So this female pretty much a "Cube" right? From the look of the hand, basically. Therefore, if my prediction is accurate, than Ajaceare will get either temporarily or even worse permanently purified here...

Moreover, it appears that in this particular scene, her pure counterpart is likely to undergo an interrogation by one of the good characters, presumably at Cirtunda's house.

Finally... I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD NO!!! You can't just continuously cure major villain characters in each and episode in this season because we HARDLY hangout with them...
