So I just realized my story "Flowers Blooming in Your Lungs" got reported in wattpad and been removed. Why, I have no idea. It doesn't even have smut in it. I still have the story on ao3, so I'm more bummed about the drafts I had in it and the fact it was one of my first story into this fandom. Also, it was one of my plottier one....... Like, there's actually considerable effort going on in the world building thing. And plot. I like this story. I probably would care less if it was the drabbles. Most of them are also on ao3, but I would be bummed about the unfinished drafts in it. There was a lot.......

Also, I've been told apparently hater(s) been going around reporting things? This right?

It is completely valid and reasonable to be someone who does not, as a rule, trust therapists, social workers, psychiatrists or other psychiatric staff. Psychiatric abuse is not an abnormality and even if it weren't it's not irrational behavior to feel any level of apprehension about discussing personal and private information with an individual who often (if not always) has enough social leverage over their patients to subject them to socially-sanctioned violence on a personal and instituonal level for whatever reason they see fit. We should be advising people on safe engagement with psychiatric entities instead of erasing the experiences of multitudes of people with statements like "therapists only want to help you" and insisting psychiatric treatment is not an option when non-consensual "treatment" is assumedly where the most psychiatric abuse occurs.

The Tumblr "mental health" community really needs to digest this instead of ignoring or dismissing survivors of psychiatric abuse and criticism of psychiatry as a social institution within a profit-driven society. Being "pro-recovery" should entail supporting trauma survivors who have immensely suffered at the hands psychiatry's flaws and acknowledging that for many people engagement with psychiatry is not an option for more reasons than just financial ones.

Please write stories that are problematic. 

Stories need conflict.

Write them to show what’s healthy. Write them to show what’s unhealthy.

Write them because problematic behaviors exists, and writing is a medium to explore and show– to teach and make the reader think. Shying away from these topics only creates ignorance. 

I see so many people telling writers to avoid anything that could be problematic, like writing about it is supporting it. They fail to see the importance of writing with depth and meaning. 

Writing has always been about conveying thoughts and ideas without fear of censorship. Being able to present problematic situations in a healthy way is important.
