Anytime something is objectively damaging for women but makes ppl money they just get academics to write some opaque gibberish about how it's actually empowering and feminist via Long Division and then force-feed that POV to undergraduates-whose job it is to vomit it to all their friends. So in the end, what makes corporations, insurance companies, sex industry stakeholders etc money is somehow always in alignment with the latest 19th wave of feminism

I do find it funny that lesbians are perceived as man-hating but gay men are not perceived as woman-hating, and in fact are often illogically shielded from accusations of misogyny simply by being gay

I feel like the way ai is currently being used is one of the various things that completely shatters the incel argument that every woman on earth wakes up hoping they get an opportunity to falsely accuse a man of sexual assault or abuse.

If that were actually true we would have thousand upon thousands if not millions of cases of women using ai to try and frame men for crimes they didn’t commit. but we don’t have that.

but you know what we do have? thousands upon thousands if not millions of men using ai to sexually harass women and little girls.

the core of my entire view on punishing rapists is very simple and it's that that they just could have not committed it. sure it's tough to have your name publicly displayed on the sex offender registry but you should have thought about it before and you only have yourself to blame and it's not our responsibility to rally for making things easier for you. you deliberately ruined somebody's life for few seconds of pleasure. you can't reverse it or make it right like you could with theft. the other crime you can't reverse is murder but even this you can commit out of self-defense, by accident even. i really don't see anything that you could gain from rape and anything that would excuse rape and i don't see any mitigating circumstances besides severe psychosis or coercion into raping someone which is super rare. again you could have just not done it. especially that to rape someone you have to deliberately go out of your way and most likely put an extreme effort. there's really few things more heinous than rape and it should be punished accordingly.
