These delicious fluffy spongy little pastries will give you all those fancy flavours in only big bitE ๐Ÿ˜‹ For this recipE , We havE : dough ingredients : Half a cup of milk powdeR 1 cup of warm wateR 1 tablespoonful of dried yeasT 1 tablespoonful of sugaR 2 and a half cup of flouR A pinch of salT _In a large bowl , add warm water + milk powder + dried yeast +sugar , mix togather and let it set for 5 minutes until reacT . After thaT , add flour amount and a pinch of salt , and mix until you get smooth moist consistencY ๐Ÿค— Let the dough rest for about 1 hour until doublE . After thaT , cut into small pieces and let to rest for 15 minutes before rollinG .
