Dividing Line
“May the Lord lead your hearts into a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ.” 2Thessalonians 3:5NLT
From beginning to end, the Bible attests to the love of God. Contrary to many of the religious Bible teachers, God isn’t out to punish people or send them to hell. “Now to Him being able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless in the presence of His glory, with exultation—” Jude 1:24BLB
Growing up in church, I heard ‘Jesus loves you.’ Why? I was an intentional rule breaker, the rebellious child. I heard every Bible story in church with not one teaching— Jesus caused me and you to measure up to God’s standard. Much of their belief was built around our measuring up with our actions, [long hair, hem lengths, and sleeves— no jewelry or make-up.] Legalism spits in the face of Jesus, and all He’s suffered to make the way for us to get to heaven. Plus their teachings promoted the judgment of everyone. Legalism teaches eternal damnation to Christians, who don’t live up to their Pharisaical teachings.
The Bible says: “We know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and he who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.” 1John 4:16WEB. “…The lovingkindness of God endures all day long.” Psalm 52:1NASB “…hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, Who has been given to us.” Romans 5:5NIV
Legalistic preachers’ every sermon was about eternal rewards and eternal damnation. An evangelist friend of mine posted a statistic— only 37% of all preachers today believe in an actuality of a real hell— real eternal damnation. Isn’t that quite odd? Sinners know about hell and joke about going there.
Contrary to the many popular opinions I’ve read about hell: God DID NOT create hell to punish sinners. The PURPOSE OF HELL was to be the place of confinement for satan and the fallen angels forever. Matthew 25:41NASB reads “…into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels;”
While God does love us and wants us to be with Him in eternity, He’s not going to force strangers to join Him there. Strangers, as in, those who refuse to have a personal relationship with His Son Jesus. Don’t think for a moment God will hesitate to allow someone to enter into eternal damnation. Whoever REFUSES TO FOLLOW Jesus has made their own choice. Matthew 13:41-42NLT “The Son of Man will send His angels, and they will remove from His Kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. …the angels will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
Choice of having a personal relationship with Jesus is the dividing line between the decision to go into the devil’s punishment, or Jesus’ reward. This dividing line is a personal choice for every individual to make. Know this: “…at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,” Philippians 2:10NKJ.
Both heaven and hell are eternally real. Just because you acknowledge God and heaven doesn’t mean you automatically go there. You have to acknowledge with your mouth Jesus as God’s only Son, and the only Way to heaven, then invite Him to be LORD of your life.
My prayer for everyone reading this: You have “a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ.” Inevitably though, what do you desire? It’s your choice. You choose.
LET’S PRAY: Lord God, I praise You for making a way for everyone to go to heaven. I pray for those who haven’t chosen Your way to make that choice today, in Jesus’ name I pray.

Can we talk about Jack?
Because was that Jack? There are several things to consider when dealing with the Void. Possibilities I think are plausible:
It is him but he is evil and corrupted by the void.
He is actually dead but a puppet for a Shadow/the Shadow Maker to talk through. (Like Cecil in 100)
He is alive but is possessed by other entities. (Cecil before 100)
Jack is split into 2 forms. Evil and normal Jack.
Not Jack at all. Some other entity.
@ronbegleyformayor Mentioned Jack the middle didn’t sound like Jack at the end, and I agree. I can’t isolate the middle part where Jack is talking, but from what I can tell, he says:
“Hello? ... Can you hear me?” (Sounds scared)
“You (’re?)- here. Friend- here. I wro-”
“You- Save.”
“All (I’ll?) be home.”
Also, it was over a PHONE call. He specifically hung up and there was the hotline dial when he came on the air. Also, there was also a LOT of static.
On the other hand, the Jack at the end of the episode DIDN’T COME THROUGH THE PHONE. No dial sound. Not to mention Ben says “There’s no call.” Even if it was a mistake, there is just a tiny bit of static and “Hello?” instead of all the garbling. Also, it is really echo-y. When Debbie calls in, the echoing goes away... unless the Shadow Maker is there. In episode 89 Debbie only echoes in the beginning and when she tries to get Death by Damnation (and you can hear the Shadow Maker in the background laughing). Not with Jack.
Also, later Jack (now Shadow Jack) had this weird laugh that wasn’t exactly the Shadow Maker but was almost corrupted. If it was like when Cecil was possessed I’d say Jack is possessed, but it didn’t sound like that. It was different. It’s like Shadow Jack’s voice went down 2 octaves. And if you compare to Debbie, when Debbie calls in ep 89: Late Fees and goes batshit crazy, her voice doesn’t get weird. It gets angry, not corrupted or low.
With that in mind, Shadow Jack sounded mean. Not scared, but mean, sure, and happy. It was out of character. For example, he called Sammy “Stevens” which doesn’t feel right. He also talks about how great the Void. Middle Jack was scared and so was Debbie. Not Shadow Jack. Shadow Jack is happy about the Void, and when he isn’t immediately joined by Sammy, he hurts him. Shadow Jack also cuts Sammy down, bullying him with awful phrases I don’t think the real Jack would’ve said.
Lastly, he knew too much. “Your heart is in the Void with me.” That line was not only specifically calling back to when Sammy said, “Home is where the heart is, and my heart is in the Void with Jack fucking Wright.”  on-air in episode 71, but when Jack says it there is that weird low echoing. That is WAY too specific. Also, we don’t learn any new information. It seems that Shadow Jack is just regurgitating whatever info was let go on air or on the podcast feed.
I think Shadow Jack is a creature that listened to whatever came through the Void and took on the persona of Jack. He is using this persona to trick Sammy and lure him in, along with others.
Oh, and a final quick thought. What the fuck does Jack mean by “soon.”?

King falls am: Is there really a Jack Wright?
As a fan of the show, we were left this time last year with a cliff-hanger where the shadow attacked and asked Sammy to join him. Being refused is something that the shadow had gotten which is so cool to be honest. But it begs a question that I wonder, was there really a jack wright to begin with?
In the show run we has seen so many twist and situations that have put our characters at risk to facing the shadow maker and his sheep seen in the king falls Illuminate. But in the last episode we hear him speak to Sammy for the first time and we learn that it just the shadow speaking to them through Jack Wright own recorded voice. The reason for this is because the shadow maker has created up a world for Sammy where he work up engaged to male who seems to be his everything. The clue to this make sense seen in the shows later run of year three and year five.
In the episode 68 we learn that Sammy is gay with him revealed that he is looking for someone on his own for so many years. In the show he talks as if he wants to be with someone with him mentioning his dreams. A big factor in the dream is that he is told to come here which he does so in hopes of finding him. Why would a dream tell him to do? That is, unless the shadow maker was telling him to start the events of death by Damnation.
This seems all weird and shots in the dark seen in the early state of the show but that is what it leads to, a big clue to the episode “late fee” which Debbie reveals that she doesn’t known his given name. This could be a assign that the shadow maker is in fact a monster who manipulate people and hurts those when the person that defies him can be easily stopped by the villain. Which is why the mayor is seen next episode to be blackmailing the boys into heading into the diner which begs another question for all of us. Is Grison the one who working with the shadow maker himself and if so, why not send the shadows out on the group if they have the book? And why continue to trap Emily and Ben in the roles of the one and the promised? Could also mean that there a truth behind Sammy and Lilly that we aren’t seeing or has been tooken away from?

Hey friends!
I found King Falls AM at a time in my life where I felt scared, hopeless and alone. I didn’t want to be here at all, and I thought for the most part I’d never be happy again. I’m still most of those things, but every day in King Falls makes that a little easier to be okay with. I thought long and hard about what I could manage for this, but most of all, I just wanted to say thank you. So. Here goes.
Thank you for Sammy Stevens, who is my favourite kind of character. He’s sassy and pretty and humble and full of love.Thank you for his cynicism and snark, but also for his ability to push aside his own beliefs and ideas and wants when it matters. Also, for letting him Suplex Grisham, because that was pretty neat! Thank you for the way he relates to the people around him, but especially to Lily. For a character who makes mistakes and actually tries to learn from them - he doesn’t always get it right, but he tries, and that’s so important. He’s made me laugh, he’s made me cry, he’s made me want to scream. I adore his backstory, it means more to me than I can say, but also thank you for the way you handled the events around 75. It was so meaningful. I love him with everything I have, which is why it hurts me to thank you for his pain, which is so unbelievably relatable to my own. For my own hurt that comes out of his mouth. The kind of hurt that transcends circumstances. I was in a dark place before this show, and parts of me are still there, but watching Sammy grow, and change and heal has meant everything to me. It gives me hope for better days. For Sammy, and for me too. Thank you for giving him the courage to stick around, and for giving him hope. Thank you for Benny Arnold. Who I can’t write about coherently without bursting into tears. He’s messy and flawed and just absolutely gorgeous. Seeing him grow through the years has been an absolute joy, but most of all, I love his ability to remain untainted by the horrors he’s been through. He’s still got the same heart, and it’s the best heart there is. I love his passion, his hope, his resilience. His belief in everybody around him. He remains unapologetically himself through everything, and I adore him. He is The Good, and I’m so glad we have him. Noah brings such complexity to him too, and I can listen a thousand times to a single episode and continue to feel all the things.
Thank you for Emily. For making a strong, intelligent, badass women who’s also soft and desirable and loving. For letting her write her own story and for letting her be more than a prize to be won. She’s so good natured and considerate and thoughtful, and even in her worst moments she never loses that. Every moment she appears is wonderful and Jess KILLS IT every time! I’ve especially enjoyed phase two Emily, as her relationships with other characters become more integral to the story. Thank you for speaking out against the Frickards of the world through her, because it hurts and it’s hard but it’s so important. Using your audience for good means so much. Thank you for the thoughtfulness and care with which you consistently apply to sensitive subjects. For day-to-day happiness, for happy places and for months of quiet kindness without ever being asked.
Thank you for Jack Wright. For the reminder to choose love (even when it’s hard. Maybe especially when it’s hard.) For the reminder that we’re all worthy of love, in all its forms. The affirmation that nobody corners the market on sadness, but also that we don’t always have to go it alone. That grief is universal, and that’s not always a bad thing. For quiet moments of humanity in the midst of absolute tragedy. For vulnerability, for heartbreak and moving forward together. For forgiveness and acceptance, and humility.
Thank you for Dwayne Libbydale, who’s a special kind of chaos. I am again lost for words, but I love him, I love him, I love him.
Thank you for Pete Escobar Ed Edwards Yardboy Myers and his funyuns and disdain and snark (even if me saying I love him means he’ll never listen to this show again.) Thank you for PHENOMENAL journalist Lily Wright, who is an absolute delight! She feels like the personification of grief, loss and trauma, but at the same time so, so real. Her reluctant acceptance of King Falls as home is beautiful, and I hope she gets ALL THE HUGS really soon. She’s not afraid to speak her mind, even if it means alienating the people she loves. Her shaky vulnerability with Sammy, Ben and Emily is so good, and I’m so excited to see where the future of Lily Wright lays. King Falls Chronicles was some KILLER story telling, and Candace was the icing on the cake. The acting chemistry she has with everybody is absolutely on point. I’m so glad we get to keep Lily. That she’s found home. Thank you for #DeputyDead. His unwavering optimism and willingness to see the good in everything and everybody is absolutely wonderful.
Thank you for Debbie and RoboTim, who I still believe in, despite all evidence pointing to ‘don’t do that.’ Thank you for Maggie Masterson, an Actual Icon. And for our Man’s Man’s Man and his lil Kingsie Bab. For Regan who is a sweetheart and Chet who I hate to love.
Thank you for villains that fill me with white hot rage. Who’s actions are explained, but never excused. For Frickards and Gundersons and ShadowFUCKS and HFB3’s and Leland Hills and Ernies and Grishams. They’re different levels of despicable, and I adore hate them all.
Thank you for ridiculous caricatures ; the Gwendolyns and the Cynthias and the Jacob Williams. Thank you for SPORTSBALL (CHOP. DAT. WOOD.) and WALL CRABS and GARBAGE BEARS and DANGER NOODLES  and every other ridiculous Benism.
Thank you for Teareal and serendipity and redrum roses and for the inability to see the word ‘ghost’ and not correcting it to APPARITION. Thank you for Dan & Larry and boy band battles and Doyle’s Conspiracy Cavern and Devon Hamptonframptonshire. For Golden Owl, Finn and Gator Jack and Alvin and every other ridiculously loveable character you’ve created. Some of them barely last longer than an episode, but their chaos will fuel me for a lifetime.
Thank you for Mary Jensen, who is the mom I wish I had. All moms are champs, but Mary is perfect. Thank you for Betty and Nancy and Loretta and Marigold. All who I expect deserve the praise they’re given.
Thank you for Herschel and Cecil, who are cranky old bastards and who probably shouldn’t fit together, but they do so effortlessly. The care and compassion they have for each other is inspiring, and I too hope to have a friend like that someday. Trent is wickedly skilled, and I’m sure he hears it so often but!!!!
Thank you for BE WELL BUDDIES and silly puns in the titles, and short jokes and RoboTim mixups and Science Institute break-ins with vigilante superheroes and mysterious callers. Thank you for love through overnight oats and moustache talk and non-binary pals. For a willingness to grow and change and learn and laugh. For the electrolocaust and my favourite threesome and for sammiversarys. For Ben posting Sammy’s bail, and heart-to-hearts in jail cells. For stupid bets and bensplosions and the fucking kickball story. For creepy dreams and technical terms, for badly timed BEEPS for awkward flirting and on-air confessions. For idiots who can’t keep secrets, let alone not talk about them on air for more than five minutes. For missing hikers and weird shadow tornados and notebooks and shooting down UFOs and death by damnation. For the SECOND BEST small town in American Celebration, for Christmas Gifts for Ben’s Mom and Jupiter Jaundice. For Ben’s monopoly tactics and Sammy’s audible eye rolls, for prophecies and ‘legend-has-it’s and for love and love and love.
Thank you for the mysteries, and for the constant need for MORE. You do cliffhangers so wonderfully, and I feel like I’ve never anticipated anything so keenly in my life. Tim Jensen, The Dark, Merv, Death by Damnation, The Rainbow Lights, The Zombies.
Thank you for Cameron Chambers??? How does he do it?? I have no idea, but I hope he keeps doing it. Especially all them Christmas BOPS. Legendary. Jazz-Hands worthy!
Thank you for making Zombies the F- plot.
Thank you for the Eagle Screech in the DALE’S DOLLAR TREE ad. And all the other ads too, I guess. I don’t understand The Fucky List, but thanks for that too! Thank you for JACK IN THE BOX JESUS which has caused my internet to constantly recommend me eat at Jack in the Box, despite the closest one being literal continents away.
Thank you for continuing to choose this. For being open to sharing so much of yourselves with us. Thank you for fan interactions and live listens, Q&As and twitter replies and twitch streams and retweets and Beyond the Falls. Thank you for the love and care you show us all, which above all feels genuine.
Thank you for being the catalyst for a community where I finally feel like I belong. Like I’m important. Like I matter. Thank you for being the reason for hours and days and weeks and months of in-jokes and teasing and theories and head canons and screaming and food talk and love. For so much kindness. And acceptance. For a space to be myself without fear. For people I feel like I’ve known lifetimes, and for whom I hope I can love for lifetimes more. For people to cheer on, and cry with, and poke fun at. For stupid nickname changes, and memes and words in reactions. For making me feel like i’m part of something much bigger than me. For a place to be passionate without judgement. For a place to just be. For friends. For family.
Thank you for the push I’ve needed to create again. And for all the others you’ve inspired too.
Every moment inside King Falls have been an absolute blessing, but the impact it’s had on my life outside of it is absolutely everything.
Congratulations on (almost) 100 episodes. What an adventure it’s been. I’m so excited for everything the future of King Falls holds, but most of all; Thank you for making this fuckin’ mean something.

A predictiony fanfic of I think will happen when The Four try and get Jack back
Months. Months of work had gone into this plan. Every waking moment of Ben’s time had been completely dedicated to getting Jack back. After that phone call on the air that’d led to Sammy opening up about his past to Ben almost two years ago, Ben couldn’t get the thought out of his mind. How could he have let Sammy down for all those years, not seeing the unbearable pain he’d been bearing alone? At least when he’d lost Emily, he had a whole town that was on his side, bar perhaps a Kermit-obsessed moron on the other side of town. But to experience all that alone?
So Ben had decided: if he hadn’t helped Sammy cope with loss of Jack, he sure as hell would work night and day to get him back from... that place. This, much to Sammy’s annoyance, warranted multiple notebooks covering everything from Debbie’s creepy phone calls to the book now in his possession, Death By Damnation. Now the endless brainstorming, planning and everything that had come along with that (thanks, TimBot), had come to a head.
It was time.
~
Emily had known that she’d be essential in Jack’s return but it was only now that she felt the mission’s weight on her shoulders. For hours before they’d set off, she’d scoured over the notes Ben had written for her. Now Emily held those same papers close to her chest as she stepped gingerly towards the cave.
It took several minutes for Emily to read out the crucial mantra that was required if she was going to enter the Doorstep safely, let alone take someone back out with her. She ended the passage and took a deep breath. Don’t think about what could go wrong, she thought, perhaps out loud as she crossed the threshold into the darkness within. She couldn’t screw this up.
All eyes were on her.
~
The Devil’s Doorstep was certainly an accurate description. Large, jagged pieces of rock shot up from the black stone floor while dead vines reached down from the top. Everything about it was evil and, if anything, it made Lily more determined to rescue her brother from the dangers lying inside it.
Watching Emily from behind as she began the rescue, Lily felt helpless. Why couldn’t she do more, help more to save her own family, her flesh and blood? She cast the months-old thought from her head as she looked across at the remaining two members of the team. Sammy, eyes full of anxiety, cast his head around to reassuringly nod at her. That small motion from a guy who she’d spent the better part of the last five years loathing for taking Jack away from her was but a nod and yet, to Lily, it was a promise that all would go smoothly; that they could get Jack back and be done with this awful town.
Then it began.
~
Even after experiencing a personal rainbow lights show right above him a year and a half ago, these were the brightest Sammy had ever seen. The once dark forest swelled with piercing light. He flung an arm across his eyes then peaked over the top to see if he could make out his fiancé in the brightness. Yet the only thing blocking out the light was a strange shape floating in the air. If only he could see a little clearer...
The light went out, and with it came the noise of something falling onto the ground. Sammy sprinted faster than he’d ever before in his life over to the limp body that now lay metres away from the cave. Even from that distance he could tell that their efforts had been successful.
Jack Wright was lying on his side, unconscious as Sammy rushed towards him. Sammy, with tears already running down his face at the sight of his returned love, grasped the figure as though he’d never let him go again. But, Sammy, in his earnestness to get to Jack, hadn’t realised the commotion that was continuing to rage on behind him.
He looked up.
~
Emily hadn’t come out of the cave. It was an understatement to say that Ben was scared of anything happening to her. He pelted towards the space where she’d been moments ago, desperate to find her. In his haste to help, Ben didn’t notice that he’d entered the obsidian cave.
When he stopped, his eyes fell on the white light again. It was dimmer this time, as though holding onto its prey was draining it; for, tightly bound in the centre of the glow, was the familiar figure of Emily Potter.
He didn’t stop to think.
~
Emily screamed with all her might for Lily and Sammy. The only thought going through her mind was Ben, tied up in that painful blank light. She couldn’t let him go, couldn’t let him sacrifice himself for her after all he’d been through. She couldn’t let him go because she needed him. Ben Arnold, you impossible idiot, she thought. Don’t do this.
But the damage was done.
~
Lily was pulled back into reality by the borderline inhumane shrieks that were erupting from behind her. She turned quickly to address them, then glanced to the side once more at Sammy, who she’d never seen more panicked, and, again, nodded. That nod was worth a thousand thoughts. It meant ‘I’ll stay with Jack, do what you need to do.’ It meant ‘We’ll get through this.’ It meant ‘Thank you. Thank you for trusting me.’ As Lily watched her almost brother-in-law sprint after the librarian into the cave, she held her brother, her returned brother, close to her chest.
She only wished she could do more.
~
Sammy sped towards the mouth of the cave, determined not to lose another to the Void. His tears of happiness evaporated and were replaced with tears of anguish as he left the moonlit forest behind him. He was going to get his goddamn best friend back and everything would be happy. He would be whole, finally.
But there were just ebony walls. No evidence of anything having ever happened in here, let alone something as momentous as what they’d just achieved... or lost. Sammy realised too late that this was it. That this was what was left of the Void... and the people inside it.
‘NO!’
Pieces of rock fell from the ceiling as Sammy threw his fist into the inky stone that coated the cave. How could he have let this happen? How could he have let down his guard before the mission ended? Wasn’t he supposed to protect them, protect him?
~
The Protector fell to his knees, realising that he’d tipped the scales too far and the Void wouldn’t have released without getting something back.
The Strength, now with her only weakness returned, shivered as she listened to the pained cries echoing through the forest, throughout the town.
And the One, as she sobbed into the Doorstep’s floor, knew deep inside that she would be, forever, without her Heart.
-
(I wrote this about a month ago and it turns out that the Void does have a swapsies kinda system so I’m proud of myself for that.)

God's condemnation of homosexuality is abundantly clear--He opposes it in every age
January 29, 2019
- In the patriarchs (Genesis 19:1-28)
- In the Law of Moses (Leviticus 18:22; 20:13)
- In the Prophets (Ezekiel 16:46-50)
- In the New Testament (Romans 1:18-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10; Jude 7-8)
Why does God condemn homosexuality? Because it overturns God's fundamental design for human relationships--a design that pictures the complementary relationship between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:18-25; Matthew 19:4-6; Ephesians 5:22 -33).
Why, then, have homosexual interpretations of Scripture been so successful at persuading so many? Simple: people want to be convinced. Since the Bible is so clear about the issue, sinners have had to defy reason and embrace error to quiet their accusing consciences (Romans 2:14-16). As Jesus said, "Men loved the darkness rather than the Light, [because] their deeds were evil" (John 3:19-20).
As a Christian, you must not compromise what the Bible says about homosexuality--ever. No matter how much you desire to be compassionate to the homosexual, your first sympathies belong to the Lord and to the exaltation of His righteousness.
Homosexuals stand in defiant rebellion against the will of their Creator who from the beginning "made them male and female" (Matthew 19:4).
Don't allow yourself to be intimidated by homosexual advocates and their futile reasoning--their arguments are without substance. Homosexuals, and those who advocate that sin, are fundamentally committed to overturning the lordship of Christ in this world. But their rebellion is useless, for the Holy Spirit says, "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God" (1 Corinthians6:9-10; Galatians 5:19-21).
So, what is God's response to the homosexual agenda?
Certain and final judgment. To claim anything else is to compromise the truth of God and deceive those who are perishing.
No matter what the sin is, whether homosexuality or anything else, God has provided forgiveness, salvation, and the hope of eternal life to those who repent and embrace the gospel. As you interact with homosexuals and their sympathizers, you must affirm the Bible's condemnation. You are not trying to bring damnation on the head of homosexuals, you are trying to bring conviction so that they can turn from that sin and embrace the only hope of salvation for all of us sinners--and that's through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Homosexuals need salvation. They don't need healing--homosexuality is not a disease. They don't need therapy--homosexuality is not a psychological condition. Homosexuals need forgiveness, because homosexuality is a sin.
I don't know how it happened, but a few decades ago someone branded homosexuals with the worst misnomer--"gay." Gay used to mean happy, but I can assure you, homosexuals are not happy people. They habitually seek happiness by following after destructive pleasures. There is a reason Romans 1:26 calls homosexual desire a "degrading passion." It is a lust that destroys the physical body, ruins relationships, and brings perpetual suffering to the soul--and its ultimate end is death (Romans 7:5).
Homosexuals are experiencing the judgment of God (Romans 1:24, 26, 28), and thus they are very, very sad.
First Corinthians 6 is very clear about the eternal consequence for those who practice homosexuality--but there's good news.
No matter what the sin is, whether homosexuality or anything else, God has provided forgiveness, salvation, and the hope of eternal life to those who repent and embrace the gospel. Right after identifying homosexuals as those who "will not inherit the kingdom of God," Paul said, "Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God" (1 Corinthians 6:11).
God's plan for many homosexuals is that they come to salvation. There were former homosexuals in the Corinthian church back in Paul's day, just as there are many former homosexuals today in my church and in faithful churches around the country. With regenerated hearts, they sit in biblical churches throughout the country praising their Savior, along with former fornicators, idolaters, adulterers, thieves, coveters, drunkards, revilers, and swindlers. Remember, such were some of you too.
What should be your response to the homosexual agenda? Make it a biblical response--confront it with the truth of Scripture that condemns homosexuality and promises eternal damnation for all who practice it. What should be your response to the homosexual? Make it a gospel response--confront him with the truth of Scripture that condemns him as a sinner, and point him to the hope of salvation through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Stay faithful to the Lord as you respond to homosexuality by honoring His Word, and leave the results to Him.
You cannot be a "Christian" and accept homosexuality, it's really that simply!!
God does not make people sin. Homosexuality is an abomination, and the joy of Satan. Satan causes sin in order to create acts against God.
Have a blessed day and week. May Yeshua the Messiah bless you, Love,  Debbie

Ryder’s life started with a wagon.
His parents had mules, three to be exact, and as such they were the rulers of their small village because they could leave if they so chose. He learned to control the mules when they were attached to a wagon at seven years old, his father beside him, as they rode down the dirt path to the village market. His whole life revolved around moving that wagon but he found his happiness in picking out the foods; smelling the tomatoes, picking the ripest apple. He was not supposed to be in the kitchens but he would often sneak in beside his mother to watch her as she created flavorful soups from flames and a dark pot.
By the time he was sixteen, he was well versed in the ways of their village. They lived beneath a mountain, so they were blessed with the luxury of rain and less snow than those who lived up hill. It was a simple life. One that he knew well. Even when his father died, Ryder did not feel a sense of gravity. He knew what he had to do and he did it; but now he could also work in the kitchen. Becoming the boss meant no one could question his decisions, or else risk his wrath.
The town prospered under his control. For ten full years he reigned as a psuedo-king, and he enjoyed his work. He was a natural leader. Although quiet and reserved, he listened well and understood. He could see the way the town needed to move, or if the rains were too much how they could harvest crops a little further up the mountain. The plague was out of his control but it ravaged the town, leaving the people fearful for the fate of the town. When he caught the  plague, Ryder panicked. He had never felt such an intense fear grip his bones and turn his stomach inside out. He thought he was going to die tucked into his bed, comforted by one of his wives, when he heard the voices.
They sounded like angels but later he would considered them demons. Although they did what they thought was best, Ryder would never understand the first year of his newly cursed life. He rose, panting, huffing, thirsting. His bones ached for something that he could not quite put his finger on. There were others, too. Three, to be exact. But he was too focused on the thirst to do anything about helping those people, or even recognizing them. His eyes, burning from the pain of the unquenchable thirst, searched for the thing that might save him from this damnation.
He found it in the throat of a woman, the first one he killed. Sometimes, Ryder still mourns her. He remembers her face, because as he feasted for the first time, not knowing what he had become or why he had become this way, he realized what he was doing was wrong. For ten years, he became acquainted with his fellow cursed and they burned the town to the ground. Even his own precious gem, was lost to their thirst.
Then came the imprisonment. Of course, during his time there Ryder assumed the emotions of hatred; resentment. He was not kept alive on hope but by anger. First they changed him, then they imprisoned him as if he were their slave, and then they expected him to learn. To change. To grow. Ryder did not want to learn or change. He wanted to destroy. He wanted to tear down the world and throw it as far away from him as possible. In those years, for so somany years, he found himself thirsty for revenge. The other three looked to him, for some reason, and he allowed himself to become leader. Maybe his anger was what they latched on to, but, either way, they followed him and his ideals.
They were freed by a traveler and Ryder was thankful, so he changed him. On their hunt for the ones that had imprisoned them, Ryder changed many other humans. Before he realized what he as doing, he had built himself an arm army, one that he was in command of. They hunted for years, about twenty men and women, looking for revenge on the ones that Ryder claimed could change them all back. Save them. Give them new life. He never found them and after years of searching, of scouring Europe, Ryder gave up. They were not really what he was upset about anyways. No; he realized that much too late.
It wasn’t until about the 1800s that Ryder recognized he could not be angry any more. There was too much in the world for him to discover; to explore. Being angry would not change his situation, and although they were not thinking about changing more people, it happened. One was uncontrollable in the beginning, and suddenly there were ten new vampires as they began to be called.
The years passed and finally Ryder decided to move to America. The New World had just been formed, and although wars ravaged the country, he thought that it would be rather nice for all of them to have a new start. Ryder bought a restaurant in New York and began cooking again, but this time with a wide arrange of foods that he would never have been able to fathom back on the British Isles, all those years ago. He loved his restaurant, too, and finally found pleasure in something that he had not had in a long time.
Then came the disaster. The Civil War tore his family apart. His home. While the war raged on in the battlefield, his life was ripped out from under them and they were all drafted; split apart and torn up. So many of his vampires died from those hell-bent on witches and wizards and magic that the small town they lived in in New York felt more like a prison. While there was a literal Civil War in the country, there was also one in the streets as people began claiming truths about Ryder and his family. He could not protect him because he was drafted too quickly to do so.
When he returned, his restaurant had been burned and most of his vampires had also been burned along with the sun. He’d torn the village apart and then fled, running as fast as he could West, to be on his own. He lived in California for years before that fateful day, on a train back East, when he heard about a new spot for a restaurant in Connecticut.
The liminal space was new, bright, and shining, but the early 1900s were not working wonders for him anyways. He’s been in the space for fifty-two years now, creating a new family, building a home that he knows would satisfy him. He does not really know what will happen, but he rules the vampires in the area, owns his own cafe that brings smiles to the faces of his customers, and that is enough for him. For now. His blood lust has died, but that does not mean that he does not remember the past. He has forgiven.
But Ryder will never forget what has passed, and since he is immortal, he has a long time to think about it.
t e l l  m e,  a r e  w e  a  p r o d u c t  o f  w h o  w e  u s e d  t o  b e?
positive Imaginative: Even before he was turned, Ryder spent his life trying to explore the world. He was one of the few people in his small town who wanted to weave together words into those crazy things called stories. He figured out how to use strawberries to stain bread a deep red. He now shows his imagination in food, sweets, really, but he’s always trying to discover; to develop new ideas.
Honest: He found himself often knowing just what to say and how to say it but Ryder has also learned never to lie. He’s truthful to himself and truthful to others and he stands by that motto. Ryder does not think he can be a good leader without honesty and so, no matter the hardship, he will speak the truth.
Sensitive: Although many believe sensitivity is a horrible trait, it has served Ryder well over the years. He knows pain. He can spot even the smallest bit of grief now, even if it is woven gracefully into a smile.
negative Regretful: Ryder’s past is not behind him. He finds constant agony in remembering the things that he has done; constant doubt at how he has supported others in his life. He hates it but he regrets what he had become, even if it was only for a little while.
Reserved: Breaking down the shell of a broken down man is a difficult thing to do. Ryder clings to his walls because they are the last things still standing. Unless spoken to or unless he has to, he does not open up much.
Cynical: Ryder does not see the world in a positive light. He knows what it has done to him and he knows what it will do to others. He’s not necessarily a debbie downer, but people do see him being grumpy.

Dividing Line
“May the Lord lead your hearts into a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ.” 2Thess 3:5NLT
From beginning to end, the Bible attests to the love of God. Contrary to many of the Bible teachers, God isn’t out to punish people or send them to hell. “Now to Him being able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless in the presence of His glory, with exultation—” Jude 1:24BLB
Growing up in church, I heard ‘Jesus loves you.’ I certainly couldn’t figure out why, with me being the rule breaking, rebellious one. In everything my church of origins  taught me, I don’t remember being taught— Jesus caused me to measure up to God’s standard. Much of their belief, we had to measure up with our actions, [long hair, hem lengths, and sleeves with no jewelry or make-up.] Legalism spits in the face of Jesus, and all He’s suffered to make our way to heaven. Promoting the judgment of others, legalism teaches eternal damnation to Christians, who don’t live up to their Pharisaical teachings.
My Bible says: “We know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and he who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.” 1Jn 4:16WEB. “…The lovingkindness of God endures all day long.” Psm 52:1NASB “…hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.” Rom 5:5NIV
In my youth, we heard about eternal rewards and eternal damnation every Sunday. An evangelist friend of mine posted a statistic— only 37% of all preachers today believe in a real hell— real eternal damnation. I found that quite odd. Sinners know about hell and joke about going there. Many posts on various websites joking about going to hell.
Contrary to many popular opinions about hell, which I’ve read: God DID NOT create hell to punish sinners. The PURPOSE OF HELL was to be the confinement of satan and the fallen angels forever. Matt 25:41NASB tells us “…into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels;”
While God does love us and wants us to be with Him in eternity, He’s not going to force strangers to join Him there. Strangers, as in, those who refuse to have a personal relationship with His Son Jesus. Don’t think for a moment God will hesitate to send anyone into eternal damnation, who REFUSES TO FOLLOW Jesus. Matt 13:41-42NLT “The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will remove from his Kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. …the angels will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
There’s a dividing line between the decision to go into the devil’s punishment, rather than Jesus’ reward. This dividing line is a personal choice for every individual to make— one of relationship or acknowledgement. Know this: Both places are eternally real. Just because you acknowledge God and heaven doesn’t mean you automatically go there. You have to acknowledge Jesus as God’s only Son, and the only Way to heaven, then invite Him to be Lord of your life.
My prayer for everyone reading this: You have “a full understanding and expression of the love of God and the patient endurance that comes from Christ.” Inevitably though, what do you desire? It’s your choice. You choose.
PRAYER: Lord God, I praise You for making a way for everyone to go to heaven. I pray for those who haven’t chosen Your way to make that choice today, in Jesus’ name I pray.
