A long forgotten short comic I did for pre-totk/post-botw domestic zelink

I love Zel’s hair symbolism especially after altering her status as a “princess”and becoming a Hateno grade school teacher. She’d most likely still maintain some insecurities but that’s what our lovely knight was made for <3

Semi-connected to my previous Signing Link headcanon, Link speaks here for the first time post-Calamity and gets super self-conscious. But of course Zelda doesn’t mind and is happy that Link growing more comfortable after the events of breath of the wild

Ok so zora aging is super frickin weird in Zelda and I don’t like seeing adult mipha with baby link cuz it doesn’t make sense to me. I mean, mipha looks like she’s a 13 year old girl, not an adult. She’s probably matured to be an adult but it drives me nuts how people say how she’s a groomer or a creep or something so stupid. But regardless, it’s too much effort for my brain to think about and I decided that they really were childhood friends. And someone pointed out how zora children could age normally, then hit a growth spurt when they’re mature and their aging will slow down. Perhaps mipha was late? Or she was still relatively young. Regardless, the proof we have of this is with Ruto, with her being the same age as Link and aging the same. Idc if zora aging will change over time it’s the best solution to this problem I have. Anyways I really wanted to draw Mipha and Link as young kids since that makes the most sense to me. The end
