Note: If aren't going to participate in Pro-Palestine action, do not mention it!
For accountability:
This is how Magz plans support Palestine during Global Strike January 21 to 28.
Am going to put more Palestine posts in queue, with more focus.
Am going to not spend on anything during week, nor go out (rare anyway).
Am going to not publicly post our arts and promos (of art freelance work).
Am going to read and learn more on Palestine - as there still more can learn.
Am going to be even more visibly pro-Palestinian.
Am going to continue keeping up with what's happening in Gaza.
Am going to continue boycotting products and services on BDS' Boycott List, including not giving free social media promo and good impressions.
Am going to try learn Palestinian Arabic.
Am going to describe, transcribe, and alt text posts on Palestine when possible - to make it more accessible (Am Multiply Disabled).
Am going to share ways to help.
One of shorter checklist options:
Tumblr media
Longer checklists:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
But really just do *anything* that support and raise awareness *more*, learn, or contribute. Whatever can manage do n able sustain.
If wasn't able to prepare in time, can still participate for rest of week. Is not "all or nothing", don't have to give up. Keep Palestine in your thoughts and actions !

Tumblr media
hi tumblr my name is meruz im a bg artist who works in animation. i do comic projects and fanart in my free time. my art tag is #meruzart
portfolio / digital store / print store / misc. links (linktr.ee)
📝 FAQ below!
Can I use your art as ______?
8Tracks and Spotify Playlists: Go ahead! please credit me either meruz.tumblr.com twitter@automeruz or ig@automeruz -  AND SEND ME THE PLAYLIST this is not a requirement really but I would love to listen to it.
Social Media Layouts/Icons/Headers: Good by me! but again PLEASE credit me somewhere VISIBLE on the layout. If it’s a twitter or insta header/icon credit my twitter/insta @automeruz and if its tumblr credit my tumblr @meruz
Phone BGs, Desktop Wallpapers: definitely ok!! Any personal and non-commercial use of this nature, I’m cool with. If you ask me, I may even send you a hi-res version of the file but you have to promise to not scam me and sell it lol…
Instagram Reposts: A lot of artists would say no but I’m gonna say go ahead as long as you credit and tag me in the post, again my ig is @automeruz - if you don’t, and I find it, I will bug you about it in the comments and possibly even report you. Nothing personal, its just standard procedure.
Twitter/Tumblr Re-posts: Don’t?? Just RT or RB it from me?? whats wrong with you? I will report this.
Other site re-posts: I’ll probably say yes but again please credit and for this one PLEASE ask me first. It’s nothing personal really, I just want to know where my work shows up.
Video edits/fancams/comic dubs: Yes! Absolutely go ahead! Credit would be much appreciated but moreover please send me a link I especially love to see this stuff!!
I also reserve all rights to have you take it down if I do not agree with the usage or context, especially association with politics on the webpage/app/etc.
What do you use to draw?
I have a surface pro 8 at home and I use a 22in cintiq at work. Occasionally… I do personal art at work LOL. I use Photoshop CC almost exclusively except the occasional phone drawing which I’ll do on HeavyPaint or Autodesk Sketchbook (but mostly Heavypaint). What brushes do you use? For painting I use the same horrible brushes I downloaded from deviantart like 14 years ago and I cobbled them together for download here. And for lines ive been using shiyoon kim’s brushes which you can grab here.
What do you use for plein air paintings? If it’s digital, almost exclusively Heavypaint. Traditional, I use gouache. A mix of Holbein acryla and normal gouache either windsor newton or m. graham.
What kind of sketchbook do you use? I use moleskine cahier XXL sketchbooks! I’ve been using moleskine cahiers for probably over 10 yrs now? they come in packs of 3 for like 30USD (the price went up recently booo but $10 per book is still not bad) for the largest size. I think a lot of people associate moleskine with intimidatingly fancy covers & paper but the cahiers are rly lightweight and flexible. you can bend the xxl into a roll like a newspaper and the covers are a light cardboard so you can draw all over them. I always have trouble with spiral sketchbooks getting fucked up in my backpack because I really throw my stuff around a lot but the binding on the cahiers can take a beating and have never fallen apart on me.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, occasionally. But it changes depending on my workload - please e-mail me at [email protected] for any inquiries!
Do you have a store?
I have a itch.io here for mostly digital goods.
and I have an INPRNT store here which is print on demand so if there’s anything you’d like to see on there that isn’t just ask and I can generally put it up!

I firmly believe the best experiences related to intimacy are the ones that include enthusiastic and clear consent. even if some of the scenarios in this blog don’t explicitly show it, never forget that all sexual interactions fundamentally require consent from all parties involved, as it’s crucial to have it before you engage in kinks (also while you’re engaging bc it’s important to check up on your partner).

WDIB Chapter 6
Jon was freaking out.
Plain and simple, freaking out.
He took a deep breath, this was fine. Well, it wasn’t, but it would be.
Break it down, pros and cons.
Pro: He met his sister!
Con: She didn’t know about anything.
Pro: They look very similar!
Con: She got possessed by an evil butterfly.
Pro: She was able to get unpossessed!
Con: She was CURRENTLY UNCONSIOUS.
The cons were winning.
“Damian?! Damian, she fainted! What do I do?” Jon shouted, looking between his sister and his best friend rapidly.
Dad always told him to look for a rock when he was freaking out.
Damian was a good rock.
He never freaked out.
Not visibly at least.
Damian made a move to walk over to them when he was intercepted, shoved out of the way by a girl with red hair and glasses.
Jon was fairly certain he had heard that her name was Alya. He should have paid better attention, but then again there was…
Everything that had just happened.
“Move!” She shouted, pulling his sister from his arms.
Alya (he was guess/hoping was her name) leaned her head down, pressing her ear against his sister’s chest.
She hummed, rubbing his sister’s arm soothingly as she pulled away, holding her hand out.
“Uh…” Jon said, looking around for what she might be asking for.
He didn’t have to worry about it though, the boy with the red hat (Nino? Maybe? He needed to ask but that felt… rude at this point.) took off his hat and handed it her.
She placed it on his sister’s head, using it to block the sun from her face.
She aggressively waved her hand again and, thankfully, Nino (Please let that be right.) seemed to know what she was saying.
He walked over, bending down a scooping her up.
Alya (Please let him be right…) turned to him, gesturing to the group as a whole.
“I think we need to talk.” She stated, standing up and waiting for him to stand.
“Ah, yeah. Yeah, sure. Okay!” Jon rambled, scrambling to his feet and standing next to Damian.
Nino stared at him, wide eyed.
“Oh… That’s… Familiar.” He said, shifting his grip on Jon’s sister and looking down at her.
Alya nodded, turning around and walking.
“Yep. Let’s go.” She said, walking with purpose.
Jon looked to Damian, nodding his head towards them before also following.
They walked silently, following after the two of them when Damian spoke up.
“Where did the others go? Your heroes, I presume?” He directed the question to Alya, she seemed like the one in charge at the moment.
She looked over her shoulder at them.
“They usually leave pretty quickly; they don’t tend to stick around.” She answered, stopping mid-step.
“Hey, Nino? Where should we go, yours or mine?” She asked turning to him.
Jon did a mental cheer; he had at least gotten one of their names right.
“May I propose a different option?” Damian had moved to stand next to them, Jon rushing to join him.
He could see his sister better from here, she looked tired…
“Why don’t I rent out a hotel room? It would provide a more neutral environment for all of us. As well as a more public space.” He offered, making his case to them.
Alya hummed, seeming to be thinking before turning to Nino.
“Well, that’s not a bad idea, Dude, but I’m not sure I can afford to blow some cash on a hotel room that we’re barely gonna use…” He said rolling his shoulders.
“I will be paying for it, I am the one who had the idea after all. Besides, we will need to rent anyway, we hadn’t been planning to stay in Paris longer than it took to pick her-” He gestured to Jon’s sleeping sister. “-up and gather her belongings.”
Alya rubbed her chin, looking down thoughtfully. “Fine, we need to talk in private anyway. I’m not sure how much privacy we would get at either of our homes. Lead the way."

SOLAR okay hi!! So I’ve noticed a while ago that some people will write image IDs in alt text and also paste them in the post! And I was wondering the purpose of that- but I sorta just forgot about it!
But!! I always write alt texts for my art, and other posts I make with images. Someone reblogged some of them and tagged “undescribed” and that confused me (for clarity, note that I am not like, offended by this or anything, only confused! I just don’t understand why :]!!)
so I was wondering if you know why that might be? The reason I ask you is because I don’t know who else I would ask D:
Basically I’m wondering if I should be putting the IDs in the post as well as in alt texts, or if it’s simply a matter of preference!
okay SO! This isn't necessarily an easy answer. There's a few components to this and different things to consider, so let's take it step by step, go over obvious information, and then get to the root of your question. This is not going under a cut, sorry folks but tumblr can be finicky and information under a readmore can get lost fairly easily.
DISCLAIMER: I don't require image descriptions in my daily life, but i've been writing them for four-ish years at this point. The information below is what I've gathered from several "how to do image descriptions" posts over the years. I'm open to any corrections, feedback, or additional information anyone can provide!
Why do people require image descriptions? Pretty simply, for one reason or another, a person can't access the contents of an image. They could be blind or low vision, or have a learning disability that makes reading difficult. An image description can either transcribe text in an image (e.g., a description might read "text saying i love birds") or describe the contents of a picture (e.g., "a cartoon image of a bird on a nest"). People with low/no vision, or who can't read, use a variety of accessibility aids to help them navigate the 'net.
What are some of these accessibility aids? They take various forms - and that's more important than you might think! Screen readers are the most obvious, but they're not used by everyone. Other people use dyslexia-friendly fonts, magnify text, or invert colours or use high-contrast mode to make reading text easier. However, none of these options work with plain images! Someone with dyslexia could probably see the image of a bird on a nest just fine, but may not be able to read the words "I love birds" in a screenshot. Someone with low vision might not be able to see either image. If an image has a description attached, the text of the description will be magnified, or its font will be changed, or it'll be high contrast, or whatever else that person needs, and they can access the image via its description.
Alt text, image descriptions, and pros and cons of each So, what are some of the benefits of alt text? Because alt text is attached to an image, people using screen readers will have the description read to them as soon as they get to the image (if an image has no alt text, the screen reader will just say "image"). Because it's attached to an image, it's harder to lose it - if a post originally doesn't contain image descriptions and someone reblogs with a description later on, there are still going to be reblog chains that don't have the description attached to them. Some people also prefer alt text because image descriptions can make a post look "messy" - some people are less likely to reblog posts with visible image descriptions attached to them. And, for people who use screen readers, it can be really annoying to just hear "image" without knowing if it's followed by a description or not. But as we established, not all people who need image descriptions use screen readers, and not all accessibility aids work with alt text. For people who magnify text, for example, alt text often gets cut off. This is a bit easier to deal with on desktop - there's an XKit extension that puts alt text in a grey box below the image - but on mobile, this can be a real problem. As yet, I don't know for sure if high contrast, inverted colours, or accessible fonts work with alt text on mobile or in the visible alt text the XKit extension provides (if you know, please, tell me!) - but I know they work for image descriptions posted after an image. Alt text is great, but image descriptions are, at the moment, more consistently accessible.
So what should I use? Both? While either alt text or image descriptions are good, the consensus among those who need them seems to be to use one or the other, not both on the same post. For people who use screen readers, hearing the alt text only to immediately hear it repeated can be annoying. I'll use alt text if it's only going to be a couple of words or a single line, but otherwise I tend to use the alt text to say "image described below" to reassure those with screen readers.
But WHY are people tagging my post as undescribed? Bestie you wouldn't believe what people can miss. I've got a viral post that's got a GIF followed by a very obvious image description and it gets tagged as undescribed every so often. If you're using mainly alt text, it's possible that it's not visible on mobile yet - the tumblr app only shows the little alt text box about half the time. Or people get lazy and forget to check, or force of habit means they tag undescribed even though they did notice. Just tag them in the replies and point out that the description is actually there - the undescribed tag exists because a lot of people who need descriptions filter that tag so they don't waste their time on posts they can't access, and they deserve to see accessible posts!

Writers - Where You Gonna Post?
Hey all, so the TL;DR of this is that I post on Wattpad, Tumblr and Ao3 - All have their pros and cons, and this post is going to get into those (with a neat little summary at the end).
Note this is not an endorsement or criticism of any of them. Just my personal understandings of each, the pros and cons I've noted, and a chance to put it all in one place.
We're going to touch on - Ease of Posting, Visibility, Tagging, Searching, Cost, Security & Visibility, Functionality, and less objectively - Vibe.
word count: 1,874
-:- Ease of Posting -:-
Wattpad: 7.5/10 Tumblr: 9/10 Ao3: 4/10
Wattpad and Tumblr have direct-from-source formatting, meaning your paragraphs, italics, bolds, etc. stay in place when you copy from Word, google docs, or - I assume, Scrivener.
Tumblr has more options for font size, color, and links within the body of the text, and so scores higher than Wattpad's more limited capacity (Wattpad does allow for centering, justified, etc. positioning of paragraphs.)
Ao3 has far more CAPACITY than both, but the ease isn't there. You have to know your HTML markups, and for so people that can be a pain. There's a very useful Google Doc markup template that can do a lot of the heavy lifting for you, but hyper linking, image inserting, and other functions that are available have to be done manually.
This is great, in terms of options, but lowers Ao3 on the whole "ease of use".
-:- Visibility -:-
Wattpad: 4/10 Tumblr: 3 or 9/10 Ao3: 9/10
Wattpad has an algorithm and their tagging system - compared to Tumblr and Ao3 is pathetic. I realize I said I was going to be objective, but that is being objective. It's a spaceless tagging system, so you get really awesome tags like roronoazoroxblacklegsanjixreader and... yeah. There's also a limit on the number of tags, so if you're doing a collection of one-shots it's hard to get everyone in there.
On the upside, their search function doesn't just search by tags (would that it did though.) So having information in your summary will help your visibility. What really gets your stuff visible are reader interactions - knowing someone established on Wattpad and having them give you some shoutouts when you start is your best bet for being seen.
Tumblr's visibility - tagging, searching, etc rely HEAVILY on what kind of writer you are. SFW items are far easier to search than NSFW ones, and the Mature label hides you from people who have opted in to see Mature content, which still boggles me. The in-site search function leaves a bit to be desired, but google searches in better enough to off-set that a bit. Tagging is far more robust on tumblr, but it's also a little hit or miss, especially with new users. (I had no clue how to "tag" properly when I started, believe you me).
There's a solid foundation of readers here, so that makes it a good place to get your feet under you without being on TikTo-- I mean Wattpad.
I'm not going to say much here, because let's be fair, Ao3 was BUILT for visibility. There's no algorithm and the tagging system is robust and customizable. Searching is easy - as long as writers are decent with their tagging, and it's not too hard to find what you want, fluffy or otherwise.
-:- Tagging -:-
Wattpad: 4/10 Tumblr: 7/10 Ao3: 9/10
I've touched on this already in the other sections. Wattpad has a lot of restrictions on its tagging system, and aside from using it to "rank" stories, I'm not entirely sure what else it does. I really don't think it comes into play with searching - key words pull from titles, user names, and summaries at the minimum.
Tumblr tagging is a bless - for the most part. The site deems some words "problematic" and doesn't let you search them, which is poor practice because it doesn't differentiate smut from sex ed. (Personally, not that I want it to block anything on my behalf. If I type it Tumblr, I mean to look for it.) Fortunately, as stated, you can use external search engines to get around this.
Ao3 has probably the most robust, and most customizable tagging system of all three. This is great, as long as you know what you're doing, and terribly confusing if you don't. There's primers out there for tagging in Ao3 and other general "good to know" type things, but it's not intuitive. You really do need the primers.
And Ao3 limits neither content nor tags, so take care when searching, and use the omission functionality if you need to - Ao3 won't hold back unless you tell it.
-:- Searching -:-
Wattpad: 6/10 Tumblr: 6/10 Ao3: 10/10
Smash visibility and tagging together and you get search ratings. Wattpad can be hit or miss because of the Tikto- er - algorithm, my best advice is don't be afraid of the results on page 2 and beyond. As much as it tries to "rate" works, rating is just too subjective. You're going to have to dig, just like you do on Tumblr and Ao3.
Having fan fic reader connections is really your best bet when searching, but slugging through the proverbial trenches yields gems too - and one man's quartz is another man's diamond, so I'm not putting any writing down when I say this - what we're looking for varies, and what's out there is multitudinous and variable.
Ao3 is your best place place for good hunting - it's literally built around it. The only hangups are the limitations of what an author puts in for tags vs what you think to search. Differences in how we perceive some words regionally can limit what bounces back - and sometimes a writer might not think of the word in the first place to add it.
-:- Cost -:-
Wattpad: 3 or 9/10 Tumblr: 10/10 Ao3: 10/10
Wattpad has ads - on the mobile app. You can pay for some stuff on the desktop too, but it's not in your face there like it tends to be on the mobile app. Still, you can use it for free.
Tumblr and Ao3 both request money and offer stuff in exchange for money. Sites need money to run, so it makes sense. Neither locks functionality behind cost (neither does Wattpad, not even on the mobile app), but it's easier to ignore ads on Tumblr than Wattpad's app (and no ads on desktop at all for Wattpad >.> just fyi).
-:- Security & Visibility -:-
Wattpad: ??? Tumblr: ??? Ao3: ???
What's important about security and visibility changes from person to person and I'm not really sure how to rate them numerically.
Tumblr and Ao3 let you make your works private - member or password access only, so there's a layer of visibility control with these platforms that does NOT exist on Wattpad.
Ao3 let's people download works to read offline. Technically you can copy/paste with Tumblr and do this as well. Wattpad does not allow this - you cannot download or copy/paste a work from Wattpad (you can copy/paste when in edit mode on things you own on WP, but readers cannot).
You don't need an account to interact with Ao3 and Tumblr - I *think* you do for Wattpad, but all three are free sign ups - Ao3 is just by invitation (when did that start, btw? I signed up years ago and missed that change).
Which is best, is up to you.
-:- Functionality -:-
Wattpad: 8/10 Tumblr: 7/10 Ao3: 10/10
Let me start by saying that Tumblr's functionality for Short Form Fiction is easily 10/10 - the search limitations notwithstanding. Tumblr's functionality for LONG Form Fiction can be a real pain in the ass, hence the 7/10 overall. Linking posts is a manual nightmare, and sometimes breaks between mobile and desktop for no reason.
Wattpad's limitations on some styles of formatting and linking aside, it does have an easy to use update process, and if there's a limit to how many words can be in a chapter, I haven't seen it, or heard of it.
Wattpad's mature settings are also more functional than Tumblr's, leaving the onus of if the reader is old enough on the reader by the words of their own ToS (I still block minors, personally, since you can see who votes and comments.) They do have stricter limitations, regarding "dark" content, and there is by no means any threat to be levied against minors allowed. Shonen levels of violence, sure, but you're not posting Juno the novel on the site without some issues.
All three sites - Wattpad most recently - have blocking functionality. Wattpad's recent changes allow for deleting comments as well as blocking users, which can be a cathartic ability to have.
One thing Wattpad and Tumblr have that I'd LOVE to see on Ao3 (and if it has it I've missed it) is the ability to schedule your posts and updates. Wattpad added this recently - it's only functional on the desktop, but it works.
For those of us who can write 10k words one day, and none the next two days, it's useful for spreading out your posts. Plus there's just something nice about being able to create a backlog of content, especially if you post on a schedule.
-:- Vibe -:-
No rankings, we die like blorbos.
One of the best things - to me - about Wattpad is a paragraph-by-paragraph ability to comment. Wattpad's readers have a similar vibe as Tumblr's readers - and I mean this affectionately.
You're all GREMLINS.
It gives me life and I love it.
Assholes exist everywhere, but my general vibe of who has the most goes: Wattpad Tumblr Ao3
Maybe some of you aren't assholes, you just don't think about how your comments can be taken before you post.
Ao3 gives me the most Long Form Comments I get out of anywhere else, and I love them. Please, PLEASE, gush to me about what you loved. Feel free to toss in what you didn't vibe with - as long as you're not cruel about it, I can take it. I can't possibly write something everyone perceives flawlessly.
I post to all three, because I like the combined experience I get from them. Ao3 feeds me in ways Wattpad and Tumblr can't, and honestly you can exchange all three of those entirely.
Ao3 feels like I'm walking down the street perusing sex toy shops and someone stops me and goes "Oh I read your story and really liked it, please keep up the good work!" (sometimes maybe they throw a drink in my face.)
Tumblr feels like I'm at a rave with 500 other people and there's 50 blorbos people are doing body shots off of and we're all having fun - and occasionally some asshole comes in, but they're handled pretty quick.
Wattpad's like... being at a Barnes and Noble having coffee in the cafe that's inside the store, and there's a BDSM class being taught in the manga section that's upstairs, and sometimes people take the escalator up and right back down again cause oops.
That's my breakdown - I hope it's helped you, or at least made you laugh a little. Good luck out there, where ever, however, and whenever you post, I hope you find the words you're looking for.
(I do want to add that Wattpad does, as mentioned, have a bit of a TikTok vibe. If you don't vibe TikTok you're not gonna vibe Wattpad, flaws and all).

how did the facktkin community look like when you first found out about it, did it change a lot to as it is now
I can only speak to the online factkin community because I am not part of any otherkin circles irl at the moment but in my experience it has only grown and become more vibrant! When I first learned about the factkin community online it seemed very small. This would be circa 2017.
When I started this blog there were only a handful of factkin or factkin-friendly accounts here. Every kin blog I wanted to follow, I had to scour for a DNI that included factkin and more often than not I found one. The factkin tag was about 10% actual factkin and 90% factkin hate.
It wasn't just here, so many otherkin discords, aminos, and groups on other sites seemed perfect for me but in the very last lines of their descriptions they said "no factkin" so that was that.
I even made a second kinlist to put in discords that I wasn't sure were factkin-friendly. It included all my kintypes, minus my facttypes and fictotypes I deemed to "problematic" (Among them were Sterling Archer from Archer and The Monarch from Venture Bros) so I could be mostly myself and test the waters. Testing the waters often turned to hiding my "undesirable" kintypes indefinitely.
I made attempts to talk about factkinity with people on forums and in servers with designated AMA and debate chats but was often shut down by moderators or by people piling into the chat to tell me off.
In about 2018 I discovered a couple of otherkin Amino groups that advertised themselves as accepting of all and they absolutely were! I was with other factkin there, people with unorthodox kintypes, people who didn't care that I had fictotypes from Adult Swim shows, and it was PERFECT. These groups were full and celebratory of every otherkin identity. I am still a part of one of them although as the years went on it slowly became less active. For a few years, this was the place that I had to be factkin visibly.
Then in about 2019-2020 I saw a major shift. I saw more factkin and pro-factkin accounts popping up on every social media I frequented and I thought "hey I should be doing that" so I started this blog. At first, a lot of hate asks rolled in but nowadays I am SURPRISED when I open my inbox and find an ask that is anything short of genuine.
In 2021 the term Diaunthro was coined and that just makes me so happy because I know that if it had been coined in 2016 it would have been shoved into DNI lists right next to factkin. People now seem to try to understand the nuance of the two terms and people in the otherkin community seem more interested in understanding us better. The growing community support for factual identities like facttkin, factkith, and diaunthros warms my heart.
There has been an enormous shift in the factkin community. As a whole I think we have become more sure of ourselves and with that comes a growing feeling of legitimacy from other parts of the alterhuman community.

THIS BLOG IS BEING DECOMMISSIONED
Tumblr keeps flagging my posts without a reason so it's useless to post here. If you want to follow my stuff you can find me @zeroducks-2 . Stay handsome!
Hello there, I'm Zero - welcome to my pond! I'm ZeroDucks4 on Twitter and Zero_Ducks on AO3. You can find all my links here.
I'm currently hyperfixating on DCU/Batman fandom, specifically Sladick. What you'll find on this blog is going to be Sladick, batfamily (pseudo-incest or just wholesome), some memes and shitposting. My favorite hobbies are being gross to Dick and slutshaming that old man babygirl. I'm mostly for the classic "top Slade/bottom Dick" dynamic, but I don't mind a little bit of role reversal from time to time :) Also I like both dark/fucked up things and fluff/wholesome things, so you'll find a mix of both here.
I love all DC ships, just not equally! Almost nothing grosses me out and I don't have NOTPs, so know that you can find just about anything here, only the majority will be Sladick.
I reblog nsfw, so if you're interested, make sure you have mature content visible on Tumblr's settings or you won't see half of my posts.
If you are a minor, or you are uncomfortable with big age-gaps, rape/non-con and kinky stuff in general DNI or just block me. Just to be completely fair and clear:
I like dark stuff & I will post/reblog it
I'm queer, polyamorous, and a bitch who does their own thing & is interacting with fandom stuff cause real life sucks. It is not in my interest to directly engage with fandom discourse because I don't have the energy for it, but my stance is that if you can't make a difference between reality and fiction, and you feel the need to personally attack people who dabble in content that makes you feel uncomfortable, block me ASAP because there's a high chance you won't like what I do.
I don't bother writing out under every post the classic "I don't condone this in real life!1" because I feel it's unnecessary - I assume that who follows me has enough critical thinking skills to not need a reminder, but in case you do you can have it here: I don't condone any fucked up fandom thing in real life, this is fiction, we're just having fun. Again if you don't manage to grasp this then please kindly block me.
Last but not least - this blog really hates capitalism, terfs, swerfs, all flavors of queerphobes, ableists and exclusionists of any kind.
Again if any of the aforementioned bothers you on any level, do unfollow/block me and let's all keep conducting our peaceful existences away from each other.
If you decide to stay - feel free to send me asks, whether it's questions, art/fanfiction requests, or if you want feedback on something you wrote. I can't guarantee I'll be able to create some art/writing for you, but I really appreciate it 💚 💛 (pro-tip: if it's Sladick it's more likely that I'll do it!) You can also send me hate if that's your thing, I won't kinkshame you I promise.
I have an ongoing challenge which I call the "fluff/dark prompts challenge" for lack of a better name, and it basically goes like this: you send me a prompt, specify if you want it Sladick or Sladejay (or Sladickjay why not), and I'll write both a fluff and a dark version of said prompt :) If you wanna try your hand at this yourself feel free to do so, no need to ask for permission! Just let me know if you feel like it, so I can send you prompts too :D
I use this blog to share my fanfiction and fanart; if you're curious I'm leaving here some suggestions and personal favorites.

Okay time to elaborate on this *cracks knuckles* but in a separate post because hey I would actually want this part to show up in the tags
So, first off, music on Alternia hardly has an industry. Actually, calling it an industry would be generous, especially after Signless' revolution - almost no one even makes music, and a big chunk of troll population might not even really have an easy access to it . After the S revolution its not even an available career choice, all music is probably made by teenagers /children [even IF adults make any music, it probably stays in the ship or whatever setting they're in]
So any parties, events involving music are most often organized by highbloods, but thats either way not that often.
Now more onto what the music might be like itself. Purple bloods most likely have genre of music really alike if not the same to ICP, but this is not neccesarily the case for other highbloods. Obviously there would be an overlap either way - 'ICP' genre influencing different highbloods music and vice versa, a lot of inbetween songs.
Music of other highbloods I imagine is pretty loud. They have to worry less about hiding and their music is less controversial for the alternian empire. The text usually would pretty cheery as well as the general theme [well, for alternian standards atleast]. Even motifs considered darker on Alternia by lowbloods would be turned cheery from warped perspective of highbloods. Not sure what exactly it could be a mix off, but probably would be alike to rock, maybe in some case heavy metal? Definetely something very energetic, that's for sure. 99% of it qould have a lot of pro empire propaganda.
Lowblood music on the other hand would be way more hushed. Maybe something similar to ballads,, It wouldn't necesarily touch more on controversial topics for example how shit the empire is,or not outright, the methaphors for those only visible to those who seek it well. Still songs outright speaking ill of all the Alternia bullshit would be more common I imagine. Often maybe their songs also would be shorter? The only songs that could ever go 'mainstream' would be the ones romance themed. Oh yeh, in general romance songs I think would be the most popular.
Returning to lowblood music, you'd usually have to get it from specific networks/places. Some subgenre would be a bit more energetic, dealing with hard topics in a way that makes them easier to process/ more bearable. And some would even try to make the opression as a mighty, worthy albeit tragic fate.
You know, anything that helps getting through daily hell that can be Alternia. Oh and quality a lot of times is ass and it sort off became a characteristic for this music. Some would try to highlight this effect by adding to their tracks sounds of broken thing etc.
Also I imagine lowbloods use more easily makeable and transportable instruments, in case they have to quickly move from one place to another. Plus it would be harder for them to find a new instrument if they lost their current one.
The [possibly] most popular romantic genre would be really varied, the most blurred between what's considered lowblood and highblood. The seconf most popular genre would most likely centre around rulers and their achievements. Well maybe popular is pushing it a bit, but its one the easiest to spread and access since its not controversial to the empire.
Of course in general there would exist a genre that would be a big mishmash of the two.
I also think seadwellers music would be a bit different to landdwellers but im not sure how honestly.
Then jades' music would be very specific while not spreading out further than the cluster of jades it was made in, very local. It would also focus on struggles specific to them, but thats really a given for any blood caste. It could feature quite a lot of ambient cave sounds, and in general a lot of unusual instruments or even just setting as the instruments.
And I imagine at some point quite a chunk of music was dedicated to Signless' movement, although they might've become a forgotten thing after the revolution died down.
Okay I think that's all my thoughts

hi sophia :D this is @lover-of-lawyers and um im hoping this reaches you otherwise im just talking to the void ig.
so ive been shadowbanned and since you have experience with it, i wanted to know what you think the pros and cons of being shadowbanned are, so i don't send in a ticket and regret it. i kinda like this stealth mode thing and tbh i've always kinda wanted to be shadowbanned but now that i am i've forgotten why lmao.
have a good one !! :)
great question!
pros of shadowban:
no tumblr live
NO TUMBLR LIVE
NO TUMBLR LIVE
stuff you post on main will be suppressed, but sideblog stuff (at least in my experience) won't. you can exploit this by reveling in the anonymity of "stealth mode" on main while also still getting appreciated for anything you post on a sideblog. it is truly the best of both worlds
this sideblog thing also applies to your comments and tags showing up in the notes, which is how i ended up being known for my tags here, despite them not showing up in the notes on my main blog
this sideblog thing ALSO applies to your ability to send and receive messages. only your main blog should be affected by this
cons of shadowban
stuff you post on main doesn't reach as far bc it doesn't show up in the tags, so this might hit you pretty hard if you're a Big Content Creator™ with an established presence on main (but then again, if you ARE big content creator, a lot of people will be following you so you won't need to be visible in tags for people to see your posts lmao)
your comments and tags on main will not show up in the notes (but, as i said, this can be a good thing actually)
you can't send or receive messages on main, which also means that you won't be able to scroll through old messages and reminisce, which is kind of annoying. BUT this also means no one can dm you spam on main bc... no one can dm you. lmao.
you can't tag people in shit, it won't show up in their notes. unsure the sideblog work around works here bc i haven't tried, so test it with a friend or something
you can't reply, even from sideblogs 😔 this is the one downside that i even remotely give a shit abt lmao the rest is so no-brainer worth it to me
your asks will get eaten so. im guessing you sent me this anon while signed out or smth which... actually is a clever workaround i could use that thanks for the tip >:3€
in conclusion stealth mode rocks it's so peaceful here lmao just make some sideblogs for stuff you wanna do to get around the shadowban and you're golden bc sideblogs work for like.... most of that stuff

Does E-A-T actually matters for SEO?
E-A-T means Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness.
E-A-T is part of Google’s algorithm and baked into Google’s Search Quality Evaluator Guidelines.
The first mention of E-A-T occurred in 2014 when Google added the concept to their Search Quality Guidelines.
Google search quality evaluators were instructed to pay attention to:
The expertise of the creator of the content.
The authoritativeness of the creator of the content, the content itself, and the website.
The trustworthiness of the creator of the content, the content itself, and the website.
In a nutshell, E-A-T is a characteristic that indicates a page is high-quality, making it helpful to users.
Is E-A-T a Ranking Factor?
No, E-A-T is not technically a ranking factor, but it can impact your content’s rank.
So Why Is E-A-T Important for SEO?
Don’t answer that. Because, of course, you have. SEO pros have been blasting for more content on repeat.
While well-intentioned, those phrases make my eyes roll because they didn’t actually tell us anything about what makes high-quality content.
More images? Longer form content? Alt tags galore? Better metas? The world may never know.
Now, Google is giving us a little bit of insight into what they consider high-quality content, and that can have enormous implications for content marketing and SEO pros.
E-A-T guidelines tell real human reviewers, who evaluate hundreds of websites, exactly what type of content Google considers high-quality.
According to their guidelines, great content should:
Help users.
Be created by an expert.
Be posted on an authoritative site.
Be trustworthy.
Be updated regularly.
If possible, the content should be created by a high level of expertise, though “everyday expertise” from people with real-life experience is acceptable when appropriate.

HOW TO BEEF UP YOUR EAT COMPONENTS
Now that we’ve defined the components of EAT, let’s dig into how you can improve your website’s EAT, and subsequently improve your organic search visibility and Google ranking. The key things to focus on are:
CREATE AN INTENTIONAL KEYWORD STRATEGY BASED ON TOPIC FOCUS
Find out what your audience is looking for at every stage of their purchase journey, and learn how they search for it using key words and phrases. Then align these keywords with your topical expertise, and create content to engage and provide value to your audience.
KEEP CONTENT EASY TO DIGEST
Format content in a way that is easy to read with headers and sub-headers, short paragraphs, and bullet points and/or numbered lists.
APPEAL TO OTHER EXPERTS
Provide high-quality content that will be used by others as expert materials when discussing your subject matter. The more sites that link to your site or mention your business and site name, the higher your authority and thus organic visibility.
BE AVAILABLE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
Respond to reviews even if they are negative. Welcome feedback from your customers through email or messaging and be responsive.
Keep in mind that EAT is not a specific ranking factor like site speed or quality of backlinks. It’s a broader evaluation of your site and page quality. Think of it as a way of life for your website. You must embody the EAT components in everything you do on your site and other digital channels. You gotta eat, breathe and sleep EAT
Final thoughts
E‑A-T is important for SEO, and it’s something that you should work to improve—especially if you cover YMYL topics.
Doing this is a two-part process.
Be legit. Hire experts. Care about your customers. Do real company stuff. Have values.
Work to demonstrate your expertise and values to Google.
It sounds simple, and it is; it just takes some time and effort.

Parents warned of hacking risk from Minecraft - download
Tumblr media
💾 ►►► DOWNLOAD FILE 🔥🔥🔥 Despite being released almost 11 years ago, Minecraft is still one of the most popular games globally for children and even pro-gamers. Minecraft has many things to offer with its unique gameplay that lets you build your own home, an entire village, a set of armor, or just about anything you can imagine. This inspired us to make Minecraft courses that teach children how to code. We know how much the community loves using tools that enhance gameplay experiences, such as Minecraft modding, texture packs, servers, and more add-ons. This article will tell you everything you need to know about Minecraft hacks and how you can make your game even more enjoyable. Creative mode lets you have unlimited sources in your gameplay. With Creative mode, you can freely roam the Minecraft realms and fly like a bird. You can also destroy blocks effortlessly while you are mining for ores. Creative mode is best for players who want carefree gaming. The easiest way to get to Creative Mode is to open the chat window. Using Nintendo Switch, press the right button that looks like the pause icon on your controller. You may too press T to open your chat window. Go ahead and hit Enter to run your command. This will give you the confirmation that you are now in the Creative Mode. You can have unlimited resources, and your mobs can no longer attack you. Survival mode is available in all versions of Minecraft. With Survival mode, you need to do the hard work to survive. You can wander around and search for resources, craft your items, increase your levels, and have your health bar and hunger bar. To run game commands into your Minecraft gameplay, go ahead and turn cheats on in your Minecraft realm. The easiest way to run your command in the Minecraft gameplay is by entering via the chat window. The game control panel to open your chats depends on the version of Minecraft you are using. Go ahead and press Enter key to run your command. Now, your health and hunger meter will appear above the Hotbar. Do you want to go on a field trip while enjoying the Minecraft plains and sights? Adventure mode is a game mode that lets you have features in preserving adventure maps from being altered. Here, you must use an item with the CanDestroy tag written on it to destroy a block. In addition, blocks can only be placed on a certain spot if the block has its CanPlaceOn tag. The easiest way for you to run a Minecraft command is by entering the prompt into the chat window. To open the chat window, first, you have to know what Minecraft version you are currently using. Hit Enter key so you can run the command. Once this Minecraft hack is entered, you will now switch into Adventure mode. Now, your health meter and hunger meter will appear above your Hotbar. Spectator mode lets players fly around and observe the Minecraft realm, thus the name. Players within this gameplay mode can not interact with anything within the game, but you can get through solid objects. You can also use Spectator mode if you run out of resources. So go ahead and switch to Spectator mode and fly freely to search for what you are looking for! After finding resources, you may want to return to Creative or Survival mode again. How can you enter the Spectator Mode with Minecraft hacks? The easiest way to run a Minecraft hack is by using your chat window. Remember that the game control to open your chat window depends on the Minecraft version you are playing. Minecraft hacks do not need to be complicated; if you want to change the game mode into the Spectator mode, key in the following command. Tap Enter to run the command. Once the Minecraft hack has been successfully entered, your game mode will switch to the Spectator. Your health meter and hunger meter will no longer be visible above the Hotbar, and you can now fly. Now you can see the pools of lava underground. What a sight, right? Spectator Mode lets you look for adventures and find secret areas that you might struggle to see underground. You may switch back to using Creative or Survival mode to continue exploring. Another thing about enjoying the game using Spectator mode is finding abandoned mineshafts. Abandoned mineshafts are a series of mining tunnels decorated with rails, oak planks, cobwebs, and stone. These abandoned mineshafts will usually intertwine with other cave systems. Meanwhile, you may also explore dungeons. Dungeons look like small rooms with a monster spawner inside and about a chest or two filled with all the great goodies. The walls and floor of a dungeon are made up of cobblestone and mossy cobblestone. Best to view the dungeon with Night Vision! To recap, Minecraft Hacks allow you to have unlimited supplies, protection from mobs, and the ability to fly and uncover places you may not have discovered yet! Bond with your child while exploring the realms of the Minecraft game while teaching them how to code! Learn more about it here. Mediamonkey Mac Download
MediaMonkey Editor's Review
Mediamonkey For Mac Download
Mediamonkey For Windows 10
Oct 16, 2020 MediaMonkey is not currently available for Mac or Linux (although with MediaMonkey 5 we have begun work on making MediaMonkey ready for cross-platform releases). For those that require an immediate solution, some users have tested MediaMonkey 3/4 and MediaMonkey 5 on Linux and OS X under Wine and several other free and shareware virtualization.
Mediamonkey, mediamonkey download, mediamonkey gold, mediamonkey android, mediamonkey 5, mediamonkey pro apk, mediamonkey review, mediamonkey for mac, mediamonkey vs musicbee, mediamonkey app, mediamonkey skins Nappy Roots Good Day Mp3 Free Download Music Converter For Mac Youtube To Itunes By Microsoft Office For Mac.
When you are into music business and deal with lots of mp3 files, you are in need of a complete audio manager. But the same problem may occur to anyone who has a big collection of music randomly stored on the computer. Media Monkey
Tumblr media
Trusted Windows (PC) download MediaMonkey 5.0.1.2433. Virus-free and 100% clean download. Get MediaMonkey alternative downloads.
may be the solution to all these problems allowing you to collect all your music, playlists, podcasts and other audio files altogether. From the start, the application will scan your computer or any other external devices for audio files. Unlike other audio managers, Media Monkey gives the user from the beginning the chance to choose which hard drive or device should be scanned in order to short the time spent to complete the full scanning process. All your scanned files can be lately categorized in all kind of playlists sorted based on tags, date, alphabetical order, etc. It doesn't matter if the audio files are stores outside your computer on a portable device, CD, or on another network connected computer. Media Monkey
Tumblr media
will manage them all. In case you have music stored on CD's, the application can rip and store the audio files and can even synchronize with any mp3 player including iPod, iPhone, iRiver or any other generic portable audio devices. Of course you can playback your files after you have managed them, but don't expect too many tools. Just the basic volume control, and equalizer. If the playback controls are visible and easy to use, don't expect the same usability for the rest of the manager. Media Monkey is a comprehensive application but lacks an intuitive interface. It comes with a rather old visual representation of all its elements, which forces the user to learn its functionality by repetitive actions. Pluses: free, comprehensive, audio CD ripping support, synchronizing function for iPod, iPhone, iRiver. Drawbacks/Flaws: tiny little buttons without the usual graphical icons which bring you at the brink of collapse when you search for a desired functionality. In conclusion: A free comprehensive audio files manager with lots of useful additional functionalities and customized playlists. version reviewed: 3.2.4
Mediamonkey For Mac Download
If you thought iTunes for Windows was a must-have audio organizer and player, think again. With MediaMonkey, you'd be hard pressed to find something here that you don't like! Compare that to the nags of updating and the crashes of iTunes, and you might just ditch the Apple product all together. especially since MediaMonkey supports synchronization with Apple devices like iPods. If you're using a Sony device, then this app is light years ahead of anything Sony has been able to produce (Connect/SonicStage).
When you first launch MediaMonkey, you'll be given the option to scan your computer for music files it supports and in this case, it scanned the PC for MP3, and WMA files. The scanning was a little bit slow due to the size of our collection on the first run, but on the second time we tried it, it was lightning fast. The actual task of organizing mp3s was much better than iTunes or Winamp, hands down. Dvd to mp4 converter for mac free download.
With the above stated fast that this software runs without a hitch and (in our opinion), much better than iTunes, it also comes with many more file-support options.
