Jade himself is also shy in certain aspects of his life. You know he has this thing about being watched and/or studied. He has told you about that one interaction with Rook, which made you cringe. The thought of that happening to you? It made your skin crawl.

However, Jade is quick to figure out that you're just a shy individual. You know for a fact, that this perks his interest.

Since you are his darling lover, he will of course kiss you, hold you, cuddle you, etc.. Though, due to your shyness your affections are expressed in private... or with a very tiny peck on the cheek (sometimes in public).

With this in mind, Jade will begin to test the waters... to see your reactions.

Kiss in Public

You were with Ace and Deuce, talking to each other in the courtyard. Grim was of course with you three, this time he was on Ace's shoulder.

The three of you were talking about heading to the Ramshackle Dorm to work on a project that Trein assigned to you all. All of you, were dreading it.

Jade creeps up on your group, of course surprising you all.

"You scared us! You really are a slimy eel!" Grim shouts.

"Is my guard truly that down? God I suck..." Deuce remarks quietly.

"Damn, I guess you really can't shake those twins, right (y/n)?" Ace tries to get your take.

They all know that Jade is your boyfriend, but you know that your dear lover takes all of these jabs lightly.

When you open your mouth to speak, Jade quickly interrupts to speak in your stead.

"Oh, you three truly wounded me. Why, can't I just say 'hello' to my Darling (y/n)'s associates? I truly do adore everything they do... but if you wish for me to make my exit, I shall. If you need help, you know who to phone." Jade almost gives a wicked smirk to the three of them.

He plants a kiss on your lips, caressing your face with his hand. It was soft, and genuine. Something that you would experience in private. When he pulls away, your face is extremely red. Before you can say anything, he wishes you well and takes his leave.

Deuce, Grim, and Ace probe you with questions as you stutter to answer.

Reaction After

You approach Jade during breakfast next day. Grim isn't with you, you wish to speak with him by yourself.

Jade is of course, eating with Floyd and Azul.

You muster up the courage to approach the three. Jade spots you, and he can't help but to give a mixed smile-smirk. Happy to see you! Though, intrigued to see what you will have to say.

"Good Morning, Dear. Came here to join us?" Jade's nicknames always catches you off guard.

Your face goes red as a cooked lobster. Floyd chuckled softly as Azul rolls his eyes.

You stumble on your words, the trio look at you with curiosity. You sadly can't bring yourself to say it.

You admit defeat! However, you decided to part with a gift.

You give Jade a daring kiss, it shocks him to his core. You can almost tune out Floyd's surprised laughter.

When you pull away, it hits you like a bus. They're staring at you!

You run off, without eating breakfast that day.

Jade is left flushed... but happy to see you get shy over your decision.

Tea Time

The three of you are no stranger for tea time. You usually bring your favorite blends of tea, Crowley and Crewel are always very curious to see what you enjoy.

When you bring the tea, Crewel brings the snacks and Crowley prepares the tea. When he prepares the tea, it has a very strong and robust flavor. He's not shy about having strong tea!

Crewel always comments about how strong it is, but the flavor itself is quite amazing.

Crewel always makes sure to give you your favorite treats and snacks, he will even try to playfully feed them to you.

He also feeds Crowley while peppering him with soft compliments too. When Crewel feeds Crowley, you take the opportunity to kiss his cheek and even try to playfully banter with him.

Cuddles and Snuggles

Usually, you're the smallest spoon. Crewel is the one hugging you, pulling you close. Crowley is the one holding all of you.

You sit in the middle of them on the couch, and occasionally giving kisses to one another.

It's rare to relax in your house clothes with your loves, but you three always try to find the time to... at LEAST twice a week. Which is hardly enough for the three of them.

Crewel will often doze off on your shoulder, then quickly deny he was sleeping when he's stirred away by Crowley's soft murmurs to you.

Their touches are soft and sweet, they never want to leave your side.

Nicknames

Crowley calls you "My Dearest", and he calls Crewel "My Jewel".

Crewel finds it funny how he calls you his Dearest... but Crowley just gives him a word play name.

Crowley and you usually share a laugh, and assure Crewel he's more priceless than any diamond.

Crewel calls you "Beau", and he calls Crowley "Beloved".

"Beau... isn't that a popular dog's name?" You say.

"Hm... it is, but as you know... it's short for beautiful." Crewel smiles.

Crowley is happy to even get a pleasant nickname.

You want to call them by nicknames, but you usually only call them those in private. They love your voice, they love it when you say "Divus" and "Dire".

ー Jade Leech :

Jade doesn't recall you "wronging" him, his brother, or their Housewarden. In fact, he's going through all of the interactions you've ever had with him... trying to think why you would join the waitstaff.

When you reveal that you just need money for school funds, he stares at you with a bit of shock. Hardly anyone comes to the lounge and asks for a job. Though... he doesn't mind the forwardness from you.

It's refreshing to receive a straightforward answer actually.

However, he gives you a smile and nods: "Money? I suppose we can form... a small contract. Nothing our Housewarden would give. Just an agreement form."

Basically; job interview, mild paperwork, then training.

Jade personally trains you, he takes you right under his wing and teaches you everything you need to know about waiting on people, making drinks, and even making bigger sales for the lounge.

Jade believes you're most talented at being a host. He enjoys your smile and the small talk you make with the customers. Even when you bring the guest their waters, Jade knows he trained you well.

When he's on the clock, you're usually the host. Seating people, getting waters... all of that. Jade will give you the occasional stare, trying to figure out how much of a panic or relaxed mode you're in.

When you're doing very well, he gives you a wink... signaling that a big tip from him is coming your way.

Working with Jade? It's smooth sailing for you.

ー Azul Ashengrotto :

When Jade first told Azul that he hired you for your claim of "money". He actually laughed at first, but then he quickly realized that Jade wasn't laughing... so this is serious.

Azul is intrigued by you being so forward with this, he admires it actually! On your second day on the job, he pays you a personal visit.

He takes you to one of the farther tables in the lounge and has a quick chat with you.

"For the money? Truly? (y/n) you never cease to amaze me. I would love to learn more about what goes on in that other worldly head of yours..." Azul almost has a wicked grin.

He assures you, that this 'contract' is just a normal work contract, however if you do not give in your two weeks before you quit? It won't end pretty.

Azul comes by the lounge to check up on you a lot, making sure your work is up to his standards... and of course it is! You're being personally trained by Jade. His expectations are always met through you.

He enjoys your hard work, he's even generous enough to give you a raise on your paycheck. Which was surprising for even Jade.

Azul believes you work best as one of the baristas'/bartenders.

When he comes in, he always enjoys a cup of your coffee. Jade's coffee is always his #1 pick, but he also enjoys the flavor of your's.

Every time you make him a drink, he always leaves you a tip. Which you're quick to learn... he doesn't do that too often.

ー Floyd Leech :

Floyd wasn't present during your week of training, Jade said he was busy with his own affairs... that's why Jade was the sole person training you (blessing in disguise... more likely than you think!)

When he saw you waiting on a table, he went right to Jade and asked what you were doing here. Jade was happy to tell him that they got another worker!

Floyd is excited to hear that, and it's also you! Floyd always loves teasing you between classes, or even enjoying the small malicious chats with you.

He chats you up a lot on the job, constantly talking to you about how the job can suck, be great, or violent.

Floyd's stories about throwing out rude guests always makes you laugh hard. It doesn't matter if you have a table, you always enjoy a good laugh from him.

Overtime, Floyd shows up to work more when he's schedule to work with you. He know he can lean on you a lot when you're on the clock with him!

He believes you excel most as a waiter. Maybe it's because he slacks off, or he just enjoys the company with you.

Floyd loves how he can gossip about the customers with you. For once, he's not playing too many 'pranks' or teasing you as much.

You just pray he doesn't get bored of you, he might actually pull something... horrible during work.

i decided to make this content romantic, hope it’s okay with you!

You can’t remember what you two were arguing about. However, you remember it getting super ugly quickly. Undertaker is not one to scream first, but he ended up screaming. You screamed back at him, it felt so unlike you two. Undertaker or you never raise your voice at one another no matter what. You couldn’t handle it anymore, so you just had to remove yourself from the situation. You’re the one to walk away fist. He tries to get you back but you tell him to back off. You can’t think, and your voice hurts. You’re tired, all you want to do it sleep.

It takes days for you to talk things out. At first, you didn’t want to speak to him. You need space, and Undertaker doesn’t really get that concept of personal space. He tries to talk but you refuse. You need more time to yourself, you don’t want to get into another screaming match. Over these days, it starts to impact your sleep. You dream about you and Undertaker never speaking. You pass by one another without a second thought, you don’t want that.

You decide to talk about it over tea. He makes you tea and let’s you speak first. You drink from your cup and sigh after. You get to speak about how it impacts your dreams, how you’ve been feeling, and how you’ve observed him over these days. He nods as he listens, Undertaker is not a fan of the last screaming match.

Once you’re done, he speaks about his emotions. It’s hard for him to describe, so he does a lot of hand gesture coming from his chest.

“It’s feels like something it being ripped from it. Perhaps exploding, I don’t know how to say it. I feel something, and it’s not good. I feel hurt when I see you like this, and I know my screaming didn’t do much good.” He says.

When the two of you talk more, you get closer and closer. You start to cuddle more. He runs his fingers through your hair as you softly cry into his shoulder. You’re scared of you two never speaking again. You feel bad for wanting space but he assures you that it’s not. 

“I shouldn’t have pressed you like that, Dear.” Undertaker says.

He kisses your head as his other hand tangles into your’s. He feels so cold, but his hands quickly begin to warm up. You can tell he’s getting kind of nervous. 

Though that’s okay, you two continue to talk things over. By then end of it, you still need to talk more. But this time? He gives you a kiss and gives you space.

To give background on you, you’re the oldest Phantomhive child. However, you didn’t want the title of Master of the Phantomhive household due to other matters. Vincent and Rachel (your parents) allowed it, they want you to be happy.

You took up demon hunting because you feared of something happening to your siblings. You were actually told by an oracle that they see a demon in your sibling’s future. You feared for the worst, so you took up demon hunting as your job.

It took a bit to find a hunter, but once you did... you bid your family goodbye and promised them to come back. You didn’t tell them that you were becoming a demon hunter. You just told them that you’re going to work for the church for a bit, so it’ll be long.

Your siblings and parents miss you dearly. However, you only came back into Ciel’s life due to the lost of your parents. You came back when Finny, Mey-Rin, Bard, and Snake were hired. A lot has happened since the last time you came back home.

When you came home, you automatically knew that Sebastian is a demon. The way he spoke, did his chores, and how he became Ciel’s butler. The whole ‘story’ that Ciel gave you? You didn’t believe it one bit.

At night, you did your best to corner Sebastian, but instead he trapped you. You tried to hold a knife to his throat, but you know better than anyone that could not cause him real harm.

“How cute, you think a measly little human weapon can harm me?” He says with a smirk.

You try to swing a punch at him, but he easily catches it. You’re set on trying to eradicate this demon. You’ve trained for years, you can’t let this down.

The two of you fight for a bit, but Sebastian tries not to harm you or kill you. You’re shocked, you ask him why he’s not trying to hit back. You have bloodlust in your eyes, why is he dodging everything?

“Simple, my Master has ordered me to give you the best treatment possible. You’re one of the last Phantomhives left, you cannot die as well.”

You stop in your tracks, he’s obeying him? A contract must be in store, so he didn’t weasel his way in. You scoff and roll your eyes. 

“When he completes his contract, I will make sure you will not take his soul.” 

“Only then, I will try to fight you. Honorable (y/n).”

The two of you part on neutral terms that night.

Othello doesn’t spend too much on lunch. He would rather be doing work, or just ‘slack off’. When you see him eat lunch, he looks very disinterested in it. Othello takes small quick bites, he looks like he wants it to end.

Othello takes lunch time more as a break, he likes to sit down and just rest. He doesn’t want to think of his work doing this time, he just wants to think of other things. He talks to the other reapers but he tries not to speak about work.

One thing you do know about Othello is that he really enjoys aromatic foods. You want to make Othello food that he will enjoy smelling more than eating. 

During the process, you experimented a lot with herbs and spices. You don’t want Othello to burn his mouth with spices. You don’t know if he can handle spice that well, but you want it to make it a little spicy. So a lot of it became trial and error.

After trying to perfect a perfect lunch for Othello, you made him a Japanese inspired bone broth soup. The soup has sesame oil, Chinese peppercorn, chives, ginger... since the soup is light, you wanted to add some protein in it. You didn’t want to put meat in it, so you put some mushrooms in it!

For dessert, you made Othello a fluffy lemon pudding. It’s in a shape of a square, and meant to be kind of eaten like a cake. Of course, the pudding smells like lemon but you also decide to put some orange and lime zest in it. You wanted to enhance the flavor of it.

You caught Othello walking to the break-room, muttering to himself about what he should do for lunch. Your lucky day, he didn’t pack anything! You ran up next to him to catch his attention. 

Othello looks at you with mild tired eyes, but intrigue. He’s always glad to see you! When he looks at what you have in your hands, he scratches the back of his neck with a small smile. A chuckle escapes his lips as he continues to chuckle more.

“You made lunch for me? I’m kind of shocked, but very flattered.” Othello smiles as he carefully takes the lunch from you, “You have lunch too, right?”

You nod and have lunch with Othello. Othello and you talk about some events that will be happening soon, and he’s curious about your job. 

For a thank you, he leaves you a small thank you not for you on your desk. Later on at work, you somehow get to leave early with Othello. He asked Grelle to pull some strings for him. 

Othello takes you out for dinner! You did not expect this, but Othello says it’s the right thing to do.

Undertaker is kind of a wild card on lunch too. Have you really seen him eat a meal before? He’s always snacking but eating? Well, this is going to be kind of hard.

When you see him eat, it’s always biscuits, cookies, or some sort of cracker. You’ve seen him eat flatbreads before, but that’s only on ‘special occasions’ (according to his words).

On other occasions, you’ve seen him eat condiments by itself or on bread. You don’t know how he’s getting proper nutrition from it.

Knowing this, you don’t to make him step out of his comfort box too much. Besides, you don’t know too much about what he even likes. Bread and condiments, what to do?

You are determined to make something for him. However, you don’t know what you can make. So, you decide on something that seems quick and easy, but ends up taking a lot of your time the night before hand.

You made Undertaker 12 different types of mini sandwiches. You don’t want to disappoint him (or yourself), so you made a bunch mini sandwiches. French, German, Russian? You took inspiration everywhere. You made sure to put your heart and soul into these things.

For dessert? Somehow, this was less stress for you. You’ve seen him eat jam, marmite, and Vegemite. You went with something ‘simple’. You made him cake with a sweet strawberry jam instead of frosting. 

You’re starting to feel the strain on your back from carrying the entire reaper office with your food.

Undertaker was coming back from the field. You spot him but were taken back, he looks a bit disgruntled but you decided that it’s better to give him his food now than never. You walk up to him with a gentle smile.

He turns to you as he pushes his glasses up, he looks down at your hands. He doesn’t really say much, then it clicks. He nods a little and smiles. Undertaker lets out a small chuckle and pats your head.

“You made this all for me? I’m quite shocked, but thank you, (y/n).” 

He takes the food and pats your head one more time. You eat lunch without him, which makes you a little sad but... he still took it!

The next day, when you’re going to go to the break room, the Undertaker stops you. He gives you a small bag filled with cookies he made for you. He excuses himself then leaves.

Inside you find a thank you note that you still hold onto to this day.
