Being Elijah's Wife would include
Tumblr media
Your flirtatious and magnetic confidence lingered in the memories of those you met, making you a topic of conversation long after the event had ended.
1 word to describe you would be genuine.
Elijah would never tell you, but even though it was too dangerous for a human to accompany him, he believed you made him look better and enjoyed having you around.
You are Elijah's pride.
Being Marcel's friend, you navigated the supernatural world with grace and charm.
Even when you're mad at Elijah, you can't help but believe in him. "Elijah has re-constructed diplomacy to bitchy insults and it still works, so… Yeah, I think he’s got this."
You may have not been a vampire, but you knew how to take care of one.
You were warm and approachable but commanding, a perfect balance that captivated those around you.
You and Elijah would work out together, finding entertainment in witnessing what a vampire could do.
Being the closest to Kol and Davina, you bridged the gap between the Mikaelsons and their extended family.
Being a mother figure to Kol, and of course Davina now that they're married.
You're just as much of a fashionista as he is, You wore only the finest. Picky is an understatement . No zippers,glitter, or anything that looked cheap to you.
Elijah was possessive of you since you were his greatest treasure.
Having children with Elijah after a thousand years of not being able to reproduce was a blessing and a testament to your unique bond.
You didn't care to insult anyone like your husband did, but your sharp wit was a force to be reckoned with.
Elijah is a sex god in your eyes- or anyone's of reason, and you're not shy about expressing it to his praise kink.
Elijah is busy, but you take on some of his responsibilities willingly, understanding the weight of his duties.
At first, he was afraid to ask for sex, but that notion quickly faded as he realized your desires matched his.
Elijah always buys you flowers on your monthly dates, a tradition that never fails to make you feel cherished.
He married the most gorgeous person in the world — you! And he tells you it's his biggest feat, a sentiment that never fails to bring a smile to your face.
You and Elijah share great laughs, finding joy in the simplicity of each other's company.
You teased him for losing his Viking demeanor to a suit during sex, and he's gotten less snobby trying to prove himself to you. Everyone has noticed, but no one will ever know why.
You both walk around the quarter at night, immersing yourselves in the timeless charm of New Orleans.
He's comfortable being a vampire around you.
You both read and write together, creating a world where words are your shared language.
After your showers, he braids your hair into Viking braids for the night or the rest of the day, a small intimate ritual.
And you braid his, a gesture that signifies the intertwining of your lives.
You guys cook together. Taking your time and talking about your day or upcoming day with him. The most relaxing part of your day as his Wife.
You knew him since you were a teen, so you feel like you know him in and out.
He's mostly submissive, except in bed. He tries to be, but he just can't keep his hands off you.
You didn't drink vervain because you felt that to be an insult to your husband, trusting him completely. You were an amazingly powerful sorcerer though.
Elijah fell inlove with you becasue of your love of Ideas, always having critiques, theories and your philosophical rants encouraging him to talk. How you listened to him like no other.
You created another type of magic for vampires in your studies of the supernatural because the human sacrifices weren't cutting it for you — pun intended.
When you first came back into his life, he was scared to love you because you were all he owned. Nothing Klaus had. By loving you, you taught him how to love himself. Congrats to you.
He has a secret breeding kink, One that you take advantage of. Along with his sir, Mr, and teaching kink. Nothing too wild, He's more of a romantic.
He grew a stubble for you when you told him you thought it made him look more like a DILF, embracing his role of a father.
Elijah doesn't want you on the tip of your toes to kiss him, so he lifts you effortlessly, creating a height equality you both relish.
He's your best friend, and he can say the same about you — a companionship that transcends time and immortality.

Family Therapist
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Female vampire reader x Elijah Mikaelson
Summary: Elijah is your husband and you've been basically the family therapist. Well, one night you both became one for his little brother.
Warnings: mentions of death I think?, mentions of ghosts,
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Elijah and you have been married for well over 400 years and over time you have gotten used to the family's drama and dynamic.
There have been many times when you acted as the family therapist, and let's not kid ourselves, you still are. Just somehow in weirder ways than some may think.
(But let's also be real, you still have to lecture Klaus out of daggering any of his siblings or hurting them 'just because', being the only one who he actually listens to, which is a miracle by itself.)
A great example is what just happened one night.
Surprising enough, this is the first time you've ever been in a situation like this. It's definitely not the worst or anything of it, but this was very different to say the least.
You were sound asleep in your husband's arms until you hear the door to your guys' room slam open. Both of you separate in alert, but the only danger there is, is the body that crashed between the both of you.
"What the?" You said sleepily and reached over to turn the lamp on.
Once the light lit the room in a yellow glow, you both look at the visitor in your bed.
"Kol? What are you doing?" Elijah asks, surprised that his younger brother is there, without acknowledging one of you.
"Oh you know, just missed my older brother and his wife" his voice was muffled by the pillow he pressed his face in to.
"Uh huh, and how does that explain you gripping onto the blanket for dear life?" You raised your eyebrow at the youngest brother.
"Because it's soft?" He asked unsure, rather than answering you.
"What happened?" You kept your eyebrow raised at the immortal teenager, no way for him to get himself out of this conversation now. Elijah saw that look on your face, knowing, now you won't budge until you get the truth out of Kol.
Kol looked up at you, letting out a huff, seeing no way of getting out of this. At least this is better than Nik, he'd just throw him in a box, he thought.
"I swear I saw someone move in my room, but I couldn't find anything, so I came in here to make sure if the ghost comes back there'll be alibis" he rapidly said, and hid his face back into the pillow, feeling his cheeks starting to turn red.
You and Elijah shared a look of concern before your husband placed a hand on Kol's back. "Kol, you don't have to be embarrassed about that, considering your experience with ghosts in the past, you have a right to react the way you did," he told him.
"Lijah's right, we would never judge you about that. So what if you're a bit wary about ghosts, it's normal, a lot of people are" you added.
Kol's breath hitched before speaking, "Really?" He looked up at both of you.
"Of course" You and Elijah nodded.
He smiled softly before a cheeky grin appeared on his face. "Just so you know, I'm not leaving. And if that ghost takes me, I'd rather have my final moments with you guys over Nik, who would most likely yell at me."
He laid his head back down on the pillow and closed his eyes, knowing that he was laying between you guys. "I know you guys probably want to be laying together and be all cute and couply, but I don't want to think about you two doing anything over pg-13. My poor innocence couldn't handle it" he said and let out an 'oof' when you smacked him with a pillow for the comment.
"Have you ever even been innocent?" You asked and looked at Elijah with amused eyes as he pinched the bridge of his nose, looking like a tired father that just had to put up with his child. Honestly, he just did, considering what Kol had just said and he can sadly be even more immature.
"Of course I have...like that time...okay maybe when I was human, but that still counts" he mumbles and sticks his tongue out at you. And he hates it when you call him a child? Really?
My Kinktober Masterlist
“(Y/n)?” Klaus’ voice echoed through the night, eyes set on her features. She had her arms wrapped around herself, shifting her weight from one foot to the other, staring up at him with a sigh leaving her. No words left her, wondering if he’d invite her in, shielding the woman he had been chasing for months from the cold nibbling on her fingers. “Are you alright, darling?”
His use of the nickname left her shuddering, slowly nodding head before a soft “Will you let me in?” left her. Klaus stared at her for a few more seconds, swaying the alcohol in his glass before he slowly stepped aside, holding the door open for her. (Y/n) felt his eyes on her frame with every step she took, eyes taking in the all too familiar surroundings. She had been in this house numerous times before, joining her friends on their way to confront Klaus whenever another thing had gone wrong, conversations (y/n) had paid no mind to, eyes fully taking in Klaus appearance.
There had been a steady back and forth between the two of them for months, a back and forth that had pulled her closer into Klaus’ grasp on her heart, a secret she couldn’t share, not even with her closest friends, those who despised the hybrid.
“Drink?” His soft voice cozied her along, wrapping itself around her frame like a warm blanket, made to comfort her. (Y/n) could only nod her head, teeth running along her lower lip as she watched Klaus pour her a glass, pointing towards the couch for her to take a seat. “Not that I don’t enjoy having you around, but what brings you here, love?”
The use of the nickname forced heat to rise in her system, heart picking up its beat without being able to stop itself from doing so. She took a sip before she placed the glass down, turning fully towards Klaus. A slight smile was playing on his lips, a smile that wasn’t guided by any of his teasing, a smile that wasn’t meant to anger those he kept playing with, no, it was all too pure, only made for her eyes to see.
“I, uhm, I can’t stop thinking about what you said to Elena yesterday.” It took Klaus a second to react, giving room to the small chuckle ripping through him. It had only been a few hours since his exchange with Elena and the Salvatore brothers, those that tried to shield (y/n) away from the hybrid. A rather heated exchange that had ended with a confession leaving Klaus, confessing to the love he felt for the oblivious girl, the one his heart ached for like it hadn’t done so in decades, perhaps even centuries. “Is it true? Or did you just say it to anger them?”
“Oh, lovely (y/n).” Klaus moved closer, hand reaching for her face, allowing his thumb to stroke her warm cheek. She wanted to avert her eyes, feeling small beneath his intense gaze, but he didn’t give her a chance to do so, forcing her to keep on getting lost in his eyes, breath hitched in her chest as his lips ghosted over hers. “I meant every word.”
(Y/n) closed the gap between them, making a surprised growl claw through Klaus, hands finding her waist to pull her onto his left thigh, stabilising her frame. Their lips fought for dominance, kissing one another like they wanted to be loved, desperate to chase the emotions only the other managed to elicit inside of them. (Y/n)’s heart pounded in her chest, forcing her to move even closer, front fully pushed against his, clothed head perfectly pressed against his thigh.
Without even understanding what her body was doing, her hips started moving, slowly, carefully, as if her system wasn’t sure how far they could take it. But the second she had started to move, Klaus had picked up on it, unable to stop a satisfied moan from leaving him, guiding the movement of her hips.
“I’ve got you, love, take what you need. Such a pretty sight.” The fabric of his trousers managed to give her just enough friction, making her moan as she rode his thigh, mind hazy, just like her now silenced thoughts, fully focused on her need for relief.
With every passing moment her panties grew more damp, body reacting to their closeness as if he was a drug, a drug so ancient no antidote could ever rescue her from the things he was doing to her. Klaus was everywhere and nowhere, clawing his way into her racing heart, fingers fully wrapped around the strong muscle, a grasp that would keep her alive for centuries to come.
“Look at me, darling.” Her dilated pupils met his lust-blown ones, a sight that forced a gasp out of her, teeth buried in her lower lip to keep herself from speaking up, not wanting to interrupt their moment, chasing the high she was already close to. His name left her lips like a prayer, a silent plea in hopes of him kissing her once again, in hopes of him touching her, anywhere his hands would dare to explore her body. “My pretty girl, such a needy one, if I had known you were so desperate for me, I’d have touched you earlier.”
“Klaus,” it was just a whisper, and yet it dripped with something that finally made him move his hands, disappearing beneath her shirt, pulling it over her head before he cupped her naked breasts. She was making a mess on his trousers, soaking through the fabric, but neither Klaus nor (y/n) could pay it any of their mind, needing to scratch the itch that forced her to keep on moving, all too needy for the hybrid.
The touch of his hands left her groaning, all too aware that she’d cum any moment now, unable to hold eye contact with her head rolling back and her eyes squeezed shut. He had set an inferno ablaze inside of her, a fire that could burn the whole of Mystic Falls to the ground, and yet he’d rescue only her, the one he’d love till the end of their time together – an internal promise he now swore to keep.
“Cum for me, let me hear those lovely sounds.” A loud moan broke through her as he pinched her nipples, watching her fall over the edge. (Y/n) trembled on his thigh, body shaking and shaking, unable to stop as the all too intense sensation washed through her. Klaus studied her with an unfamiliar kind of adoration swimming in his pupils, high on the sight in front of him.
“You know,” a shaky breath left her, slowly calming down with her arms wrapped around his neck and her lips moving closer to his once again. “I love you too, if you haven’t guessed already.”
With a loud laugh rumbling through the hybrid, Klaus pressed his lips against hers, distracting her from the way he shifted her around, picking (y/n) up to carry her into his bedroom – set on proving his love to her for the upcoming hours.
Not A Peep | Original Siblings x Mute!Child!reader
CW: Canon-typical violence, implied abuse of a child
Tumblr media
Elijah watched as his brother tore into the man's throat. It was savage and gruesome and entirely unnecessary when draining him of his life blood would have sufficed.
Complete overkill.
And yet, Elijah reveled in the man's pained and horrified screams. Basked under the knowledge that all his cries for help were in vain. No one would be around for miles, Elijah himself had made sure of that.
"You couldn't contain yourself for one more bloody minute, Nik?"
Elijah let his gaze drift over to the stomping figure of his sister.
Rebekah's glare passed between both of her brothers but ultimately settled on Klaus, who held the whimpering man by the back of his bloodied neck.
Klaus rolled his eyes, scowl prominent, made more impressive with the fresh coating of blood dripping down his chin onto his navy blue Henley shirt.
"Why are you here Rebekah? I thought I told you to stay back with—"
His words caught in his throat as he spotted the small figure that had hidden behind his sister.
Wide, innocent eyes looked over in his direction before settling on the victim at Klaus' feet.
Elijah quickly strode over and blocked the young girl's view of the barbaric scene. He placed a gentle touch onto her tiny shoulder, his face devoid of the satisfaction it once held when looking at the man's bloodied form, and morphed into warm adoration as his brown eyes met the young girl's.
"You shouldn't be here, Baby Bird." His tone was soft and soothing. The young girl looked up at him, her eyes fluttering shut in contentment as Elijah's large calloused hands stroked her hair.
Rebekah huffed from behind the small girl, her hands landing pointedly on her hips, "That's what I told her!"
"So, pray tell, sister, why she's not where she's supposed to be?" Klaus growled from behind Elijah, the elder Mikaelson silently asking that same question with the hard look he threw to his little sister.
Before Rebekah could respond at her brother's unwanted tone, movement from the youngest of them caused the retort on the tip of her mouth to die out.
The young girl stood back from Elijah's gentle caresses as she moved her hands deftly, signing to the tall vampire before her.
Please don't be mad at her. I told her I would start to cry if she didn't let me.
Klaus had stepped away from the bloodied man he'd been maiming, leaving his trembling body where it was, confident that his prey wouldn't move from his spot on the ground. He'd moved closer to his brother once he'd wiped the remnants of blood from his chin, and caught sight of the child's signing.
Her wide eyes looked over to him the instant he came within view. Her eyes pleading for him to reserve his anger and judgment from Rebekah.
The hybrid knelt before her, hands reaching to cup her tiny face. Her small hands grasped his wrists and she nuzzeled her cheek against his right hand, a serene smile forming on her lips. Her eyes shone with such unconditional love and admiration for the vampire-werewolf before her, that Klaus himself found it difficult to maintain his irritation at Rebekah's failure to keep the child away.
"You still shouldn't be here, Little Wing. Elijah and I wish to keep you away from these...incidents."
Her brows furrowed and her lips formed into a pout. She slowly stepped away from his warm hands and began to sign once again.
Are you going to kill him?
Klaus looked over to his siblings briefly. Unspoken conversation passing between the three with ease. Centuries of sticking together through all manner of situations made them experts in the small tells and movements their siblings had.
Elijah was the one to answer, as he, too, genuflected before the child, tenderly taking her hand and resting it upon his lifted knee, stroking small circles on the back of her hand, "He must pay for the suffering and torment he has inflicted upon you, sweetling. He is not worthy of your compassion."
While she could see the form of said man from over Elijah's shoulder, the elder vampire held her full attention as she answered back.
I'm a bad person, too.
The three siblings went rigid at the girl's confession. Rebekah, mimicking her brothers as she fell to her knees at the young girl's side. She stroked a hand across the child's hair, "You are not. Why would you say something like that?"
Tears formed along the ridge of her wide eyes as she eyed each sibling before looking down at her hands before responding.
I'm not compassionate. I don't feel bad for him. I hate him. Doesn't that make me bad?
Their reactions were immediate. Each Mikaelson placed a hand upon the child in comfort. Rebekah held her right hand, Klaus held her left hand, and Elijah cupped her cheek once more.
"It makes you human, sweetling." Elijah's smooth baritone assured her warmly. his warm brown gaze held her own as he continued, "He has hurt you in a way no parent ever should. You have every right to hate him. That doesn't make you bad."
A single tear escaped from her eye. Klaus wiped it away with his finger. The child looked over at his brilliant blue hues.
"I can make you forget, if you wish."
Rebekah and Elijah looked at their brother sharply. Their protest dying on their lips as he held a hand up for them to allow him to finish.
His Little Wing cocked her head in confusion.
"I can make it so you would believe we compelled him to leave. That he packed his stuff and that he left this town, leaving you forever and never looking back." The hybrid glanced back at the passed out form of the man before turning his focus back toward the child, his eyes cold and unwavering, "I will make him suffer and beg for forgiveness. And he will die tonight."
His grip on her small hand tightened just a smidge, "I have killed and maimed for less, Little Wing. What he has done to you...it is unforgivable. My anger shall be your justice, my hands will deliver your judgment, but you need not remember this, if it will be a burden on your mind."
The girl looked down at her feet. The swell of adoration and love that bloomed across her chest was unlike anything she'd ever felt before. The fact that these three people, these vampires were showing her the love and care that she had sought from her father for years since her mother's death, was slightly overwhelming but it filled her heart with endless joy.
She thought back to all her moments with her father and the reality that every memory that crossed her mind was one of pain, hurt, or sadness sealed away any thoughts of redemption for him. Klaus was right. The knowledge of his death would haunt her mind. She didn't know if she was ready to carry that consciously with her, so she looked at him, eyes brimming with tears as she nodded her head, the hand Rebekah held coming free as she signed.
I want to forget.
He nodded. Elijah and Rebekah said nothing. Their brother had been kind enough to give the girl a choice and her decision had been made. So, they said nothing as Klaus turned the girl away from the body of her father. His blue eyes captured her gaze as he compelled the child.
Elijah and Rebekah stood from their kneeling, circling around so that the child would not glance back and see the bloody scene behind her.
Rebekah mumbled to her eldest brother, "I'm staying. I want to get a couple of hits in before Nik finishes him."
Elijah glanced briefly at his baby sister before staring back at the child, "Do throw in a few punches on my behalf. Perhaps a broken femur?"
The blonde woman smiled at his request, "Of course, brother."
Klaus stood from his position, their small ward's hand held in his. He looked to Elijah, having heard Rebekah's declaration of staying here.
"Sleepy yet, Baby Bird?" Elijah asked warmly.
As if on cue, the young girl yawned adorably wide. Her nose scrunched up cutesy as she blinked tiredly at the eldest brother. She smiled sheepishly before lifting her arms up in a clear sign for him to carry her.
Elijah did so without question, his arms securing her to his form. Her arms wrapped around his neck and she settled her head in the crook of his neck.
"We'll see you soon, Little Wing." Klaus whispered, tucking a stray strand of hair behind her ear.
"Sleep well, Birdie." Rebekah muttered as she placed a gentle kiss to the child's crown.
After quick glances of assurance to his siblings, Elijah sped away from the crime scene.
“I think my girlfriend is falling in love with my brother,” Kol says, with a look to each of the Salvatores, “but unlike you two, we’re actually quite capable of sharing women.”
Both scoff, and Stefan rolls his eyes. Damon takes a long sip of bourbon before smirking. “Prove it.”
Three days later, the brothers show up unannounced on the Mikaelsons’ porch, ready to find the proof themselves. Their conversation with Kol didn’t really end; the man just smiled and gave a wink, but didn’t offer any proof to his statement. He left the grill soon after that, too, convincing the Salvatores that he was just a cocky liar. Determined to prove their enemy wrong, they planned a surprise dinner in the other’s own house, specifically choosing a day they know you’ll be there.
It’s a Sunday, and Klaus has been in New Orleans all weekend doing who-knows-what, leaving you alone with the other three siblings. You were originally a loyal friend of Elena’s, until she fell for Damon and you fell for Kol. Ever since then, your friendship has been in shambles and the two of you barely speak. The only reason the brothers were even talking to Kol about you is because you all ran into each other at the grill. You were playing pool with Elijah, while the younger watched from afar. Stefan and Damon approached to pester him about it, only to receive the answer they did.
Now, they were going to prove Kol wrong. They had been through this before with both Katherine and Elena. One woman cannot love both brothers; she will always pick one, and the two will become divided over it. It was only a matter of time for the jealousy to seep through, and neither brother could wait to see it happen.
When they ring the doorbell, it’s Elijah who answers. “What may I help you with, brothers?”
Damon smirks, “we’ve decided to invite ourselves over for dinner. How does that sound?”
“And whatever has given you this idea?”
“Just a talk we had with your little brother the other day. Nothing bad, we promise.”
“Convincing,” he mutters, not at all convinced. “Well, I guess then, come in. I’ll find Kol.”
Kol isn’t hard to find. When Elijah walks into the living room, trailed by the Salvatores, he finds you and your boyfriend curled up together on the couch. Elijah clears his throat, grabbing both of your attentions.
“Oh, look who it is - the less famous brothers,” Kol greets with an attitude. “To what do I owe the pleasure?”
You don’t say anything, but tense up at the sight of the two. Neither have been pleased with you lately, and their sudden appearance can’t be anything good.
“They have come by for dinner,” Elijah supplies. “Which, luckily enough, should be ready now.”
Just as he predicts, Rebekah comes into the room, hands in oven mitts. “Did I hear the Salvatores are coming over for dinner?” She looks over to them, “oh, and they’re already here. What fun. Y/N, darling, would you please help me carry the dishes to the table?”
You nod quickly, happy to get away from the men.
“You make your sister cook for you?” Damon grunts as you and Bekah disappear.
“No, no, we all take turns. Kol was yesterday. I have tomorrow.”
“But sometimes none of us do and we just sip on blood all night.”
“You feed Y/N blood, too?”
“Well she’s not here every night, unfortunately. But if she is here on a sipping-night, we’ll still make her something,” Kol says sternly, not liking Damon’s tone.
Stefan decides that now is a good time to interrupt. “So what’s Rebekah making?”
“We’ll have to see. Shall we?”
Five minutes later, the six of you are sitting around the table enjoying a steak meal, just red enough to satisfy both vampires and human. The seat you’ve chosen has you between Kol and Rebekah and across from Damon and Stefan, while Elijah, per usual in Klaus’ absence, sits at the head. You can tell he likes sitting there; the head of the table always gives the sitter a feeling of power. Dominance. Like how he dominates the conversation despite Damon’s numerous attempts to try.
“I was just curious about your brother’s whereabouts. What exactly is he doing in New Orleans?”
“It isn’t your place to know about what he’s doing, and frankly, I don’t know every little thing he does either. I’m not his babysitter.”
“But you’ve got to know something.”
“Who am I to tell? It’s not my business, nor yours.”
“So if-”
At this point, the three of you zone out entirely. You have been pestering Kol the whole dinner, but now you’re really starting to bug him, rubbing your foot up and down his leg. The action makes him squirm in his seat, which only encourages you further, and now Rebekah’s giggling at the both of you. In return, Kol lands a hand on your thigh, squeezing it ever so often. You then poke him in the side where you know he’s ticklish.
 Little do you know, Rebekah wants to join in, but doesn’t want to cross a line with her brother. Little does she know, you want her to join just as badly.
Meanwhile, the discussion between the others is growing intense. Damon is getting more aggressive; Elijah, more defensive; and Stefan, more anxious.
“This conversation isn’t going anywhere,” he tries, “maybe we should-”
“Klaus goes in and out of Mystic Falls way too often. I like to know where my enemies are, so if he would just stay in one place, that’d be great. He-”
Finally, Stefan cuts his brother off completely. “What I would like to know is if Kol’s words have any truth in them.”
The room silences immediately.
“That’s why we’re here, right, brother?”
Damon stiffens at being interrupted, but then relaxes, a smirk on his face. “Yes, actually.”
“Whatever do you mean?” Elijah cocks his head. “Kol?”
“I don’t know what he’s talking about.”
“Oh sure you do? What was it? At the bar?”
“We go to the bar fairly often, Damon, you’ll have to be more specific.”
“You don’t remember? Y/N and Elijah were playing pool. You were watching, telling us what was on your heart…”
Kol raises his eyebrows before scoffing. “That.”
“Yes, that.”
“First of all, I wasn’t spilling my heart out to you two dumbasses. There was no heartfelt moment there.”
“Oh, really? I thought we were having a moment.” Damon frowns with a sad puppy dog look. Fake, of course.
“You thought wrong then. I was only sharing an observation.”
“So? Is there any truth in what you said?”
Kol shifts uncomfortably, not liking being on the spot like this.
“Aw, Damon, he’s shy. Let’s give him space.”
“No, hold up,” Kol stops them, “not shy about anything, I just don’t like to put my girl in situations like this.”
At the mention of you, you look up in question.
“Well maybe you shouldn’t talk about ‘your girl’ when she’s not there to hear it.”
By now, Rebekah’s had enough, “whatever are you two daft dimbos on about? Kol would never do anything to hurt her. He loves her. Speaking of which, we all do, so you better not say anything bad.”
“Oh I bet you all do,” Damon smirks again.
“Say what you want and be done with it,” Elijah tenses, “or get out.”
“You want to do the honors?” Damon turns to his brother.
“No, you’re good.”
“Alright.” He stands up as if he were making a speech. “Kol told us that he thinks his girlfriend over here, Miss Y/N, sweet little Y/N, is falling in love with his brother. Then he tried to tell us that you guys are good at ‘sharing women’.” The man laughs, “as someone who’s shared a woman with my brother, that never ends well. One, or all of you, are gonna be real sad when she either picks one and divides you from your family, or leaves you all and never looks back. So I say, pick your poison now, ‘cause it’s gonna happen someday.”
Damon sits back down looking very proud of himself. Kol, on the other hand, looks mortified. You, Bex, and Elijah have no idea what to do with that information. It’s dead quiet for too long.
“Darling,” Kol finally says, “can I talk to you?”
“Of course.”
You leave the table with him, but no one picks up any conversation as you go.
As soon as he gets to the kitchen, he runs the sink water so the vampires in the room over would have a harder time overhearing. He then puts his hands over his face and avoids eye contact with you.
“Darling, I’m so sorry. I hadn’t meant for that to come out the way it did, nor to say it to those two, and I certainly didn’t expect for them to reiterate it straight back at you. I can’t believe I could be so stupid. I’m so sorry. I understand if you hate me for it. I-”
“Kol,” you call him for the fourth time during his rant. This time, though, you take his hands and make him look at you. “You’re not stupid.” He finally looks at you, but doesn’t reply. “And I don’t hate you. I could never hate you. You don’t have to apologize.”
“But I subjected you to their vile jokes. Made you look like a groupie or something to my family.”
You have to stop for a second and giggle. Of course, he’s immediately confused. “Why are you laughing?”
“Did you just use the term, ‘groupie’? That’s so seventies, Kol.”
“That’s what you’re worried about?”
“No, no, I’m just- I’m sorry. It was just funny to me.”
“What word was I supposed to use?”
You laugh again, “I don’t know.”
“Okay, well, I shouldn’t have used any word, because you’re not that, but I made you look like that to those bloody idiots.”
“Kol, it’s okay. I’m not upset with you. With them, yes, for doing that in front of everyone. But only for your sake, not my own. And besides, I can live with being an original groupie.”
He nods, hearing you’re not upset, but then narrows his eyes. “Wait…”
You swallow hard. “It’s not entirely wrong. I don’t like admitting it, but I’d be lying if I said there was nothing there.” You pause, giving him time to react. He only nods for you to continue. “I know Elijah’s liked me to some extent ever since we started dating. At first, I brushed it off, but the more I’m around you all, the more I find myself starting to like it.”
Not sure how to answer the latter, he starts with the first. “To some extent? Darling, he’s in love with you.”
You half smile, “I know.”
“But?”
“I don’t know how to say this, Kol. It’s weird.”
In one fell swoop, he picks you up and sits you on the bare counter. He stands to be in between your legs, then cups your face with his hands. “It’s alright, Y/N. Tell me.”
“I love you. There’s no doubt about it. I would die for you.”
His heart races. Sure, he’s heard those words a thousand times, but each time, his heart acts the same way. “I love you, too, darling. Nothing you could say would make me love you less.”
“Good, because I don’t want to lose you. I want to love you for eternity. But… you’re right.” You take a deep breath. “I’m also falling for your brother.”
Kol doesn’t seem fazed by this. If anything, he seems relieved.
“Are you okay?”
“I was afraid you were going to say you wanted him instead.”
Your eyes go wide, “no! Baby, no way. But… if it’s something you’re okay with, I wouldn’t mind being an original groupie.”
He laughs at your choice of words. “That is certainly something I am okay with. You can love whomever you like. I’m just glad you still love me, too.”
“I will always love you, Kol.”
He kisses you deeply, bringing a hand to your back to steady you. “And I love you. And like I said, I am willing to share my girl if it makes her happy. Plus, I trust my brother to keep you and your heart safe.”
You smile, then bite your lip.
“What is it?”
“One more question.”
“Hm?”
“Do you trust your sister, too?”
“You’re in love with Bex, too?”
You can only shrug. A blush rises to your cheeks.
He shakes his head playfully. “Of course I trust my sister. Let’s say this: I trust my family with my girl and her heart.”
“Sounds good,” you peck his lips, then his nose.
“Soooo… do you want to go back out and prove to Damon and Stefan that my family can both share and protect women better than they can?”
“Certainly,” you pop off the counter with Kol’s hands on your waist. “And I can’t wait to see the look on Bex’s and ‘Lijah’s faces when I kiss them unexpectedly.”
You little troublemaker,” he grins as he turns off the faucet, “you fit into this family perfectly.”
◇◇◇◇
A chat about the weather is the only conversation happening when you re-enter the dining room. A big sigh of relief comes from everyone when they see you.
“I hope you’re willing to pay the water bill next month, Kol, because that was a long time to have it running.”
“Relax, brother. Y/N and I were just having a little chat.”
“Oh really?” Damon smirks, “did she slap you for what you said about her? Because that would be well deserved.”
“On the contrary, Damon,” you say, returning to your chair. Kol sits in his, though you only stand behind yours. “It actually gave us time to talk about some things that probably wouldn’t have been brought up otherwise.” As you talk, you make your way to Elijah’s side, putting your hands on his shoulders.
“Ah, and what would that be, Miss Y/N?”
You grin, “why talk about it when I can show you?” Before Damon can answer, you trail your fingers along the man’s face to his chin, feeling the stubble along his jaw. The group sees your eyes roll back in your head, then they watch you move to stand in front of him. “Hi,” you say, blushing mad.
He mouths, ‘what are you doing?’
You’re too giddy to answer; it’d probably come out in a stutter. So, you only smile instead. Then, bending slightly, you lean forward, grabbing and pulling on his tie in the process, and kiss him passionately. His body goes limp immediately, satiated by your kiss after wanting it for so long. The fact that you have him by his tie, dominating him just a bit, doesn’t help his case. Your other hand rises back to his jaw, holding him in place. After a second, the reality of the matter kicks in and he kisses back, bringing his own hands up to your face gently.
Seated directly behind you are Kol and Bex, half of their attention on the scene, and half on the lingerie peeking out from under your skirt. Kol knows damn well you did that on purpose, and he feels himself getting hard at the thought. As for Rebekah, she’s conflicted. She’s not sure if she’s allowed to feel the warmth in her core that you’re making her feel, or if she’s allowed to steal a glance at the black garter adorning your thighs. She tries to poke her brother to ask, but every time she moves her finger, one of the Salvatores glance over to see the younger two’s reaction.
After about a minute, you let go of Elijah and lick your lips. You then stand up and smirk at the brothers. “What would that be, you ask? Well, it gave me a chance to tell my loving boyfriend,” you’ve made your way back to Kol now. Once you’re behind him, you turn his head toward you with a finger on his chin, then kiss him with the same intensity. “That, not only do I love him, but also that I’m falling in love with his brother, as he suspected.” Then you grin again, “but what he didn’t know, but also just learned, is that I’m also falling in love with his sister, too.” After confessing, you bend over to kiss Rebekah as you did Elijah, with your lace set partially on display for the man. His eyes catch it instantly and become locked on you. Meanwhile, Kol, in touching distance, grabs onto your thigh. His hand almost disappears under your skirt completely. The sudden feeling makes you moan into Rebekah’s mouth, causing her to grab the back of your neck and kiss you harder.
Eventually, a cough from Stefan pulls you out of the make-out session. You stop and take your seat back, though Kol’s hand doesn’t leave your body.
“Wow,” he comments with nothing else to say.
Damon, of course, has a reply. “Since you’re sharing, you can give us a kiss, too,” he mocks.
“Nu uh,” you wiggle a finger, “I’m reserved for Mikaelsons only. Plus, I don’t think your girlfriend would like that too much.”
He rolls his eyes. “Only playing.”
“So,” Stefan starts, rather awkwardly. “Dinner was great, Rebekah. Was I wrong to assume you’d be serving dessert tonight, too?”
“Not entirely,” she stands, “I did make one for us. Though it seems you’ll be the only ones eating it, for I already had mine just now.”
She’s on her way to the kitchen when you chuckle, “there’s no way that filled you up, Bex. That was just an appetizer. Trust me, dessert’s way better.” You give her a wink.
The girl’s knees nearly give out. “Is it now?”
You’re about to answer when a squeak leaves your lips instead. Kol’s moved his hand from your thigh to having a finger on your clit. He puts the lightest bit of pressure on it, then says, “she’s right, sister. Dessert’s much better.”
Rebekah goes completely red and hurries to the kitchen to hide her face. Elijah, on the other hand, swallows hard. He’s not sure how he feels about doing something like this with the Salvatore brothers watching. He knows that Kol is, and always has been, rather wild, but this? And if he’s going to be allowed to touch and pleasure you for the first time, he doesn’t want them there. Nor should they be so honored to see your body unclothed; that should be a sight only for those chosen by you.
Elijah’s tempted to pull Kol aside and bring up these concerns, but that would require leaving you alone with the Salvatores. That is something he’d much rather not do. Luckily, Rebekah comes back just in time.
“For you two, who don’t get to share the beautiful Y/N,” she smirks. “Please, feel free to take it home with you so we can get on with private business here.”
Elijah relaxes at her words, but then stiffens again at Damon’s.
“Oh no, we were promised that you could maintain a four way relationship and not fight. We are going to see this through.”
“That was never included, Damon,” Kol snaps, “all you were promised was that we could, not that you could see it. All you’re allowed to see of my girl is what she allows you to see.”
“Your girl?”
“Don’t push it. You’ve already pushed it by welcoming yourselves here anyway. And yes, she is my girl. Just because she shares her love doesn’t mean she’s not still my girl.”
“How do you feel about that?” The man nods to you. “A family of vampires sharing you?”
You giggle as Kol pulls you into his lap. “I don’t know if this has escaped you, Damon, but I gave in before either of these two did. I love them all as much as they do me.”
“Until you fall more in love with one and break the rest of their hearts.”
“I am not Katherine. I’m fully capable of loving them without hurting them. Just you see,” you challenge, a glint in your eyes.
The brothers look to Elijah, knowing he’s been through the ringer with Katherine as well. To their dismay, he’s smiling. “The girl is right. She isn’t Katherine. She has a similar fire, yet is much more kind. Maybe if you two had been so lucky to stumble upon her first, you’d learn that not all women are like Katherine.” Before Damon can argue, he continues, “fortunately for us, and rather unfortunately for you, she’s ours.”
Stefan’s about to comment, but then he sees you smirking. The glint in your eyes, still apparent, and sharp like a dagger, as if daring him to try to convince you otherwise. At that moment, he decides it’s not even worth it to try. He turns towards his brother. “Well. Guess we have to let them figure it out on their own.”
“Guess so.”
Not long after that, the Salvatores are finally out the door, Rebekah’s pies in hand. Damon makes it very clear that if he isn’t allowed to see the action, that he is certainly taking the dessert he is allowed to have. And, he isn’t going to make any effort in returning Rebekah’s pans, either.
“Whatever, don’t care about the pans, go away,” you say, pushing them out the door. “Bye now!” You lock it the minute they’re out. Then, you turn around to face the three vampires looking at you. “Hi.”
“Hello, darling. Quite a pickle you’ve found yourself in,” Kol smiles at you.
Rebekah takes a step towards you. “Are you sure you can handle all three of us, love? It is a lot to handle.” She seems more like she’s challenging you into submission rather than actually asking you the question. You’ve proven you want all of them, now it’s just a matter of seeing if you can catch up.
Your answer is on the tip of your tongue - an equally sassy reply that will tell her everything she needs to know. But then Elijah approaches you with a comment before you can say it.
“Maybe we should talk about this first. Y/N-”
“Oh, enough talking,” you walk over to him, “haven’t we been talking all night?”
His lips curl into a smile, “guess we have. Is this really what you want?”
“Yes, ‘Lijah.”
“Then you shall have it.”
You give three seconds. Three seconds to search his eyes for any hesitation. Three seconds for anyone to speak up with a counter. Nothing. Not a second after is wasted as you rise to your toes to kiss him again. He kisses back deeply, tapping your waist for you to jump. He holds you in place with strong arms, fighting everything to not push you up against the wall. He knows if he does, his siblings will protest.
The protest comes anyway.
“Elijah, you’re stealing the girl,” Rebekah whines.
With a sigh, he speeds you over to the nearest room and sets you down on the bed. As he catches his breath from the adrenaline, Rebekah wastes no time rushing to you and peppering you in kisses. Kol’s not far behind, laying you down the minute Bex comes up for air. Your head rests in his lap while he plays with your hair. Elijah quickly comes back into play, feeling the fabric that is the only thing separating them from seeing you wholly. You make eye contact and nod to him, and instantly, your clothes are torn from your body.
“Gorgeous,” you hear him mutter, running his hands from your stomach down your legs.
“Say,” Kol snickers, “what about this lingerie, darling? Was that on purpose?”
You bite your lip, “knew I’d get you by the end of the night. Didn’t think this would happen.” You nestle your head into him, “but I’m not complaining.”
He grins, “was a lovely surprise to a boring dinner.”
“I’ll second that,” Rebekah bounces her eyebrows at you, making you giggle.
“Kol,” Elijah calls to his brother.
You and the boy look up.
“Switch places. She’s been with you, knows you best. For her first time with all three of us, let’s give her something familiar.”
The boy nods, and you’re secretly thankful for the man’s suggestion. As much as you’re loving this, it’s all very new, and something familiar is greatly appreciated.
“Thank you,” you mutter to Elijah as he takes Kol’s spot in supporting your head.
“Of course, baby. I love you.”
You smile, “I know. I love you, too.”
“You know? How, may I ask?”
“I’ve known since the minute I met you.”
His eyes soften from shock as everything sinks in. You knew he loved you, yet you were dating his brother. But now, they both have you, and Bex, too. Bex, who, at the moment, is giving you a hickey on the neck.
Elijah realizes this and immediately chides, “don’t bite her, Rebekah.”
“Relax, it’s only a hickey. People do it all the time.”
You giggle, “it’s true, ‘Lijah. But I don’t mind if you bite. Kol’s fed from me.”
“He has?” The girl stops her ministrations to read your face.
“Mhm. I trust him, and eventually, he started to trust himself.”
“Who are you and what have you done with my brother?” She jokes.
“I’m right here, Bekah.”
“You’ve fed from her?” She asks again, still shocked.
“Show her, Kol,” you smile up at him. During the last minute of your conversation with the two, he’s been teasing your entrance with his cock, making sure you’re wet enough to fit comfortably.
He bites his lip, debating it, but can’t say no to your face. “Alright, darling. Count of three.” He lines himself up, then covers your body with his own, positioning his teeth right at your neck. “3… 2… 1.” At one, he sinks his teeth in and pushes his cock into your heat at the same time. Your eyes roll back into your head with pleasure as he begins to rock inside you, finding a pace. Kol only drinks for a few seconds before detaching, because he knows Bex will want to try too, if you’ll let her.
“Not long enough, baby,” you say immediately.
“Give Bekah a try,” he nods to his sister, sitting back up.
Rebekah’s still in shock at her brother’s self control, but snaps out of it when you give her the ‘okay’.
“‘Lijah, you too.”
“I shouldn’t.”
“I need it,” you beg.
“She’ll beg you all night,” Kol warns. “Better to give in than deny what you know you both want.”
The argument is convincing. Elijah gives in, taking your wrist. At the same time, he and Bex bite down - her at the other side of your neck - and begin to drink. Kol slows his pace as they do, taking a minute to look into your eyes. I love you, he mouths. You mouth it back.
Seconds later, they come off, too. Elijah wastes no time bringing his own blood to your lips, healing your wounds completely.
“Thank you,” you smile at him.
“Mhm, thank you, girl,” Rebekah interrupts, “you’re bloody amazing.”
Elijah returns your smile, nodding to you.
As soon as you meet his eyes, Kol picks up his pace again until he finds the one you usually like. Though Bex beats him to rubbing your clit, so he uses both hands to hold onto your waist instead. Elijah takes to kissing you hungrily, his hands digging into your scalp. You’re so overstimulated with pleasure, yet it feels so good.
After a bit of this, you start to pant, running out of breath.
“What do you like, baby?” Elijah asks, not wanting to tire you out with kisses.
“Play with her boobs,” Kol suggests, “makes her crazy.”
“Does it now?”
“She’s cum just by me sucking on them at times.”
“Kol!” You whine.
“Don’t get shy now, darling! Little late for that, don’t you think?”
You shut your mouth tight as the three smirk at you. Elijah then repositions his body to sit more to your side, giving him better access to your chest. He makes sure to put a pillow under your head where he had been sitting, then wastes no time playing with your tits, holding, cupping, and squeezing them. The feeling is so good it makes you bite your lip hard enough to draw blood.
“Darling,” Kol mutters, swiping your lip and putting his finger in his mouth, “don’t hold back your pretty little sounds from them. Let them hear what I get to hear from you.” As soon as he says that, he pounds into you hard without warning. You cry out in a strangled moan before you can stop yourself. “Just like that, yes,” he praises. “Good girl.”
Bex immediately picks up on how you react to Kol’s praise and tries it for herself. “Hey, girlie, can you do that for me, pretty please?” She puts more pressure on your clit, touching you exactly how you like.
“Awh,” you moan, “like that, keep doing that. Feels so good, Bex. I- I’m close.”
Meanwhile, Elijah’s transitioned from using hands to using his mouth to stimulate your breasts. He tugs on a nipple with his teeth while pulling the other between his fingertips.
“Fuck, ‘Lijah. Shit. I- I-” whatever you were going to say is cut off by another moan. This spurs the man on, Bex too, and they continue at their paces.
You then turn your attention to Kol. “Right- right there. Perfect. Close. I’m close. Kol?”
“Yes, darling?”
“Cum with me, okay? Please, please, please.” You know begging will do it instantly. Another thing that will make you both cum fast- “and here,” you point to your neck. “Please.”
“Which one?”
“Pick.”
“You pick this time.”
“Kol, I can’t.”
“Can I put them up to the challenge?”
You nod ferociously, desperate for anything.
“Choke or bite, she wants.”
The siblings go still. Neither feel good about choking you, and they’ve already fed.
“Kol, please,” you beg again, “I’m so close.”
“Okay, darling.” He thrusts deeper to crawl back across your body, then holds you in place by the neck as you get closer to your high. In the midst, Bex continues her pleasure on you, while Elijah keeps at his. Then, mere seconds later, you cum hard. A string of curse words that ends as a moan falls out of your mouth. Black spots cloud your vision, due to Kol’s hands on your neck, or the overstimulation, or both, you’re not sure, but you love it. You whine all the way through your orgasm, legs shaking and heart beating rapidly. Shortly after you, Kol cums too, and it takes everything in him not to collapse onto your body. After the two of you ride out your highs, everyone begins to ease up in their pleasuring.
“Not done,” you pant, out of breath still. You crawl up a little ways on the bed to lean against the headboard and its numerous pillows.
“What do you mean, ‘not done’? Girl, I’d think you’d be tired,” Bex says, incredulous.
You answer her by slipping your hand into her pants, feeling for her heat, and inserting a finger. You then unzip her jeans for better access, making her melt instantly.
“Fuck, Y/N,” she whines. When you curl your fingers, she moans louder.
Once you have her where you want her, you move your other hand to the man beside you, rubbing his hard-on through his suit pants. “‘Lijah, come here.”
“You don’t have to pleasure me, baby, I’m alright.”
“Again,” Kol interrupts, “she’ll beg you all night if you don’t let her.”
You smirk up at Elijah, proving Kol’s words true. The man tries to fight it, but desire takes over him. He’s slow to pull himself out, still a bit unsure. You gesture him closer and closer until you’re able to pleasure both him and Bex at the same time.
“I’d rather you straddle my head, ‘Lijah, so I can get you wet, and more comfortable,” you say in between breaths. The man goes red in the face. Never have you ever seen Elijah embarrassed. Neither, apparently, have his siblings.
Bex grins, “brother! You’ve gone shy to Y/N’s dirty talk! I wouldn’t believe it if I wasn’t seeing it.”
You giggle, the girl egging you on now, “I promise it would be much better. Come on.”
Again, he hesitates, but ultimately gives in. You smile as he moves in front of you, not exactly straddling you, but comes at least close enough that you can take him in your mouth. Immediately, you circle your tongue over his tip, sucking slightly in certain places. He lets out a breathy moan which makes you crave him more. Soon, you find a vein on his underside that is especially sensitive, so you tease him by dragging your tongue along it, before finally taking him in full once he’s wet enough.
When you find your pace with Elijah, you refocus your attention back to Rebekah, continuing the curling of your fingers, but also stimulating her clit. You’d love to put your tongue on her, too, but in its absence, you move your fingers inside her instead. Wetness drips from her, pooling onto the bed. Hers, thankfully. She rocks her hips against your hand, holding onto your hip for support. Little whines leave her lips, one after another.
Meanwhile, Kol’s attention is on your clit, driving you to overstimulation yet again. He flicks his tongue against it while keeping two fingers buried inside you. It’s only a matter of time before you all explode from the intense pleasure. If you weren’t so distracted, you’d probably place a bet on it.
Not two minutes later do the second round of orgasms come, and they do in quite a domino effect. Kol blows cool air on your clit and immediately, it sends you into pleasure. You start shaking again, well beyond satiated. Bex is then triggered by your orgasm, having her own not a second after, and having it be just as intense. Her mess is made bigger, cum obvious on the sheets, and she can’t help but giggle. Bex giggling causes the same reaction out of you, to which Elijah’s final stimulation is the vibration from your mouth, and he has his own orgasm. He tries to pull out, but a shared look of eye contact comforts him, knowing you’re okay with it. Once you’ve swallowed it, you loosen your suction from his cock and allow him to pull out completely. He can’t help but to kiss you when you open your mouth to prove it’s all gone.
As soon as you all come down from your highs, one-by-one you collapse on the bed, exhausted. Bex and Elijah are on your sides, while Kol’s between your legs, his head on your chest.
“That was,” Elijah pauses, catching his breath.
“Perfect,” Rebekah finishes for him.
“Quite the girl she is,” Kol says, kissing your tits.
“Need to take care of her back,” Elijah tries to get up.
You hold him down, though, “no, no, stay with me. We do that later. Cuddle for now.”
“Y/N-”
“No, we cuddle for now. I need that more.”
“Okay, baby. We’ve got you.” He settles back down into your side, letting out a long, peaceful sigh.
A second later, a camera snaps.
“Who’s that?” Everyone peers an eye open, except for the one who’s guilty.
“Whoops, sorry.” Kol smirks, “going to send Damon proof that not only are we capable of sharing, but also, that we have the best bloody girlfriend in the world.”
“You’re such a little shit,” you ruffle his hair because he’s too out of reach to kiss. “But I love you. I love all of you.”
“I love you, too, darling.”
“Me too,” Bex yawns.
“We will love you, Y/N, always and forever.”
And you all did love each other, always and forever.
Human!Viking Klaus M. HC’s
Tumblr media
Thank you to everyone who gave me recommendations for a name for Klaus’ sword, a lot of them were things from HotD including the Dragons names for some reason but IMO Drogon would be an awesome sword name😆 In the end I took a few words from names given and went with it
Tumblr media
•Niklaus is a huge show off for Y/n from the first moment they met as children and it only gets worse as they grow older
•It used to be things like how he was faster than the other boys or stronger, or how much farther he could swim but as they grew he got more and more bold when showing off. He grew into a great swordsman and showed off while dueling Elijah who showed off for Tatia himself, until Mikael came along anyway
•Niklaus always loved to show Y/n his paintings from the time he was a boy and she marveled at them, especially as they got better and better the older they got
•Y/n would often find him different colored flowers when she traveled to other villages with her father, he loved how she thought of him and got a kick out of her bringing him flowers
•Y/n’s parents, Harald and Elli, loved Niklaus and her father was more than happy with the idea of the boy marrying her if he could get the guts to ask for her hand which he eventually did
•His father hated the idea of the two of them together as she was a beautiful girl, untainted, well behaved and the daughter of a strong, rich and important Viking (that Mikael seemed to have a bit of a man crush on). Mikael considered it a waste, Niklaus having her which is why he attempted to get Finn to court Y/n instead, it was a huge relief to both Klaus and Y/n that Finn had absolutely no interest in that
•Niklaus and Finn covered for each other, pretending to be with each others girls so that Niklaus could spend time with Y/n and Finn could be with Sage who both Mikael and Esther hated
•Niklaus loved that his future wife wasn’t the prim and proper Viking girl that everyone seemed to dream of for some strange reason and he found himself entertained when she did unladylike things such as his love tripping Tatia in the village once for flirting with him. According to Y/n she was clear to the beautiful girl about how her face wouldn’t be beautiful much longer if she kept up her flirting with not just Niklaus, but anyone other than Elijah if she was serious about the kind man that Y/n already considered her big brother (Elijah never told her how much it had meant to him but he adored her for it upon realizing that Tatia had stopped flirting with other men that very day)
It was a welcome change from Niklaus constantly ‘staking his claim’ on his girl whenever a new man took a liking to her, though Niklaus knew she loved how jealous her strong Viking man was when it came to any other man so much as looking at her too long
•Niklaus had been trying to find the right time to ask Harald to marry her for a long time, however he was nervous. While he knew that her father liked him, he still had his doubts and worries that he would say “no”, especially if he had spoken to Mikael who Niklaus knew didn’t want him and Y/n together. It wasn’t until Kol told him of one of his friends older brothers who had taken a liking to his girl in the last few weeks now that she was 16 and officially old enough to marry (in her fathers eyes since technically she had been able to marry since she was 12 but both Harald and Elli refused). As soon as Kol had told him of the conversation he had heard between his friend and his older brother Joran, Niklaus was running down the path to Y/n’s home.
‘Niklaus! Where are you off to so quickly, son?’ He hadn’t even had to announce himself, finding Harald outside, sharpening his sword.
‘I was hoping for a word with you sir, if you’ve got a moment?’ He looked up from the blade with a knowing smirk on his face and Niklaus knew, he knew her father knew exactly why he’s here.
‘Of course, my boy. Been waiting quite some time for this conversation, I was sure it was coming. You actually took longer than I expected. Go ahead.’ He couldn’t say he was shocked, Niklaus knew Harald was aware of his feelings but he also knew that Niklaus would never do anything to harm or dishonor his daughter so he didn’t seem to worry about him being around her. Unlike most fathers who would be concerned about idiot boys wanting nothing more than to get under their daughters skirts, Harald knew that Niklaus would never touch his baby girl while they are unwed (at least no more than the hand holding they had already done that had his baby girl blushing up a storm for the rest of the evening after they had parted the first time). Niklaus would never put a stain on her name like the one that Tatia carries around since spreading her legs for a man who abandoned her the moment she learned about the baby. Her father also knew that even if something happened between them, Niklaus would never leave Y/n alone, he could see how much the boy loved his daughter and no matter what happened, that’s all he wanted for his baby girl.
‘Sir…I love your daughter…I love her and I-I want to a-ask you for her h-hand.’ He took a deep breath, trying to calm his stuttering before continuing. ‘I admit, I don’t have much but I can provide for her every day. I will take care of her, and our children, as many as she will give me, I will keep them safe and not a day will go by that your daughter and grandchildren won’t know how much they are loved…I’m asking you to please, allow me to marry your daughter?’
Harald stared back at Niklaus for several long moments before his face broke out into a grin and he turned his head towards his home. ‘Y/n! There’s a man here that’s asked for your hand and I’ve said “yes”! Come meet your husband!’
‘What?! Father! I have told you I-‘ Y/n was cut off as she turned the corner to see her best friend staring back at her with a hopeful look in his eyes as he waited for her reaction. While it is her fathers prerogative to marry her to whoever he chooses, if Y/n didn’t want him then he would, of course, retract his proposal. However it didn’t seem like he needed to as she charged him and leapt up into his arms with a grin and contagious laughter. ‘I didn’t think you would ever do it, I’ve been waiting months!’ She glared, fake anger on her sweet face.
‘My apologies, Princess, I will never make you wait again. You’re all mine now.’
•It was actually later that very same day that Joran came to speak to Y/n’s father only to find Niklaus with his arms wrapped around her as they discussed the feast for their wedding, knowing it needed to be large as the party would probably go on well into the night (whether they were there or not)
•The idiot actually waited until Y/n was alone and tried to sway her from her wedding with Niklaus. He tried making a case that he was his Fathers oldest son while Niklaus was just a middle child, he tried getting her to believe he was the stronger of the two of them and that he could protect her better. Y/n couldn’t be swayed in any way and it wasn’t a moment after he realized that that he found himself sprawled out on the ground with his nose gushing blood and a smirking Niklaus standing over him ‘The next time you come anywhere near my wife, a bloody nose will be the least of your concerns…get out of my sight.’
•Niklaus’ siblings were all very excited about him getting married, especially Rebekah who was thrilled to be about to have a sister. Elijah, Finn and Kol all helped Klaus in building their home for his wife as a wedding gift and his parents were immediately unhappy that their new home was both, bigger than theirs (a home that they had forced 6 children to live in their entire lives) and closer to Y/n’s parents than to them
•From the moment Elli found out Niklaus had asked Harald for her daughters hand she was on his ass about children, ‘Neither of you are getting any younger.’ ‘Her prime child bearing years are right now, so you had best get started, Niklaus.’ ‘I will watch my grand babies all the time, that way you’ll have plenty of time to make me more.’ He loved how excited she was for them to have children but she was behaving like she wanted them yesterday, he can’t even start trying until they’re married but his soon to be mother in law didn’t seem to care, both of Y/n’s parents however adored Niklaus and he was happy for it and enjoyed them treating him better than his own parents ever had
•On the day of their wedding all of their families were in attendance as well as most of the village (who were mostly just there for the feast and drinking). Niklaus watched his bride approach him for the last time as an unmarried women, a wreath of flowers on her head that Rebekah had made for her (with the help of Henrik who picked most of them knowing the small purple flowers were Niklaus’ favorite to paint with) and for the first time without the Kransen that usually adorned her head. He knew she will have saved it, as her mother had done for her, for their future daughter once she was old enough and the thought made his heart swell, making him that much more desperate to fill his wife with his babies
Tumblr media
•During the wedding ceremony Niklaus was shocked when Harald presented him with a Long Sword. It was a double edged heavy iron sword inlaid with silver on the handle, the handle was wrapped with soft leather and the pommel was heavy silver with 2 runes carved into it, one for Protection and one for Blessings. Niklaus was stunned by this gift, he had been taught to wield a sword obviously, however the one he had always used was his fathers. Niklaus never thought he would be able to afford a sword like this (a sword that he and Y/n had later decided to call BloodScythe), he had plans to get his own for his family’s protection of course, but this sword is very clearly worth more than he had ever seen in one place.
In that moment, he couldn’t help it, he began to doubt that this marriage was a good idea. Even if he knew the money meant nothing to him, he would have to find a way to keep his father from being a problem and he had never succeeded at that in his own life.
Niklaus had known that Y/n’s father was well off, it was half the reason Mikael hadn’t wanted Niklaus to wed Y/n but rather Finn, who would be much more willing to take care of his parents or even just give them money from the dowry that Harald would pay for her. Niklaus did not yet know how much silver it was that they were getting and while that money was technically Y/n’s even after the wedding, he knew that she would give it to him as the one who handled the money. Mikael was the kind of man who believed that every ounce of silver, gold and piece of jewelry belonged to the man of the house to do with as he pleased, which is why he knew he could manipulate Finn into “letting him handle” Harald’s money from both the dowry and the inheritance once the couple passed since Y/n was their only heir.
Niklaus had a suspicion that that’s the reason Elli was so desperate for him to fill her daughter with babies. Y/n’s mother had nearly died in childbirth and after that Harald forbid her from even trying for more children, not willing to lose his wife when they already had a perfect baby girl, even if that meant never having a son of his own. Niklaus found his respect for Harald growing instantly upon hearing that fact, all men were desperate for a son to pass their name onto, to teach to fight and hunt and even Niklaus himself desperately wanted a son, but Harald loved his wife so much that he was willing to give up on that dream to ensure she did not suffer…it was something that Niklaus knew Mikael would never do, regardless of how many sons he already has.
He had found himself wondering on more than one occasion if he would do the same, if he would give up on having a son, or any more children than one daughter if it’s what he needed to do to save Y/n’s life and he knew he would without a doubt
‘I am giving you my child, she will be under your roof and under your protection. As I give you my daughter I gift you this sword, that you will always care for her, keep her safe and whole, and protect the children she bares you. I am trusting you, Niklaus.’ He was floored by his now father in laws words and he found himself holding the tears back at the idea of Y/n’s father believing in him. The firm look on the man’s face showed Niklaus how serious he was in his words and he knew in that moment he would honor his promise, Niklaus would die if it meant his wife and children were safe, of that he was positive
‘Thank you for your trust. I give you my word, I will love and protect your daughter for the rest of my days. I will use this sword to defend our home, defend her honor and defend our family. I will use it to teach my sons to do the same and I will ensure my children never know a moment of suffering…not at my hands or anyone else’s.’ Niklaus was determined to not be even the slightest bit like his father, he would love his children, as many of them as the Gods see fit to grant and as many as his beautiful wife is gracious enough to bare him.
•As they shared their first kiss he felt his entire body buzzing like lightning. Y/n was finally his, his wife and his future. Niklaus kept her in his arms after their shared kiss, only releasing her to slide the ring onto her finger and allow her to do the same, the bands being a thick and heavy silver with runes adorned around the outside in a repeating pattern of Partnership, Prosperity, Loyalty and Desire. The only difference in their rings was 2 runes on Niklaus’ that meant Protection and Warrior to signify his role in their marriage and lives as were hers on her ring that meant Fertility and New Beginnings.
•Their married life was pure bliss in Niklaus’ eyes, taking the girl he had been in love with since he was a boy back to their home for the first time and carrying her to their new bed had him downright giddy and he spent the rest of the night worshipping her body. He made her cum every which way he could imagine bringing her pleasure, only stopping once the sun came up to sleep for a few hours before feeding his new wife and jumping straight back into bed with her. He shocked her with how willing and determined he was to have her ride his face for almost an entire hour that afternoon before even fucking her again and wrapping them both back into the thick furs to sleep once more. They remained like that for almost 2 weeks, Harald, Elli, Elijah and Kol all bringing them food while Niklaus was determined to ensure his seed took hold inside of his wife as soon as possible, and it did, seemingly almost immediately
•Everyone was excited by the prospect of having a new baby in the family, Y/n’s parents being the most excited and ensuring the couple had everything they would need to care for the baby. Henrik began spending the days with Y/n almost immediately once Niklaus began to work, he knew how much his big brother did not want her to be alone and so he stayed until his brother came home every day. Niklaus had taken to hunting rather than farming to make money, selling his catches in a few different towns to families who couldn’t hunt for whatever reason, and he made fairly decent money doing it which led to him coming home one day to his father man handling his 6 month pregnant wife
He couldn’t tell what came over him in that moment but one second Mikael was clutching his wife’s upper arms tightly and shaking her and the next he was on the ground having his face beaten in. Henrik had seemingly run home upon seeing his father arguing with Y/n and a moment later Elijah was pulling Niklaus off of their father. He turned and inspected his wife immediately, seeing her cheek was bright red and her eyes were red and puffy from crying.
‘I’m alright Niklaus, I promise you-‘
‘And the baby?! Did he touch the baby, I swear to all of the Gods he will die where he stands if he touched my child!’ He swore it to her and Y/n knew he was telling the truth, in fact she knew that had Elijah not come when he did, Mikael would probably already be dead.
‘He is alright my love, your father did not touch anything but my arms and a smack to my face when I insulted him. There’s no need for him to die, not this time.’ Just then Y/n’s parents came running up the path with Niklaus’ youngest brother not far behind, Elli instantly pulling her daughter into her arms and checking her over while Niklaus turned to her father who inspected the scene, seeing Mikael on the ground with Elijah between him and his son in law, Niklaus who had blood covering both of his hands.
‘Good job, son. How is she?’ He asked, never taking his eyes off of Mikael.
‘She’s alright, a few bruises. I am confident that even if I hadn’t come home when I did she would have been alright, my brother got Elijah like he was supposed to. Thank you.’ Henrik hugged Niklaus tightly, enjoying the proud look on his older brothers face as he had always been more of a father than a brother to him, more than his real one at least. ‘Go home now, let mother know everything is alright and that father and Elijah will be home soon.’
‘Alright. Are you okay, Y/n?’ He asked and Y/n smiled at the 13 year old boy.
‘I’m alright, hun. Go on home, Niklaus and I will take you to the market tomorrow and get you something special, okay?’ She offered and his face lit up before turning and taking off towards home as he was told.
‘It’s time for you to leave as well, Father.’ Niklaus glared before his father in law spoke up.
‘The next time you put your hands on my daughter, you will find the entire village at your door, ready to string you up. Remember that before you come back again.’ Harald promised, and Mikael had the intelligence to look concerned about the obvious threat. ‘Get your wife home, son.’
‘I will. Thank you for coming-‘
‘Thank you for keeping your word…I never had any doubt my child would be safe with you. You’re a good man Niklaus, and a good husband.’
•Over the next few years, Y/n had 4 children, giving Niklaus 3 sons and a little girl. He taught all of his boys to hunt and to fight, allowing them to enjoy having fun once in a while unlike what he and his siblings were allowed in their childhoods. Niklaus loved all of his children equally and he kept the promise made on his wedding day, he never raised a hand to them and he never let anyone else either, they never experienced a moment of abuse in their lifetime. His boys were incredible fighters and hunters, and they were extremely protective of their little sister, making their parents prouder than they thought possible. Niklaus didn’t think he could have asked for more
One Question Answered
Tumblr media
Elijah Mikaelson x Reader
You've been avoiding Elijah since he healed you so he tracks you down but not for the reason you assume
The one side effect of Elijah healing you was that you had no excuse to stay away from the Mikaelson compound. You didn't want to drag any of them into your fight, yeah logically it made little sense to not step back and let them handle it but this was your fight. You had brought this chaos down onto the hunting community because the one thing you'd yet to even tell Rebekah was the mastermind behind trying to form a squadron of people for hire out of hunters was your ex.
You were in Marcel’s gym, something he'd worked out with Bek. It was a little crazy considering you'd been attacked by humans to be working out surrounded by vampires with earbuds in but here you were. Music blasted as you landed punch after punch on one of the heavy bags. You had people tracking Evan. He'd be found and if you cut the head off the snake that should work.
You had to show patience but the longer he was out there poisoning people against decent hunters the better a chance someone got hurt and that person may not have an original vampire ready to feed them blood to speed up the process.
You'd avoided direct conversation with both Elijah and Klaus. Klaus was simple enough to avoid, offer of a decent bourbon warmed the hybrid out of conversation. Kol would let it go when you said you would ask for help if you couldn't handle it.
Rebekah was pissed you'd lied to her initially about why you needed your Nova put into storage for a while and even more pissed you wouldn't give names to who had attacked you. Elijah, well he was even worse. You weren't sure what had changed between the two of you but the last couple weeks had been tense to say the least.
When you couldn't manage to avoid him he would of course question if you were ready to tell him who'd hurt you. More than once he'd cursed your tattoo and it's warding for taking away his ability to compel you into telling him.
When you'd accused him of not respecting boundaries he'd rebutted that it wasn't crossing boundaries to make an attempt to keep you safe. That had been days ago. You'd steered clear of the compound choosing to see Rebekah somewhere else or not at all.
—--------------
The only reason you were at Marcel's gym was because it was the only place nearby you could walk into to work off stress with no questions being asked as to why you were there.
You weren't sure where your head was but when someone pulled your earbud out of your left ear you spun around mid punch. Elijah seemed slightly amused as he easily grabbed your fist before it could make contact with his jaw “Decent hit considering” you narrowed your eyes at him and it was only then you'd noticed the gym was empty.
“What are you doing here Elijah? Rebekah said you were out of town” he shrugged almost innocently “I assumed the best way to get your guard down was to make you think I wasn't in town. You've been avoiding me it seems” you moved your hand which was still in his “Can I have this back?” He smirked slightly “Are you going to try to run to not talk to me because we both know I can catch you”
You shrugged “Why would I run when I know for a fact it would be useless” he finally let go of your hand and gave your earbud back. You took it and turned to your bag that was sitting on the floor nearby. “Well I'm not running and you wanted to talk” you spoke over your shoulder as you squatted down to put your earbuds in their case. You stood up and faced him before starting to unwrap your hands. You suddenly felt out of place standing there in an oversized shirt and Nike leggings while he was of course dressed impeccably.
His eyes roamed across your body and you felt heat rise to your face, your heart pounding in your ears. He had a habit of making you forget when you were supposed to be putting room between the two of you “I'm not here to pursue the conversation of who attacked you. I trust that should you get in over your head you'll ask for assistance”
—-----------
Elijah relished the moments he managed to render you speechless. From the moment he'd met you the ability to seemingly always have a retort waiting was something he admired about you. Even when you were uncomfortable in a situation or nervous you hid it well.
Now, watching you standing in front of him fidgeting with the hem of your shirt, he had the urge to say anything he could to make your heart race again. The sound was music to his ears. “Then what are you here for Elijah?”
He smiled slightly “While I'm not here to discuss that matter I am here for a different one” your eyes narrowed at his words, distrust clear on your face but another emotion showed there also. You were trying to hide your attraction to him but he could see it. The way your eyes tracked him, how your heartbeat increased if he touched you even innocently. It intrigued him to no end. Many years had passed since a woman demanded his attention in this way.
“Considering you wouldn't answer my calls I thought I'd try my luck face to face. Would you accompany me to dinner?”
—--------------
Did Elijah just ask you out? No, there was no way. He must have meant dinner with his siblings or another ball he wanted a plus one for. “What do you mean?” You asked rather lamely, wishing you were wearing anything besides your workout clothes with your hair up in a lazy braid.
He gave you that smile that made your stomach flip. Damn he was gorgeous. “My darling little hunter, will you go on a date with me? Was that plain enough to make my intentions clear?”
Could a brain really short circuit? Had it not been that you knew for certain that the blood Elijah had given you had indeed cured you of any of your injuries you would've been certain the taser had caused brain damage. Who knew maybe it had? “Intentions clear” you finally spoke after a moment, feeling your head spin a bit.
“Is that a yes or a no?” He asked, causing a nervous laugh to slip out from you. What was your life at this point? You nodded slowly “That's a yes Elijah. I'd love to but can I ask one thing because of something Kol and Rebekah both said”
“Which is?” He asked a bit cautiously at the mention of his younger siblings. You knew you should probably let it go but this question had been weighing on you along with the Evan situation. “They said blood sharing was a thing, like vamps didn't do it lightly and that you normally would only open a vein to save one of them. So why heal me? Why willingly give me a part of you when my injuries weren't life threatening?”
He crossed the space between the two of you, raising a hand to cup your face much the same way he had when he'd healed you and it took everything in you to not turn into his touch. His dark eyes bore into you and yet again you found your heart racing “Because seeing you injured and in pain infuriated me. Someone hurt you and had you not already lived a life filled with resiliency those injuries may very well have been life threatening. If spilling some of my blood spares you pain I'll gladly do it however many times it's necessary”
You swallowed hard before saying “Still doesn't answer why. I'm nothing special. I could be replaced a thousand times over” he shook his head, his fingers lightly lifting your chin where you had no choice but to look him square in the eye. His eyes flicked down to your lips as he spoke “I have met many people who may have been expandable, you however are not. That's why I healed you, there was no other option”
Was it lust, attraction or pure stupidity that made you close the space between you and him? The moment your lips brushed against his you could feel the tension that had long since hung in the air between the two of you threaten to burst.
One of his hands went to the back of your head holding you in place while his other went to your hip, fingertips almost bruising with how close he pulled you to him. Your hands went to his shoulders, trying to find something to ground yourself as heat washed straight through you. A light moan fell from your lips into his as he angled his head to deepen the kiss, tongue dancing across yours.
Your fingers found the back of his head, desperately tugging at the carefully styled locks. He groaned into your mouth and you felt a fresh wave of desire hit you. His hands went down to your thighs easily lifting you into his arms. You gladly wrapped your legs around his waist, never breaking free from his lips even if your lungs were beginning to burn with the need for air.
He moved across the room, bracing your back against one of the mats that lined the wall as he broke free from your lips. Your chest was heaving as he continued his assault down your jaw to your neck. You felt your heart jump when he gently nipped at the sensitive flesh of your neck, causing your back to arch off the wall pushing you into him which caused his body to react,he shifted his hips against yours. The feeling alone was enough to pull a deep moan from you. Your hands went under his jacket, fingers digging into his shoulders through the soft material of his shirt.
The sound of two throats clearing causing you and Elijah to break away from each other. You glanced over his shoulder to see Rebekah and Marcel standing in the entryway of the gym. “I had no clue you two were talking again” Rebekah greeted cheerfully as if she hadn't just walked in on you and one of her brothers.
You groaned lightly as Elijah buried his face in the skin at the bend of your neck. Seeing him so damn disheveled and knowing you were the cause was enough to make any woman have a strange surge of pride. You grinned at Rebekah over his shoulder before he leaned up to place a chaste kiss to your lips before lowering you to the ground.
Both of you quickly rearranged whatever clothing was out of place before turning to face the newcomers. Rebekah was barely containing her laughter. “I'll see you at nine?” You asked and he smirked slightly “I'll see you at nine”
You watched him walk out and looked at Rebekah “Not a word” Marcel chuckled as he walked further into the gym “Never thought I'd see Elijah so worked up over a human and he picks a hunter”
Rebekah shook her head at Marcel then looked back at you “So I'm assuming that display means you're now dating my brother?” You shrugged, still a little dazed “I have a date with him” she smiled brightly “Brilliant. Let's go shopping for you a new outfit then”
Hi I love your writing sooo much. I was wondering if you could do a Elijah and Klaus with reader ✨spicy✨ story where someone was flirting with her and they get jealous.
Let's do Poly time
Warnings: Fluff, Protective!Elijah, Protective!Klaus, Klaus being Klaus, spicy
Klaus growled lowly watching a brave young vampire flirt with you, the hybrid was having a hard time holding hisself back. Elijah had joined his brother eyes narrowed at the young vampire who was now touching you.
You were in Klaus's words, Elijah's and Klaus's human. Their girlfriend of three years after they fought over you the first two years of knowing you.
You were an innocent librarian with dark curls and beautiful eyes. You met Elijah and Klaus though Finn, you were surprised that both Originals adored you.
Both tried to get you to pick, but you couldn't choose between the two. And told them you weren't going to come between the brothers. So here you were, three years later in a happy relationship.
"That is a brave vampire." Elijah said lowly eyes darkening seeing the male touch your bare back. Klaus's glare got darker when the vampire leaned closer to you whispering something in your ear.
"That he is. Completely ignoring our marks on her." Klaus said lowly wanting nothing more than to tear the vampire from you. You had clear marks on your neck, bite marks from both Elijah and Klaus.
"Unfortunately our darling is too sweet for her own good. Shall we put an end to their conversation?"
"Yes, we shall." Klaus said heading your way with Elijah. Marcel sighed having noticed the two Originals headed over to you and the vampire you were talking to. Marcel knew that the night might end with blood spilling.
"Beloved." You jumped hearing Elijah purr in your ear while his hand replaced the vampire's on your back. You heard Klaus growl when the vampire stood straightener, challenging the two Originals.
"Eli, Nik. Meet Thomas, he is new to the city." You say feeling Elijah nuzzle your neck as Klaus moved next to you kissing your hand. Both stared at Thomas noticing right away that he was challenging them.
"Lovely to meet you both. I wasn't aware that Y/N was taken by you two." Thomas says watching you lean into your lovers touch.
"I couldn't help but notice that you were comfortably flirting with her. Clearly she was taken, the bite marks on her neck says she was already taken."
"Right....well I thought some low raking vamp had her. And I was right." Thomas said sipping his drink. You swallowed hearing your lovers growl lowly.
"Watch your tongue Thomas. Niklaus and I are Originals, show some respect." Elijah said eyes darkening and you turned placing your hands on Elijah's chest.
"Right so called creators. The first ones, I mean no disrespect but Y/N should be with someone more stronger." Thomas said smirking watching you try hard to not let Klaus tear into him.
"Brave thing to say." Elijah says lowly eyes darkening clearly angry with the vampire. You swallowed looking between the vampires hoping that Thomas won't be stupid.
"Well I am sure you would agree if you were in my shoes." Thomas said and at that moment you knew the vampire had mess up. Klaus growled slamming Thomas onto the ground while Elijah moved in front of you.
"I do not take well to disrespect from baby vampires." Klaus said lowly eyes flashing yellow. You wanted to step in to calm Klaus but Elijah held you back.
"I meant no harm. But pretty weak of you to share her with your brother if you ask me." Once those words left Thomas's lips, Klaus tore the vampire's heart out. Elijah lifted you up carrying you up stairs as Klaus glared at the vampires.
"Anyone else that challenges me or Elijah. Will end up like little Thomas." Klaus growled out and followed Elijah up stairs to your bedroom.
"That was uncalled for Nik." You tell your hybrid when Elijah placed you down. Klaus smirked watching Elijah unlace your dress.
"Was it love? Or very much called for?" Klaus said taking off his suit jacket and tie. You frowned as Elijah kissed your neck wrapping his arms around you.
"You both can't keep killing men that flirt with me." You mumbled stepping out of your dress. Elijah smiled against your skin and Klaus chuckled stepping forward rubbing your sides.
"Now love, you know that you belong to Elijah and I. Other men should learn to stay away." Klaus tells you pressing kisses on your chest then lifted you up.
"Elijah, you agree with me." You whined seeing the vampire taking off his own suit jacket and tie. Klaus moved behind you making you jump feeling his bare chest against your back.
"Sorry baby but I agree with Niklaus." Elijah says moving down between your legs. You felt heat flood your veins when Elijah's mouth on your thigh.
"You two are the worst." You tell them your voice coming out breathy. Klaus was gently biting your neck while his hand cupped your chest.
"Yet you still love us." Klaus teases you gripping your hips once Elijah reached your center. You let out a soft moan, the first of many that night.
"Nik.....Eli.." You whimpered gripping Klaus's thigh while Elijah was practically devouring you. Klaus nipped at your neck playing with your chest.
"Let's see if we can make you scream tonight, love." Klaus whispered in your ear. You flushed shivering seeing the dark smirks on your lover's faces know you were about to have a long night.
before she established her relationship with klaus, y/n y/l/n was relatively innocent in terms of the bedroom.
sure, she was a sucker for romance novels and she knew what sort of things could get her going, but she had never let a man help bring her fantasies to life.
so, when she and klaus began dating, she finally felt like she trusted someone enough to worship her body. she let him take her virginity and klaus showed her a night of love and adoration as he expressed his devotion to her with his actions. and since then, after many conversations on what she was comfortable with, klaus had been easing her into her fantasies, as well as showing her things he believed she would enjoy.
hence, what was going on tonight.
klaus had y/n laid out before him on his lush sheets. her breasts were bare, nipples taut, and her pussy was clad in a set of provocative underwear, and it took everything in klaus to hold back. it didn't matter what he wanted, because all he wished to focus on was making his girl feel good, making her dreams come true.
pulling out a small vibrator from the drawer of his nightstand, he switched it onto the lowest level, the buzzing sound filling his comfortably silent bedroom.
y/n should have been nervous. she'd never experimented with toys before. but images of klaus using it on her filled her mind and completely clouded all her other emotions. all she could feel was excitement. lust.
klaus wove his hand through her locks, grasping a gentle hold on her head as he led her lips onto his own. they met with a searing, open-mouthed kiss, tongues dancing with each other's teasingly. klaus pulled away after a moment, his lips leading down her neck and nibbling where he wished to.
"do you trust me, my love?" klaus whispered into her ear, dragging the vibrator down from her neck to the valley in between her breasts. goosebumps formed on her skin at the sensation and she only longed for more.
"yes, i trust you. please touch me. do something, anything," she begged, pouting up at him.
"whatever you wish, my love."
klaus licked one of her nipples, blowing cool air on it and causing her to shiver while he let the vibrator travel lower and lower to find the waistband of her panties. klaus pushed it just underneath, the buzzing nearing where she needed it the most. but just as she felt klaus begin to give in to her wishes, he removed the toy from under the top of her panties.
y/n whined and attempted to grasp his hand and lead it back to where she wanted it, but klaus gathered her wrists in his free hand and restrained them above her head.
"no touching, sweetheart. let me take my time with you."
"just want you to make me feel good, daddy. i need it," she pouted.
klaus let out a low chuckle. she was relentless. it was one of the reasons he loved her.
"i promise i'll give you what you want if you act like the good girl i know you to be," he promised.
y/n let out a huff as she nodded at him, allowing him to return to his work.
but her irritation withered away quickly when klaus turned the vibrator up a level, the noise increasing as well as the power, and he placed it on her begging clit. she let out a gasp as he pushed it further into her bundle of nerves, massaging it in circles as the toy buzzed away. the pool of her slickness was growing and her walls were clenching around nothing as she let the pleasure overtake her.
"need more, daddy. p-please give me more," she whimpered, feeling the buzzing grow more intense as klaus turned the power up more. she ground her hips against the toy, but her actions came to a halt when klaus released her wrists and plunged his index finger inside her weeping hole. he stroked her sweet spot with each finger thrust, and her moans grew louder.
y/n felt the tingling sensation in her belly, a signal that she was steadily approaching her high. her chest was heaving as she gasped for air, the pleasure a distraction from something as easy and involuntary as breathing.
"you're so good for me. my little girl is so responsive, she's already going to cum," klaus cooed as he encouraged his love to reach her orgasm, "make a mess for me, my love."
y/n tried to nod but her high came crashing over her, her body trembling as she met her release.
she expected klaus to halt his movements but instead, he brought his face down to her core, moving the vibrator up above her clit as his tongue darted out to play with her clit. y/n jolted, cries spilling out of her.
"fuck — i-i can't, i—" she sputtered as she felt the coil burning low in her core again.
klaus flicked and flicked his tongue on her clit while he continued the movements with his finger and turned the vibrator up another level. his doing so led y/n to lose control again, letting out a loud call of the nickname she and klaus adored so much, "daddy, fuck!" her release came flowing out of her, and klaus was quick to lap her up, kissing her soothingly all over her core after doing so.
he removed his finger from her and turned the toy off, throwing it to the side.
klaus took in the sight before him. y/n's breasts rose and lowered in time with her breaths. her eyes were closed, lips parted, core red and puffy.
"you're doing so well for me, sweetheart. you've already cum twice for me, but i bet you still want more. you took my tongue and finger so well, but i think you still want my cock. am i right, love?" he questioned, smoothing some hair away from y/n's forehead.
y/n nodded, "yes, daddy, want you to split me open with your big cock."
klaus felt his hard length throb at her words. not only was he extremely turned on, but he also felt thrilled that y/n felt comfortable enough with him to vocalize what she wanted from him.
"since you've been my perfect little girl, i will give you whatever you ask for."
klaus freed his cock from his briefs. his thumb swiped the bead of pre-cum and brought it to y/n's mouth, "open up for me, love."
y/n obeyed him, her mouth closing around his thumb. she tasted his pre-cum as she swirled her tongue around his finger. she moaned at the taste of him, looking up at klaus through her thick lashes and giving him an innocent look.
"good lord. you look flawless," klaus breathed. "turn around and grab onto the headboard for me, love. hold on tight."
y/n listened to his instruction, always one to please her boyfriend. she stood on her knees, pressing a peck to klaus's lips before turning around and grabbing a hold of the wooden headboard in front of her.
klaus moved the hair away from her back, pressing soft open-mouthed kisses down her spine. he gripped his cock, sliding it through y/n's slick folds before meeting her entrance. he pushed himself in slowly, throwing his head back when he felt her warm, wet walls swallow him. he buried himself to the hilt and y/n gasped when she felt his tip nudge her cervix.
"you're so tight, so fucking good for me."
klaus pulled out slowly, just to the tip, before slamming back inside of her. he picked up a steady pace, each thrust as forceful and deep as the last.
"faster, daddy. deeper. i need more, please," she begged.
klaus obeyed, his speed picking up as he slammed into her over and over. y/n moaned with each thrust, her knuckles turning white as her grip on the headboard grew stronger.
"can you feel me deep inside you? i bet you can," klaus grunted, one of his hands wrapping around her throat and pulling her flush against his chest.
"you're so deep, daddy. so fucking deep, i can feel you in my chest," she whimpered, the force of klaus's thrusts making her eyes shut. she was seeing stars due to his depth, and all she wanted was more.
as if he was reading her mind, klaus brought his fingers down to her clit, rubbing it in time with his thrusts.
"i'm close. i'm so close," y/n cried, the waves of pleasure building up deep inside of her.
however, just as she was about to reach her high, klaus pulled out of her. she whined at the loss of contact, but in a flash, y/n was flat on her back again, with klaus spreading her thighs as wide as he could and plummetting back into her gushing cunt.
"you're so wet, love. can you feel yourself soaking the sheets?" klaus questioned. y/n couldn't find the strength to respond verbally, so she gave him a desperate nod with her eyes closed.
klaus brought a hand to her face, gripping her jaw, "you will answer me, sweetheart. you'll behave if you want to cum."
"f-fuck. yes, i feel it. can i soak the sheets with my cum next?" she begged. "please, daddy? just wanna be a good girl for you."
"oh, yeah?" klaus taunted, his thrusts becoming unmerciful.
"yes. yes, p-please. i'll be so good for you, i'll do anything."
klaus smirked down at his girl before his eyes landed on the vibrator near her head. he reached over to pick it up, y/n's eyes following him.
"since you asked me so nicely, sweetheart," he smiled, turning the vibrator onto the strongest level and abruptly placing it on her clit. y/n let out a loud yelp, legs jerking at the sudden stimulation. her walls began to clench, squeezing around his cock so tight that klaus let out a satisfied groan.
“i love how small you are, i can bend you in half and make you take me however i want.”
he picked up his pace even more, and y/n struggled to breathe as she felt herself start to cum. tears began to spill from her eyes, her whimpers spurring klaus on and helping him reach his release.
"good girl. good fucking girl. keep cumming for me, my love. squeeze me so tight that i can't pull out," klaus grunted as he kept rutting into her. her walls gave him one last big clutch, and klaus released inside of her with a loud groan.
he pulled out of her quickly but kept the toy on her bundle of nerves. when he saw both of their cum begin to leak out of her, he used his forefinger and middle finger to shove it back inside of her, fucking her with his fingers once more.
"daddy, please. i can't do it," she sobbed, her head thrown back as she clawed at the sheets around her.
"yes you can. you're doing so well. be daddy's little girl and give me one more," klaus cooed, kissing the inside of her thigh.
klaus's words were all it took to push her over the edge once more, and she let out a strangled scream as she came. klaus pulled his fingers out of her after she rode out her high, and sucked them into his mouth so he could taste the both of them.
"i'm so proud of you. so, so proud," klaus speaks, kissing up her body to meet her lips.
y/n gave him a tired smile, her hands cupping his face as she kissed him again. she wasn't quite sure how she was alive and breathing, but she was sure that with klaus, she could do anything.
Truth or Dare?
Tumblr media
18+ ---- {Masterlist}
You find yourself at a party you don't really want to be at. You meet the Mikaelson siblings and a game of truth or dare unfolds, revealing your secret and sparking a connection that changes the course of the night.
~HumanAU where the Mikaelsons are all 20-25ish. It just makes more sense that way... Because why would old-ass vampires be at a college party?~
5k words - Warnings: drinking, praise, oral sex, loss of virginity, Kol and Klaus being immature.
Tumblr media
You weren't quite sure what prompted you to attend this party; typically, you preferred the comfort of home. Maybe it was the monotony of spending too much time within the familiar walls of your apartment, and your instincts nudged you towards a change of scenery.
However, upon arrival, the desire to leave struck you immediately. The music was terrible and too loud, and the stench of sweat and alcohol was overpowering. And most importantly, your confidence was lacking. You didn't know anyone and weren't really sure why you wanted to attend in the first place.
So, naturally, you did what you always do at these uncomfortable events: drink.
The tequila was the only thing keeping your sanity intact, and by your fourth shot, you felt yourself loosen up. Your inhibitions were lowered, and a warm buzz settled in the pit of your stomach.
You wandered into the living room, sitting down on the sofa with a group of people, they all seemed to know each other and were engaged in a conversation you didn't follow. But that was okay, the liquor made everything easier.
"Hi, I haven't seen you around here before, what's your name?" Said a pretty blonde woman with a kind smile.
"I'm Y/N, nice to meet you." You introduced yourself, shaking her hand.
"I'm Rebekah, and this is my boyfriend Marcel, and my brother's Elijah and Kol." She said, gesturing to each man in turn.
Marcel and Kol appeared pleasant, but Elijah was another matter entirely. The moment your gaze locked with his, you felt captivated. He wasn't just handsome; he was stunning. His warm, soft eyes and the way he smiled made your stomach flutter.
As Rebekah spoke about something, you struggled to concentrate, Elijah was a distraction you couldn't look away from. He could tell, and his knowing smirk made your cheeks redden. You quickly averted your gaze and looked at Rebekah. She didn't seem to have noticed the exchange between you and her brother, and you breathed a sigh of relief.
Another man walked into the living room, holding a bottle of bourbon and a few glasses. He had blonde curly hair, and the same mischievous twinkle in his eye as Kol.
"Move over Kol, you are in my spot," he said, plopping down onto the sofa next to him. He started pouring the drinks before looking up and noticing you.
"Who are you? I don't believe we have met, love."
"She's a new friend, Nik." Rebekah interrupted before you could answer.
"It's a pleasure." He said with a devilish grin, you could tell he was trouble.
As the conversation continued, you found yourself growing more and more comfortable. Everyone was friendly, and although you didn't contribute much, they were all very welcoming.
"Okay, I'm bored, let's play a game!" Rebekah suggested, looking around the circle.
"Let's play truth or dare," Kol suggested, wiggling his eyebrows.
"That's a bit juvenile, isn't it?" Elijah asked, and Kol glared at him.
"Come on, Elijah. You are no fun, live a little." Rebekah piped up, and Elijah shrugged, agreeing.
"Okay, Klaus, truth or dare?" Rebekah asked.
"Dare," he replied, taking a swig of bourbon.
"Okay, I dare you to..." she trailed off, trying to think of an appropriate dare. "Send a nude pic to that girl, uh- Cami."
"Already did that today, dear sister," Klaus replied nonchalantly, taking a sip of his drink.
Rebekah rolled her eyes at her brother's behavior. "I thought you were classier than that," she teased.
"It was at her request," He answered with a chuckle, shrugging his shoulders. “I can send her another one if you want,” he offered with a grin.
"I'm good, thanks," Rebekah responded with a laugh.
Klaus called on Marcel, "Truth or dare, Marcellus,"
"Dare, always." Marcel responded, a challenging smirk tugging at his mouth.
"Okay," Klaus chuckled, rubbing his hands together. "I dare you to moon whoever comes into the living room next,"
"Challenge accepted." He replied, cracking a grin, and raising his glass in a toast.
A poor unsuspecting party goer got more than he bargained for when Marcel dropped his trousers and mooned him when they wandered into the room. He yelled in horror and ran out as the living room erupted with laughter.
"Okay, my lovely girl, truth or dare?" Marcel asked, kissing Rebekah on the cheek.
"Truth." She smiled back.
"Where was the craziest place you have had sex," he said, unable to control his laughter.
"I rather not know that," Kol interjected, shuddering visibly,
"Relax," Rebekah laughed. "I always keep it classy, unlike Nik over there."
She pondered the question for a moment.
"In a pool," She finally answered with a sly smile.
"Spectacular, I love learning about my siblings sex lives," Elijah muttered sarcastically under his breath, clearly irritated by the games.
You didn't like them either, you couldn't relax and enjoy the fun. If they asked you any questions about your sex life, or lack of one, your shame and embarrassment would swallow you whole.
"It's your turn dear, truth or dare?" Rebekah asked, breaking you out of your inner musings.
"Oh um, dare," You answered, you didn't feel brave enough to choose truth.
"I dare you to uh—kiss who you find most attractive here,"
Your face flushed and your heart leapt into your chest. You studied them all closely, and while all four men were very handsome, there was only one who made your pulse race and your body tremble.
You slowly leaned in and pressed your lips to Elijah's cheek, he smelled like pine trees and a hint of cologne. His skin was soft and warm against your lips, and he turned slightly, making your mouth graze the corner of his. Your face reddened, and you pulled away.
"Is that the best you can do, darling?" Kol interjected.
"Leave her be, Kol," Elijah responded, a faint smile pulling at his mouth.
"I think she should have to go again, a kiss on the cheek doesn't count," Klaus responded.
Embarrassment surged through your chest, intensifying the urge to flee the room. The alcohol heightened every emotion, amplifying the unpleasant feelings of humiliation.
"I'm not going to make her kiss anyone," Rebekah insisted, growing annoyed.
"This is supposed to be fun," Marcel agreed, and Kol rolled his eyes, taking another sip of his drink.
"Then do a truth instead," Kol insisted, unwilling to let it drop. "I would like to know her secrets."
"Fine, truth." You whispered, and the entire room grew quiet, everyone eager to learn more about the mysterious newcomer.
"How many people have you been with?" Rebekah asked, voice sympathetic, she was trying to go easy on you, not knowing about the secret you were holding inside.
"Uh...I... Uhm.." you stammered.
"Come on, either you haven't kept track of the number or there isn't one at all," Klaus chimed in, nudging Kol with his shoulder and snickering.
"There isn't a number." You whispered, your face warm from embarrassment.
"What the bloody hell is that supposed to mean," Kol asked, looking back and forth at his siblings, before his gaze landed on yours, confusion written all over his face.
"Shut up Kol!" Rebekah chided, looking at you apologetically.
"She's a virgin, you idiotic git, leave her alone," Klaus mumbled under his breath, sipping from his burbon and ignoring the nasty look that Kol sent his way.
The silence in the room was deafening, the shock on their faces was almost comical. They didn't mean to hurt your feelings, but the humiliation and shame was overwhelming. You felt like a freak, your face was flushed, and the tears were threatening to spill over.
Marcel cleared his throat awkwardly, he tried to give you a reassuring smile, but he didn't seem to know what to say.
"Well," He stated, interrupting the silence. "It's your turn to ask Kol," He smiled at you, hoping it would ease your embarrassment.
You contemplated leaving but knew you'd draw even more attention to yourself. You decided to use this chance to get back at Kol.
"I dare you to go out into the backyard, strip naked and yell at the top of your lungs that you love Nik,"
"Ooh, she is ruthless," Klaus exclaimed, laughing, the alcohol had loosened him up.
"But you're my brother, I can't." He argued.
"It's the rules," Klaus chimed in.
Kol reluctantly agreed, and the six of you made your way outside. It was dark, and no one was back there, it would be easy for him to complete the dare and not get caught.
"I hope someone is out here and hears this," You giggled, enjoying watching Kol squirm.
He removed his clothes and stood naked in the yard, yelling at the top of his lungs,
"I love you, Niklaus."
He returned to the house, and his siblings howled with laughter, and you had tears streaming down your cheeks.
"I hate you all," He muttered, and they continued to tease him.
Kol gave you a glare, and Elijah was looking at you intently, a smile playing upon his face. Kol looked back and forth between the two of you, before his signature grin spread back across his face.
"Elijah's turn," he announced.
"Dare," his older brother challenged him with a cold stare.
"Oooh, yes," Kol rubbed his hands together, excited to see what he would come up with.
"I dare you to take her upstairs, and pop her little cherry."
"KOL!" Elijah yelled, growing angry.
Rebekah smacked his arm and Elijah glared at his younger brother with his dark brown eyes, shooting daggers.
"No, nope, not okay." Marcel interjected, not enjoying the uncomfortable shift of energy that had taken place around the room.
You had enough of their teasing, it was too much. You jumped to your feet, tears stinging the back of your eyes, and you started toward the front door.
"Wait, where are you going?" Rebekah called after you.
"Home, it's late and I have to work tomorrow," You lied, not wanting them to know how hurt and humiliated you were.
"I'm sorry, darling, I was just teasing," Kol said, his face had fallen and his expression was one of genuine regret.
"It's fine," you said, trying to hide the quiver in your voice.
"Wait, I'll drive you," Elijah insisted, getting up.
"No, it's okay, I will walk, the fresh air will be nice," You assured him, not wanting to prolong this any further.
"Please, let me walk you, it's no trouble," Elijah said, offering his arm.
Kol and Klaus shared a glance, smirking at each other.
You reluctantly agreed and took his arm, feeling the heat rise to your face. He was a perfect gentleman and a welcomed distraction from the pain of their teasing.
"Have fun brother," Klaus said, winking at his older brother, who rolled his eyes, leading you outside.
Once the door was closed, the tears began to flow. You tried to wipe them away, not wanting him to see how much their teasing had affected you.
"Ignore him, he is a fool." He said, placing his hand over yours.
"I'm fine, really," You said, unconvincingly.
"No, you are not," he insisted, handing you a handkerchief from his pocket. He took your hand, intertwining his fingers with yours, giving it a reassuring squeeze.
"Thank you, Elijah." You said, dabbing at the corners of your eyes.
You walked in silence for a while, hand in hand, the warm breeze tickling your faces. His presence was calming, and he seemed to have an innate sense of empathy, picking up on your mood.
"May I ask you something?" He inquired, breaking the silence.
"Of course," You agreed, glancing at him, trying to gauge his expression.
"Why haven't you been with anyone? Surely you could have your choice of men." He asked, his voice curious, not judgmental.
Your heart fluttered in your chest, and you could feel the heat rising in your cheeks.
"I-I uh... well..." you trailed off, unsure of how to answer his question.
"Please, don't be embarrassed," He insisted, rubbing circles on the back of your hand with his thumb.
"It's just— I haven't had the opportunity, and well— no one has ever asked," You said, biting your lip, a wave of nervousness washing over you.
"No one has ever asked, or you have not allowed anyone to?" He inquired, gazing into your eyes, his expression kind and understanding.
"Both, I guess." You shrugged, a sad smile tugging at the corners of your mouth. "Also..."
You were internally debating on whether or not to tell him the real reason, he was a stranger, after all. But there was something about him that put you at ease.
"I've never had an orgasm," you confessed, not daring to meet his gaze.You stared down at the ground, feeling mortified.
Elijah chuckled softly, and you could feel the tears stinging your eyes again. You were ready to bolt when he wrapped his arm around you and pulled you to his side.
"You are so sweet, and beautiful. I think you are overthinking things." He said, rubbing your arm soothingly.
Perhaps he was right, maybe that was the problem. Maybe it was the stress that kept you from enjoying yourself.
You arrived at the entrance to your building, and turned to face him, feeling shy.
"Thank you for walking me home," You said, biting your lip, butterflies fluttering in your stomach.
"It was my pleasure," He said, bringing your hand to his lips and kissing it gently.
You felt a rush of heat flood through you and you knew this was an opportunity you couldn't let go to waste. You leaned forward and gently pressed your lips to his, your hands trembling as you touched his chest.
"I'm sorry," you breathed, breaking the kiss. "This was stupid of me, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to-”
He cut you off, gently guiding the back of your neck and pulling you close, kissing you deeply. Your heart was hammering in your chest and your head was spinning. You wrapped your arms around his neck, tangling your fingers in his hair.
He felt so nice and warm, his body pressing against yours. His lips were soft, and he tasted sweet. You let out a soft sigh, melting into his touch.
He broke the kiss, looking down at you with hooded eyes, and a small smile tugging at the corner of his mouth.
"Do you want to come upstairs?" You breathed, looking up at him.
"Very much so," He murmured, before kissing you again.
You led him into the building, and up the stairs, to the small one bedroom apartment that you rented. You unlocked the door and stepped inside, feeling your heart fluttering in your chest.
He followed you in, his eyes wandering around the room, taking everything in. You stood awkwardly in the middle of the living room, unsure of what to do or say.
"This is a nice place," He remarked, walking around the small space.
"Thanks, it's not much, but it's home,"
He nodded and walked over to the couch, sitting down and patting the seat next to him.
You sat down, your legs shaking slightly. He smiled at you, taking your hand and squeezing it gently.
"Now, tell me what's wrong," he coaxed, stroking your cheek with his thumb, his eyes filled with concern.
"I'm just nervous," You admitted, your face growing hot.
He leaned in, capturing your lips in a deep kiss. You relaxed into him, letting out a soft sigh. He kissed you slowly and gently, his hands wandering to your waist.
"Come here," He whispered, pulling you onto his lap, straddling his legs.
You could feel his arousal growing between your legs, his hardness pressing against your inner thigh. It made your heart race, you were so nervous, but you wanted this.
"You are so soft," He murmured, his hands wandering down your sides, cupping your ass and squeezing gently.
Elijah sensed your unease, running his hands down your arms soothingly. Leaving soft kisses on your neck and cheek. His sweetness and tenderness, and him allowing you time and space to adjust was a huge relief.
It's just sex, and you were attracted to him, physically and mentally. The gentle way in which he held you was just making you fall further. You began to unbutton his shirt, pushing it back off his shoulders and taking in the sight of him. You traced your fingers down his firm chest, feeling the heat pool between your thighs.
Elijah let out a quiet laugh, a grin tugging at the corners of his mouth. You looked up at him sheepishly, your cheeks burning.
"Did I do something funny?" You asked, uncertain if you had missed out on an inside joke or failed to do something correctly.
"I've just never been undressed so delicately, like I was a piece of glass. Most women tend to go straight for the button and zipper,"
You smiled shyly, suddenly self conscious of your actions.
"But this is nice, very... gentle," he assured you, pressing his lips to yours.
His fingers traced the hem of your top, trailing against your stomach. He deepened the kiss, his tongue slipping into your mouth. You moaned, your head spinning.
"Can I undress you?" He asked, breaking the kiss.
You nodded, blushing furiously. He smiled and slowly pulled your top over your head. Your body was wracked with nerves and trembles. He moved your hair over your shoulder and left a trail of soft, open mouthed kisses, starting at your jaw and working his way down your throat.
His hands wandered to the clasp of your bra, his eyes finding yours in silent permission. He gently unfastened it, exposing your breasts. You felt a wave of embarrassment roll through you.
"Such beautiful curves," he mumbled, his mouth brushing your ear, taking one nipple between his fingers and rolling it gently. Your breath hitched in your throat, a soft moan escaping your lips.
"You like that?" he asked, his hand finding your other breast, capturing one of your nipples with his mouth, sucking gently.
You tilted your head back, moaning softly. He hummed in approval, his hand running down your side, slowly working its way underneath your skirt, rubbing you through your panties.
"Have you ever touched yourself?" He asked, his lips brushing your ear, his hand teasing you.
"Umm... Yeah, once, I didn't cum though," You admitted, feeling your body growing hot.
"Mmm," he hummed, his fingers brushing your clit through the thin fabric. Your hips jerked involuntarily, a soft moan escaping your lips.
Your nerve endings were buzzing, his touch sending bolts of pleasure throughout your body. You were squirming against him, desperate for more.
"We should move to the bedroom," he suggested. "I'd like to take my time with you, properly,"
His words send a bolt of heat through you, you're nearly trembling with desire. Elijah chuckled and picked you up, carrying you bridal style to the small room.
"The door on the left," You whispered, as he kicked the bedroom door open, and set you on the bed.
He stood before you, eyes wandering hungrily, devouring the sight of you laid out, practically naked before him.
He shed his clothing, his hands quickly reaching for his belt buckle, sliding his pants off, and discarding them.
You couldn't help but stare, his body was impeccable, his skin flawless, like it had been sculpted from stone. He was perfect. You could feel your cheeks burning, he had caught you gawking. You swallowed hard and quickly removed the rest of your own clothes, leaving you just in your panties, suddenly feeling very exposed and vulnerable.
He kissed you deeply, his warm hands wandering all over your body. You relaxed into the mattress, finally beginning to calm your mind, and trust him to give you pleasure.
He positioned your pillows against the headboard, so that you could lay back comfortably. He took your hand and guided it down, tracing against the fabric of your panties, sliding it beneath the cotton barrier and making contact.
"Always start slow and easy. Let yourself get worked up," his voice was low, his breath hot against your ear.
Elijah placed his hand over yours, guiding you to carefully rub your clit, coaxing gentle gasps out of you as you became more sensitive.
"Now, rub soft, and slow circles. Light pressure, tease it out. Be patient."
You did as you were told, a deep moan escaping your lips. It felt so nice. Warm heat spread through your core and your skin prickled all over, your hips started to roll against your own touch, chasing the newfound pleasure.
"That's it, just like that. You're doing so good,"
You could feel a low burn in your core, your muscles becoming tight, a sense of relief inching closer to you. Your breath began to become ragged and quick. Elijah held you firmly, reassuring you, whispering praise and compliments, his lips exploring your neck and shoulder.
Your hips rocked and bucked into your own fingers as you touched yourself, moaning deeply. Your thighs begin to quake, and your climax hit hard and fast. A euphoric feeling spread through your limbs, your entire body tingling. Elijah captured your lips in his own, swallowing your soft cries, a smile painted upon his face.
When your high began to ebb, and you were finally able to find coherent words, you looked up into his dark eyes, still trembling slightly.
"You really did come here to fix all my problems, huh?" You said playfully.
"I couldn't bear the thought of leaving such a beautiful woman unfulfilled,"
His response made your heart flutter and you couldn't keep yourself from giggling. You kissed him softly, relishing the sweet tenderness of his kiss.
"Can you..." You trailed off, blushing furiously.
He gave you a knowing smile, kissing his way down your body, making you tremble. His fingers hooked beneath your panties, pulling them down your legs and discarding them, leaving you bare beneath him. You looked down, a heady mix of nerves, fear, and desire making your stomach knot.
You felt the mattress shift, his body adjusting between your thighs, his warm hands pressing them open.
"Elijah..." you whispered.
His eyes gazed at your now fully exposed self. He wasn't just hungry, or ravenous, he was soft, admiring, appreciating your form.
"Gorgeous," he cooed.
Before you could argue, protest his opinion of your body, his tongue grazed across your clit, drawing a deep groan from the depths of your being.
He made a quiet sound, pleased with the taste, the feel of you and the knowledge that you'd allowed him the privilege to experience you this way. You trembled beneath him, your entire body aching, melting into the pleasure he brought. His nose bumped against your clit as he drove his tongue in and out.
Your hands went to the back of his head, tugging on his hair desperately. He pulled his mouth away, leaving a mess of wetness in his wake. His finger circled your entrance, teasing the opening, as he licked and sucked on your clit.
"Does that feel good?" He hummed, his finger continuing the motion, but not quite pushing in yet.
You nodded, panting, grinding your hips towards his hand, feeling greedy and lusty and out of control. Elijah responded by easing his two fingers slowly inside. He didn't break eye contact with you, reading your responses and adapting to it.
His lips were glistening, his skin was flush and his eyes dark with desire, completely intoxicated by the neediness, by the sounds and sights of you falling apart. You wanted more, but you felt overwhelmed and overcome and unable to cope with the flood of sensations.
He pulled out, sucking gently on your clit, before sinking his fingers back inside, drawing out a deep moan from you.
"Such a sweet sound," He whispered, the praise rolling through your mind and straight to your core.
You felt the now familiar tightening of your muscles as his pace increased, your body rocking against him. You let out a low moan, coming completely undone under his attention, riding his face shamelessly, all the while he seemed to soak up every sound, movement, and whimper.
You slumped back, attempting to catch your breath, your vision a little blurry, still tingling pleasantly from your release. You looked down at Elijah, you made a mess of his hair, and you could swear his cheeks were rosy, a pinkish tinge spread through his face and neck. You couldn't hold in a breathy giggle.
"Holy shit," you laughed, covering your face.
Elijah made his way back up, leaning over you, capturing your lips in a slow, soft, passionate kiss. Your hands ran over his chest as you moaned softly. He smelled and tasted like sex. You wrapped your legs around him and pressed your hips forward, wanting more, wanting all of him.
You broke apart, panting lightly as you looked into his beautiful brown eyes, that were reflecting the same feelings. He gave you a crooked smile that made your heart skip a beat.
Your hands wandered down his torso and you brushed your fingertips over his boxers, dipping below the waist band. You felt nervous, having never touched a man before, but he felt nice in your hands. You wrapped your fingers around his erection, feeling the warm weight of him in your palm.
He exhaled deeply, resting his forehead against yours. His pupils dilated, and his brow knit together, eyes heavy with desire. You had found yourself in a position in which you felt empowered by his reactions.
"You have to tell me what you like," You whispered shyly, your lips inches from his, stroking him slowly.
"I like you," He said softly. You could tell from his tone of voice and how he moved beneath your touch, that the meaning of his words was sincere. He was charming, a little intimidating, but something about his energy had put your worries and anxieties to rest.
"Elijah?" You looked at him innocently, rubbing your thumb over the slit, feeling the precum gather on the pad of your finger. You gently stroked the swollen tip, earning a soft moan.
"Will you please fuck me?"
His eyes snapped to yours, dark and lustful. It sent a thrill of desire through you, making your whole body warm. You continued to stroke his hard length, and he let out a low groan. He leaned back and removed his boxers, giving you a full view of him.
You blushed furiously at the sight, he was bigger than you expected. You took a deep breath, looking back up at him, eyes filled with a question. He smirked, understanding perfectly, and pulled you close, his lips colliding with yours in a heated kiss.
"Lie back for me darling," he whispered in your ear. You did as you were instructed, placing yourself comfortably on the bed, your heart threatening to pound out of your chest.
Elijah gave you one last kiss and pulled a condom out of his pocket, ripping it open. He rolled the sheath down his length, and grabbed a pillow, placing it under your hips to raise you slightly.
You watched him, in awe of how your night unfolded. Never could have anticipated how comfortable you would feel so exposed and naked with Elijah, a practical stranger. And you didn't want him to be a stranger, not after this.
He situated himself between your legs, his hand wrapping around the base of his erection. He positioned the tip at your entrance, slowly pushing inside, his other hand caressing your cheek.
"Tell me if it's too much," he murmured, his thumb running along your bottom lip.
A deep groan escaped you. He was stretching you out, his cock just breaching the entrance of your cunt. Your hands moved to his shoulders, clinging to him tightly, breathing rapidly, trying not to panic.
He paused, his lips ghosting over yours. He peppered soft kisses all over your face and neck, murmuring praise and compliments.
"You're doing so well, sweet girl. So good. Relax for me, relax,"
His words were soothing, and you melted into the bed, relaxing around him. He moved slowly, rocking his hips a bit further with each small thrust. He was patient and sweet. So sweet. He peppered your neck, throat and mouth with soft kisses, he took his hands in yours, intertwining your fingers together, his thumbs rubbing the skin soothingly.
Once you adjusted, he felt perfect inside of you, every stroke bringing you closer to the edge.His pelvis rubbing against your clit and hitting you exactly where you needed. His body weight covered you, keeping you safe, and making your legs weak. It was intoxicating, overwhelming, dizzying, euphoric, perfect.
"So sweet, so soft," He whispered, grunting and thrusting slow and deep.
His words stoked the flames in you, making your hips meet him with his thrusts. It felt better than you ever could have dreamed. You rocked with him, a steady rhythm building, a symphony of gasps, moans, and breaths mingling together.
He pressed his forehead against yours, locking eyes. Both of you taking the moment, connecting with each other, hearts racing and breathing shaky as the intensity and passion overtook you.
It didn't take long; he felt amazing. Soon, another wave of heat washed over you, crashing down on your trembling body. You pressed your lips to his as you came, muffling a deep moan, dragging your nails down his back, crying out as the sensation rocked through you.
His climax quickly followed, his body tensing and he let out a grunt and stilled his hips as your highs started to ebb and come down. You nuzzled into him, stroking your fingers down his spine, melting into his touch as he held you close.
He met your eyes, a sweet and sated smile on his face, making your insides melt. You traced your fingers along his cheekbones as his lips met yours softly. It was tender, a kiss conveying the things that couldn't be said with words.
Elijah pressed his lips to your temple, a sweet gesture that made your heart swell before he slowly untangled himself, moving to dispose of the condom. You stretched out, enjoying the tingling throughout your body, and the pleasant exhaustion settling in.
When he returned, he laid back down beside you, pulling the blanket over both of you and pulling you close. You rested your head on his chest, listening to the sound of his heartbeat, a gentle reminder that he was real.
Tumblr media
You woke up the next morning to the smell of coffee brewing. You put on a large shirt, and made your way into the kitchen where you found Elijah, cooking what appeared to be french toast. The sight and scent stirred both hunger and a fluttering in your stomach.
It took you a moment to register what transpired the night before, but once you did, your cheeks were hot. Elijah glanced up, giving you a warm smile, nearly causing your legs to give way. Setting the pan aside, he approached, placing a gentle kiss on your forehead.
"Good morning," His voice rasped and you smiled.
"Good morning Elijah, thank you. For, um," you struggled to finish your sentence, his dark brown eyes sending butterflies swarming in your stomach.
Elijah only nodded and reached up, cupping your face, stroking his thumbs along your cheeks and tucking a loose hair behind your ear. Your head leaned into his touch, so gentle and tender and caring.
"Truth or dare?" He asked, catching you by surprise.
"Truth," you decided, allowing a playful smile to grace your lips.
"Will you let me take you to dinner?" he inquired.
Your smile widened, and your heart quickened. This, you realized, was the most wonderful game of truth or dare you had ever played.
Klaus Mikaelson x Reader
Warning(s): Fluff, angst…but mostly fluff
Word count: 1.1k
Summary/Prompt: Hours before the curse is broken, you briefly bump into the infamous Klaus Mikaelson for the first time but you see something inside of him that’s unexpected.
A/N: Should there be a pt.2 where y/n reunites with Klaus??? 🤔
⋆ ━━━━━━━ ༺❀༻ ━━━━━━━━ ⋆
Tumblr media
Tonight was the full moon.
That meant that it was the night that Klaus would finally be able to break the curse. The curse that binded his werewolf side and stopped him from becoming a true hybrid.
Despite everyone’s attempts, there seemed to be no way around it.
Stefan had taken Elena away for the rest of the day after Damon force fed her his blood. You had also heard about Tyler rolling back into town meaning that Klaus would have everything he needed. The ritual was going to happen regardless of what anyone wanted.
In the Salvatore mansion, Elijah had just gone over the plan once more to ensure that it would work. You were there simply so he could be certain.
“If the plan does not succeed, my brother will become The Original Hybrid by the time the full moon completes its final phase.” Elijah informed, his gaze moving from you, down to where he was fixing the cuff of his sleeve.
You gave him a small nod. “It’ll work Elijah. I…I know it will.” You attempted to reassure him, but the uncertainty in your voice betrayed you. He studied you for a moment before exiting the room. You watched him leave, sighing quietly to yourself.
Much to The Salvatore’s dismay, you found the existence of the Originals to be rather intriguing and had spent the better part of the last month or so getting to know more about them. By them, you meant Elijah, since he had been the only Original the gang had encountered. That was not including Klaus when he had been in Alaric’s body. In return for your curiosity, Elijah seemed to have grown fond of you.
Right now however, you weren’t of any help to anyone. You needed to get out.
Even though the mansion was exceptionally large you felt too pent up. So you headed off to the lake. At least there you could have a brief moment to think alone.
It wasn’t far, so once you made it you took a seat on the bench, staring out at the lake as the afternoon sun slowly made its descent over the horizon. The remaining light seemed to bounce off the water’s surface, making it look as if it shimmered.
“Is this where you go to get away from the Salvatores?” An strangely familiar voice spoke from behind.
You stumbled off the bench with a gasp and spun around on your heels only to come face to face with a rather tall man. Your breath hitched and fear immediately swept through your body the second you realised who it was.
“Klaus.” You breathed out, taking a nervous step backwards.
“Relax, love, I am not of any threat to you.” He reassured with a gentle grin, hands raised briefly in surrender. “I am simply savouring the last moments before I become my true self.”
You watched him wearily. Part of you wanted to run, but you dreaded what he might do if you tried.
Klaus’ grin seemed to fade. He couldn’t just see the fear in your eyes but he could also hear your heart as it pounded within your chest. He dipped his head and stepped away, creating some distance between you both.
“It’s a beautiful sunset, wouldn’t you agree?” He asked in an attempt to spark some sort of conversation to break the tension.
Looking up, you couldn’t disagree that the mixture of red, orange and purple colours that lit up the sky was beautiful.
“Yeah…it is.” You mumbled quietly.
Klaus smiled to himself as you continued to study him from where you stood. He could feel your eyes on him.
He remained silent for a good few moments before letting out a sigh. “I know you think you should be scared of me, but I assure you that you do not.”
“You want to hurt the people I care about so I think I have every right to be afraid.” You reminded him, bravely holding his gaze. You were surprised when he nodded in agreement.
“Fair point.” He replied. Then carefully took a seat on the bench. His gaze shifted to the ground momentarily before returning back up to you. “Y/N, if…there was another way—” He began but faltered in finishing what he wanted to say.
Your brows creased slightly as you searched his eyes. Eyes that remained on you. There was some sort of emotion hidden behind those centuries old eyes that you wouldn’t have imagined possible to find in the proclaimed evil Klaus Mikaelson.
It was Pain. Deeply rooted pain.
You didn’t know his story and yet it broke your heart to see such pain in someone’s eyes.
It made you wonder whether there was more to him than just how everyone portrayed him. That being known worldwide to be a ruthless mass murder, a monster and big bad wolf with no remorse was simply a facade to hide the concealed truth that maybe, just maybe he had a heart.
Turning to look back out at the lake, you realised that you had finally let your body relax. You knew he wasn’t going to hurt you. He had no need too. You mustered up the courage to sit down beside him. With a quiet sigh, you looked up at him. There were no words needed to be exchanged. You both just sat in a strangely comfortable silence.
As the night arrived, a chill filled the air. You shivered.
“You’re cold, love.” Klaus softly noted, a gentle frown of concern passing across his face.
You huffed out a quiet chuckle. “I’m alright.” You insisted. The way he called you love had your stomach fluttering in a way that made you mentally scold yourself.
Klaus didn’t seem to take that as an answer because he took off his jacket, gently wrapping it around your shoulders. He gave you a gentle smile, his eyes appeared to sparkle under the moonlight.
Your heart skipped a beat and your breath caught in your throat as you met his gaze. “Thank you Klaus.” You managed to whisper, pulling his coat around yourself for extra warmth.
He dipped his head. “Of course, love.” He uttered in a gentle tone before he stood up.
You tilted your head in confusion before spotting the moon high up in the sky. You looked back at him. You knew exactly where he was going.
“It’s time, isn’t it?”
The soon to be hybrid nodded. “It is.”
You let out a deep sigh. There was absolutely no way you could stop him and…you didn’t really want to anyway. No one should be denied a part of themselves.
“Go.” You said.
Only for a split second but long enough for you to see, he hesitated. Like he was reconsidering. But the urge to take back what was lost outweighed anything else.
“Goodbye, Y/N.” He murmured, “Hopefully we’ll meet again under better circumstances.”
He then vamp sped off with a whoosh, disappearing in a blink of an eye leaving you alone under the light of the full moon.
“Bye, Klaus.” You whispered. “And…good luck.”
TMAGP Theory Board (S1 EP 7)
Dang that episode was a RIDE Hope everyone had a relaxing week because after the newest protocol episode I am screaming!! so lets get right to it
Tumblr media Tumblr media
What Happened in Episode 7: Give and Take
Tumblr media
Celia seems to know something about the powers with her references to the buried and the flesh in the opening conversation with Alice
Celia recognizes Chester's voice!! since the introduction of Celia's last episode, I wanted to see how she would react to hearing Chester and Norris and we got that in this episode. It's safe to say that Celia recognized Chester's voice as Jon. This piece of evidence makes me almost 100% sure that this Celia is the same Celia/Lynne from Archives
Tumblr media
Jon is Back!!! after Chester's statement (more on that later) we learn that Sam has been getting emails from someone named Jon. He also mentions it in an internal email. This helps support the theory that Jon and Chester/FR3-d1 are fused somehow which is what I (and a lot of the fandom) have been thinking. This leaves me with a lot of questions how else can Jon communicate through FR3-d1 with the outside world? Are Martin and Jonah sentient as well? Also, my big question is if this is the first time Jon has been able to signal to the OIAR Staff or if he has been trying to get them to listen since he manifested in the world and Sam was the first one to notice him or is this his first attempt to make contact. I'm interested to learn more about how Jon will continue to influence Sam. I think he's either trying to warn Sam about the OIAR's true intention or is he looking for some way to escape FR3-d1 and needs Sam's help.
Tumblr media
This week's statement involved a place called Hilltop Centre branch of the Oxford people's trust. if you were like me and my roommate all your lore alert bells started ringing the moment Hilltop was mentioned. for people who are new to the Magnus Universe Hilltop Road is a major location for avatars (usually web-aligned ones) and also was the childhood home to the desolation avatar Agnes Montague. Hilltop is a big deal in TMA. Hilltop Centre being located in Oxford also lines up nicely with where we know Hilltop Road is located. I'm interested to know if we will hear anything about the house at 105 Hilltop Road being student housing because if that is true then we can connect the statement giver Anya Villette From MAG 114 to being from protocol's world. if that's true there could be a way to get to the Archive Universe through the gap in reality (a wormhole that exists where the house was built) Anyways definitely will have to listen for any more mention of a place called Hilltop in Oxford
Tumblr media
Gwen was promoted by Lena to external liaison and is officially "In" It's time to learn the OIAR's secrets! after doing some research into the job title of external liaison it seems that Gwen is almost gonna be acting as a messenger between the OIAR and another party which is unclear at this time. my guess is it has something to do with Starkwell which was the private military contractor that was mentioned in Episode 4 but that's just a guess and me trying to fit in pieces that have not found a snug place in the lore yet. could be someone else (I'd love to hear your thoughts)
Remember our Buddy Klaus from Episode 4 who we thought was killed by Lena? turns out Klaus is still alive we learn through Gwen and Lena's conversation, that Lena was paid by someone to kill Klaus but failed.
Colin is more paranoid than ever! could be because of the eye or the institute but he does not want to be near technology right now.
Ooh boy that was a lot I'm still reeling from this episode so I'll leave it there for now. honesty I'm most stoked to hear Jon's back in the story and excited to see what role he'll play in Protocol.
Hope you guys have a wonderful week ask box and comments are always open and I'll be back next week for the episode 8 debrief/theory crafting
Cake Is Good For You
Tumblr media
Flufftober, October 19th
Baby mikaelson female reader x Hope Mikaelson
Warnings: none
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hope grabs one of the party hats she bought from the party store a couple days ago. It's lavender with small white polka dots. She places it on your small head.
You look up at her and giggle at the feeling of the string underneath your chin. "You're so cute" Hope coos and kisses your cheek.
She maneuvers you to her hip and walks to the backyard where the small party is set up. There's a happy birthday sign that matches the party hats, hung up on the edge of the wooden picnic table.
"Want some yummy cake?" Hope whispers to you, hoping none of your guys' parents, aunts, or uncles hear. You let out a tiny squeal, and open your mouth. Hope places a small piece of cake in your mouth. The frosting gets around your lips, but you happily chew the cake and swallow.
You open your mouth again. Hope chuckles, stabbing the fork into the piece of cake again, and holds the fork up to your mouth. She feeds you the piece, smiling as you chew the chocolate cake.
She freezes as soon as she hears a cough to get her attention. She slowly turns around, coming face to face with Hayley.
"What's going on here, sweetie?" Hayley smirks, an eyebrow raised.
"Just some...sampling" Hope looks back and forth between you and your guys' mom.
"Ahuh" Hayley walks over and kisses you and Hope each on the forehead. "No more until later, okay, Hun," She tells Hope. "Kay, Mom." Hayley walks back into the house.
Hope puts the fork back onto the plate and picks up one of the napkins. She wipes all the frosting off your squirming face. "Don't worry, we can get more later" Hope tells you and sits on the grass.
She sits you down in her lap. You place your hands on her chest, tapping them against her skin. You babble to your sister and she nods, diverging into a 'conversation' with you.
"Happy birthday, y/n/n. You're one!" Hope holds your hands and moves them around, making you break out into giggles.
"Now I heard your mother just stopped you from having sweets" Klaus takes a seat next to you guys. "Yep, she was being so mean" Hope jokes.
"Well then, we can't have that, now can we?" Klaus holds his hand out to Hope, passing her a big chocolate chip cookie. "Thanks, Dad" Hope smiles.
She rips off a small bit and feeds it to you. You immediately eat it, not getting any of it over your face which is a first. "I think y/n agrees too" Hope also takes a bite out of the cookie.

All My Life
Tumblr media
Pairing: Elijah Mikaelson x wife!reader
Summary: Klaus wants to use you in his plans, but Elijah is terrified of losing you. Marcel makes a massive mistake that could end in tragedy for all involved.
Warnings: Mentions of death, mild cursing.
Despite his external levelheaded calm appearance, Elijah Mikaelson was filled with intense emotions that threatened to overwhelm him at any moment. Unlike his siblings, he'd learned how to bottle his emotions and bury them deep down. Very few people would ever notice the turmoil behind his deep brown eyes, but you always did.
650 years of knowing him certainly helped, but it was the 650 years of loving him that really did the trick.
"Hey handsome, what are you doing in the cellar?" you asked as you walked down the stairs.
Elijah held up the bottle of scotch he'd been drinking and offered it to you. "Would you like a drink, (Y/N)?"
You raised your eyebrow and shook your head with a sigh, but you took the bottle from his hands and took a drink. "Do you want to tell me what's bothering you?"
He took the bottle back from you and took a long drink. "Now why would you think something is bothering me?"
"Perhaps because you're sitting in the cellar drinking your weight in scotch? Anyone with two eyes would look at you and immediately know something is wrong."
He looked up at you and you saw a sea of emotions in his eyes. You kneeled down in front of him and placed a hand on his thigh. "Talk to me, Elijah."
"I don't want to burden you with my thoughts."
"Your thoughts are never a burden. I know you and Klaus had a fight. Was that what bothered you?"
He sighed and nodded. He never wanted to show his emotions in public, but it was different with you. However, his argument with Klaus had sent him into overdrive. He was incredibly angry and frustrated, but mostly he was terrified. 650 years of loving you more than life itself and he could lose it all in a single conversation.
You could see he was warring with himself over something. You were worried about him. "Tell me what happened."
"Do we have to talk? Can we just sit here and enjoy each other's company?" He asked softly.
"Elijah," you whispered, "as much as I'd love to sit here quietly with you, I need you to open up. I know you're not okay."
He sighed and reached for you, pulling you into him. You let him hold you against his chest for a moment before pulling away. "Sweetheart," you said softly.
"Klaus wants to use you to remove Marcel and his vampires from the quarter."
You looked up at him in surprise. "What?"
"You're the strongest witch we know, which makes you the best option for combating Marcel." He sighed. "But it's too dangerous. He has Davina and 100 vampires on his side. I don't want to lose you."
"Oh sweetheart, is that what you're worried about? Losing me?"
He nodded. "The risk is too great. Any one of those vampires could try to kill you and Davina may be young, but she's strong."
"I'm immortal, Elijah. They're not going to be able to kill me."
He shook his head. "Not any more."
You pulled even farther away from him. "What?"
"Marcel got several witches to help Davina break your linkage spell."
"How do you know?"
"Marcel requested several of the quarter witches assist Davina in a massive spell. My understanding is he wanted to break the link between you and Nikalus, with the intent of attacking him."
"Attacking an immortal original hybrid? That sounds like a fantastic idea. What is he thinking?"
"Marcel is aware Nikalus cannot be killed, however he can be desiccated via magic. I believe that is his plan. Niklaus will be out of the way and no one will stand between Marcel and his 'kingdom'."
"How do you know about this?"
"Sophie informed Niklaus. Niklaus informed me."
"And then he suggested using me?"
Elijah nodded. "In traditional Nikalus fashion, he did not suggest, he demanded. I do not want to put you at risk, especially now that you are vulnerable. We argued about it, which you already know. I've spent the last hour sitting down here enjoying this 150 year old scotch."
Everything Elijah had told you had you reeling. 645 years ago you had been gravely injured and almost died. If Klaus hadn't found you in time, you would have been dead. Once he healed you, he had a witch create a linkage spell, tying you to Klaus. Essentially, everything that happened to Klaus happened to you and vice versa. However, his immortality also extended to you. As such, you did not age, never got sick, and you'd live as long as he did.
Elijah had been irate when he'd discovered what Klaus had done. In part because Klaus had taken away your choice for immortality, but mostly because Klaus had chosen to tie you to him, despite the fact that he knew how Elijah felt about you. Klaus adored you and that has never changed. Elijah grew to accept and even appreciate Klaus's constant desire to protect you. You never had a desire to be a vampire, so the fact that you could spend forever with Elijah without losing your magic meant everything to you.
"Klaus is willing to risk my life?" you asked in surprise.
"Of course not," Elijah stated. "He insisted that you'll be perfectly fine, but he cannot assure that. And there is the issue of the linkage spell...we don't know the ramifications of breaking it."
You sighed. "I can always reinstitute a linkage spell...perhaps even using you this time around."
Elijah looked at you in a strange manner and you were struggling to determine what he was thinking. "Elijah? What aren't you telling me?"
"You can't do the linkage spell."
"Why not?"
"The spell was very complex and as such certain things were required to conduct it."
"Certain things?"
"Niklaus never wanted you to know what it took to perform the spell." He sighed, clearly wishing he didn't have to tell you either. "The witch who created it used expression. And the complexity of the spell required the creation of an expression triangle in order to channel the energy needed to complete the spell."
You sat in a stunned silence. That may not have meant much to Klaus, but it meant a lot to you. "Did you know?" you whispered.
"(Y/N)..."
"Elijah. Did you know?"
He sighed. "Yes, I knew."
You closed your eyes. The weight of what he was saying was overwhelming. Klaus had killed 36 people just to link you to him. You would have rather died or even become a vampire over murder. "We can't do that, Elijah. It should have never been done in the first place. Expression magic is powerful, but dangerous. Klaus shouldn't have ever done this to me."
"If he hadn't, I wouldn't have been able to spend the last 645 years with you."
"Oh, Elijah. I know, I know." You grabbed his hand and kissed his knuckles gently. "We'll figure this out. And while I'm pissed at Klaus, I can't let Marcel hurt him."
"(Y/N), Marcel had you unlinked so he could go after Nikalus without harming you. I don't think he understood what it would mean or how the spell was completed all those centuries ago."
You realized he was right. Marcel was trying to protect you. You weren't surprised by that. You'd been a mother-figure to Marcel when he was growing up. Even now, he still cared about you and you cared about him. "I can't hurt him, Elijah, but I can't just let him come after Klaus."
"Yes you can, (Y/N). My brother will be fine. We will find a way to bring him back in the future. He kept half of our family in caskets for centuries, I think he can stand being desiccated for a while."
"Elijah," you scolded lightly. "We will not stoop to his level. Besides, he has done everything he can to protect me for 6 centuries. I owe him this."
Elijah sighed. "You owe him nothing, my love."
"I owe him my life," you said softly. You touched Elijah's face gently and he leaned into your hand. "I know you're worried, but I am still extremely powerful. That much hasn't changed. I can take Davina and the other quarter witches, even the vampires won't be too much of a challenge."
"You're always so confident, so brave. I wish you didn't have to be."
You smiled. "Would you love me as much if I weren't?"
"It is impossible for me to love you more than I already do, but it might be nice to have a wife who plays it safe sometimes."
"What fun would that be?"
**********
Elijah finally agreed to follow you upstairs into the courtyard, where Klaus was waiting.
"Where the hell have you been?" Klaus asked, clearly annoyed at his brother.
"I needed time, brother."
Klaus looked at you for the first time since you'd entered the room. Your expression answered all the questions he wanted to ask. "(Y/N)," he began.
You held up your hand to silence him. "Don't. You don't get to speak to me right now. I am choosing to help you because I owe you my life, but after that, I'm done. Elijah and I will be leaving the Quarter."
"You can't leave!" Klaus protested.
"I'd like to spend the rest of my days, however many I have, with the love of my life. I have no desire to spend them fighting a war I want no part in." You had already begun to formulate a plan in your mind, a plan that would likely take a whole lot more power than you had to give.
"Rest of your days? (Y/N), we can do another linkage spell--"
"Brother, enough," Elijah interjected. "She has made up her mind."
"She doesn't get to just decide to die, Elijah."
"You never should have taken her choice in the first place."
Silence descended on the two men, both suddenly struck with the inability to speak. You stepped between them, magic flowing freely from you. "Fighting gets us no where. I won't do the spell, Klaus. I can't. There's no situation in which I would be okay killing 36 innocent people just so I could live. It's not worth it--I'm not worth it."
You could see how desperately Klaus wanted to argue with you, but his mouth remained shut. You turned your gaze to Elijah and you found yourself wishing you could relieve him of his pain, his sadness. But you couldn't. "I'm sorry, my love, but I can't abandon him when he needs me most."
Elijah nodded his understanding, always willing to trust you completely. He knew you were more than capable of making your own choices and he trusted that you would make the right one. He just didn't realize what this choice would cost.
"If you'll agree not to argue, I'll release you," you said sternly, looking back and forth between them. They both nodded their agreement, and with a wave of your hand, they found their voices once again.
"I don't agree with this," Klaus grumbled.
"You don't have to," you said pointedly. "You made the decision to rile up Marcel. You chose to make this city a battle ground. Everything from that moment forward is on you."
With that, you inhaled deeply and walked away from them, allowing the spirits to guide you where you needed to go. Steeling yourself for the challenge ahead and the ramifications of your own choices.
Elijah and Klaus both tried to follow you, but the boundary spell you'd placed around the building kept them from leaving.
"(Y/N)?" Elijah said softly, tears filling his eyes.
"I'm sorry, love," you said gently. "You can't come with me."
"(Y/N) you will remove this spell at once," Klaus said sharply.
"You should know better than to try and order me around, Niklaus." It had been a long time since you'd used his full name. He understood the full weight of it even before Elijah did. You saw his eyes widen and he began to beat his fists against the barrier as if he could somehow break through it with nothing but brute strength.
Tears filled your eyes as you silently said your goodbyes to them both, knowing this could be the last time you'd see them. Your gaze met Elijah's one last time and you saw the moment of realization cross his features. Tears filled his eyes and you saw the desperation pooling within them.
"(Y/N)," he whispered, voice broken. "Please."
"I love you, Elijah. Always and forever."
The moment the words left your lips, you turned away from them and moved down the street quickly, never once glancing back. You knew if you did, there was no way you would be able to do what needed to be done.
**********
"You just had to have New Orleans, didn't you? Couldn't leave well-enough alone?" Elijah asked angrily.
"This is my home, my kingdom."
"It was, Niklaus, but it hasn't been yours for over a century. Why couldn't you just leave Marcel alone?"
"I saved him. I raised him!" he bellowed.
Elijah just shook his head, heart too heavy to bother arguing further. "I truly hope this city is worth it, brother."
Klaus was silent, knowing full-well it wasn't worth your life.
**********
"Marcel!" you called as you entered the church. You were surprised to feel his presence here of all places.
Marcel appeared before you as if by magic. "(Y/N). What are you doing here?"
You gave him a pointed look. "I think you know why I'm here, Marcellus."
He winced at the use of his full name. You didn't use it in a condescending way, but in a motherly way, which only made it that much harder for him to hear. "You shouldn't be here," he said quietly.
"Perhaps, but I don't have a choice now, do I?"
"You always have a choice."
You shook your head. "He is family, Marcel, and I owe him my life."
Marcel looked down. "I'm sorry for breaking the linkage spell."
You sighed. "As am I."
Something in your tone scared him. When his eyes met yours again, he saw the emotions swirling in them. "(Y/N)?"
You gave him a tight lipped smile. "The spell was my lifeline and my strength. I'm going to die, Marcellus, and soon. So I might as well do it protecting the people I love."
Surprise lit up his face, but he couldn't move, couldn't think. He was frozen in place. He could feel the streams of power coming from you and it terrified him. He'd never believed you would ever hurt him, but he suddenly wasn't so sure.
Davina felt your presence and came down the stairs, trying to fight against your power, but she was no match for you. Marcel tried to call out to her, to tell her to run, but he couldn't. Davina cried out in pain, her body dropping to the ground, hands holding her head.
All over the city, witches were dropping to the ground and screaming in agony. It lasted for mere moments before every single one of them suddenly fell silent, bodies collapsed on the unforgiving ground, minds unconscious.
Your eyes flicked back to Marcel. "You have to understand, Marcellus. I have to protect them." Not just Klaus and Elijah, but the witches too. You would not let them die at the hands of your family.
He looked at you, eyes begging you to stop.
"They will awaken, but they will have no powers. They will no longer be a threat, therefore they will be safe."
He had no idea you held that kind of power. He knew you were strong, likely a product of your age, but he'd never understood the depths of your power. Power that stemmed from your bond with the world's only truly immortal hybrid, a bond that was now broken.
"I will not kill your friends, the vampires. But I will issue a single warning. A warning which must be heeded by all who hear it." You closed your eyes and called out to every vampire in all of New Orleans. Each one of them heard your voice ring out in their head, "You are given a choice, children of the night. Leave New Orleans by first light or die by nightfall tomorrow. None will be spared."
The moment the words had left your lips, you dropped to the ground, breathing heavily. You'd released Marcel from his hold without meaning to, but you simply didn't have the strength to hold him any longer. You'd had a feeling that breaking the linkage spell would do more damage than any of you had hoped, and it appeared you were right. You could feel the end nearing, your body was dying, the power that had kept you alive draining from you.
"(Y/N)!" Marcel called out as he crawled over to you. After what you'd just done, perhaps he shouldn't care, but he couldn't help it. He picked up your semi-conscious body and began to carry it to the place he knew he was most unwelcome, but he couldn't just leave you alone to die.
**********
"Elijah! Klaus!" Marcel yelled as he reached the entrance to their ancestral home.
Both men appeared almost instantly. Elijah saw your body in his arms and he nearly broke down. Klaus, on the other hand, was immediately filled with rage.
"What have you done to her?" he snarled.
"She did it to herself," Marcel said softly.
Elijah tried to get to you, but the boundary spell was somehow still in place.
"Go," you whispered, voice barely audible. "I can't hold the spell much longer."
Marcel stared at you and realized you were protecting him...one last time. He didn't want to go, couldn't say goodbye. There was so much he wanted to say, but there was no time. He had to go, whether he wanted to or not. "I'm sorry, (Y/N)," he whispered as he gingerly placed you on the ground.
"I know," you murmured in return.
He looked at the two furious vampires locked within the walls of their home and knew he couldn't stay. Not if he wanted to live. He gave you one last look of sorrow before disappearing into the wind.
You gave Marcel as much of a head start as you could, knowing he would need it. "Don't follow him," you whispered, eyes locking on Klaus's.
"This is his fault," he said angrily.
"It's not," you paused to catch your breath. "Do not chase him. Just let him go. For me."
Both Klaus and Elijah were silent.
"Give me your word."
"I give you my word," Elijah said softly.
You knew without a doubt that he would keep it, but you needed to hear Klaus give his as well. "Klaus?"
He stubbornly looked away.
"Consider it my dying wish, if you must."
That got his attention. "You're not going to die."
"I am dying, Klaus. The longer you take to give me your word, the less time you have to say goodbye."
"Niklaus," Elijah prodded insistently.
"Fine. I give you my word, (Y/N)."
"Good." You released them and immediately felt a wave of relief. That was the last spell you were holding in place and the moment it was broken, you felt air return to your lungs.
Elijah was by your side immediately. He very carefully lifted you up in his arms and carried you to your shared bedroom, laying you ever so gently on the bed.
"There must be someone who can help her," Klaus insisted.
You shook your head. "Not in New Orleans, anyway."
"What? What did you do?" he asked.
"I bound the powers of every single witch in the city."
"(Y/N)," Elijah said softly, hand running through your hair to push it out of your face. "The power that would require..."
"I know," you whispered.
"Plus the message to the vampires? (Y/N), you don't have an immortal hybrid to feed off of anymore. You can't be using that type of magic," Klaus said.
"I'm sorry you both heard that. I didn't have the power to exclude you from the spell. It would have taken too much of my strength and concentration."
"It's okay, my love. Just rest. You need to get your strength back," Elijah said gently.
"My darling Elijah," you murmured, hand slipping into his. "I won't survive the night."
"Of course you will. You're strong," he insisted.
"Elijah, I can feel it. I'm dying."
He finally allowed the tears to flow freely down his face. It was one of the few times in the last 6 centuries of your life together that you'd seen him actually cry. It was enough to break your heart. "Oh, my love," you whispered as you reached for him, pulling him into your arms and holding him against your chest.
Your own tears streamed down your face, but you did your best to be strong for your husband. You knew what he could become without you...without his humanity...and you were terrified he would turn it all off just to keep himself from feeling this pain.
Your eyes met Klaus's from across the room and he looked just as devastated as Elijah did. His pain was different; he blamed himself, and perhaps rightfully so. "I must go," he said as he hurriedly headed for the door.
"Klaus," you called.
He turned to look at you, emotion clouding his face.
You had enough strength left for one simple sentence spoken directly into the hybrid's mind. "Protect him, Niklaus, always and forever."
Klaus looked down, doing his best to hold his tears at bay. He looked back up at you and gave you a firm nod, acknowledging your words and, in his way, giving you a promise.
You watched him walk away, a painful realization coming over you that this would be the last time you ever saw him. You looked down at Elijah and held on just a little tighter. You wanted more time with him...you would have given anything for it. You'd had more time with your husband than most people were ever lucky enough to have, but you still wanted more.
Elijah lifted his head and quickly wiped his face, regaining some of his usual composure. "I'm sorry, my love. I just...I don't want to lose you."
You nodded. "Nor do I."
"How long do we have?" he whispered.
"Hours, at most," you said softly.
He closed his eyes and breathed heavily. "Where do you wish to spend those hours, my love?"
You offered him a small smile. "I think you know."
He met your gaze and gave you a warm smile. "I suppose I do." He scooped you up in his arms and moments later you found yourself laid out on a soft blanket in the middle of the rooftop garden. You'd always loved this spot and you had many fond memories of your time with Elijah there.
"The sun will be setting soon," Elijah murmured as he sat down beside you.
"It will be a beautiful thing to see before I die."
Elijah swallowed thickly and you felt a pang of sadness. "Let's not talk of death now. Let's instead, reminisce."
You smiled up at him and you snuggled in close to him, wanting to be as close as possible for as long as possible. "That sounds wonderful."
You began to talk of some of your favorite memories, of moments you'd long since thought you'd forgotten, of adventures shared with those you loved. Elijah's favorite memories all had you in them, which both made your heart soar and ache in equal measure.
The longer you talked, the weaker you became. The sun was slowly traversing the sky, beginning its slow decent. You knew your time was short, but you couldn't bring yourself to say goodbye. Not to him.
As if he could sense your thoughts, Elijah pulled you even closer. "I would be remise if I did not tell you what is on my heart. I have no desire to have regrets."
"Tell me, then. I'm listening."
He sat up and faced you, taking your hands in his as he spoke. "You have brought a beauty and a joy to my life that I never would have had without you. You gave my life purpose, direction...meaning. You have my whole heart, my darling (Y/N). Always and forever."
Tears streamed down your face, having no energy to fight them. You didn't have words to voice your feelings, your love for him too intense for words. With what small amount of strength remained, you sent a wave of pure emotion straight into him, everything you couldn't say wrapped in a blanket of love only he could feel.
Silent tears fell from his eyes. "Please don't go," he whispered.
You pulled him back down beside you, arms wrapping around his large frame. You couldn't say anything, couldn't reassure him or comfort him. There was nothing you could do except hold him.
The sun had begun to set, painting the blue sky with beautiful shades of pink and orange. "It's beautiful, isn't it?" you asked softly.
"It is." His voice was clouded with pain, but he did his best to remain stoic for you.
"Promise me something, Elijah," you said suddenly.
"What is it?"
"Leave New Orleans. Leave Klaus. Go and live your life for you. You've spent far too long taking care of others. I don't want you to spend another 1,000 years putting yourself in last place. You deserve better."
He looked down at you and your gaze was so ernest, so pleading, that he couldn't find it in himself to say no. "I give you my word, (Y/N). I will not stay in New Orleans."
Your body relaxed against him, comforted by his promise. You knew there were plenty of loopholes, but Elijah would keep his promise to you. He never went back on his word. Ever.
"Will you stay with me?" you murmured.
"Always and forever, my love," he whispered back, placing a kiss to the top of your head.
Not long now...the sun had set and the stars were shining beautifully in the velvet night sky. Each passing moment brought you closer to the end. Despite your unnaturally long life, you found yourself unwilling to let go...you didn't want to die.
"I'm not ready to die," you whispered so softly that no human would have been able to hear you.
Elijah felt a pang in his chest at your words. The tone with which you said them nearly broke his heart right in two. "Nor am I ready to lose you."
There was, of course, another option. An option you had never considered before. You raised your head to look into his eyes.
He knew what you were thinking from your look alone. "I thought that was never an option," he whispered.
"We've never been in this situation before," you answered gently.
He looked away and shook his head. "I do not wish to make you a monster."
You reached for his cheek and turned his head back to you. "You're not a monster."
"Perhaps not in this moment, but I am capable of monstrous things."
You laughed lightly. "And I'm not? I just bound the magic of dozens of witches to protect one very immortal hybrid."
"You did that out of love. It's different."
"I beg to differ."
He shook his head firmly. "It would be unfair of me to turn you, (Y/N). You would lose your magic...your contact with the spirits, with nature. I could not take that from you."
"I believe it's my choice, is it not?"
"You need my blood, so I think it's our choice."
You sighed.
"I choose to protect your soul. I will not turn you."
There was such finality in his tone that you didn't even bother to argue with him. Besides, you didn't want to be a vampire. You just wanted to live.
He knew that better than anyone, perhaps because he knew you better than anyone.
The two of you laid there in a comfortable silence, sharing what you knew would be your last moments together. There was nothing left to say, nothing left to do. Neither of you were capable of saying goodbye, those words too difficult to formulate.
"Are you really just going to lay on this rooftop and die?"
You turned at the sound of an annoyed voice behind you. "Yes, Niklaus, that was my plan." You were surprised that he had come back, never one for goodbyes himself.
"I came up with a better one. Come, there's not much time."
Elijah stood up. "Brother?"
"Both of you, come on. We don't have time for an argument."
You looked at Klaus warily, using Elijah's body to pull yourself up. "What's the plan then, Klaus?"
"Just come with me. Please."
Klaus wasn't one to beg, so you found yourself stepping towards him on instinct. Your body had other plans as you began to collapse. Elijah caught you easily and pulled you up into his arms.
"See? She's already too weak to move. We're running out of time," Klaus insisted.
"Then lead the way, brother."
You found yourself being transported at an uncomfortable speed. The two men moved with the unnatural speed gifted to their species and you quickly lost track of your location. When you finally stopped moving, you were surprised to find yourself in the middle of the bayou.
"What are we doing way out here?" you asked in annoyance, an uncomfortable feeling settling deep in your bones.
"It was the only place I could find a witch who still had their magic," Klaus said.
"He's lucky I owe him or he likely would have gotten a stake to the heart for his troubles," a new voice said from behind you.
Elijah turned around to face the newcomer, giving you a view of the woman's face. "Sophie," you said softly.
"What are you doing in the bayou?" Elijah asked.
"After I gave information to your brother, it wasn't safe for me in the Quarter anymore, so I came out here. Apparently it's a good thing I did," she looked pointedly at you.
"You know why I did it."
"Yes, but that doesn't make it right."
"Perhaps not, but it was a much better option than killing them," you said firmly.
Sophie looked down. She knew full-well what Klaus was capable of and he was certainly not above murdering every single witch in the Quarter just because he could.
"Why are we here?" Elijah asked softly, breaking the silence.
"To help (Y/N)," Klaus said simply, as if that explained everything.
That uncomfortable feeling inside you began to intensify. Something was wrong, but you were too weak to figure out what it was.
"How?" Elijah asked again, much more firmly.
"Sophie has a plan."
And there it was...plain as day. If you'd been in your right mind, you would have noticed it right away. The feeling of darkness, and of death, lingered in the air. An oppressive feeling that threatened to drown all those around it. You recognized the feeling from hundreds of years prior, a feeling you had never understood until now. "What have you done?" you whispered.
Klaus wouldn't meet your gaze and that alone told you everything you needed to know. Sophie looked equally uncomfortable, but she wasn't backing away, which meant at some level she was okay with this.
"Do you understand what you're doing?" you asked her directly. "How dangerous this kind of magic is? It will overtake you. It will kill you."
Sophie shook her head. "I'm not afraid. Besides, I'm more powerful now than I've ever been."
"Then you're a fool," you said softly.
Elijah hadn't said a word, but the way his body stiffened told you he knew exactly what his brother had spent the last couple hours doing.
"Elijah," you whispered. "Take me home, please."
He heard you, but he didn't move. In fact, he couldn't move. He found himself frozen in place, as if he were bound to this very position. Even his voice was silenced, his mouth moved but no words escaped.
"I'm sorry, (Y/N), but you're not leaving, nor is Elijah," Klaus said firmly. "Sophie, begin the spell, please."
Sophie began an incantation you vaguely recognized. You struggled against Elijah's hold on you, as if you could somehow escape if he would just let you go. It was useless...Elijah's grip was like stone.
"He can't move, (Y/N)," Klaus said softly.
You looked over at Sophie, realizing what she'd done. "Let him go, Sophie."
She ignored you, continuing her incantation.
"They're all already dead, (Y/N)," Klaus said, forcing your attention back to him. "Do you really wish to waste their sacrifices?"
"Sacrifices?" you yelled angrily. "They didn't sacrifice anything, Niklaus! You killed them!"
"To save you!" he roared back.
"I didn't ask to be saved!"
"I couldn't sit back and let you die. Not when I was the cause," his voice softened. "I couldn't watch you die."
"If Elijah could, then so could you."
"Your death wouldn't weigh on his conscience for the rest of time."
"But it would stay with him, in his heart, for eternity."
"I am not my brother," Klaus whispered.
"That much has always been clear."
Klaus looked away from you, finding your gaze almost too painful to bear. "Use his blood," he said, addressing Sophie.
She nodded and you watched helplessly as she sliced open Elijah's skin, collecting blood from the wound on his arm before it healed in moments. She poured the blood into the bowl on the table in front of her and continued her incantation.
You felt a tingling sensation in your body, one that you had felt almost 650 years ago. The tingling turned into pain, just as you knew it would. Elijah's agony was equal to yours, but he couldn't so much as whimper.
"Please," you begged. "You don't have to do this."
Klaus shook his head. "It's too late, now. Finish it, Sophie."
Fire lit up the bowl, burning all of the contents within it. The fire spread around you, lighting up the pathways of a triangle only the dead could see.
When the fire disappeared, Sophie's chanting ceased, and you felt strength begin to return to your body, flowing through your veins.
Elijah's hold on you softened and he found himself able to move again. "(Y/N)?" he croaked. "Are you alright?"
You nodded. "Are you?"
He nodded.
The color had already returned to your cheeks and he could feel the power radiating from you, just like he always had. Clearly, the renewed linkage spell had worked.
Neither of you spoke, emotions too tangled in the moment. He gently set you down on your feet and you felt as strong as you had ever felt.
You walked over to Klaus and turned his attention to you. "36 people, Niklaus. Was it worth it?"
His eyes locked onto yours and you knew his answer before he spoke. "I would kill 1,000 people to save you, (Y/N). You are worth it."
You disagreed, but you knew arguing with him would make no difference. Instead, you turned to Sophie. "This is your only warning, Sophie. Stop practicing expression magic or lose magic forever."
Her eyes were darker than they'd ever been, confirming that she was already lost to the darkness of expression. "It's the only magic worth practicing."
You sighed. "It will kill you, Sophie. It always does." You shook your head. "You should leave...expression is not tolerated here, especially in such close proximity to the city."
"I depart for California in the morning," she answered swiftly.
You sighed again, turning your attention back to Klaus. "New Orleans is yours, Niklaus, but I'm done. I want nothing to do with you anymore."
You saw the look of pain flash across his face, but he covered it with his usual bravado. "Do whatever you want, (Y/N), but you'll be back. You can't stay away forever, especially from Elijah."
You looked at him in pity, words on your lips silenced by Elijah's first words in what felt like years.
"Wherever she goes, I will follow."
"What?" Klaus asked in shock.
"I cannot leave my heart," he said simply.
You turned to look at Elijah and were overcome with love and adoration for the man you'd loved all your life. He stepped forward and took your hand in his, the warmth you felt was nothing more than your imagination, but you didn't care. For the first time in over 6 centuries you were free. Free to go where you wanted, do what you wanted...just you and Elijah.
"Let's go," you said softly.
Elijah simply nodded and fell into step beside you, ignoring the shocked expression on his brother's face, as well as the words streaming from his mouth. "You won't last a year without me! You'll be back, both of you. You need me."
You walked away without looking back. It's not that you didn't love Klaus, that you didn't care, you were simply angry and hurt. The combination of which gave you the strength to walk away, to leave completely without any qualms.
Elijah scooped you up in his arms suddenly and you let out a surprised yelp.
"Sorry, love. I just figured this would be faster."
You laughed as he sped away from the bayou, heading back towards the city and the home you'd shared for so many years.
The two of you made quick work of the packing and then you were off to the airport, prepared to go wherever the wind would take you.
As always, Elijah used his abilities to get the two of you a private jet to anywhere in the world, so you chose Barcelona, a place you'd never been but always wanted to visit.
"Barcelona, really?" Elijah asked as he settled into his seat beside you. "You should have mentioned something sooner, my love. I would have taken you."
"We've never had the time, Elijah," you said softly.
"We've got all the time in the world now, my love. Just you and me."
"Always and forever?" you asked.
He grinned and kissed your forehead. "Always and forever."

Hey 👋 I've been watching videos of Joseph during the Liverpool convention (hope you had a good time by the way) and got the idea of a Joseph x Reader story where they meet during a meet and greet perhaps during signing?
Tumblr media
(Started writing this and it’s kinda giving yandere!reader vibes but she just a crazy obsessed fan like the rest of us🤷‍♀️)
Also in this he is not married! And this is gonna be set in America maybe a few years earlier?
Favourite Fan
Y/n had watched the vampire diaries and the originals religiously. They were played continuously and she could speak each episode word for word. Her favourite character was Klaus by far, she loved Joseph Morgan’s acting and who he was truly.
So she saved up, a lot, and decided she would see how many conversations she could see him at.
She knew he was doing conventions in a couple states that year so decided to go and meet him.
The first time it was to have a picture of him signed as well as a photo.
When she got their, she was practically bouncing. She waited in line and finally got to meet him.
———————————————————————
Joseph had been switching between photos and autographs all day. It was the afternoon and he was growing tired. Time between each person was getting shorter and shorter but he didn’t want to disappoint any fans so he tried his best.
But when he glances up at Y/n, for some reason he decided he would talk to her for a little longer. His eyes were locked on hers, her bright smile seemed to warm him as he wrote her a personalised message on the item she wanted signed. She then shyly asked if he was allowed to hug her to which he let out a soft laugh and nodded.
He pushed his cheque back and stood up, moving around his table and welcoming her into his arms. He smiled at the way she clung to him, it wasn’t uncommon among fans. He gently rubbed the top of her back before she pulled away and thanked him. His eyes followed her as she walked away and he continued with the autographs for a while.
By his last set of photos with fans, he was exhausted and hungry. Some of the other stars were taking a break while others were flooded with people.
He sighed softly to himself, his face hurt from all the smiling but he was used it. He could feel the heat getting to him as he stood in far too many layers but nevertheless he wrapped his arm around the next person and gave an award winning grin for the camera.
He glanced to the next person and saw a familiar face, the same girl from earlier. His smile was smaller but it was real. So was hers as she quickly approached him and immediately wrapped her arms around him. He chuckled and hugged her bag, accidentally smelling her hair as he felt her face against his shoulder.
“You ready sweetheart?” He murmured softly to her and she nodded, her cheeks pink as a blush spread through her. She pulled away and turned to the camera, his arm stayed around her waist and they both smiled. He waved as she left and turned to his next person with a better attitude.
———————————————————————
He saw her multiple times in that year alone, in a few different states across different days.
He began to look for her in the line or when he was walking from photos to the autograph tables. Occasionally he would spot her, she was always already looking at him which made his face warm as a soft blush rose to the surface. Joseph would always wave at her as he went by.
By the time he got round to seeing her, he was always tired. She seemed to uplift him throughout the day.
So when he got to her again, for maybe the 7th time meeting her, he was relieved to have her in his arms again. He could hear and sense his co-stars giggling and staring as the hug lingered for longer than it should have.
“I made you something” she whispered to him as they parted and he smiled
“You did?” He asked and she nodded, holding out a few pieces of paper. One of which was a hand written letter and two were portraits of him in a remarkable amount of detail. His smile broadened and his face went pink again “you made those yourself?” He questioned and she nodded nervously.
“You don’t have to-“
“No no, I want them” he took them from her hands and she smiled back at him. “They’re wonderful, love” he told her and she looked down “thank you” he whispered “will I be seeing you again later?” He asked eagerly.
“No…not this time” she sighed softly “I booked late, couldn’t get anything else. Next time?”
“Definitely” he smiled, subconsciously raising his hand to brush her hair away from her face, ignoring the ‘ooos’ from his co-stars.
They smiled at each other and said their goodbyes before she left and he turned back to his next eagerly awaiting fan.
———————————————————————
Joseph’s friends teased him, Daniel, Phoebe, Claire, Charles. The lot of them knew, as soon as they saw Y/n coming, Jospeh would be a blushing mess.
One of those days, when Y/n was lining up for Joseph again, Daniel came up behind her. He effectively scared her and made her laugh, he whispered to her secretively and had her dial her number into Joseph’s phone.
Joseph and Daniel had been given private rooms to do their photos and signings and Y/n was the last in line for Joseph so Daniel saw it as perfectly set up. He gave her a hug and winked at Jospeh who looked a mix of embarrassed and horrified.
Once she got to him, they were both red in the face and their hearts were beating fast.
“I’m sorry” he whispered “he’s rude and-“
“It’s okay” she smiled “I know it’s just a joke, you can delete the number” she told him but he shook his head
“N-no no I’ll keep it” he whispered, his eyes trailing her body without his permission. She could feel his eyes on her and she could feel herself getting hotter
“Can I have my hug?” She asked quietly and he cleared his throat with a nod
“Yeah- yes” he mumbled, pulling her close and holding her against him. His nose buried in her hair and the soft skin of her face pressed to his neck. His eyes fluttered shut and he held her their for a short well, his hands gently caressing her hips and waist.
He knew it would be inappropriate to touch her, to think of her in any indecent way but part of him just couldn’t help himself. He was attracted to her in every way, she was so kind and thoughtful. He wondered how happy she was on the day to day. He wondered how many people got to see her big smile and get given personal gifts from her.
Sometimes he worried that it would be bad to date a fan, would he be taking advantage of her love for him? And then the worry would settle, does she like him or his characters?
It clouded his mind and he felt her pull back, looking up at his face. “You okay?” She whispered, seeing his eyes zoned out. He seemed to snap back when her hand touched his face and she quickly retracted it “I’m sorry”
“No, it’s alright” he smiled, squeezing her hand gently before stepping back. “You were here for the autograph again?” He asked, and she shook her head
“Photo” she corrected and his face went red, glancing to the camera man who was looking thoroughly amused
“Right” he whispered “a photo” he repeated and she laughed softly
He pulled her close and smiled for the camera. She was the last one so he walked her back to the door, his hand automatically on her waist as though it belonged there.
———————————————————————
After that, Joseph had very nervously sent a message to Y/n. She had assumed it was on of her friends messing with her and told him to go away. He proceeded to ring her and prove her wrong making her apologise profusely and promise she didn’t know it was him. She could hear Daniel Gillies laughing in the back ground and Jospeh telling him to shut up but letting her know it was okay.
They messaged more and more frequently, video calling sometimes in the evening.
The two would talk about the next conventions and when they could see each other again, Joseph felt bad that Y/n had to pay so much to see him for a few minutes and offered to pay for her but she always refused. Until one day, a few months later when she couldn’t afford to go and he practically begged her to send her bank details so he could transfer her.
When she came and saw him, she hugged him so tight and kissed him on the cheek. He felt like he was floating, he went to his her on the cheek back but caught her lips. He could hear people around gasping but he couldn’t care in that moment. All he could think about was her lips on him, his finger weaved into her hair and he kissed her with as much passion as he could show without putting his tongue in her mouth.
He didn’t want people getting to many pictures so he turned her around, away from everyone so they could just see his back as he kissed her gently. His hand cupped her cheek once he reluctantly pulled away, his eyes on her swollen lips before their lifted to her eyes. She was breathing fast but Joseph knew he was too.
“I hope the next fan doesn’t get that too” she whispered and he laughed
“They won’t, I promise” he murmured, kissing her once more and grabbing his pen without turning around. He scribbled his signature onto her shirt, right on her breast making her grin. “I’ll call you later” he muttered, pecking her cheek
And with that she walked away, other fans squealing and looking at her as she floated through the crowds.

KLAUS HARGREEVES
Platonic & Romantic Headcanons - Yandere
WARNING: substance abuse, bloody violence, references to child abuse and neglect, self-harm and suicidal ideation, sexual references, mentions of religious concepts.
Tumblr media
PLATONIC:
Hugs, where he snuggles up with his whole body, are his favourite way to greet the one he has so fondly dubbed his truest friend. Klaus shuts out all other communication and responsibility, preferring to laugh with them and grasp for any reason to keep the conversation going. He makes no apologies for his enthusiasm and, if only privately, ridicules those who frown on his behaviour.
A snack or nightcap that happened to be on hand serves as his excuse, but in reality, Klaus is looking for any opportunity to lean in and show how attentive he can be. Klaus will endure an inordinate amount of hostility before he recognises that it's more than a lapse of affection. Even so, he assumes the fault rests squarely on his shoulders and scrambles to be more forthright in his attempts to praise and help.
Sleep exhausts him more than life unless Klaus downs a shot of liquid courage and passes out on his friend, calling their heartbeat the best sedative. He finds comfort in entangling himself with them: then the slightest movement will alert him to a disturbance or an attempt to leave, and he won't have to wake up alone, wondering if he's hallucinated it all.
When his friend exits the room, Klaus jumps up from whatever compact position he's been sitting in and hurries after them. Even if his question about going out together fetches an unequivocal "no," Klaus reacts with joy, as if he's snagged a resounding "yes," and continues to follow at their heels until they reach their destination.
Whether it's throwing himself into the back seat of their car just before they drive off or physically clinging to them, Klaus insists on not being separated for even a minute. Anything longer than a few seconds of uninterrupted silence discomforts him, so he is eager to fill that time with stories of his bizarre visions.
If Klaus's friend lands in a scuffle, he enables them by shouting words of encouragement for them to hit the other. For Klaus to strike, the friend must either ask him to do so or catch him in a moment of extreme distress. Once the altercation is over and Klaus's friend emerges victorious, he approaches the opponent and taunts them quietly, if possible extinguishing his cigarette on their skin.
Suppose his friend loses or appears to be struggling. In that case, Klaus will call upon his brother Diego to intervene with deadly force. Klaus frames this as a personal favour between brothers, but Klaus has, at best, a tenuous intention of repaying Diego, unless what Diego asks for comes in the form of pills or powder. This becomes clear when Klaus decides not to stay for the end of the fight and leaves with his friend to pour a celebratory drink.
Being a bystander in the fight means staying behind Klaus while he holds out his arm like a seatbelt. Klaus believes he has failed to fulfil his sole purpose in life and is therefore unworthy to live, so at the first sign of danger, he will sacrifice himself for one of the few people who have not yet written him off.
Klaus enjoys swapping gossip and bad memories of questionable validity about how awful the person was. He even steals valuables from the person's house, small enough to fit in his coat pocket, and then splits the reward with his friend, distracting them with compliments and jokes in hopes that they won't confront him about the crime.
If the friend presses him hard, Klaus will hand over the stolen goods but will argue that he is thieving solely in their best interest. If you wait a day or more to ask him about it, Klaus will have the time he needs to pawn off all the stolen goods and double down on the lie that someone else is to blame.
Hearing a good song, Klaus will try to dance with his friend. Humour him or not, Klaus improvises a whole routine and "accidentally" plants his elbow in the ribs of everyone he suspects has the same dance partner in mind. He makes a point of swaying in his friend's line of sight and slides into the way each time they venture out.
Despite this, Klaus is the first to flee and invent insults against the others for smothering him. Should the people claim that Klaus is the real hanger-on, that his friend stays with him out of pity rather than necessity, he lashes out in a burst of verbal and physical rage at whoever said it last.
Acts of impulse serve as a cornerstone of his fragile attachment. In a more domestic setting, Klaus falls into their lap on the pretext that his family is hogging all the chairs. Kisses blown across the room, closer if his friend asks for such things, earn him much derision from his siblings.
No matter how much Ben gags in his ear, Klaus pays no mind to his antics and gradually isolates himself from those who challenge his view of the relationship. He has had enough of being expected to validate his every choice in his family's eyes and declares that he will never again bring his friend round the mansion. When questioned as to his motives, Klaus is unusually honest about his preference for them over his family.
Klaus jokes that, even in death, he will hold them to all the promises they made in life. He warns them not to bunk with other spirits, as he has dedicated a La-Z-Boy and a bottomless supply of pizza to them in his afterlife. One-on-one existence, where his dream could never again be taken from him, is his paradise, and the resurrection, the gasp of loneliness that comes with leaving such a world, takes more from his heart than any bullet.
As someone whom the dead haunt like a shadow, Klaus will continue to talk to his friend long after their death. Everyone else can only watch and guess at his condition as he chats with empty air about what to eat that day. Klaus is well aware that his friend is dead and that no one else can see them now, but it gives him more reason to include them in conversations with others.
This is how he soothes his grief and tells himself that despite the new barrier, he can still socialise with them and, at least for a few blissful minutes, pretend that everything is as it should be. If anyone is angry with him for this, Klaus teases them: in his eyes, they are shamelessly envious that he has such a loyal friend.
ROMANTIC:
Playdates with his abrasive family are a necessary evil, but as soon as his partner leaves, Klaus waves goodbye to his siblings and follows. He packs his nonexistent bags and sets off, unable to trust that his partner won't realise he does more harm than good and abandon him while they're apart.
Klaus fears his attachment—he worries that by revealing its burning intensity and seeking appreciation, he is inviting future rejection. Every time Klaus takes such a risk, he anticipates problems in the relationship that will exceed his abilities and expose his incompetence. Consequently, he may attempt to sever the connection before it has the chance to evolve.
Throughout Klaus's existence, fortune has conspired against him, divine intervention has been a lie, and karma has overdosed him twentyfold before granting him another fleeting sense of hope. Any individual who treats Klaus as anything more than his father's failed experiment and values him for reasons beyond his powers which he so loathes must be clueless.
However, Klaus notes, they must also be a finer person than himself, one to whom he could never measure up, and for whose sake he would mutilate himself at a moment's notice. Anyone who hurts them is beneath contempt, a bastard whom he would gladly let burn in a fire of their own making.
Klaus dreams up an intricate history of conflict and pleasure in case he has to step into the role of a jilted ex and deliver a heart-wrenching story to win that coveted second chance. He dallies in places frequented by his partner to catch them alone, spilling his deepest affections, hoping that one day, even if a thousand lifetimes from this one, they will embrace him once more.
For Klaus, eye contact with his partner means that they find him the opposite of repulsive and are open to seeing more of him, a feat he cannot even allow himself. At the slightest hint of their presence, he casts a wistful stare that, when interrupted, turns listless and dejected. It is this ingrained hesitancy to trust his own judgement that causes him to doubt his right to exist until another sees him and proves that he deserves life.
Klaus chases this meaning as he often has the bottom of a bottle, languishing in every sense of the word until he may experience it again. Perhaps a glaring difference in interests leaves him at a loss as to how to bond, such as if his partner turns out to be a grease monkey. In this scenario, Klaus resorts to conning a mechanic's shop into giving them lessons.
He deliberately injures himself, making sure that some part of his body is streaming blood, and then claims that an employee assaulted him. The act is contrived to arouse sympathy for him and punishment for another, replete with tears, dramatised accounts of every blow dealt, and threats when no one else is listening.
Klaus pretends he is too disoriented from blood loss to walk on his own and insists he must hold on to his partner when he stands. He grossly exaggerates the time and energy needed to recover, suggesting they carry him in their arms and focus all their attention on him until he "feels better."
Claiming that insensitive siblings will only aggravate his fragile state, Klaus plays up the injury and groans his way into his partner's abode. There, in the bedroom or on the couch, he finds his strength, undresses with a quickness he previously thought lost, and makes every effort to seduce.
Each day reminds Klaus how readily most people dismiss him as a useless junkie, so much so that he struggles to see the point of recovery. He considers his perceived attractiveness to be his one redeeming quality or, at the very least, the only quality that elicits positive reinforcement from others. Thus, he often sees his body as all he can offer in terms of incentive to stay with him.
When an attempt fails or, worse, is so unsuccessful that the relationship is jeopardized, Klaus rushes to propose alternative forms of intimacy: sleeping in the same bed from now on or spooning for a couple of days. In the meantime, Klaus worries inwardly that he is no longer desirable and fears for his ability to maintain his partner's interest.
That afternoon, Klaus presents them with a cocktail he swiped from Reginald's stash or a local bar, dressed in clothes he snatched from their bedroom without asking. Klaus is down to share a bottle of hard liquor, but addiction is the price he alone must pay for all his mistakes.
When his partner has similar issues, he takes the bottle and pitches all the street drugs, forcing the substance into his own veins when he needs to remove it completely from their reach. Klaus would rather bear the pain of another overdose than risk that for his partner.
Suppose the two have five dollars between them; the partner wishes to use it for a packet of cigarettes, while Klaus wants to put it towards a rice cake to split. Given the risk of disappointing them or starving, Klaus will suffer an empty stomach until he keels over. Once they look pleased, he can always shoplift the odd armful of crisps from a convenience store.
As the days turn to weeks, Klaus finds that less and less of life brings him the high he feels when he is near his partner. Nothing inspires the same happiness, and everything that used to thrill him has dulled. For Klaus, the whole of his life's worth depends on whether his ardour is reciprocated. If not, if he has devoted so much only to humiliate himself again, then the world of the living is no place for him.
Seeing how his family treats him like a ghost, Klaus trusts no one would mourn him if he vanished and never found his way back. At least, in death, he could enjoy a moment's peace and await the day when the one in whose steady hand he put forth his heart, freshly torn from his chest, would visit him.
Gone is the will to eat save for a cold waffle here and there, drinking himself into a nonstop bender that aims to drive out his heartache but instead only deadens it. Wrapped in a memento he never takes off to keep up the semblance of closeness, Klaus lingers at their final resting place so as not to miss any effort at contact.
It is not at all uncommon to find Klaus hungover, musing that perhaps if he dies in the same place, he can follow them to the other side. The more breath leaves his body, the closer their touch, telling him if he falls a little deeper, he can be with them. Whether it's a pipe dream or a drug-induced flashback, which Klaus is no longer able to tell apart, he resists coming out of it until a defibrillator or stomach pump forces him back to reality.
Each time the Maker rides to him on Her dirt road, there comes the possibility of a reunion. At his lowest, Klaus stops his heart for this exact purpose, or rather, he welcomes a moment in the hereafter with one who eases his burden of life.
