In 1914, a young adventurer named Milo Thatch dreamed of completing his grandfather's quest to find the legendary lost city of Atlantis.

The Hamilton Project has published an illuminating interactive infographic that allows detailed exploration of the career distributions of various major graduates. In fact, researchers have found that in a diverse array of fields, a large majority of graduates do not end up working in the most common occupation in their specific major. Given that students’ post-college career paths are so difficult to predict based on their academic concentrations, it could be argued that looking at earnings by occupation or career track is perhaps more indicative than college major alone.
In addition, The New York Times also finds that any earnings advantage that STEM majors hold over humanities majors fades by age 40. There are two major reasons that contribute to this - first is that technical skills become obsolete quicker as younger graduates enter the workforce. In a recent working paper, Harvard economist David Deming calculated the change in required skills for different jobs over time. He found that “help-wanted ads for jobs like software developer and engineer were more likely to ask for skills that didn’t exist a decade earlier. And the jobs of 10 years ago often required skills that have since become obsolete.” This higher skill turnover in STEM fields is correlated with the relatively slower earnings growth of STEM graduates between graduation and age 40. Let us take the example of the closing gap between computer science majors and history majors. Deming reports that “male computer science or engineering majors roughly doubled their starting salaries by age 40, to an average of $124,458”, which is compared to social science and history majors, “who earned $131,154 – an average that is lifted, in part, by high-paying jobs in management, business and law.”
The second reason for this closing gap is that a liberal arts education fosters soft skills that don’t tend to expire, such as critical thinking, people skills, and problem-solving skills. While much more difficult to quantify and while they do not create immediate pathways to high-paying first jobs, “they have long-run value in a wide variety of careers,” especially in managerial and leadership positions. Liberal arts and humanities majors are also more likely to enter careers where midcareer salaries are the highest - including in upper management and business occupations, as well as careers that require advanced degrees such as law.

S.Coups's Natal Chart Analysis
I am not a professional astrologer and I am still studying astrology so these are based on my opinions and do take them with a grain of salt. This post is not meant to send hate to the idol in any way and is intended only for entertainment purposes and based solely on astrology.
Note: S.Coup's birth time is alleged to be at 9 A.M. Since the rising sign could change from Virgo to Libra, the above chart is not accurate to interpret rising sign.
S.Coups has a Leo Sun at 15 degrees. Sun is home at Leo and is an amazing placement to express your creativity and individuality. With his Venus conjunct Sun in Leo (I'll talk about Venus in detail a little later) he is a person who thrives in Spotlight. This whole Idol career is really well-suited for him. 15th degree is a Gemini degree that gives him natural talent in everything communication-related. Thanks to S.Coups, I discovered a new thing in astrology called the Avatar Degrees or Gates of Avatar. These are the 15th degree of every fixed sign, for example, the 15th degree of Leo, Aquarius, Taurus, and Scorpio. People with these configurations are supposedly one of the most spiritual people you'll ever meet. Apparently, the energy from the divine universe can be channeled directly by these people. Has Seungcheol ever thought about taking astrology and tarot as a career?
Overall Sun is really happy in Leo and it gives him leadership qualities. People with developed Leo Suns are not overbearing and are very well-liked and very warm people. People with Leo Suns are really confident in their abilities too. With his Leo Sun at 15 degrees, he can be quite verbal about it as well as like it he is praised verbally.
Moving on to his Moon in Capricorn, it is kind of opposite to his Sun. As much as he is confident in expressing his individuality, he represses his emotions. One could never guess that behind his Leo facade. He could potentially be hard on himself and could appear to be really cold in terms of emotions. This is more because of the inability to manage one's emotions properly. He processes his emotions like this: Something made him sad, and he is the type of person to take it to heart and ponder on what went wrong. He would likely distract himself by indulging in work since it works temporarily and he can get work done using that as fuel. But remember how I said this is temporary? All these piled-up emotions finally show up above and at this time even the smallest stress can cause huge problems for him. It can interfere with his work because he had initially used it as fuel, and can frustrate him more. A break would do him really good during those times.
Onto his Leo Mercury at 26 degrees in the sign of Leo, it kind of aligns with his Leo Sun. He finds it easy to express himself. Since he does not have a Mercury-Venus Conjunction, he could find it easier to express himself and his ego than to express his creativity. But since they are in the same sign, he won't have that much trouble, but it's just a matter of convenience. Leo Mercuries are known for their loud presence but since he has his mercury in a Taurus degree ruled by Venus, he could be a bit less outgoing than your usual Leo Mercuries. Leo and Taurus both fixed signs make someone a really stubborn person. He probably has certain things he believes in that he won't change for anyone else. Let me break this placement down : Leo - Ego, Individuality, creativity while Taurus - Love, art, comfort. He won't change his views on Taurus qualities and when challenged, he will use his Leo characteristics to express himself. When further agitated, his Mars will come into play which I'll discuss a bit later.
S.Coups has Leo Venus at 11 degrees. 11th degree is an Aquarius degree ruled by Uranus. Leo Venus natives are known for their flamboyance. Venus not only tells us about love but also about self-love. Seungcheol has his Leo Venus at an Aquarius degree (sister sign). This can lead to some complications with self-worth and the love he gives others. Now this placement along with his Moon (Moon is also included when we talk about self-worth) kind of creates a sort of unbalance. Leo Venus natives are known for their creativity and celebrity-like persona but with Seungcheol, it's a different case. Assuming you read through my analysis of his moon, it can be concluded that he is a person who restricts his emotions. But his Leo Venus is entirely different. He wants to love and be loved passionately. At an Aquarius degree, he can sometimes give more than he receives. When you put his Capricorn moon in here, it results in an individual who gives love so much, and even when they get cheated or betrayed, they think that they deserve it. He definitely has a good sense of self-worth and makes sure that others' opinion doesn't affect them so much but he is hard on himself. He might have to work this if he hasn't already been doing so.
Seungcheol has Libra Mars at 10 degrees. Mars is detrimental in the sign of Libra. Libra Mars natives have a hard time standing up for themselves and can have power struggles. These people can become passive at times when they need to assert themselves. I have mentioned more on Libra Mars in Enhypen Jake's natal chart analysis but this placement is expressed very differently in both of their charts. Seungcheol's Leo Venus Sextile his Libra Mars making it a little easier for him to navigate. This aspect gives his hard Libra mars placement a soft touch. Libras are people pleasers and Libra Mars folks can easily fall prey to these tendencies but Seungcheol's Leo Venus makes it easier for him to manage it. But one thing that he might do is trust people easily. Libra Mars people are very diplomatic. Seungcheol is definitely a natural leader. Libra Mars people usually think about others before making a decision. This makes him a team player. With his Mars at a Capricorn degree ruled by Saturn, he has the persistence, plan, and effort to achieve a goal. But as I already mentioned that Libra Mars is passive, these people can easily lose their passion as they have it if they don't work on their persistence.
Moving on to Seungcheol's Sagittarius Jupiter at 5 degrees. A literal Star. I don't know what else to add lol. If he wasn't a celebrity I don't know what he would be doing. Jupiter's energy is best expressed in the sign of Sagittarius. As much as Hard work he puts in, he also has luck by his side. This placement parties hard. There is a need for discipline since Jupiter is all about expansion. " The bigger the better". "The more the merrier". These are the things that Jupiter conveys. This can cause trouble with big spending and addiction tendencies. But that aside, this placement makes up for a dreamer. These people have big dreams and big goals. They look at the big picture and have an optimistic view of life. I doubt that is the case with his Capricorn Moon. He might view things negatively even when things aren't in reality. Sometimes this can cause really high highs and low lows. He might need to learn to balance these both. His Libra Mars would hate me for saying this but I can't help it. With Jupiter at a Leo degree, these people naturally attract attention in a room. These kinds of people are seldom disliked unless he has a rising sign or 1st/10th house placement that can affect this.

SAINT OF THE DAY (July 15)
July 15 marks the feast day of St. Bonaventure, who is called “The Seraphic Doctor” of the Church.
St. Bonaventure is known for his leadership of the Franciscans and his great intellectual contributions to theology and philosophy.
St. Bonaventure was born in Bagnorea in Tuscany, Italy. He is widely believed to have been born in the year 1221, although some accounts say 1217.
Sources recount that in his youth, St. Bonaventure was cured of a dangerous illness by the intercession of St. Francis of Assisi.
He went on to join the Franciscan Order of Friars Minor in 1243.
After making his vows, he was sent to complete his studies in Paris. He was taught first by Alexander of Hales, an English doctor and Franciscan, and later by John of Rochelle.
While in Paris, he became good friends with St. Thomas Aquinas, with whom he received the degree of Doctor. He also developed a friendship with St. Louis, King of France.
In 1257, St. Bonaventure was chosen to serve as the superior of the Friars Minor. In this position, which he filled for 17 years, he brought peace and order.
His impact was so great that today he is sometimes referred to as the second founder of the Franciscans.
Taking on the position after a period of extraordinary expansion for the order, St. Bonaventure worked to preserve a spirit of unity.
He calmed the threat of internal dissension that arose over differences in interpreting the message of St. Francis of Assisi.
Central to this work was his understanding that the study of philosophy and theology did not oppose the call to poverty that was so central to Franciscan spirituality.
St. Bonaventure proposed a unified and collected text regulating the daily life of the Friars Minor.
The text was accepted and ratified in 1260 by the General Chapter of the Order in Narbonne.
Wishing to present an authentic image of the life and teaching of their founder, he zealously collected documents about St. Francis of Assisi and heard testimonies of those who had actually known him.
From this information, he compiled a biography of the saint that was adopted as his official biography by the General Chapter of the Friars Minor in 1263.
St. Bonaventure also wrote numerous mystical and ascetical treatises, most famously, “The Soul's Journey into God.”
In 1273, he was appointed by Pope Gregory X as Cardinal and Bishop of Albano.
The Pope also asked him to help prepare the Second Ecumenical Council of Lyons, an ecclesial event aimed at re-establishing communion between the Latin and Greek Churches.
St. Bonaventure worked to prepare the Ecumenical Council but never saw its completion.
He died on 15 July 1274, while the council was still in session. He was canonized by Pope Sixtus IV on 14 April 1482.
In his General Audience on 3 March 2010, Pope Benedict XVI spoke about the life of St. Bonaventure.
He called to mind the great works of literature, art, philosophy, and theology that were inspired by the Christian faith during the time period in which the saint lived.
“Among the great Christian figures who contributed to the composition of this harmony between faith and culture Bonaventure stands out, a man of action and contemplation, of profound piety and prudent government,” Pope Benedict said.
The Pope called on the faithful to take note of the central role that Christ always played in Bonaventure's life and teaching, and to imitate the way in which the whole of his thinking was profoundly Christocentric.

Life Updates w/ Mun Yu~
Just a note: I started writing this in March... So, yeah that is how crazy things have been for me.
I thought I would take a moment to do a good- ol'fashioned Blog Update. Since the new year started - and my resolution to post more isn't going too well - I thought it might be nice to just clear the air.
Brush off the non-productiveness of the past, and look forward! With that in mind, let's dive in! Everything will be under the cut - if updates aren't your thing, no biggie. Thanks for the support, and I'll post more content soon!

Mun Yu Updates
So, what's been up with me? What's the happs? Well - after four LONG years I am finally getting my Bachelor's Degree. For those that might be new - I am an older college student, having wasted my first chance of going.
Originally, it was only to go back to finish my AAS in Early Childhood Education. Once that was done, however, I found the job market to be less than ideal. That being the case, I transferred to another college and began working towards a BA in Human Resource management. And now - as I stand but 3 more weeks away from completing that degree...
I have been asked by the college to continue my education - and will be starting the next chapter of this crazy journey. Starting next August - I will be working towards getting my MLD (Master's in Leadership Development) & MBA (Master's in Business Administration). I cannot properly express how crazy the idea of that is to me - I was never great in school and now all this... I feel so blessed to have this experience.
That has been my major focus - and it's literally a full-time job. On top of my actual full-time job. I also got married last October, to my best friend of 12 years. As we both enter into our thirties - we are looking to bring in another member of the family soon enough. Not just yet - but soon.

Blog Now - What's Happening?
You know I wish there was more to post about. Truly I do. This blog is going to be 7 years old - and while it's come a long way, there isn't much to say right now.
I do have the L.E.M. art project continuing, we are officially on the last two boys. L.E.M. was such a huge accomplishment for me as a creator - even if it does exist outside of either canon. I enjoy going back and looking it over; just to see how far the blog has come.
TORMENTED REVERIE
Story-wise; super slowly I am working on publishing Yuuki's official story. My plan is to do each boy's route - complete with C.G.s (the first of which are done). Which will cover the month Yuuki was in the mansion before choosing Kanato.
After those routes are done, I want to make an overarching timeline post about where her story goes from there - then an epilogue just before Another Daydream. Those will also hopefully have art - which would be nice.
Yuki on the other hand - doesn't really have routes with the other boys. So I am wondering what the best way to tell his story is. I could just do it in sections and then break it into parts. I have seen OC blogs in the past do like diary/journal entries - which could be good for him honestly. Something like he was asked by Reinhart to keep a journal?
Yuki's storyline is one that I feel I have an idea of what I want, but I don't play with nearly enough like the others. So, that is definitely something I would love to work on in the new year. If you all are ever curious about him or the story - I am open for ask, they help me develop the story so much.
TORMENTED REVERIE: ANOTHER DAYDREAM
So, listen... these children got a lot of attention years ago. I don't feel so bad that they are getting ignored right now because of that. That being the case - I do have small things in the works for them. Nothing that is being developed at the moment though. My age old project Yukio in Wonderland is still something I want done, but I need a new artist for (and cant afford right now anyway). I do plan to work on getting sprites made for their older looks, mostly Yukio and Kanaye - Rini is set with what she has.
There is no official name for it - BUT - there is a sequel in the works for this time line. It follows Kanaye and Isabella (owned by @pureblood-prey) and their family / reign after taking over as King and Queen. With children of their own too - it's such a fun story that Mel and I have built over the years. Like I said though, no official name or release do that - but if you have any questions feel free to ask~!
EXCRUCIATING DUPLICITY
Ohh... this universe. I feel like it has so much going on, yet nothing all at the same time. There are a lot of OCs here, and I am trying to make them all cohesive with one another - the biggest part of that is that most of them have little to do with one another, which is kind of nice.
Skye's story is something I want to explore more. He has become such a presence on this blog - which I never thought possible. So thank you everyone for being so supportive of his chaotic a$$. I certainly never originally thought of his as Karlheniz partner - but I love where that plot is going.
Roselyn will probably never have a proper story, mostly because she is more of a background character. While she is there any around - having her own plot going on, it's not the focus, and we'll probably only see it in small doses. But you all ready know, if you want more Burai x Rose or just Rose content, all you gotta do is ask
Sweet baby Calli~ I know I have bit off so much with her story. Not only does she have two boys, which causes her story line to split - her family is super important to the natural order of the universe. It will probably be years upon years before I can properly give this story anything that it deserves. For now at least, Calli's story is the "Main Story" of the universe - where all others revolve around and have influences from or to the events in her plot.

And... really that is all I have right now. Seriously, I started this in March and nothing really changed since I started till now when I am finally publishing it.
Once summer rolls around, and I am not weighted down with school work, I will 100% be able to focus more on the blog and releasing content. Thank you for your continual patients and support - truly it means the world.
