I Headcannon Levi Ackerman as one of those guys that doesn’t really care for animals. He doesn’t hate them, he thinks it’s perfectly acceptable to have pets, he just doesn’t want one because he’d rather not have to sweep up cat litter or vacuum dog hair off the couch.

So naturally, your pet is completely obsessed with him.

Levi will scold you for letting your dog on the furniture or your cat on the kitchen counters. He’ll act horrified as you hand him wipes to wipe the drool off his arms with. When your pet comes to snuggle on the couch or greets him excitedly at the front door, he’ll pat their head and dismiss them with an eye roll and a “Tch.”

He’s never mean to them, he won’t insult them or try to convince you to get rid of them. He just isn’t an animal lover like you are. Or so you thought…

It isn’t too long after the two of you have moved in together, as he grows more accustomed to daily life with your pets, that you’ll catch him in the kitchen sharing his lunch with your furry friend, kneeling down and petting them gently as he softly whispers “Little brat, always begging for scraps. Lucky i like you a little bit…just don’t tell anyone.”

for my case pedestal was by far my favorite out of the studio tracks, so despite the terrible live i have hope that she/the delegation will improve things enough to have a good performance when may rolls around

The fact that this was your favorite is totally understandable. I actually didn't think that it would also be a favorite for so many people, especially in the international fandom (which had 70% of votes). Majority of opinions I've seen were in favor of MYDY or Lenny, some for Tom Sean. Ah, those information bubbles.

Besides, based on your ask I can conclude the studio version of Pedestal was available before the show and I know not all entries were. Some were heard for the first time on that stage and they were not able to gather so much support beforehand. Their reception was also heavily based on the live performances only, while the others were available in the most polished form.

This would be actually super interesting to know why the disparity between the international and domestic voters was so high. I can't come up with any feasible explanation and it's driving me crazy just a little bit haha

Since the results were published I actually listened to the studio version and I think it's okay, but nothing more. She has time to improve and I hope she does but if the rest of the lineup in the semi is strong I can see her as a potential NQ unfortunately :|

In a parallel universe, Mika being attracted to Aiko makes sense in a strange, cosmic kind of way. Because he’s the one who ended her life at her final request. And Aiko can arguably be the first human who made Mika wonder if there are people in the JIDA who care for Yuu after all. Furthermore, Aiko probably made a stronger impression on Mika than vice versa because she died right after meeting him which gave her no time to reflect upon her thoughts or feelings about him. However, it is entirely possible Aiko may have crossed Mika’s mind again at some point in time. In a different world, Mika noticing her and being inexplicably attracted to her first is somehow probable. I don’t know if I was able to articulate the thoughts in my mind clear enough so if I can come up with a better way to explain this, I certainly will create another post in the future.
