Who could have imagined that someday my personality so prone to falling in love with British and American pop would get a taste of c-pop and k-pop…🔆
Hopefully, it won’t be just a fling:) Maybe learning a little bit of Korean along with Chinese wouldn’t be such a bad idea, though all in good time!

'Hace + el período del tiempo' -- 以前
Esa frase se usa para indicar que la acción fue realizada en pasado. Por ejemplo en Español hablamos de que ´nací hace 20 años´, es la oración simple.
A pesar de que la idea en Chino sería la misma, la estructura de la oración es completamente diferente y más compleja. Es la siguiente:
我诞过二十年以前。
El otro ejemplo es la oración: ´hace 5 días probaste leyendo los libros en Chino.´
五天以前你试过看中文的书。

´你微笑时很美´ working with Chinese
Currently rewatching the amazing dorama ¨falling into your smile¨ in Chinese with English subtitles. So hard. Actually, almost impossible being at elementary level... But we're going to power through!
It's as if I'm tearing it apart, peace by peace. Different episodes, different scenes.
Found something interesting. So, gonna leave it hear as well as in my notebook.
我试用期过了吗? -- Have I passed my probation? (I few words about the situation. A couple at the beginning of their relationship, and Lu Si Cheng asks Tong Yao whether they can move onto the next level.)
试 - shi4 - try, test
Example of usage: 我试过了学中文。-- I have tried learning Chinese.
试用 - shi4yong4 - tryout, probation
过 - indicates that actions that has already been performed at an unknown period of time (as far as I understand it -- like present perfect in English)
我没去过中国。 - I've never been to China.
你没有过中国的茶。- I´ve never had Chinese tea.
你学过中文吗？- Have you learned Chinese before?
过了 is used to show that action that has already been performed. It is usually about the typical actions.
我喝过了茶。- I have already had tea.

Hi, hola, 你好 и привет
Just decided to dedicate this page to something much more inspirational for myself. I'm currently working with 3 languages, among them: English (C1+), Spanish (A2+) and Chinese (А1). This is not to mention Russian being my national language (contrary to popular stereotypes, there is still some work with it on daily basis).
Language study and work is my personal micro-world that has been growing for years. A study that I dedicate most of my time to, whether free or occupied. And I am finally ready to share bits and pieces of this work, starting with Tumblr)
There is something to be said about myself and it is that I adore getting my degree and working on something I love, though only on beginners stage. My work, surprisingly, started with Spanish, rather than English, however, I couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity that I was provided with.
This page is for everything, from quick mindnotes to ideas and suggestions that hopefully will be somewhat useful to other people like me and completely not like me.
This is the beginning of my path as a teacher, educator, learner, seeker and adventurer in the world of languages. And I would be incredibly pleased if you could share this path with me:)
