Outline A Novel

So I am finally going to be doing an outline, I have try doing one on a piece of paper and it wasn’t coming together. So this time I am using my iPad to write and use Scrinver to write. I am nervous for this first novel/book.

Short Story from my universe PR

The year was 1969, setting is at a court building within New York and it’s midnight.

Harry Walker had headed out on the rooftops to get some fresh air. He then taken a whisky jar from his hand and stared at it.

“Do I need you?” Question Harry to himself.

Harry then frown as he then was startle and heard a crow. Harry had look up to see an actually crow. The crow then flew in the air as it landed on the bar of the rooftops and stared at Harry. Harry then giggled.

“Who would put glasses on a crow?” Question Harry.

“Oi, I would!” Said the crow with a chuckle.

Harry’s eyes then widened as he stared at the whiskey jar and blink multiple times then back at the crow.

“Don’t bloody worry not the whiskey.” Said the crow.

Harry then look back at the whisky jar in his left hand, he then look back at the crow but to see a human.

“Crow McCartney?” Question Harry with a small smile on his face.

“Been a bloody time hasn’t it?” Question Crow as their black wings spread out and was in her crow form. He then transform more into a humanoid form. Crow then had step down from the edge of the rooftops and given Harry a happy look.

Flash Back

Harry giggle as Crow grab Harry’s hand and the two hid behind the bleachers.

“Ya sure?” Question Crow as he fix his ginger curls.

“Y-yeah!” Said Harry as he blush.

The two were 17, Crow and their sister Rowan were now going to the school in Iowa instead of California where they live. The two could do this since they could teleport back from Iowa to California.

“Ya-“ Said Crow.

“Just kiss me!” Said Harry with joy.

Crow then had grab Harry’s face as Crow kissed Harry’s lips. Crow then let go and Harry frown.

“Wh-what?” Question Crow.

“Why you stop?” Question Harry with a small giggle as he blush.

“Oh.” Said Crow with a smirk and giggle.

Crow then lean down to Harry and kiss Harry’s lips once again.

Harry was young and confused but not anymore once he kiss Crow’s, Crow McCartney lips.

Flash Back Over

Harry’s eyes bink muplite nb. times once again as he blush, Crow then notice this and blush back.

“You stalking me, McCartney?” Question Harry which he was a little drunk but still his normal self or well somewhat.

“No, my sister works here.” Said Crow.

Crow then tilt their head as they saw the whisky jar and place his hand on it, she then realized their hand was now touching Harry’s.

The two then blush as Harry’s head park up and saw hearts in Crow’s eyes.

“You now drink, espically on working hours?” Question Crow with a frown.

“I-I.” Said Harry.

“I, what?” Question Crow.

“I thought it help me, scared of the insane asylum.” Said Harry as tears form into his eyes.

“Don’t ya remember I told ya how nice and high tech the immortal realm is?” Question Crow as they cupped Harry’s face.

Harry blush, his face turning beat red. But he then smiled, Crow smiled as he miss those crooked buck teeth of Harry’s. Crow wanted to say the words but they thought it was too soon.

Harry then place the whisky jar on the edge bar of the rooftops, his hand reaching for Crow’s hand. Their hands now finally touching as Harry lean his forehead agaisnt Crow’s forehead which he had to get on his tippy toes.

“Miss you.” Said Harry as he let a drunken hiccuped out.

Crow then blushed as he look down at Harry’s freckle face.

“I’m sorry.” Groan Harry.

Crow let out a small giggle then spoken.

“For what?” Question Crow.

“For forgetting of the immortal realm and your words, your beautiful words.” Said Crow.

“Are you a poet?” Giggle Harry as he question Crow.

“Sadly no, but I do miss ya as well.” Said Crow.

“Yeah?” Question Harry.

“Of bloody course!” Said Crow.

“Crow? Kiss me!” Said harry as he pouted at Crow while looking up at Crow.

“Thought you never ask!” Gigggle Crow as he cupped Harry’s face and kiss his lips.

Writing

So writing is going well with some projects I’m slowly learning as a writer on how to write. Listen I love writing but drafting and creating an outline for my novels is just not for me. Yes I can do lore working, worldbuilding and alll that just an outline makes writing less fun. I know I should at least try doing an outline or at least a small outline. Or even just see how outlining is but how does one outline a novel or a book series?
