Land of lost things theory

So we know for sure now, that Ras and his army are going to attack the land of lost things, which will drive Cole and the finders away from there and to the monastery. But why is Ras attacking there specifically? Well that most likely answer is that something he needs for his blood moon ritual was lost at some point in the past and ended up there. However, there is also another possibility

Remember the Land of lost things episode? One of the main villains of the week/antagonistic forces is sweeper, the imperium sewer cleaning organism

The idea of sweeper is only introduced pretty late on in the episode, which seems a little weird, unless it becomes relevant later on. Maybe Sweeper, who does not look like the usual imperium invention, was actually created using some sort of force Ras brought with him to imperium and now needs back for his plans to work. Either way, I hope they don't completely forget about sweeper in season 2

you know what i think kids/teen books do 'fantasy romance/fantasy books' way better than any of the adult fantasy books booktok raves about. i try and read some of them and 90 percent of the time its just smut and abusive relationships disguised as 'dark romance'. then i read books like Keeper Of The Lost Cities, The School for Good and Evil, Percy Jackson, Land of Stories, the Nevermoor series, that kind of thing, and they are all actually so amazing because they have fleshed out characters with flaws and an engaging plotline instead of just badly written romance. and when they do have romance it's well written and about the people rather than the tropes.

It would make sense that Geo would not spend a lot of time with other Munce since he was pretty much treated like an outcast, so imagine baby Geo finding and making friends with an even babier Vania. short prediction for dragons rising

So the portal gate from the imperium monastery was taken apart and send to the land of lost things. And the land of lost things is the current home of the elemental master of fusion, who can bind objects together on a presumably molecular level.

I have a feeling, that Geo is going to be the one who eventually manages to get the finders out of the land of lost things, by rebuilding that portal. That or they find some way to disable the whole mechanism behind the land o.l.t., which seems unlikely at the time.
