today one of the student workers at my job told me that if she’s struggling to remember something important in her course work she’ll wait until her professor asks a question related to that topic during a lecture and then she’ll purposefully raise her hand and answer it wrong because, and I quote, ‘the combined shame and embarrassment of getting an answer wrong in front of more than a hundred of your peers will make sure that you’ll never forget what the right answer actually was’ and if that is not the most next level balls to the wall bonkers extrovert thing I’ve ever heard then I don’t know what is

Hate to be that person, but WW3 trend on TikTok is not funny at all, especially your stupid POVs. Because no, Jessica from Chicago, you won’t have to hide in the basement to avoid being nuked and no, Kyle from LA, you won’t get drafted to the front lines. 
You again missed the whole point and managed to make this situation all about yourself, so I’m going to assure your stupid ass - this war is not going to affect you in any way, but you know who it’s going to affect? Actual people from Ukraine, who are going to lose their lives and be displaced from their homes, just like for the past 8 years. 
So congratulations on your stupidity, because it’s not about “I need a way to cope 🥺🥺🥺”, it’s about you celebrating and making fun of other people’s death.

TO UKRAINIAN FRIENDS
If you are looking for an emergency exit from Ukraine, Poland will open EIGHT safety points on the border with Ukraine (you will get warm food, medical help and from there you will be guided to safety) in two of our voivodeships: lubelskie and podkarpackie. It is confirmed by the Polish Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, Paweł Szefernaker.

Okay, I'm going to keep this short.
This invasion is not about the US. What Russia is doing is wrong. Not all Russian citizens should be condemned for their government's actions. Ukrainian people deserve support. There is so much misinformation out there and I encourage you to look into things further or ask actual Ukrainian blogs on Tumblr. World War 3 memes aren't funny. Don't send hate to every Russian blog on Tumblr. Try to educate with thorough research and double check facts and elevate Ukrainian voices.
You should stand with Ukraine. I don't care which party you support and I don't care who you voted for in 2020. It doesn't matter. Support Ukraine and check your facts. Listen to the first-hand experience of Ukrainians. Stand with Ukrainian people.

How to study when you are tired
Get up: make the firm decision that you are going to study and move towards you desk.
Get tea: or coffee. The preference of beverage is up to you. You just need to believe that it will help, even if its only for a little bit. 
Set goals: if you are very exhausted setting mini goals like studying for an hour will be much more motivating.
Get going: once you hit your stride, you will start to feel less exhausted. The key is too push through and put tiredness at the back of your head.

Haven’t really done anything productive today. It’s been like this since last week.
It’s easy to say “that’s okay” but i actually feel guilty about it. I feel like it’s a bit difficult for me to start new tasks ever since the covid cases started rising again. It’s so hard to concentrate when you know there are people getting sick. It’s just so hard to start on something.
I just knew a while ago that my boyfriend tested positive of COVID, and even my family in the province is now experiencing symptoms. I can’t help but feel guilty about not doing anything for them. I feel so helpless right now that Im just here in my apartment not doing anything to help them. 😭😭😭
