No offence but some younger queer people heard "nonbinary is not a third gender" and interpreted that as "no nonbinary person identifies as a third gender".

And some people heard "nonbinary people are outside of the gender binary" and interpreted that as "no nonbinary person identifies as a binary gender. no nonbinary identifies as both 100% a man AND 100% a woman because that's not outside of the binary". (????)

And some younger nonbinary people seem to have internalised "well I'm nonbinary and I don't feel that way so you're wrong", even though the entire point of being nonbinary is that there's literally infinite ways to experience gender.

What I'm trying to say is, there's an identity entirely built around not fitting into narrow boxes, and yet a hefty chunk of our own community seems hellbent on forcing us into boxes anyway.

under my current understanding of the terms someone assigned male couldn't call themselves a trans man, and someone assigned female at birth couldn't call themselves a trans woman.

An example would be a mulitgender person who was assigned male at birth maybe a man and woman, but they wouldn't be able to call themselves a trans man despite being trans and a man

I think we should open the terms, trans man and trans woman

ok, so I have almost finished plotting the book. Just a few chapters left. Just stuck on a small part. But so far it is fast passed, with a little blood, and some steamy bits. It's shaping up pretty well.

Psychic Teenage Bloodbath by Carl John Lee

Ok so I finished this book a day or two ago and I really liked it. It reads like a paranormal slasher. Also, the main characters, and being lesbians was nice too. I kinda had the impression the author doesn't know a lot about how lesbians have sex, but it doesn't matter too much. Both romances in the book are sweet. The book starts small and scales up in a way that feels organic to the story. But the gore is very over the top in some places, which can be comedic. Also I love a booka where some one banana get cut🍌✂️

But one last note it is an extreme horror or splatterpunk, so it has all the hallmarks of those kinds of books. So the uninitiated should do some research first.
