” he asked sincerely.
“…No,” Yosuke huffed with a sigh. “I’m so run down, man.”
A frown eclipsed Yu’s face and made him look even more mature than usual. He raised an arm to help hist him upright. “That’s understandable. How long was the shift you just worked?”
“About ten hours,” Yosuke said with another sigh. “They asked me for more overtime this week and I guess I couldn’t say no.”
Yu’s face had become austere at the sound of the number reluctantly muttered from Yosuke’s lips. He said quietly, “It’s worse than I thought. You’ve worked past closing almost every day this week alone.”
“Someone has to do it,” Yosuke mumbled in reply.
“I’m not arguing that,” Yu replied, raising an arm to ruffle his boyfriend’s hair. “I’m saying just because you’re the manager doesn’t mean you should be the only one to stay behind every night. Even if you’re getting paid, it’s not healthy to work such long shifts on a normal basis. Anyone would be exhausted.”
A silence stretched between them.
“…I’m not getting paid for the extra hours,” Yosuke admitted, giving Yu’s arm a little squeeze. This time, his husband’s expression changed from concerned to angry. The anger wasn’t directed at Yosuke but was rather unapologetically fixated on Junes.
“That’s illegal,” he said, silver bangs almost hiding the new darkness that touched his eyes. “Yosuke, you can’t keep doing this.”
“At least I have weekends off,” he tried to reason guiltily. Almost by reflex, Yosuke felt the compulsive need to defend Junes.
After all, it had been a part of his life for as long as he could remember. The mere name was practically ingrained in his identity. People began to call him the ‘Prince of Junes’ by the time he was in high school.
For some reason, especially as a manager, any negative comments about the business felt more personal than they should have.
“Having the bare minimum of time off isn’t enough,” Yu said sternly. “That shouldn’t be negotiable. Yosuke, I had no idea it was this bad.”
The words hit Yosuke hard.
Despite his exhaustion, he forced his body upright to wrap his arms more comfortably around Yu’s torso. The action was reciprocated in a heartbeat as Yu hauled his husband close to his chest, rubbing the bump and kinks in his exhausted spine with the same hands Yosuke knew so well.
“I’m sorry,” Yosuke said after a couple moments.
“You have nothing to be sorry for,” Yu replied promptly. He closed his eyes as he felt the guilt of his sentiments linger in the back of his mind. He hadn’t meant to be so harsh or sound so irritated. “I’m sorry. Now isn’t the time or place to have this conversation. I know you’re tired, so let’s…”
Yosuke shook his head again, his expression even more forlorn than before.
“I know, but still…” Yosuke said, averting his eyes shyly from Yu’s, “…I feel like a terrible husband. I’m never home with you, and when I am, I feel like all I do is complain about work.”
Before Yu could open his mouth to comment, Yosuke continued, “I know. I know that you ‘don’t mind’ that, and that’s wonderful. You’re wonderful. That’s why I feel so terrible. I don’t even have the energy to talk to you and listen to things that you want to share with me. I never take the time to ask you to confide in me. I’m always taking from you.”
Yu’s eyes widened in shock as Yosuke began to pull away from the embrace slowly. Before they could separate, Yu used his strength to pull their bodies back together. He felt Yosuke flinch in his arms, but the other man made no attempt to move away.
“You don’t take anything from me,” Yu said sternly, not liking how self-deprecating Yosuke’s tone was. His hands moved in large, soothing circles up and down Yosuke’s back.
“C’mon, you know what I mean,” Yosuke replied, punctuating the sentence with an exhausted sigh.
“I don’t, actually.”
Yu continued to hold him closer and tighter. He had no intentions of letting him go anytime soon. The confessions Yosuke had made in mere moments before were far too concerning to be remedied with a single embrace.
In fact, his insistence led to Yosuke redirecting his gaze back to his husband’s steely eyes. Caramel orbs met silver ones, and this time, Yosuke forced himself to not look away.
His trembling hands drifted upward from Yu’s arms and up to cup his cheeks. The tips of his work-worn fingers traced up and down Yu’s softly-shaven jawline with the utmost gentility. The cold metal of his engagement ring was a stark contrast to the warmth and virility he felt with Yu so close to him.
“I mean, you should be with someone who doesn’t…” Yosuke whispered, composing himself further with a shuddering breath, “You should be with someone who doesn’t take so much from you. I feel like…I’ve made our marriage a one-way street, and that’s not fair to you.”
Yosuke’s felt Yu’s hands tighten around his biceps at the confession. Even if he hadn’t been looking into his smoky grey eyes, he could feel the pain radiating through Yu’s being at the sound of his words.
He felt another jab of self-hatred for putting the man he loved so much, his partner, through such agony.
To Yosuke, it was just another reason why he didn’t deserve someone as wonderful as Yu in his life.
It took Yu a few moments to regain his composure before responding.
“Our relationship is not a one-way street,” he said, tone shifting from concern to heightened anxiety with each word. “Yosuke, I love you.”
Yosuke laughed painfully. “I can’t imagine why.”
Stunned by the reply, Yu shook Yosuke’s hands from his face with ease. He then hauled his husband close until their foreheads and chests touch. His lips found Yosuke’s with ease from having kissed him so many times before. Further closing the distance between them, their mouths molded seamlessly as Yu squeezed Yosuke into an even tighter embrace. The kiss was chaste but passionate and almost desperate in nature. Yu kissed the corners of his husband’s mouth first before taking a shuddering breath and kissing his lips fully.
In an instant, Yosuke’s demeanor changed. Each kiss was returned with feverish intensity. Each touch and tiny lovebite was reciprocated tenfold as seconds turned to minutes in each other’s arms. They kissed each other until breathlessness consumed them and forced them to part ways temporarily.
“I love you so much, Yu,” Yosuke said through clenched teeth. A newfound wetness made his eyes glassy, and traces of heavy tears threatened to gather along his lower lash line. “I just wish I was a better person. I know I don’t deserve you, and…I don’t understand why you don’t just leave me.”
The statement was kissed away from Yosuke’s lips again, leaving him breathless in Yu’s loving embrace. Any half-hearted objection that threatened to rise in his throat was smothered instantly.
“I’m never going to leave you,” he whispered into Yosuke’s ear, his grip so tight that he feared he might leave possessive bruises on his husband’s arms. “You’re perfect the way you are. Yes, life is hard right now, but I know this isn’t how you want things to be. We have to keep going until things get better. We have to make it out together.”
“Partner…”
The tears rolled down Yosuke’s cheeks freely. Yu didn’t waste a second kissing them away, then dropping another kiss on his husband’s flushed cheeks.
“Remember back in high school?” Yu asked, arms snaking around Yosuke’s waist. “When we solved that series of murders, it was the same thing. You had some bad days. I had some bad days too, and even back then, you were still there for me when nobody else was.”
Bitter memories of Nanako’s hospitalization flooded Yosuke’s mind. He remembered when he’d returned to hospital after Yu insisting that everyone go home to escape the snow. Yosuke had lingered behind and, as a result, Yu had pulled him close and cried on his shoulder for hours.
To this day, they were the only two on the entire Investigation Team that had seen each other’s tears.
“You need me right now,” Yu said comfortingly. “That’s good. I want you to rely on me. I also know, if I ever needed you, you’d drop everything to come and help me. Am I wrong?”
Yosuke sniffled and wiped his eyes.
“Of course, you’re not wrong,” he replied, voice vacillating from all the emotions that were thundering through him. “You’re my partner! If you needed me, I’d do anything for you.”
Yu smiled back at him, reaching out to gently cup a tearful cheek. The act elicited a small smile from Yosuke, who leaned into the tender touch gratefully.
Yu whispered tenderly, “Then that’s more than enough.”
As if sensing the tumultuous energy in the room, Mici approached the duo and wound her body and fluffy tail around their entwined legs. When she let out a soft meow and rubbed her face against Yosuke’s trousers, no doubt leaving behind a trail of cat hair with each caress, the couple laughed and bent down to pick her up.
They held the tiny cat between their bodies before swaying back together for another, familial embrace. A silent ‘thank you’ fell from Yosuke’s lips as he squeezed Yu lightly.
They kissed again, and this time, a paw tiny reached up to playfully swat at their cheeks to redemand attention.
Perhaps their life together wasn’t technically perfect, Yosuke thought, but it was more than enough for him.

Angolmois 8 - 10 | BnHA 59 - 60 | Cells at Work! 9 - 10 | Planet With 9 - 10 | Phantom in the Twilight 9 - 10
Angolmois 8
“Hey! Kuchii and the Toibarai are fighting!” – Geesh, this sounds like a schoolyard fight! And yet, it’s because we’re here that I’m just going to sit on the sidelines and yell, “Fight! Fight! Fight!” instead.
Even after the sparring match, Kuchii is still holding his bulrush, LOL.
Uh, dude? Even in 1274, breaking into a fishing house and suddenly molesting a woman (or whatever you call whatever he was doing to the woman) is not cool, y’know?
Teruhi hadn’t appeared for half an episode until now…which just shows how minor she really is in the scheme of things, sadly enough…
How is sulfur used as medicine…?
BnHA 59
“He can do things an orca can do even on land.” – At least there’s something to distinguish him from Asui. Asui’s frogginess makes her best in the water, after all.
I love how Mera emphasised “I can sleep soon!” as being his top priority.
“A hot wind prison of flame and wind…” – That sounds kind of redundant, y’know?
Cells at Work! 9
“You’re not cut out to be a T Cell.”
Hmm…this really says something about the Japanese education system, don’tcha think?
The deception of the cell panels reminds me of Who’s That Pokémon? segments…like the top of a Jigglypuff or something. By the way, a pickling stone is a tsukemono ishi.
Planet With 9
I wonder, why do Benika and Yosuke have each other on first name basis? Is it kind of like “I’m not calling you ‘Hitsujitani’ because that’s what I know your brother as”? Or is it actually because they are close?
It’s a sheep! But it’s also a huge cotton ball! But-oh whatever. I can’t make up my mind on this, can I?
*the sealing begins*…then of course they have to show the Statue of Liberty, the sphinx etc. to show the breadth of the world and the sealing device…*sigh* Visual shorthand…
Oh, I just realised it went from giga -> tera. Hahaha, it increased in size so it...oh. Sorry. Dumb joke.
Phantom 9
“What a pain in rear!” (sic) – For some reason, I find that typo so funny, I’m leaving it as it is!
For some reason, Haysin using an iPad to communicate with his behind-the-scenes boy is kinda novel. And funny.
Choose a 3rd option – jump out the window, even when you’re still on the mend. What a glorious show…*smirking, but trying to hide it*
I just realised Ton’s red hair is the same as Luke’s red stripe. Not that Luke’s gotten more than just the stripe, though…
They’re only dealing with Magic Mirror at this point in the story??? Wuh???
Seriously, what is Wayne, if he’s not a ghost?
Where’d Shinyao’s glasses go???
The one thing more blasphemous than having reincarnation thrown into the mix when it’s already really messy with supernatural beasties and tech (not that I minded either) is…that Chris made Shinyao cry!!! Boi, you gotta pay for that!
Angolmois 9
I think I’ve gotten used to the filter over time…LOL.
Seriously, is Kuchii also good at shooting arrows??? Wuh???
Hehehe…Nagamine’s so hot. I’ve completely fallen for him after watching for a while, although the only real reason for it is his looks. He hasn’t done too much in the show, even though he seems entirely capable (dangit, Jinzaburou).
Still shots are a curse upon action shows, but unfortunately…here we go again…
I still don’t remember any generals’ names aside from Uriyan Edei, the rotund one…that’s a bit of a problem, isn’t it?
Have you noticed their objective always tends to be “land, treasure and women”, often in that order? History’s an annoying thing from a feminist perspective, eh?
This horseriding scene reminds me of the reveal of the Dosanko Shiraishi rode…the one in Golden Kamuy, that is. Not Angolmois’s Shiraishi, haha.
I only just realised Shiraishi said “head on a stick” because he’s holding a naginata, LOL. But it’s one of those naginatas made for men…
BnHA 60
There isn’t much suspense around Deku getting his licence, but Bakugo was actually a bit of a nebulous one. It’s a shame Mineta passed though…
What sort of Quirk would Yusa Kaito have, though???
I find it interesting that the word used for “you” in the ep title is the rough “temee”, as opposed to another alternative.
Why does this hero exam remind me so much of driving exams??? “Responsibility towards society” and all that…
“…proof that I’ve matured and it makes me so happy.” – That’s why I’m saying it reminds me of a driving test! Graah!
Tartarus.
Iida and his huge snot bubble, LOL.
For some reason, Deku’s shirt says shi-tsu (sheets) rather than shatsu (shirt). During a tense confontation, no less…
To have the status quo of your world changed so suddenly…and then have to hide the ripples it makes, and then have to hide the origin of it, is hard. That’s part of One Wish They Never Wanted, and I’m seeing it here, loud and clear. Of course, that story’s a lot happier than this one (BnHA), so the fates of those involved won’t be the same in the end…
Cells at Work! 10
Wow, we’re so close to the end…
All those shots of the heart come from the circulation episode…geez, talk about recycling…
Platelets! 10/10!
When that guy in the hazmat suit showed up, I imagined Spanish guitars. Like Tuxedo Mask in the 90s Sailor Moon…
So many platelets! 100/10!
Even more platelets! 1000/10!
If the monocyte doesn’t finish this huge Staphylococcus Aureus off…then this show wouldn’t be Cells at Work, y’know? As much as I’d like the show to surprise me, it’s better to know the cells are working as they should be rather than having something abnormal for the sake of surprise (even though I’d prefer the latter on most occasions).
Recycling at its best…or maybe worst? Hard to tell with this show.
Planet With 10
This horn(?) track – the one as Souya and co give final stares to the Excellency and Shiraishi - sounds really nice.
I just noticed Ginko and Shiraishi are very formal when they quote Sensei and the Excellency’s words. Makes sense considering their titles…
Did you notice it looks as if the spaceships are crying?
Oh my gosh…I guess I knew it had to happen..but there goes anyone who shipped Shiraishi with Souya.
Azurabarakura seems to be the word for “dragon” in one of their languages…
Phantom 10
Was that door even slammed in Luke’s face??? It was so poorly animated…
Stop talking about saving Shinyao and just save her already!!!
As much as I get these guys care for Ton, this possessiveness seems a lil’ yandere-ish. It’s mixed signals from a feminist perspective. Also, they did all this stuff a few episodes ago, we don’t need it again.
Why is Shinyao in a black dress anyway? Probably because of Sailor Moon’s Black Lady, right?
So, as Karandi guessed, it’s Shinyao vs. Ton…
Vlad sleeping while waiting for the kettle…for some reason, that’s real amusing to see. Probably because it’s a still.
Even though there are clearly lip flaps at times, they didn’t even put voices on a few scenes…That’s disappointing, show. Real disappointing.
Seriously? Shouldn’t someone call the cops for vandalism?
Lord of Gluttony? Is that Wayne’s alter ego? Why does the Lord act so much like Black from Kekkai Sensen anyway…?
“I’m the genius engineer…” But seriously, his name really is Backup??? Wuh???
Oh my gosh, chibi Wayne’s actions are so adorbs!
The next episode’s name roughly means “The Final Battle is in the Dark”. It’s not a complete sentence, so I can see why the subbers chose what they did, but still…
Angolmois 10
Oh dear, this ain’t gonna end well for Shiraishi…
I wonder if the Princess has a spiritual role on the island as well as her ceremonial one…?
My gosh, Teruhi does a better scary face than Chizuru (ReLIFE), I swear!
Was that dude Hokusai around during 1274…? Talking of waves reminded me of him.
I feel like Nagamine has his own agenda at this point in time…hmm, sketchy. Why do I always fall for the evil ones these days? (SPOILERS!) First zaShunina(Kado), then Chrom and Narek (DamexPri) and now Nagamine…(Spoilers over.)
Oh great. Is this MORE Mongols??? Find out…after the ED.
I just realised, but Kuchii has the scar on his chin from his fight with Shiraishi in the ED.
…Oh dear. I guessed it without even watching ahead. This show’s probably become too predictable. Oh well, I still have Nagamine to hang around for.
