Genshin Fluff HCs!!

Hey everyone... Sorry for disappearing after dropping a single piece of fanfiction (I will do it again.) but I’m back with this piece I guess... It’s been in my drafts for months, so I suppose I should at least finish it up and post it. I wrote for different characters during different periods of time, so you may notice there may be a lot of differences in my work, but I hope this would be alright with everyone...!!

Characters: Ayaka, Yoimiya, Xiao, Albedo, Kazuha, Yelan, Heizou, Venti, Gorou, Aether, Shenhe, Zhongli, Ei, Keqing, Ganyu, Thoma, Diluc, Childe, Noelle

Side note: A lot of these ideas were taken from other headcanons!! I’m running extremely low on inspiration and I apologise if these headcanons aren’t exactly original.

Ayaka

Ayaka takes an interest in cooking, especially when she’s cooking for you! She knows she’s not the best cook out there, but she tries her hardest for you! She likes making your meals despite her packed schedule. Well, you are her one and only after all, of course she would take the time to make meals for her beloved… <3 She also enjoys cooking with you, she loves your dishes, and she appreciates the time you spend together with her! She loves it when you compliment her cooking, it really makes her day! She’d think of the huge smile you gave her after she passed you a lunchbox with the lunch she prepared for you, and she’d melt on the spot. She loves you so much!!

“Here, Y/N, I’ve prepared your favourite dishes! I know I’m not the best cook, but I’m so happy to see that you really enjoy the food I cook for you. It means so much to me.”

Yoimiya

Yoimiya is often very busy creating her huge fireworks but that never stops her from showing you how much she loves you! She loves giving you kisses, pecks on the cheek, lips, anywhere, you name it! She loves your scent and she absolutely cannot help but to shower you with her love and affection. You ask her how much she loves you, and she proceeds to give you kisses all over your face, and then grabs your hands and kisses them gently. When she’s finally done, she looks up at you and stares at you lovingly as she breaks into the sweetest smile ever. That’s how much she loves you!

“Do I love you more than fireworks? Yes, love! Of course I do! Y/N shines brighter than any firework in the world!”

Xiao

Xiao does not open up to many people. People in general. Everyone but you!! You’re his dearest beloved, he’d do anything for you. He is not very familiar with human customs and emotions, but he’s trying his best, all for you! He trusts you with his entire heart. <3 He always tries to make time for you, despite his heavy responsibilities he has to handle on a daily basis. Sometimes, he would take you to a quiet place at Mt Aocang, away from the bustling Liyue city. You both would stay up and listen to the sounds of nature as you chat to him about your day. Often, you would start dozing off after a few hours, and you would snuggle closer to Xiao as you start to fall asleep. When you do fall asleep eventually, he would gently place your head on his lap as he mumbles about how amazing you are and how much you mean to him! <3

“I don’t get this feeling. The feeling whereby I want to stick with you no matter what. It confuses me. What makes you so different from the others? I don’t know either. I only know that you’re a special person. So please, don’t leave me anytime soon, Y/N. Sleep well. I will be here with you until you wake up.”

Albedo

Albedo often locks himself in as he works on his experiments. He never lets anyone in other than Sucrose, Timaeus and well- you! He loves your presence! Just the mere sight of you makes him super overjoyed!! He doesn’t really understand how you make him feel so fluffy and warm nor could he understand what makes you so different from others. He just knew that you were special and that he wants to stay with you forever!! He tries his best to make time for you occasionally, but he’s often busy, so you accompany him as he does his work. You would stay up with him sometimes, observing his work and chatting with him when he takes breaks. However, you do end up dozing off after a while. Albedo occasionally glances at you to make sure you are comfortable, but after a while, he worries that your neck might be sore the next day, so he takes you off his shoulders, rests a pillow on his lap and lays your head on it. He smiles as you make gentle snores. No matter what you were doing, you always looked so adorable to him. You are his favourite masterpiece to look at! <3

“Thank you for being there for me. I know my work isn’t very interesting to normal people, but I’m happy you seem to take an interest in it. I love your presence Y/N, you’re always welcome to come and visit me.”

Kazuha

As Kazuha is a travelling wanderer, it is not often you get to see each other. However, your distance from him does not stop him from showing you how much he loves you!! Everytime he has reached another region, he would write a love letter containing all his affection towards you and how much he has missed you! He mentions how beautiful the places he has been to and wishes you could come with him next time. He also leaves very elegant pictures of scenery just for you to see! Sometimes he writes an extra love poem too, only the best for his dearest! He mentions that he listens to your beautiful voice in the winds everyday, and hopes to finally see you again! He would sometimes leave a pretty leaf or flower in the envelope, hoping that it wouldn’t wither by the time it reaches you <3

“I cannot wait to feel your embrace again, love. The winds tell me that we will run into each other soon. I miss your touch, Y/N. I hope to see you again soon.”

Yelan

Yelan loves you dearly! She doesn’t show her love through words, she prefers to show it through actions! She loves gently brushing your hair with her slender fingers, she finds it so incredibly soft and fluffy!! Her fingers slowly brush down to your face, lightly caressing your chin or sometimes softly kissing your hand. It feels almost as if she’s afraid you will shatter into pieces if she’s being too rough. It’s like she’s scared. Scared that you’ll run away from her. Scared that she’ll never see you again. She loves you so much. She never wants to lose you, she wants to be in your embrace forever! <3

“How have you been? Good? That’s great to know. I love you so much Y/N. I don’t say it much, but you’re my one and only.”

Heizou

Heizou loves hanging out with you! Doesn’t matter whether he is busy or free throughout the day, he makes sure he visits your house somehow! Even if there would be a war going outside your house, he’d find a way to get in anyway. So you don’t stop him, since it’d be too much of a bother to. There was one room he never bothered to enter though- your room, since you were rather… embarrassed about the plushies in your room. You felt as if you’d get made fun of, knowing Heizou’s playful nature, so you never let him in. Until you finally gave into his constant pestering. Heizou however, didn’t make fun of you. He simply smiled warmly. He then tells you that he thinks your collection of plushies is adorable and that there wasn’t anything you should’ve been embarrassed about! You then proceed to introduce the plushies name by name. He then pouts, saying that your collection was too huge for him to remember how to address everyone of them correctly. <3

“H-Hey! What’s with all those names, Y/N?! There’s way too many for me to remember! Don’t tell me they have genders too- What? They do? You’re insane! How much dedication do you have for these plushies anyway? Aw shucks, now I’m getting jealous! You’re not as dedicated in our relationship as you are with those plushies!”

Venti

Venti swings you round and round, music playing from the radio in the background. He laughs softly as you return the favour, twirling him around. You were both giggling and talking. At that moment, your arms are good for nothing but holding each other close. Venti dips you and you laugh. You both smile, content.

“Hehe, how’d you like that? I hope you enjoyed it, we can always dance together like this if you need some time to relax. Huh? Me? Busy? Ha, Y/N, if it’s you, I’m always free! Don’t worry about being a disturbance, you’re never one to me. In fact, this humble bard is very much in love with you!”

Gorou

Gorou loves being with you! He loves how you take him to picnic dates occasionally and how delicious the cakes you made for him are! You both would be chatting and laughing as you ate together. The cream of the cakes would get all over your cheeks and mouth and you would both giggle as Gorou’s hand reaches out to your cheek. Once his hands are on both sides of your cheeks, he doesn’t let go for a while, rubbing his thumbs on your cheeks, admiring your adorable face, somehow forgetting that the cream is still on your cheeks, spreading it even more. Once he finally notices what he was doing, he laughs sheepishly, apologising.

“Ah! Sorry Y/N! I just couldn’t help it! Your smile… melts my heart.”

Aether

Aether doesn’t show it often, but he loves you so much!! He would do absolutely anything in his powers to protect that beautiful smile of yours!! <33 There will be times where you travel with him and feel terrified of certain things- but don’t worry! He will keep you safe no matter what! When he sees that you’re stressed, he will take your hand in his and intertwine his fingers between yours. Of course, he knows that it doesn’t fully help you, but he wants you to know that he’s there to reassure you and help distract you from the stress. You would give him a glance and he would smile warmly at you, nodding his head. <3

“It’s alright Y/N, I’ll be by your side no matter what.”

Shenhe

Shenhe loves being with you! She doesn’t really understand what makes you different from everyone else, but she feels the most comfortable around you. To her, you deserve the whole world!! She only reveals a childlike side of herself to you!! That’s how special you are to her!! <33 Shenhe loves the small dates you have with her, especially the dates to mountain tops, away from the busy Liyue Harbour. You both would be sitting beside each other in the middle of an empty field. It was silent there. Peaceful. The gentle breeze would blow, and the grass would sway along. You would look at Shenhe and smile. The peace however, didn’t last for long when you suddenly thought of a cheeky idea. You playfully tackle Shenhe onto the ground, pinning her wrists to her sides. She lets out a surprised laugh as she hits the ground softly. She looks up at you while you smile down at her triumphantly. You giggle, thinking that you’ve won your little game when Shenhe flips you over, pinning you down on the ground, the same way you did to her. She gives you a small smile and leans close to you.

“I win this time, Y/N.”

Zhongli

Zhongli can’t help but to smile softly whenever he sees you. He loves the moments he has with you and believes that only he shares such special moments with you. He likes it whenever you tell him about your adventures. He loves your voice, your smile, your messy hair after a busy day doing commissions, your eyes and even your expressions. He admires every little detail about you. He would cup his hands around your cheeks and admire your features as he softly reminds you how much you mean to him. To him, you’re his everything, his first thought in the morning, and his last before he falls asleep. He loves you so so much!! Much more than words can even begin to describe!! <3

“There’s many things I have to say to you to share my everlasting love for you, Y/N. However, you seem fatigued from today. To sum it up, simply, I love you. Let’s head back now, so that you can have a proper rest.”

Ei enjoys her time with you the most. <3 She doesn’t really get what makes you so charming, or why she is so attracted to you, but she only knows that she might be experiencing an emotion known as ‘love’. She feels that she’s most comfortable and at ease with you. You are the only person, other than Yae Miko, that could actually convince her to go out and give Inazuma City a visit every now and then. Although she would prefer staying in with you, there are a few occasions where she would be the one who invites you out, which is very surprising. One of her favourite things to do with you is to watch the sunset as both of you enjoy each others’ presence and eat your favourite snacks together. You two would prepare the snacks by the unoccupied grassy field at the city outskirts while awaiting the sky to turn into a bright orange. You could feel the cool air mix with the warmth of the setting sun, but after a day of strenuous activities, your body and mind signals that you desperately need rest. Ei glances at you and notices your exhaustion. She moves closer to you, and you lean against her, letting your head rest on her shoulder. You notice that Ei’s face slowly turns into a light shade of pink… You chuckled as you began to relax. Ei glances at you again, and smiles warmly.

“I don’t know what it is, but I love being with you, Y/N. The sunset is as warm and beautiful as you are.”

Keqing

Keqing is a busy person! She tries to show her love by giving you gifts, having chats whenever she can and squeezing in some free time just for you. But sometimes, she feels guilty, as if she’s not putting enough effort into your relationship. You would reassure her despite her overthinking but she’d apologise in the end, and vow to do better, even though she’s already overdoing herself. You know that she loves you. You’d often see her running through the harbour with the need to look after so many issues, but it still doesn’t stop her from having a chat with you, despite her urgent workload. There were times where you would see her on break, and she’d look like she was deep in her own thoughts. You’d wonder what she was thinking of until she lets out a lovestruck sigh. Perhaps she was thinking about you. Or her Rex Lapis figurines. Either one. You laugh to yourself as you listen to her mumbling to herself. It was hilarious to you as to how she hasn’t noticed you looking at her silently.

“Ah. There goes another day. I miss Y/N. They mean so much to me. I can’t wait to see them again tonight. Oh, what am I saying, I still have work to do. This whole relationship thing has been dragging my focus all over. I’d say it’s worth it though. Y/N deserves the world. I’d do anything for them.”

Ganyu

Ganyu often comes to you whenever she takes a break from working. There would be occasions where both of you would meet up somewhere further out the harbour, and just enjoy each other’s company in silence. Ganyu loves these moments she shares with you. She sees them as special moments that only she shares with you, and no one else. She knows that both of you were lovers, but she can’t help falling in love with you again and again whenever she sees you. Before she realises, she reaches out to your hand, her fingers link together with yours, and then places your hand on her lap. She smiles warmly as she gently brushes her thumb along your fingers, glancing at you softly. You’ve seen such a lovestruck look on Ganyu on multiple occasions before, but it’s only ever been directed to you. You smile meekly when you notice, and proceed to take this as a sign of how much Ganyu really loves you and that you will always be her favourite person to be with.

“Your hands are so smooth, Y/N… I really admire you… and I love you…”

Thoma

Thoma never fails to smile when it’s you! The sight of you just makes his heart want to burst! He loves showering you with his affection and love. You’re feeling down? He’s giving you so many kisses, hugs and basically, all the love he can provide you to make you happier. He adores you so much and he wants you to feel better soon. He also offers whatever he can do to help you feel better. Want some food? Of course! Want some cuddles? Anytime! You’re feeling great? Thoma is so happy to hear that! He’s pecking your cheeks with countless kisses. He’ll tickle you and laugh along with you! He’ll make jokes and giggle with you! He’s so happy to hear that you’re feeling good!!

“How was your day, love? Awesome? That’s amazing! Come Y/N, cuddle with me here! You’ve done more than enough today! Rest with me now!”

Diluc

Diluc tries his best to make time for you! Still, his schedule is extremely packed. So, by the time you actually have time to spend with him at the end of the day, it’d be extremely late at night, and he’d be so, so tired. He tries to stay up to chat with you and listen to your chat about your day, but both of you doze off eventually. The next morning however, you’d wake up in his arms as he cuddles you. His hand would run through your hair, and slowly down to your cheek. You can literally feel raw affection radiating off him as he smiles sweetly and buries his head in your hair.

“Good morning, Y/N, my love. You look absolutely charming as per usual. How was your sleep? Great? That’s good. It seems like we dozed off in the middle of your sharing. Tell me, what is it that happened after you finished your commission?”

Childe

Childe loves hanging out with you! He starts to neglect his Fatui tasks just to spend time with you, which you disapprove of, but he remains stubborn. He says that he’d prefer to take over the world with you, as a duo, a couple, a powerful couple, and so on. You’d laugh at that thought. It felt ironic, since you’re the renowned Traveller, the one who’s supposed to ‘save’ Teyvat just over the search of their lost sibling, and there’s this goofball, who’s meant to be the villain, following you out of love. Childe would literally follow you everywhere. It starts to feel like Childe is the new Paimon, the new ‘emergency food’. You swore to cook him anyway once you run out of supplies. You’d tell him that you’d cook him ‘out of love’ and he’d laugh, terrified. Sometimes, it would rain while you were travelling. Knowing the silly man, who you love, he wouldn’t bring an umbrella along. He’d just throw his coat on you and you’d both run to the nearest shelter, which would most likely be a cave. You’d both laugh as you ran in the rain. (Childe thinks you look so adorable with your hair all wet. He loves it when it rains.)

“Y/N, the cave is pretty far, are you sure about this? Do you want me to carry you, bridal styl- Hey, what was that slap for? I was joking! But seriously, aren’t you tired?”

Noelle

Noelle admires you to an extreme extent. She deeply respects you and wishes to help take some of your burdens. Seeing how helpful you are to everyone else and running errands from day to night, but taking all the burden of finding your sibling to yourself alone makes her feel really guilty often. She is determined to help you in your adventures in search of your sibling and supporting you in your journey. She watches out for you, and notices things about you and supports you. You could’ve mentioned you had some trouble lifting up the heavy boxes of books to the Knights Of Favionous library, and the next time Lisa decides to ask you for assistance in carrying such boxes again, Noelle would offer to help you. You could’ve also fallen ill, but was being too stubborn to go for a medical checkup and insisted on doing your commissions, Noelle would gently urge you to head to the doctor’s while she does your commissions for you. You may have also mentioned a hobby you enjoyed doing while you were feeling sad, and the next time Noelle notices that you are sad, she offers to do that hobby together with you. Maybe you mentioned your favourite colour, and she brings pretty bouquets filled with many flowers of that colour. She thinks that she is inexperienced in being a good lover to you, and no matter how much you try to reassure her, she still tends to overthink and sometimes you’d see her in the library, reading books on the topic of love, and you would giggle. You know that Noelle loves you so much, she just expresses it in a very helpful way that she thinks is not enough for you, or maybe she just isn’t very sure on how to express such affectionate feelings.

“H-huh? Y/N? W-Why are you at the library? Do you need my help with anything? H-Huh? What I’m reading? Um, well, I don’t really know how to e-explain it but… No, I don’t think I can bring myself to tell you what exactly I’m reading… but I’m doing it for you is all I can share… I’m sorry that I can’t really explain myself b-but… I love you Y/N…”

Writer's notes: hey hey, I'm so sorry this took a while, I've been quite busy at school and I've been procrastinating, forgive me 😭😭 I know I meant to write for more female characters, but this one has more male characters since I had more ideas for them 💀💀- but do note that the school au might become a series and I might add more themes + write for more characters :P I also hope that everyone has been doing great and coping well out there! <3 I hope my fanfics could at least make your day better 😹😹

Ok, living in the same dorm as this guy?? How is it like to live one of my dream 😹😹

When you first met him, the first thing that came to your mind was emo. I mean. I would too.

You guys never really talk but when you start getting closer to him, you’ll find out that he’s such a softie, a tsundere in fact!

I would shit tears if I saw him come out of the bathroom with his hair wet…… that shit must’ve been so breath-taking (STOP THIS WAS ME BACK IN FEBRUARY I WAS SUCH A SIMP FOR XIAO 💯💯)

He cooks your meals sometimes

Generally a really cool person to share a dorm with, as long as you’re nice to him, he’ll eventually open up <3

Your roommate seemed to be a cold person. He was never seen hanging out around other people and he was mostly alone. When you found out you had to share dorms with him, you thought you would have a tough year. You were wrong. So wrong.

Xiao looked cold and aloof, but he’s honestly a really sweet guy once you get to know him. That one time when you woke up late for school, there was breakfast on the table made by Xiao. “You woke up late, again. My classes don’t start at this hour today so I thought I could make you a simple breakfast to have on the way.” He states, passing a sandwich wrapped neatly in a paper bag along with your favourite coffee. His hair was in a mess and his voice sounded different… It was like it was his morning voice… Wait. Did he just wake up? Was he worried that you overslept and made breakfast to save your ass? You were about to ask him when the door slammed on your face. You couldn’t help but to grin and laugh to yourself.

Xiao is also a really big tsundere. Like seriously. The other time you were out with another classmate and he saw you flirting with them and he obviously did not seem to be enjoying it. He was frowning and pouting throughout. When you got home though, that was when his true emotions started to show. He pulled you to the couch with him and started cuddling with you. “Xiao… are you… jealous?” you teased. He said nothing in return, face however, turning as red as a tomato.

“Y-you! Fine… whatever. Just stay like this for a while, Y/N. And… I love you."

Venti!

He’s definitely a class clown. Or he got popular because of his musical talent.

He’s the background music in your pair work. It’s not pair work anymore it’s just you on your own while he plays on his stupid little lyre.

“Oh? Contribute? To what? I’ve contributed enough by playing music! Now, focus, or we’re both failing! What? You won’t do it if I don’t join you? Fine, I'll do my part then!”

Going to 7-Eleven stores at 3 am at night is pretty normal with him. He either never sleeps, or sleeps like a pig.

He’s probably the worst roommate you could get. He scores full marks for entertainment but he’s basically useless when it comes to homework or helping around the dorm. He won’t help with the cooking or housework. >:( But he’s cute so you forgive him <3

Your roommate is an energetic person. He gets annoying every now and then, but he’s still a really nice person. He was well known in school for his musical talent and he often performs during special events. When you found out you were going to share a dorm with him, you had mixed feelings. It was great that you were sharing with someone like him, but he seemed to have no concern about cleanliness or hygiene, whatsoever.

Venti often goofs around and doesn’t think much about the consequences. You thought he was funny though, no doubt. He’d often crack a silly joke that would make you laugh so much your stomach hurt. He’s sometimes a responsibility and you often have to nag at him before he helps out or does his homework. “Venti! This assignment is graded! Stop fooling around and complete it!” “What assignment was that again? H-Hey! Why are you taking off your slipper and holding it up like that- Ow! Wait, have mercy!” He’d often play on his lyre when you were relaxing. (At least he’s thoughtful..) He never cooks or helps out in the dorm. You have to do all the work for him. His room was a mess, clothes would be scattered everywhere on the floor, even his precious lyre would be on the ground.

Venti is also a prankster. You should not be surprised to find tons of fake spiders hiding in his drawer collecting dust. (He’s waiting for the chance to prank you <3) You knew he could be rather poetic and romantic, but you never expected him to be that foolish.

The clock displayed large numbers. 2:24 am. Why was Venti not back yet? You knew he went for a huge party that Childe invited everyone to but you didn’t go for it since you weren’t feeling too well. Suddenly the door slammed open with Venti stumbling in. “Heyy~ I’m baaack….” You gasped. Venti did not look well. How did he even manage to find his way back? “Were you out betting with Kaeya, again? Venti, I told you multiple times not to drink so much just to prove you’re better! Look at the state of yourself!” You said, pulling him to his bedroom.

“Y/N…” He said as you helped him onto his bed. You handed him a glass of water and helped him drink. “Thaank you~ Ugh, Y/N! You look especially blurry tonighttt…” He slurs as he grabs on your cheeks, pulling you closer to him. Your breathing hitched as you felt his warm breath against your skin. “Venti… Please… lie down…” You said, flustered. “Hey… Y/N? I… I love you so muchhh… please cuddle with me tonight…” He slurs on his words, pulling you together with him to lie on his bed. You were facing his sleepy face, only centimetres apart. Wait. Did he just confess to you? You got up and threw a pillow at him. “You dumbass! Confess to me when you’re not drunk! Go to sleep!” You stumbled out of his bed and you were about to leave the room when you felt his hand grip onto your wrist.

“Y/N… Please… at least sleep with me tonight…”

Hu Tao!

She’s basically Venti, but better. I bet her room would be cleaner at least.

She’ll annoy you until you pay attention to her

Horror movies and horror games. She loves to see you getting frightened out of your guts as you grab onto her arm in fear.

Prankster. If you get scared easily, you’d be doomed.

She probably scores mostly D’s in class…

I like to headcanon that she’s actually pretty good at art. It’s just the art she produces is unique… and scary….

She would cook sometimes, and her cooking often looks suspicious and tastes odd, but you still consume it either way, because you’re such an amazing friend. (Spoilers, you'll be stuck in the toilet for the next couple of days)

She may goof around often but she’s always in your back on call and she’s really loyal.

Study sessions with her would turn into dumb conversations about your classmates and teachers.

A really fun roommate to have, she’s loyal to you and she’s really nice. Treat her well.

Your roommate is a prankster, she enjoys watching your reactions. You’re often on your toes, unknowing of what she’d do next. She can be really sweet though, and she’s really adorable. Nonetheless, she’s one of the popular girls in school. When you found out you were going to share a dorm with you, you had mixed feelings. You were excited for sure, but at the same time you had your doubts, knowing what she’s like.

Hu Tao has an interesting style and sense of humour that usually sends shivers down your spine, but you can tell she’s trying her best to fit in while being herself. She often reads her poems to you and they leave some sort of impression on you, because her poems have… some sort of dark meaning behind them.

She does help around the house a little, not much. She doesn’t cook though. The reason is… very special for her case. Don’t be surprised if she serves you a plate of suspicious looking spaghetti with meatballs decorated to look like eyeballs… (which she has only served once because you fainted at the sight of those ‘meatballs’) She also enjoys pranking you tons, especially by jumpscaring you. You could just wake up to use the washroom and a freaky mask of some sophisticated monster would greet you right after you open the door.

Interestingly enough, though you knew Hu Tao was talented, you never realised how amazing her art is. Though they’re often a display of darker shades like black or mahogany red, her pieces often turn out really pretty. “Hey Y/N, could you grab me a couple of paint brushes from the art room today and pass them to me? Huh, me? Stealing? Who says? Is there a rule that says that students cannot borrow art supplies from the art room for their own personal use?”

You know that Hu Tao would often drag you onto the couch with her to watch really gory horror movies, but you never realise what her true plan was behind all of that. It was about 1 am in the morning when both of you were both huddled together on the couch, eyes glued onto the television. “Tao… this is scaring me…” “Come on Y/N! Just a little longer! This is the part!” You squeezed your eyes shut as you covered your ears and huddled closer to her. You could hear the muffled sounds of the television and Hu Tao’s giggles. You felt her warm hands suddenly grab onto both your wrists and pull them apart from your ears.

“Relax, Y/N. Scoot over if you’re scared, I’m here, you’re not alone. Thank you for watching this movie with me even though you obviously don’t enjoy this genre of movies. I appreciate it and.. Well uh, I know this is an awkward time to say, but I really love you, Y/N.”

Your roommate is soft-hearted. He was good looking and well known in school. You admired him a lot. Many girls swoon over him and you felt as if you were out of his league and thus never tried communicating with him. When you found out that he was going to share dorms with you, obviously you were exhilarated. Your crush, sharing a dorm with you? You’d die for that opportunity!

Kazuha is a true gentleman. He cooks and helps around the house. He even studies with you and treats you nicely. He’s talented in Literature and you wouldn’t be surprised to hear his dulcet voice reading beautiful poems. He usually is the one that cooks your meals, and the dishes often had fish in it. You weren’t complaining though. You loved eating fish, and this was cooked by your crush after all. When studying with him, it always felt refreshing. His voice was calm and soothing, you always felt safe when you listened to him read out some of the notes. Bonus, you got to see his hair down. Which was something no one got to see, other than you. You loved that you got to see sides of Kazuha that nobody could. You felt special.

You know that Kazuha is a romantic person. You’d get jealous over the love letters and poems sent to him by a bunch of girls trying to catch his attention. He’d usually look through them in the living room, and you’d often roll your eyes over the stupid little poems those pink letters with tons of hearts contained. Kazuha was observant and picked that up almost immediately. He laughed lightly. “Y/N? What’s with that reaction? Jealous that you don’t get any love letters? Or upset that I’ve been getting too many love letters but you want my attention?” Your heart stopped. “Me? Oh, no well uh… I…” You just ran off to your room and slammed the door, hiding your face in your hands. Kazuha grinned, much to his amusement.

On the next day when you got back from school, you had the biggest surprise of your life. Kazuha wouldn’t be at the dorm as his classes started later than yours, which means he would be back in about three hours, much to your relief. You did not wish to see him after you’ve embarrassed yourself. You went to your room and shut the door. Slouching on your chair, you sighed. You got up to get food when you noticed a pretty red envelope on your desk. Beside it was your favourite flower and a maple leaf. You grabbed the envelope and took out the letter. You gasped at its contents, turning red.

As these maple leaves fall,

It reminds me of it all,

Gracefully, you entered my life.

And I fell in love at first sight,

But I stayed quiet until that night.

Anyways I think he'd be a good roommate. He's not the most entertaining person to be with but he definitely tries his best to make you laugh.

Your roommate is intelligent. He is soft spoken and often locks himself in the laboratory to work on his experiments. You admit, he’s good looking and that made him quite well known in school. There were often people crowding outside the laboratory, eyes glued on him in awe as he worked on his experiments. When you found out that you were sharing a dorm with him, you didn’t really have much of a reaction, you just thought that you two wouldn’t communicate with each other at all.

You were half correct about that. At first, Albedo never leaves his room, you were worried for his sake and you often ordered food for him and placed the meal on his desk whenever it was mealtime. Until one morning, he was the one that came into your room with food in his hands. “Oh, Y/N, I prepared some food for you. I know it’s not the best, but I just wanted to repay you for helping me order all those meals. If it weren’t for you, I’d probably be starving until midnight daily.” You glanced at the plate of scrambled eggs with a side of bacon paired along with a scrumptious sandwich. “T-This is for… m-me? I wasn’t expecting this at all… Thank you, Albedo, I really appreciate it.” You smiled as you took the plate in your hands. You were surprised to hear the next thing he said; “I know I don’t ever hang out with others, but you’re always welcome to study with me, just come into my room as you’d like. Also, I would love to get to know you more.” he comments, closing the door gently, leaving you alone to your own thoughts. Albedo? Wanting to be friends? You were punching the air in joy. You just won the attention of someone everyone wants to be close with.

After that day, you’d often barge into his room without consent, lie on his bed and watch him study. He’d often roll his eyes as you do that but he smiles sweetly, he seems to always enjoy your presence whenever you enthusiastically share about your day to him. He would also allow you to lay on his lap whenever he was studying. You also became the only person who could enter the laboratory when he’s occupying it. Of course, many rumours spread that Albedo has a secret lover, and many people were jealous of your friendship with Albedo, but you never took it to heart.

You were laying on Albedo’s lap (as per usual) and you were rambling on about your day and how tired you were. He smiles and laughs lightly, “Y/N? Tired? Sounds like an unusual match, you’re usually very energetic.” You pout at his statement. “Hmph! If you say so, I’ll sleep then! Good night!” You say, eyes fluttering shut. You were dozing off as you heard a muffled giggle and you felt a hand running through your hair.

"Well, it’s been quite a while I’ve been wanting to say this, but I wouldn’t dare to. I love you Y/N. My feelings were there even before we shared dorms and I have always had the urge to talk to you, but I didn’t know how. Are you truly asleep? I wonder. Sweet dreams, Y/N.”

Hello!! It's been so long! I'm so sorry if I disappeared out of no where, I had a writing block for a while I had no ideas <|3 but I'm back with this short fanfic!

Poor guy. He didn't realise you were awake throughout that until you smirked. He glanced at you and nearly jumped.

"H-hey! So you were awake this entire time! No, I said absolutely nothing, go back to sleep! Or I'm leaving!"

You open your eyes briefly and pout at him. "Kazu… what are you doing?..." You say, eyes barely even open. Kazuha laughs softly.

"Oh? It seems that I have awakened you. Sorry my dear. I was just admiring how lovable you are and I couldn't help but to run my fingers gently down your face."

The clock displayed a glaring 3:05 am. Albedo was typing a document on the results of his recent experiment as you doze off on his lap. He glances at you. "Dozed off already? Well, not much can be said. It is obviously 3 am after all. You still look charming even when you're asleep. I wonder how you can manage that." He mumbles as he pats your head.

He stares at you and observes your features. The way you breathe, how a couple strands of hair are falling over your face and are seriously blocking his view. (Which annoys him. Slightly.) He sighs heavily, pushes the few strands of hair aside and returns back to his work. That was when the lights flickered out, and the computer switched off.

"I suppose the electricity is down," He sighs. "...and I didn't manage to save my document." You heard his grumbling and giggled softly. He turns to look at you and smiles.

"I also suppose that you are giggling at my misery. How amusing. I guess I should take a break too… Sorry if I woke you up, we should return home soon."

“How was your day today? Was it good? Tell me! Did something special happen?” Yoimiya asked, her bright eyes full of excitement. You smiled, as you continued on with your day. “Hmm, I see. Relax! The day is over, you’re with me now! You’ve done a lot today, it’s time for you to rest, with me, so don’t think too much about what you think you have done wrong today, just relax!” Yoimiya whispers, as her slender hands caresses your cheek gently. Her delicate fingers run through your hair softly. “Your hair is so soft...” she mumbles. “The Nanganohara Fireworks Show is upcoming… Do you want to watch the fireworks with me? I made a special one, specially for you, you better not be busy then!” Yoimiya exclaims.

You giggle softly as she rambles on. Afterall, she just wants to spend more time with you, and you love her dearly, just like how she loves you.

Cuddling with Yoimiya!

With the same sound as thunder, a bright light flew into the sky, and a large fireball was suddenly opened in the sky, and the entire sky was illuminated. The fireworks show has finally begun. Fireworks one after another flew into the sky, showing different charms. Some are like fireballs, some are like silver snakes, and some are like blooming golden chrysanthemums. It is wonderful.

You felt a finger trace down your arm and you turned around to see Yoimiya placing her hands gently onto yours. She smiles. Both of you were sitting on a grassy field, watching the fireworks explode into bright colours in the night sky.

“When I was younger, my father told me to stay close to the people who felt like the sunlight, warm and cozy. You feel just like that, and I want you to stay with me for as long as you can.” She says. She then wraps her arms around you, pulling you in for a passionate hug.

The next thing you knew, she was giving you warm back rubs. She held you in her arms. You closed your eyes and smiled. It was comfortable to be wrapped around her arms.

Suddenly, she scoops you and places you on her lap, with your back facing towards her. She wraps her hands around your waist and nuzzles her head gently against your cheek. Her hair brushes your cheek softly as she did so. You were surprised, but you grinned. "I love you…" Yoimiya whispers into your ear softly.

Writer's notes: Hello! I wanted to post more characters on this theme but I cringed at the other characters I wrote on so have Eula fluff?

Warnings: None, just a mention of a scar ig, no blood though 😋😋

Eula!

The snow was zombie-white. Winter’s lacerating hurricanes and whining winds had come and gone, leaving a terrible calmness. The skies above were an unholy mixture of shale-grey clouds and pasty streaks. Callous winter was stifling the world with its icy breath.

It was a blizzardy cold day when you walked into the living room, to see Eula sitting on the couch, wrapped with a thick blanket and a cup of hot chamomile tea. You walked over to her and smiled. “Oh my, look who’s up after I have spent about an hour or so just waiting. Do you know how bored I was? Mark my words, vengeance will be mine!” she teases as she invites you to sit down with her. She then smiles warmly and puts her tea down.

Whenever Eula was alone with you, she loves wrapping up in a blanket and cuddling with you, and that was exactly what she did. She opened her arms and the blanket like a wing, inviting you to scoot over. She then wraps her warm arms around you from the back. She rests her head on your shoulder, nuzzling her head gently against yours. Both of you sat there for about 10 minutes in comfortable silence.

That was when you felt her fingers trace a line across your wrist. “W-wait… how did you get this?” she says in a tone mixed of curiosity and concern as she immediately grabs onto your hand and pulls it out of the blanket, revealing a big scar on your wrist. Your mind froze. How could you tell her that you were helping the traveler out with their commissions when you got scratched by some vines when walking through Wolvendom..? You knew Eula would have many objections to you helping out the traveler on dangerous commissions. You gulped.

The silence was interrupted when Eula gasps. “O-Oh my, I did not realise that… that your hands were smaller than m-mine! Gosh... Amber once said that she heard from Kaeya that he found out that you had small hands when he saw you and Venti comparing hand sizes at the tavern… but I didn’t take it too much to heart, but this was actually true! ” She says as she places her hands against yours “Absolutely unbelievable!” she remarks “I did say that vengeance would be mine!”

Ahh~ I guess it's about time I do something about my writing style, aha.. I hope posting 3 fics at a go would be a good start :P

It's okay if you don't want to, I'll be here though…" She says, pulling you in for a hug.

"You mean a lot to me… and I don't want to see my favourite person sad.. it breaks my heart… take your time on things, slowing down won't hurt. You've been doing very well and I'm proud of where you have come.. Just know that I'll always be by your side.. and I love you..." You felt her fingers run through your hair, and then felt her slender hands pat your head lovingly. You couldn't help but to cry more, not because you were sad, but because you were so glad to have someone as supportive as Yoimiya.

Hu Tao!

-She might seem like someone who doesn't really care much about people's feelings, but she does care when you cry :((

-She doesn't really know how to comfort you, but she tries her best <3

-Will either:

joke around until you smile

hug you and wipe your tears

have a panic attack of some sort and become very clumsy (and it's really cute and funny)

-She might do some very goofy things to try to make you laugh

"Oya? I'm home! How are you today?" You heard Hu Tao's cheerful voice echo throughout your home and sobbed loudly. (You didn't mean to :(( ) You then heard Hu Tao gasp loudly and drop all her stuff

You then heard loud footsteps and the door slamming open. "W-why are you crying? What happened?" Hu Tao rushes over to you and starts panicking, which was quite a funny sight. She was practically pulling her hair. "N-No! Don't cry! I'm going to be sad too!" She frantically says, wiping your tears as she hugs you, desperately trying to get you to stop sobbing (she doesn't want to see you sad...)

After a few minutes of her panicking and trying to calm you down, she cuddles with you, giving you head pats. "You know… I have not panicked this much in my life… I don't want to see you sad… it hurts me, because I love you, so please… don't cry anymore." She sobs on your shoulder. You tilted your head

"Come on, don't look at me like that, I may joke 24/7 but when it comes to you, I don't want you to feel bad or hurt..." She continues, nuzzling her head gently against your cheek. Her touch felt warm and cozy. "I'm sorry I couldn't make you laugh this time.. the sight of you crying really broke me this time and I felt like a clown while frantically trying to get you to stop sobbing.." She mumbles

You laugh at the sight of her pouting. "H-hey wait! Can't you see that I'm being serious! Don't laugh at me!"

Ahhh I'm still getting a hang of Tumblr :P I've gained a few follows and I'm really grateful. I'll be posting some of my older fanfics for now, and I'll work on some new ones when I get the motivation to :)

“Ah! There you are! I have been looking for you everywhere!” Yoimiya says as she grips onto your wrist, dragging you along the grey path of Inazuma city. “Yoi? What are you doing?-” She laughed lightly upon hearing your question. “Oh? What am I doing indeed! It’s a surprise~ You may have a train of questions speeding through your head right now, like ‘Choo! Choo!’ but trust me, you’ll love the surprise! Hehe~”

She pulls you back into the house and hums a joyful tone as she saunters around the house with you trailing right behind her. She stops abruptly at your door and turns around and gives you a wide smile and a tiny wink. “See for yourself!~” she makes an exaggerated gasp as you put your hand onto the doorknob, and you laugh at her adorable attempt to make it seem dramatic. “Aw come on already I’m so excited to see your reaction! Quick! Open the door!” She whines as you open the door slowly, amused at her excitement.

You take a look into your room and you break into the sweetest smile ever. Your room was tidied up! Additionally, you noticed that your room was decorated with some pictures of you and Yoimiya. You looked around and laughed. There was a small tent set up with your favourite snacks and drinks, and there was a fresh bouquet of sakura blooms. Its scent filled the room and Yoimiya smiled. “Come! Sit here! We have all day to do whatever you want!” She rambles on about how much she misses spending time with you as she intertwines her fingers onto yours gently. You never wanted this day to come to an end. <3

Hu Tao!

- “Darling…”

You woke up to a strange sense of excitement. You could smell a strong… sweet scent, and it made you so hungry. You immediately jerked out of bed to the thought of food but then realised that something was off. You lived with Hu Tao but she should be working… So who else could have access to the kitchen?! You gasped at the thought and left the room cautiously and sneaked your way into the living room when you heard a familiar voice; “Good morning, darling! How was your sleep?~” You looked into the kitchen and saw Hu Tao making pancakes and waffles.

“But… Tao, aren’t you supposed to be working at the parlour today?” Hu Tao turns around, flipping the pancake in the pan and smirks. “Aww… darling! Sending me back to work already? Come on, I just took a day off to spend time with my most beloved, you can’t just say that! I was so happy when I saw that you aren’t working today and I took a day off! Turns out you just want me to go back to work…” She pouts, as she placed the fluffy pancake on a plate, together with the chocolate waffle that had a perfect scoop of vanilla ice cream. She passes the plate to you, giving you puppy eyes, expecting a reply from you.

You took the plate and shook your head vigorously. “No! I didn’t mean that, Tao.. I was just.. surprised! You don’t usually take a day off, and you’re a really busy person so I though-” Your sentence was interrupted by Hu Tao embracing you tightly. “Darling~ I love you so much… I’d do anything to spend more time with you. "Well, I was thinking that it's about time I leave the Plane of Euthymia to visit Inazuma, would you like to accompany me on a walk? We could visit Yae at the shrine." Ei says as she places the plate of dango on her lap. You gave her a glance, surprised at her sudden request, however you nodded your head in agreement.

Ei smiles sweetly, sliding her slender hand into yours. You felt her soft skin brush gently against yours and your heart fluttered. "E-Ei! Are you sure you want to hold my hand? Everyone would see and they'll say things about our relationshi-"

"Hmm? Is that so? Why, I would love to tell the whole world that I am indeed in a romantic relationship with such a lovely person like you~" Ei interrupts, squeezing your hands. You couldn't help but to blush at her statement. "Come on, let's walk around together. Ignore what everyone says. It's just you and me today, alright?"

You nodded your head, and smiled. Ei was such an angel <3

You were reading a book you just purchased from Yae's Publishing House when you felt someone trace their fingers down your back. It sent shivers down your spine, and you were to turn around when at the corner of your eyes, you noticed a familiar shade of pink hair drooping down your shoulder. "Why, I couldn't help but to notice my favourite person reading the novel that I personally handpicked~ What brings you to this place? Hmm?" You felt the warm breath gushing against your ear. You blushed and backed away. "Y-Yae! W-What was that for?!"

Yae laughs lightly. "Aw, don't be such a spoilsport, I just wanted to tease you. Are there really any boundaries between us two? I thought we shared quite the intimate and romantic relationship~" She says, cupping your cheeks and squeezing them.

"Nouhh, I was jhust shurprised! Youh sqared muh!" You rambled, words muffled by Yae squeezing your cheeks. "Mhm. I see. My, how adorable you are, trying to explain yourself with your cheeks getting squeezed like this~"

She removes her hands from your cheeks and laughs. "My, what a sight that was. Would you mind following me to Tenshukaku today? Ei wants me to get a few souvenirs for her, and it would be refreshing to have my beloved accompany me around these stores. You may also join me in the Plane of Euthymia with Ei. I'm sure she wouldn't mind someone as adorable as you joining me today~"

"Um, love… do you wish to go out on a walk with me?" Ganyu asks, blushing as she played with her hands. You stared at her, surprised. Ganyu was usually so busy, but today she's asking you to join her on a walk? "Uh… it's okay if you didn't want to, I'm free today so I thought we could perhaps go for a walk…" She says shyly after noticing your expression.

"No… it's not like that at all! I'd love to go on a walk with you, I was just surprised, you're usually busy." You reassure her. Ganyu's expression brightened and she smiles sweetly. Both of you went further away from the bustling Liyue Harbor to a quiet area, filled with glaze lilies and many other flowers. The scent of the beautiful flowers filled your nose. Ganyu giggles as she picks up a few glaze lilies and makes a flower crown, and places it gently on your head. "You're so adorable in this~" She teases.

"I usually come to this place to relieve stress, and I felt that perhaps you'd like this place as much as I would, and I decided to invite you along." She continues softly, interlocking her hands onto yours. "Let's walk around, I hope you'll like the view."

Aaaaa.... Sorry if this turned out wacky and stuff, Neither am I experienced at fanfiction writing nor am I good at writing in general, but I really hope my fanfics can at least make someone's day better <3.
