Calling it now that endgame for Stede and Ed is to fake their deaths and run away together to start a kitschy pirate-themed restaurant/inn where Stede enthusiastically greets their customers wearing an eyepatch and growling pirate cliches and Ed gets to menacingly jangle the keys and plan the menu behind the scenes, to be brought out only when a customer wants to offer a glowing review (and if they don’t clap and cheer for Stede’s specialist boy he WILL blow this entire building up).
