Crying alone in a room so no body sees you is not ‘asking for attention’ and even if your brain tells you that you are stupid for crying, it’s completely fine to vulnerable from time to time

And that feeling you have in your heart, begging for someone to be their and talk to you while you’re crying, it’s not because you want attention, it’s you wanting someone to just be there and hold you. You don’t want their sympathy, you want them to listen to you. Maybe not even give you advice but just listen to you

And if you find someone else crying, make sure you hold them (if they are comfortable with it) and listen to them

And if you judge someone for crying over *anything* you are the shallowest person ever
