Akira Oono from Hi-Score Girl

1. She’s Nonverbal

Akira never really speaks throughout the series, except for maybe one or two exceptions.

2. She has a big special interest in video games

Video games are her main form of connecting with the other characters, and bring her immense joy. She often uses them to help cheer her up and tends to hyperfocus while playing them a lot.

3. She has shutdowns and meltdowns.

She’s been shown to shutdown after a lot of school work. She also has issues expressing big emotions often ending up in meltdowns where she gets angry and punches things.

4. She gets confused by certain social situations

She is fairly ostracised for how she communicates. Sometimes she misreads certain situations and people often see her as mysterious and intimidating. Once her intimidating shell is off though, she comes off as a little awkward, but genuine nonetheless. (same)

She is also super smart and top of her class :)

Isekai-Themed U-PICK Postponed and Change of Plans

Hey, everyone. Telecaster B-Boy Gabriel Ramos here. Lately, I have been reworking Toon Time Theater's May lineups ever since I heard of the MY ADVENTURES WITH SUPERMAN Season 2 announcement from Toonami. I have decided to change up the marathons and have yet a new U-PICK poll event that has nothing to do with the isekai theme.

Tomorrow night's marathon will still be the same. I will live-stream seven episode premieres from the Wano Country arc of ONE PIECE tomorrow night at 9 PM PDT with a special ONE PIECE-themed edition of the Spotify Peepshow 30 minutes prior.

As for the next Toon Time Theater marathons, I have decided that I will move HI SCORE GIRL Season 2 to a U-PICK poll choice and live-stream the rest of the final season to the 2019 FRUITS BASKET series. It's episodes 51-57 on May 10 and episodes 57-63 (the series finale) on May 17. Sorry X-MEN fans, no T3 premieres of X-MEN will happen on those weekends. Also, sorry to those ZOM 100 fans since I will take off ZOM 100 from T3 for the rest of the month following May 5, which also happens to be the final weekend for the Emergency Occurrence arc of T3.

Anyways, here are the lineups for the next weekends to come. However, you don't have to take my word for it.

This is an educational and informational (E/I) program. If this wins U-PICK, HAIKYU!! will move to the 7:30 (7.5) AM slot where I group the E/I programming to the start of the block.
