if the theory of sam reich being replaced by .. evil wizard dalton reich (and i cant believe i am partaking in this discurse) is true..

i've seen some people asking the question about what those childhood tapes mean. Well i am one of the ancient ones that owned vhs tapes and you know you could replace whats stored on those tapes with overwriting it with new material but it would slowly degrade the quality as the magnetic tape the information is stored on isn't necessarly made to be re-recorded on indefinetly which would also explain the degrading quality of the gamechanger episode.

So my theory is that dalton reich wants to erase sam from history and to do this he is slowly erasing any proof that could hint on sam and dalton being two different people. One thing he appearantly needed to do is overwrite these old vhs tapes of sams childhood.

Classpects & Canonicity (an observation & speculation)

Vrissy isn't the same classpect (thief of light) as Vriska or just can't have a classpect due to this timeline lacking canonicity; alternatively, the difference in classpect is in part due to the timeline falling outside of or (in other words) beyond canon.

Is that part of why Vriska can tell it's phony? The lack of Vrissy having her own classpect? Or is Vriska cosmically tuned-in somehow to knowing something is wrong? I mean some of the stuff that has happened is pretty wonky, but I feel like this is part of her powers as a character. She's always been a key point in moving things forward & now that things aren't moving much at all in regards to canon, she is here to steal the spotlight & shed some light on this whole thing.

When/if Vriska fixes the canon, will Vrissy vanish along with the other characters or become changed? Similar to the hypothetical dream sequence we see near the end of Adventure Time Fionna & Cake, perhaps. Alternatively, will classpects suddenly be thrust upon all the new characters & their existence as well as their personalities remain??

As funny as it is, the idea of Old Granny Vhagar just flying away fast enough for Daemon and Nettles not to catch her and then hide throughout the riverlands with magic, it makes it seem as though there was an active effort on Dameon and Nettles part and that's just not true.

They were coming back every day without any inclination of them camping out to try to trail him. They would bathe, eat, sleep, and do it all over again but come back just in time to repeat the process.

I'm not sure how big the Riverlands is or how long it would take to fly back and forth, but I feel like more than 12 hours as Aemond is just on the move consistently isn't an unnecessary request.

When Lord mooton is suggesting they split up, I think he's doing it out of a genuine place of them being there for a long time with no results and Daemon tells him that they'd die without each other (correctly) but he probably thinks they're prolonging the relationship they developed because we have no indication that he strategized something else in the wake of that conversation.

(Daemon and Nettles, while lives are being lost every day from a mission they've had for months.)

Rather than any inclination of a strategic change to their plan that hasn't worked for months, it takes a call on her life for Daemon to be like "Aemond would never fight me with her at my side, I should go and challenge him alone."

I know Lord Mooton was singing joyfully when he found out Daemon died because he wasted months of time and resources just to do the exact opposite of what the queen said after he sends Nettles away. His ass changed sides because he was tired, and I blame Daemon.
