Chapter One

You looked in the mirror while you zipped your dress up. After you had put your red lipstick on, you tried to force a smile on your face. Another bad day. Even worse than many before. Since Glenn and Abraham died some months ago you had not felt happy anymore. After you had found Alexandria you had done everything to forget the past. You wanted it to be a new beginning. And you already did slightly start to feel better. Until that one day. The day you had come back from a run and Rick told you about their deaths. He also spoke to you about the saviors and their leader that day and how you all would need to work for them now. All the bad feelings you had while you tried to survive the outside, where your group lost so many loved people, came back. You wanted Alexandria to be your safe zone so bad, but now you knew it was impossible for you and your loved ones to be safe and sound. You sighed. Trying to remember yourself that you needed to act normal today. Today was New Years Eve. The saviours had let you know that they wanted to celebrate it in Alexandria. As if it was not bad enough to know they were out there. Now they even wanted you all to welcome them inside your walls. You were sure it was the idea of their leader. Negan. Maybe they had problems in the Sanctuary and he wanted to distract them. While you still dwelled on your thoughts, a doorslam let you startle suddenly. „Rickyboy, I fucking knew, it was a fucking great idea to celebrate this evening here!“ you heard a loud male voice. Still terrified you left your room and hurried down the stairs to look for Rick. Down there in the hall Rick was standing with two men who looked surprised a you. You regoniczed the smaller one from former visits of the Saviours. But it was the tall one who kept your attention. You were damn sure that you had never seen him before. You would definitely remember him. His eyes widend a bit as he met your glance. „Damn Rickprick. Who is that fucking little doll and why did u fucking hide her until now“ he shouted while he stepped closer to you and tried to put his hand on your chin. You refused the urge to step back and crossed your arms before your chest, while you throw a evil glance at him. He chuckeld. „Thats Y/N“ Rick responded sightly uncomfortable. „Wow Rickyboy. There is no way I will forgive you that you havent introduced me to her until now“ you heard the strange man say. Then he turned around his face in your direction again. „Listen Sweetie. I got to check some things now but I will talk to you later.“ Before you were even able to respond something he leaned down to kiss you on your cheek. Then he winked at you and left the house whisteling. You stand there totally surprised and throwed a questioning look at Rick. He sighed. „That Y/N, that was Negan.“
